Most of you will have seen the viral image of the latest Game of Thrones episode, where one of the cast members seemingly got a bit of a caffeine kick.

Yes, somehow a Starbucks cup was left in the scene on a table in front of Danaerys Targaryen, Breaker of Chains and Drinker of Lattes.

The HBO show's creators, David Benioff and DB Weiss were also present IN the actual scene, and it was still missed:

Product placement definitely takes you out of the medieval fantasy vibe, and the show issued a tongue-in cheek reply to the error. The official Twitter account for GOT tweeted;

"News from Winterfell. The latte that appeared in the episode was a mistake. Danaerys had ordered an herbal tea." Nice one.

Queen Cersei Lannister herself, AKA Lena Headey, has now said her piece too, via her Instagram account.

She captioned the cheeky snap:

"Episode five…Do they open one in Kings Landing…Will they use winter cups? Does Cersei get her oat pumpkin spice…"

Starbucks must be absolutely LOVING all of the attention and free marketing its getting from the latest episode. Let's hope the final two-and-a-bit hours of the world's favourite show doesn't make any more blunders….

Tonights Met Gala celebrations in aid of The Costume Institute at New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art is an absolute smorgasbord of iconic, out-there fashion moments.

However, one of the most memorable looks came from the one and only Lady Gaga, who was one of the very first to arrive at the event.

Sweeping on to the powder pink carpet, Gaga completely embodied the gala's theme: Camp: Notes On Fashion.

It was already guaranteed that with a theme like that, the style needed to be showstopping, and in typical Gaga fashion, she stepped it up with not one, not two, not three, but FOUR iconic looks.

Each look was more stripped back than the last. Arriving on the pink carpet, Gaga truly made her mark in a billowing, oversized pink gown with a huge train.

The dress was so huge, it had to be manoeuvred through the entrance by an entourage of umbrella-holding, suit-wearing men, who posed around Gaga as the ultimate accessories.

Lady G's look was all about metamorphosis. In her huge pink number, she donned theatrically long metallic eyelashes and and over sized pink bow on her head.

As she ascended the steps of the Met, her umbrella-weilding assistants gracefully danced to her sides and began removing her billowing pink coverings, to reveal an asymmetrical, black gown beneath it.

Many assumed that Gaga was finished here, but no. Beneath the black satin dress, complete with a sweetheart bustier, was another dress too.

Her pink bow hat was also removed at this point, revealing a blonde bobbed haircut with dainty twists at the crown.

Her troupe began pulling at the black ball gown, and quickly unravelled it to showcase the streamlined, bubblegum pink dress beneath.

It was now that Gaga began really putting her acting skills to work. Her assistants began handing her some accessories for the pink column dress, including an oversized, diamond studded pair of sunglasses and a very 90s looking giant mobile phone,

This portion of the proceedings was very reminiscent of her The Fame era, where OTT sunnies and kitch accessories were a standard in the Gaga fashion package.

Her finale look was about the be revealed. Breaking free from her fuchsia pink constraint, Gaga stripped down to her underwear to reveal a classic Gaga look – perfectly fitting black lingerie teamed with breathtakingly high platform heels and diamond encrusted fishnet tights.

It's an outfit we have seen in both Gaga videos and performances, but on the pink carpet, she added a wheel-along pink bar cart, emblazoned with a Haus of Gaga motif.

The bar cart appeared to be chock a block with champagne, before it was wheeled away by one of her minions to allow Gaga to pose passionately, sprawled out on the steps of the museums' entryway.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first child into the world today and the public are eager to find out their tiny tot’s name.

Prince Harry revealed that they will introduce their son on Wednesday, May 8.

The new dad told Sky News that they have yet to pick a name for their little boy, but that hasn’t stopped fans from speculating. Some fans have been using a random name picker for possible names.

Harry and Meghan are expected to pick a traditional name for their son so it’ll come as no surprise to hear that the top three names predicted are James, Albert and Arthur.

Other popular predictions include Alexander, Louis and Philip.

However, the new parents are more likely to stray away from tradition and may opt for a non-traditional name like Oliver, Spencer and Robert.

We will just have to wait until Wednesday to see what name Harry and Meghan have chosen for their baby boy. There’s no doubt the family-of-three are enjoying every second together.

Meghan gave birth to their son in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz.

They stated: “The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives.”

We couldn’t be happier for Harry and Meghan. They’ll make the most fantastic parents.

Buckingham Palace stated that;

"The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Lady Jane Fellowes, Lady Sarah McCorquodale and Earl Spencer have been informed and are delighted with the news.

"The Duchess's mother, Doria Ragland, who is overjoyed by the arrival of her first grandchild, is with their Royal Highnesses at Frogmore Cottage."

The Duke of Sussex couldn't stop beaming as he delivered the news to the press, lavishing praise on his wife enduring the labour.

He added that the little one had been "a little overdue" and that he will be making another announcement in two days' time "so everyone can see the baby."

When quizzed on his experience in the delivery room, Harry smiled and said: "I haven't been at many births. This is definitely my first birth. It was amazing, absolutely incredible, and, as I said, I'm so incredibly proud of my wife.

"As every father and parent will ever say, you know, your baby is absolutely amazing, but this little thing is absolutely to-die-for, so I'm just over the moon."

He is currently seventh in line to the throne, behind the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and his children, and Prince Harry. The infant is the Queen's eighth great-grandchild.

The secret to a tidy place: 8 simple life-changing tips

For people who have their hands full, keeping the house organized and spotless is a nightmare. Somehow, it always ends up taking a back seat on the list of endless responsibilities. But what we don’t realize is that an untidy house affects the functioning of our mind. Clutter, dirt, and a general mess are like background static noise, which adds to your stress. There’s no way to ignore it.

Of course your living space should be a calming, healthy, and hygienic environment. What’s more, the blissful feeling of walking on dust-free floors and resting on a well-made bed after work is something that everybody deserves. That’s why we’re sharing some simple tricks for busy bees that want a clean and orderly household!

#1. Everything should be in place
The first rule for an organized and tidy house is having plenty of storage space. You should have a separate spot for everything – starting from your laundry to your gadgets.  Add more shelves and stock up on containers, hangers, baskets, and jars. Furniture with built-in storage space is also a good idea if you’re concerned about aesthetics. Make sure that everyone in the household knows where everything should go. And when you’re walking around, or going to a different floor, always be on the lookout. If you see something out of place, put it away immediately! By following this simple rule, you’ll soon see that cleaning your house has become a much easier process. When all your things have a designated place, there’s no chance of clutter. You’ll also be able to get tasks done much faster because you’ll know where to look for what you need.

#2. Don’t walk around with shoes on
Shoes are the carriers of all sorts of dirt, germs, and dust. So, if you want your floors to at least feel cleaner, it’s wise to leave your shoes at the door. Set a specific place in the hallway for your outdoor shoes. When you’re indoors, switch to a pair of comfy slippers. Make sure that you have another pair of flip flops for each of your bathrooms as well. This may seem annoying, but trust me, it will make a difference! Your feet won’t feel dusty every time you walk at home. It will also save you from having to mop and vacuum every day.

#3. Declutter as much as possible
Fewer things in your house mean less cleaning and more organized living. So, if you truly want a tidier living space, make sure to declutter regularly. This will make your house and your mind feel a lot lighter. We all tend to hoard things, in hopes that we’ll use it someday, but that day never comes. So, get rid of those clothes that don’t fit you, and give it to someone who really needs it! Even having a garage sale for your old stuff will be more beneficial than holding onto it. And those stacks of newspapers that you keep in your cupboard? Do some good for the earth, and recycle them! In this modern world, minimalism is considered the key to a happy life. This isn’t just some trend – there’s actual logic behind it. It’s good for the planet, for society, and for your wallet as well!

#4. Make cleaning a part of your routine
When you make a habit of something, it becomes less of a chore. And cleaning is such an integral part of being an adult, that it really shouldn’t feel like something you’re forced to do. It’s best to make cleaning a scheduled part of your day. Divide your basic daily tasks like vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, etc. for specific times, and stick to it no matter what. We often get distracted by other things while cleaning. This makes us take more time than the task really needs. So, try to focus on what you’re doing. This will make you a lot more efficient. You can have music or a YouTube video playing, but it shouldn’t be too distracting. Leave the deeper cleaning, like washing the bathroom floors and laundry, for weekends. You could even set a specific day of the month for bigger tasks like decluttering or organizing your closet.

#5. Multiple bins
Whether we like it or not, we make a lot of waste throughout the day. That’s why it’s important to have bins for every room in your house. In fact, you might even need two for different corners of the same room. Having a separate mini bin for your desk is always helpful. You’ll have a place to throw away your sharpening peels, stapling pins, and crumpled paper. And for the kitchen, it’s a good idea to get a compost food bin. Needless to say, you should always place a trash bag in your bins first, even if they’re small. This will make it much easier to empty the trash.
You should definitely empty your food waste every day, and the others once a week. And don’t forget to give the bins a wipe, and a monthly deep clean. Trash cans are one of the most unhygienic objects in your house. So, don’t wait for them to become visibly dirty.

#6. Invest in a quality vacuum cleaner
Vacuum cleaners are a game-changer when it comes to cleaning. They’re fast, efficient, and an absolute necessity if you own a pet. Luckily, there is now a wide array of options on the market for you to choose from. Vacuum cleaners come in different shapes, sizes, and designs, and may even be automated. Many brands also have different models at different price points. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that they’re the same. These vacuum cleaners might vary in charge time, runtime, and even have different mechanisms. For example, the dyson v7 vs dyson v8 models are from the same brand, but they have very different features. The v8 actually has special filters that make it ideal for users who have allergic reactions. So, make an informed decision, based on your needs. When you have the right vacuum cleaner at hand, the investment will be worth it.

#7. Set a dumping zone for clothes
Although it’s best to clean up right away, sometimes, you just have to accept that it’s impossible. There might not be enough time to put things back in the order that they’re meant to be and so you tend to leave it for later. For tornado situations like these, designate a special dumping zone. A dumping zone is a corner, a basket, or a shelf where you can dump all the clothes you took out in a rush. So, when you come back from your party or work, you can fix it up again at your own pace. Just make sure that the dumping zone is hidden so that it doesn’t look cluttered.
This is also super useful when you have unexpected guests arriving and you need a quick clean. This should be a temporary fix though, and shouldn’t become another great task to manage.

#8. Don’t procrastinate
We’re always waiting to clear things up. But don’t do this – procrastinating leads nowhere! Make your bed as soon as you get up. This will give you a good, solid start to the day. It will also make your room look a lot tidier. Also, wash dishes as soon as you’re done eating. Don’t leave them in the sink for the next morning. Not only is this unhygienic, but it’s also a nuisance for yourself and for everyone else in the house. By cleaning at the right time you’ll be doing your future self a favour. If you leave things for later, they will just pile up and you’ll feel overwhelmed.

Cleaning can be quite difficult when you’re a busy person, but that doesn’t mean that you’re bound to live a messy life. Remember, it’s your place, so no one else is responsible for it, except for you. Engrave that thought in your head, and I kid you not – you’ll never grumble about it again.

When it comes to marking the passing of a special occasion, be it a birthday, an engagement or an anniversary, there is nothing that resonates more thoughtfully as a gift than a stunning piece of jewellery.

So, when a jewellery brand themselves is celebrating a landmark birthday, the only way to immortalise the milestone is to launch a collection that emulates everything the brand stands for – and what their customers love them for.

Thomas Sabo is one of our go-to brands when it comes to gift giving – and when it comes to receiving, there’s nothing more titillating than peeling back carefully folded wrapping paper to reveal a sleek, black jewellery box etched with the Thomas Sabo moniker.

A post shared by THOMAS SABO (@thomassabo) on

So as Thomas Sabo celebrates their 35th Birthday this year, they couldn’t let the occasion go by unannounced. As part of their new seasonal collections, they have created a very special Heritage Collection.

The collection redefines what ‘classic’ jewellery means – while many may have a picture in their minds eye of chandelier earrings or embellished medallions, the Heritage Collection proves that classic can mean contemporary, paired, back, minimalist, while remaining a talking-point.

The 90s have been a huge trend over the past few years, with everything from bum-bags and sportswear to scrunchies and skinny sunglasses making a comeback.

However, Thomas Sabo’s aesthetic has always had its roots in the clean, pared-back and elegant stylings of high-end jewellery pieces from the time frame.

The designs echo the 90s era and reflect an iconic identity – all as a tribute to the brand’s monumental 35-year success story.

The re-interpreted and re-imagined signature pieces are represented by the sparkling precious metal 925 Sterling silver, which the collection also seeks to celebrate.

‘The crucial factor for the success of my brand is certainly the fact that our signature and existing design language has always remained visible,’ founder Thomas Sabo said.

‘Even after 35 years, it gives me a lot of pleasure to help design each piece of jewellery myself.’

A stand out piece from the collection in this medium in particular, which again pays homage to the 90s minimalistic approach to luxe jewellery design, are the stud Heritage Earrings.

Created in a striking curved silhouette, they are reminiscent of climbing flames, while hinting at a Celtic influence – perfect for spicing up a daywear outfit or completing an elegant evening look.

While the collection includes a selection of rings, the interlocking design of the signet ring is particularly striking, and is the perfect balance of timeless, classic design, and on-trend, medallion style statement hand jewellery.

The collection includes rings, necklaces and bracelets, all cast in 925 Sterling silver and gold.

It is available now from House of Fraser Dundrum, Brown Thomas Cork, Arnotts, BT2 Blanchardstown, Weir and Sons Grafton Street, Kildare Village, independent jewellers and online at www.thomassabo.com.

'The Duke is currently scheduled to travel to The Hague on Thursday 9th May for the launch of the Invictus Games The Hague 2020 as planned.'

There is major global anticipation for the birth of the new royal, so this postponement has made many believe that the Duchess of Sussex is on the cusp of giving birth.

The couple have thus far kept the gender and due date a secret. along with maintaining privacy around their birth plans.

On April 11, Buckingham Palace issued a statement on behalf of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to let the nation know that they would not be immediately sharing their birth experience and details of the royal arrival.

‘Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private,’ the statement declared.

‘The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.’

'The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very grateful for the goodwill they have received from people throughout the United Kingdom and around the world as they prepare to welcome their baby.'

The bookies have some very traditional favourites when it comes to naming Baby Sussex – with Alice, Grace or Victoria favourited for a girl or James, Edward or Arthur for a boy. Diana and Grace are two less traditional royal lineage names that have found favour at the bookies, with Diana of course being the name of Prince Harry and Prince William's late mother, Diana The Princess of Wales.

Prince William and Kate Middleton paid tribute to Diana by choosing Diana as one of their second child, Princess Charlotte's middle names.

Police who are investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann are now looking into a new suspect, according to Portuguese media reports.

12 years after the mysterious vanishing of the three-year-old, which has become arguably the most extensive and public missing persons case of the 21st century, more resources are allegedly being deployed.

The daily newspaper Correio da Manha claimed today, "A new clue and a new suspect, which the Policia Judiciara are trying to keep an absolute secret, has led to new resources being put in place to investigate the little girl’s whereabouts."

The little girl was just a toddler when she went missing during a family holiday in the Algarve on May 3, 2000. A massive investigation and manhunt followed to track the youngster, to no avail.

The case was re-opened in Portugal in October 2013 when a convicted burglar Euclides Monteiro became linked to the enquiry. Kate and Gerry McCann have recently marked the 12-year-anniversary of their daughter's disappearance.

Police in Porto are said to be looking into any new information, and the line of enquiry allegedly doesn't focus on the McCanns, but there has been no immediate response to the report in the UK or Portugal.

Despite officials claiming that they may be nearer to finding out what happened to Madeleine, there are 'many doubts' surrounding her survival. The parents vowed to continue searching for their little girl "for as long as it takes."

Before attending a church near their Leicestershire home today to mark the sad anniversary, Gerry and Kate released a statement saying;

"As much as we’d like to fast forward the first couple of weeks of May, there’s no getting around it. The months and years roll by too quickly. Madeleine will be sixteen this month. It’s impossible to put into words just how that makes us feel."

They continued; "There is comfort and reassurance though in knowing that the investigation continues and many people around the world remain vigilant."

Cressida Dick, chief of the Metropolitan Police, confirmed yesterday that the force had requested more funds from the Home Office to carry on with its Operation Grange to search for Madeleine;

"‘We have active lines of enquiries and I think the public would expect us to see those through. A very small team continues to work on this case with Portuguese colleagues and we have put in an application to the Home Office for further funding."

Clarence Mitchell, who is the spokesman for the McCann family, declined to discuss the latest claim, saying: "We will not be commenting whatsoever on operational details in either Britain or Portugal. We are not in a position to talk about it."

Cressida Dick explained that the Home Office is currently considering whether to fund its search operations for another year. Time will tell whether this new information is substantial or not.
