The Bus Éireann strike has now reached day twenty, and a discussion to resolve the dispute will kick off at the Labour Court this morning.

The strike has caused chaos for commuters, particularly in rural areas of the country.

The first session of talks at the Labour Court ended yesterday afternoon after it was adjourned to "allow further talks between management and unions to clarify certain issues," according to RTÉ.

The decision was made to send the issue to the Labour Court yesterday, after talks at the Workplace Relations Commission ended without resolution.

"After 16 days of intensive negotiations at the Workplace Relations Commission, talks have broken down without agreement," Bus Eireann confirmed.

"The unions have now referred a number of issues to the Labour Court and the company have agreed to attend."

The hearing will begin at 10.30am.

All Bus Éireann services are on strike, except for school bus services.

Orange Is the New Black left us on a total cliff hanger at the end of season four.

All the inmates of Litchfield decided to revolt against authority and when Daya ended up with a gun, all hell broke loose.

We've been waiting to see what comes next in season five, and finally the first minute is here for us to pick apart and analyse.

Carrying on from the last episode, it looks like Alex and Piper are still looking to avoid trouble, but it doesn't seem easy with everything that's going on.

And then we see Daya, who still has the gun in her hand. She doesn't seem to be handling the situation very well, and tries to tell everyone to be quiet as they're shouting at her to shoot the police officer.

Then, as the screen goes black, we hear a gunshot.

Will someone die? Did she just shoot the roof for people to be quiet? Who knows…

Orange Is The New Black season 5 will debut on June 9 on Netflix.

Nope? You're in the same boat as us then.

It turns out that she was one of the extras in the background of the magical masterpiece.

Little Mix's Jesy Nelson - About a boy

The 25-year-old revealed that she was in Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire when she was just a wee young one.

Speaking on Australian Radio, Jesy said that she was featured as an extra during the Yule Ball in the fourth film.

And she was very casual about it, simply saying, "Yeah, I was in Harry Potter."

But that's not it. The singer was also in About A Boy in 2002 alongside Hugh Grant and Nicholas Hoult.

Well, we learn something new everyday.

Would you be down with Harry Styles taking on the role of a young Han Solo? Because we totally would.

Reports today are suggesting that Harry was considered for the role of Han, but it was ultimately given to Alden Ehrenreich.

However, Disney execs are not ruling out the former 1D star for future Star Wars characters.

An insider told The Sun: "Harry was one of the early names in contention when the studio looked at Han Solo.

"Even though he had virtually no acting experience, they saw he had huge star potential and would give the solo project enormous publicity.

"On initial inquiries Harry had his music career laid out and it would have been almost impossible to lock him down for the job."

However, there has been talks at Disney about having him come in again for other projects they are considering.

"The rumoured Obi Wan stand-alone movie may not star Harry in the lead role but could see him play a smaller part," the source added.

"Everyone had nothing but praise for him in Dunkirk, and he and manager Jeff Azoff are carefully picking out what movie role he should take next."

Harry is set to make his movie debut with the release of Dunkirk on July 21, and we can't wait to see what he has to offer.

Kendrick Lamar has released the track list and artwork for his fourth studio album, Damn.

The rapper is known for collaborating with other artists, but his latest partnership has come as a quite a surprise to fans.

The US rapper has confirmed that U2 and Rhianna will both feature on his upcoming album.

It's not clear if Kendrick teamed up with Bono and the lads in studio or if a sample was used, but either way, we're excited to find out.

Twitter, on the other hand, has seriously mixed feeling about the announcement.

In the past, Kendrick has collaborated with the likes of J. Cole, Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift and fans of the rapper were actually left puzzled by how few artists feature on his latest album.

Speaking to The New York Times Kendrick described the album as ''very urgent'' and stressed that he wanted to return to “addressing the problem”.

“I’m in a space now where I’m not addressing the problem anymore. We’re in a time where we exclude one major component out of this whole thing called life: God.''

He continued: ''Nobody speaks on it because it’s almost in conflict with what’s going on in the world when you talk about politics and government and the system.”

Damn is out this Friday, April 14.

We get that working a full-time job can leave you feeling exhausted for the majority of the week.

You have the best intentions to go to the gym after work, but the minute the clock hits 5pm, all you want to do is go home and take a pre-dinner nap, amirite?

So, if working a 40 hour week comes in between exercising, here are a few simple steps to add a workout into your daily routine:

Commute to work? Turn it into an exercise session

It's totally possible to turn your morning commute into a small workout.

If you live near your work place, cycling or jogging into the office is a great way to start off your day with cardio and elevate your heart rate.

Oh, and you're not off the hook even if you have a fairly hefty commute! Either park your car a few minutes away so you can walk to the office at a brisk pace, or get off your bus/Luas one or two stops early, so you can exercise the rest of the way in.

bicycle, bridge, cold

Don't let your lunch time go to waste

If we're able to fit in a gym session throughout the week, it's usually before or after work. And probably the reason most of us give up on those gym sessions is because you're knackered in the morning and exhausted in the evening.

But, if you work close to a gym, try fit in a few lunch time session during the week. Many gyms have 30 or 45 minute classes, so if you have a gym that's around five minutes away from you, this could work out perfectly.

What about eating, you ask? Pack a protein-filled smoothie to have on the go, or eating at your desk before or after is always an option.

Ever heard of 'walk meetings'?

Yep, instead of sitting in a board room, a studio, or even a coffee shop, try your hand at asking people to go on a 'walk meeting' with you.

If you work in an office, your colleagues will probably look at as if you had ten heads, but coming into the summer months it's definitely an option.

And if you're a freelancer or don't work in an office setting, we're sure your peers would be up for it too.

Deskercise

Believe it or not, there's some moves you can do at your desk that are totally underrated.

For example, if you want to tone your glutes and give you derriere a little lift, you can try this isometric glutes exercise.

While you sitting at your desk, squeeze your bum and hold for 5-10 seconds, and release. Do this until the glutes tire and it'll give you a lift in more ways than one.

adult, blur, business

Keep it simple and drink ALL the water

We know it can be hard to fit in a workout when you have a million meetings, deadlines and odd jobs to do, but keeping it simple is key.

Choose the stairs instead of the lift/escalator, walk around the office for 5 minutes or go down to the loo so you can stretch yourself out a bit.

And even if you can't fit anything in, remember to drink heaps of water as it flushes out toxins and aids in weight loss too.

Malala Yousafzai has been made the youngest ever United Nations Messenger of Peace.

The 19-year-old has been awarded the honour to promote and further girls' education.

The honor has been bestowed upon her a mere four years after she was shot in the head by member of the Taliban in 2012 while on a school bus.

"I am really honoured to be the messenger of peace. Education is a right of every child, and especially for girls this right should not be neglected," she said in a speech.

"If we want to go forward, we have to give education to girls, and once you educate girls, you change the whole community. You change the whole society."

To the girls she hopes to inspire, she said : You need to stand up, you need to believe in yourelves."

"You are the real change makers, if you do not stand up, no real change will come."

The fearless young woman also became the youngest person ever to win the Nobel peace prize in 2014, which she won when she was just 17.
