The quick thinking pilot did a go around just in the nick of time and avoided what could have been one of the biggest air disaster in Barcelona’s airport history.

One couple loved the television show Game of Thrones so much, that they decided to dedicate their whole wedding to it.

Kerry Ford and Darren Prew threw their own Game of Thrones themed wedding, which involved all of the bridal party dressing up as famous characters from the show.

A team of artists spent 50 hours making the bridal party look like characters from the show, with the bride and groom dressed up as Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow.

We have to say as fantasy themed weddings go, this one was pretty epic.

This stunning fireworks display video- uploaded back in May – caught fire on the internet over the 4th of July weekend.

Jos Stinglingh sent a GoPro camera attached to a drone, flying straight into the fireworks in West Palm Beach, Florida and ended up with these spectacular results.

Michael Bay is the director of blockbusters such as Transformers, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Armageddon.

In other words, film critics hate him. They rarely have anything good to say about the man (not that he cares when he’s living it up in his mansion). Jimmy Kimmel however, decided that poor Mr.Bay deserved some compliments, so he forced some of his harshest critics to find something nice to say about the man. Here’s what they came up with.

Transformers: Age of Extinction is very nearly here, opening in Irish cinemas tomorrow, July 5th. Last night saw one of the movie’s pivotal characters and homegrown star’s Jack Reynor set foot on the red carpet at the Irish premiere for Transformers 4.

Niamh Geaney got chatting to the breakthrough talent, as well as Glenn Keogh, another Irish actor who happens to kickstart this monster of a movie. The lovely Laura Whitmore was there to host the event and we caught her views on the film too.
