Penneys have done it again!

The high street bargain store is always hot on the heels of the latest trend, and their newest handbag drop is no exception.

Blogger Penneys to Prada spotted this little number, and we are completely obsessed.

This season, the J.W Anderson Pierce bag is the it-bag for bloggers, celebs and social media starlets alike.

The gorgeous bag is distinguished by a septum-style piercing detail on the main outer flap (the clue is in the name).

Penneys have created their own version, but without the high-end price tag.

Taking inspiration From the runway, Penneys is kicking off its A/W accessories drop with this ruby red beauty.

The gorgeous cross-body is the perfect size for events, running errands, or even bringing to a festival.

The distinctive piercing style clasp is giving us serious designer vibes, and we completely love it.

The best part is, this designer dupe comes in at only €10.00.

A similar designer version can rack up a €1,695.00 charge on your credit card.

We'll be sharpening our elbows and heading to the shops, becasue this bad boy is in stores now.

Instagram fans are being left shaken as a bug is attacking random accounts.

There does not seem to be any pattern with the attacks, which delete or disable Instagram pages.

The 'bug' was first noticed yesterday, as users clicked onto their Instagram app to find they were logged out.

After trying to log in, an error pop-up appears which says that their account has been deleted for supposedly violating Instagram's terms and conditions.

Tech blog The Verge has advised Insta users not to panic.

'From what we can tell, there isn’t an apparent similarity between these accounts to make them targets.'

'One user told The Verge that her Instagram was solely dedicated to her chocolate business, while another said she used it for personal posts.

'Another user, who owned at least 10 accounts, said some were related to businesses.'

'One user says she had used a third-party app to post content a long time ago while another said she never had.'

Instagram has responded to the distraught users, saying they are working on the issue.

'We're aware of a bug that's causing some users to be logged out of their accounts,' said the company, according to The Daily Mail.

'We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible.'

Thanks to the magical trend, a number of amazing fairytale foodstuffs were invented, from unicorn cake pops to mermaid toast, but this latest discovery takes the biscuit.

The amazing pizza, known as the Pop Candy Land Pizza, is the stuff on Instagram dreams.

Rather than being a traditional savoury pizza, this sweet treat is more of a confectionary-lovers dish.

The so-called pizza eschews the traditional tomato sauce and mozzarella base in favour of sweet cream cheese sauce and popping candy.

Cosmo food editor Danielle Tullo sought out the mythical pizza, and posted some amazing snaps of it to her social media.

'It's basically a giant sugar cookie covered in fluffy cotton candy," she captioned her Instagram.

Ed Sheeran fans were left frustrated this morning as lengthy online queues requested them to 'sit tight' while their tickets were secured.

Some fans queued online for as long as three hours, with others queuing physically outside ticket vendors from as early as Wednesday evening.

However, patience was the most valuable virtue this morning as many persistent fans secured their tickets.

While there are still tickets available for the Sunday night concert in Galway and the Friday night concert in Cork on Ticketmaster, many fans were left ticketless for the particular date they wanted to attend.

Despite extra measures put in place by Ed Sheeran's team to stop touters reselling tickets, a number of Ed tickets have appeared on resale sites at inflated prices.

'Entertainment site' Viagogo is selling two tickets for Cork's Saturday gig for €348.00, while a single ticket for Dublin's Phoenix Park gig is going for €250.00.

Tickets have an original retail value of €81.00.

There are four Pearse Stadium, Galway Ed Sheeran tickets currently available to purchase on eBay for €999.99, or your best offer.

The singer's promotion company previously warned against ticket touting, and Ticketmaster also set new rules so buyers' names are printed on tickets and matched with and ID and the card they were purchased with on entry to the concert.

Top 9 Health Tips for Women

While it is important that everyone takes their health seriously and makes positive steps to ensure that they live as healthy a lifestyle as possible, female health concerns differ from those of men. Even though some of the health concerns that are different between genders are obvious, some of them are less well-known and women aren’t aware of how to take care of themselves. Improving your health doesn’t necessarily mean spending more time at the doctors; there are many ways that women can boost their own health through small but significant lifestyle changes. To give you some extra guidance, here are the top nine health tips for women that will help to make you feel healthier, more energized, and improve your overall wellbeing.

Remove Stress from Your Life

Life can be very stressful. From busy days at work to friend and family commitments, it can often feel like there are simply not enough hours in the day. Even though it can be tempting to try and get everything you need to do done in one day, it is important that you don’t take on too much. Having too many things to juggle at once can cause increased levels of stress, which can have a damaging effect on your health. You should be realistic about what you can achieve in one day and don’t overstretch yourself. By participating in a yoga class, for example, you can learn to manage your stress as well as improve your overall health.

Swap Diets for Eating Healthy

One of the best ways that we can improve and maintain our health is by eating a healthy and balanced diet. However, many women fall into the vicious cycles that strict diet regimes can create. Eating well doesn’t mean that you should restrict yourself, instead, it means eating the foods that are right for you. The key to eating healthily is moderation. You don’t have to give up your favorite chocolate for life, or not enjoy a glass of wine with your friends on a Friday night; you just need to have these things in moderation. Ensure that fresh fruit and vegetables are in every meal you eat, wherever possible, and choose leaner cuts of fish, meat, and poultry.

Take Supplements

If you are worried that there are particular vitamins and minerals that you are not getting from your diet, or if your doctor informs you that you have a deficiency, then you should consider taking additional supplements. It is estimated that around 90 percent of people don’t get the nutrients they should from the food they eat, which is why taking additional supplements is a great way to fill that nutritional gap in your body.

Similarly, taking probiotics is a great way to restore and improve gut flora, which can be essential when it comes to fighting allergies and stomach upsets. Visit https://www.oglf.org/best-probiotic-for-women/ for more information about probiotics for women.

Have a Hobby

As mentioned above, life can be hectic and stressful, which makes it difficult to find the time for yourself that your body and soul needs. If you have a family to take care of or your work is demanding, then you may find that you have little time to pursue your own interests and hobbies. However, you should schedule some time to yourself each week so that you can maintain a hobby or enjoy a leisure activity. You may be surprised at how positively it can impact on your overall health and wellbeing.

Get Regular Medical Attention

It is important that you regularly visit your doctor, even if you aren’t feeling unwell. It can be easy to put off going to the doctors but neglecting your health is one of the worst things you can do to your body. There are some medical issues that you should see a medical professional about regularly that your male counterparts don’t have to worry about. For example, you should always attend cervical screening appointments. While it may be an uncomfortable and inconvenient experience that you could probably do without, it can save your life.

Think About Fertility

While being a woman doesn’t mean that you have to want children, your fertility may be something that you want to think about and look after. Even if you don’t feel ready to have children now, you may find that it something you will consider in the future. Many women are having babies in their 30s and 40s, so you don’t have to feel pressured into starting your family at a young age. But if you are concerned about your fertility then you may want to discuss fertility treatments and options available to you, such as freezing your eggs.

Exercise Regularly

It is essential that you schedule regular exercise into your routine, as it is a great way to protect your physical and mental health. However, being active doesn’t mean having to spend hours in the gym every evening. Instead, you should participate in forms of exercise that you enjoy and join a Zumba or spin class if you want to try something different.

Get More Rest

Getting enough sleep is crucial to your health and overall development, as our brain needs the rest to recuperate after a long day. Sleep is also required for our blood and heart vessels to repair. Not getting enough sleep can be damaging to both our mental and physical health, and can lead to an increased risk of health problems, such as diabetes, strokes, and kidney disease. Therefore, you should aim for at least 7 to 9 hours of sleep a night.

Sun Safely

Many people underestimate the power of the sun and the damage that being exposed to the sun can do our bodies and health. Therefore, you should wear an SPF lotion in order to protect your skin from UV damage, as well as decreasing your risk of skin cancer.

It is important that you take the time to look after yourself and your health and the smallest of changes can make a huge improvement in your overall wellbeing.

How Women Can Develop A Successful Career-Based Lifestyle

Women have really come a long way since the inauguration of history. Of course, this is not to say that it wasn’t without challenge. If you go back and look at the history books you will see that there was a time when women couldn’t even vote. Heck, they couldn’t even enroll to fight ion the war if they want to, but this didn’t stop them. They rallied on and on, pushed harder and harder when they ran encountered friction, and now look where they are today. A woman ran for president in the last United States election. This was something that would have been unheard of thirty years ago. That being said, being a woman and trying to climb the corporate ladder is still a task in itself. Even though women’s right is equally practiced it is still a well-known fact that women are held back in some of today’s workplaces. As a woman, if you truly want to get ahead, you should consider employing the following techniques.

Know Your Own Value

It can be hard to feel like you are worth anything if someone is constantly putting you down and telling you that you are worth nothing. Although there are still a number of sexual harassment cases filed today, it is still less common than what it was a hundred years ago. However, this doesn’t stop modern day women from feeling like they are useless. As long as you feel like this, you are going to be useless. If you truly want someone to recognize your worth and value, you have to get out there and show them what you can do. If you want to work on a big upcoming project do not be afraid to voice your opinion. If you have ideas for a project never be afraid to voice them. No one is going to appreciate you or count on you until they know that you can be counted on.

Make Your Voice Heard

Even though the world has been practicing and accepting women’s right for hundreds of now there are still some women that hold back. They are afraid to use their position within the workplace to voice their opinions and thoughts in meetings. And, the women that are brave enough to speak up constantly find themselves apologizing for contradicting someone. This is where you need to realize that your opinions and thoughts do matter. Never be afraid to voice your opinion in meetings.

Know What Makes You Unique

Everyone has some kind of skill or some asset that makes them different from others. Sure, there are a number of individuals that probably share a lot of skills and traits, but deep down there has to be something that you can do better than others. Maybe you have organizational skills, perhaps you have a background in business economics, or maybe you are just an out-of-the-box kind of thinker. Whatever the situation is, you need to learn to identify these unique traits and apply them in your chosen profession.

Get To Know Your Co-Workers

If someone told you that you can rise to the top of the workplace without establishing meaningful relationships with your bosses and co-workers then they are simply lying to you. Now, this doesn’t mean that you have to go around kissing everyone’s feet and holding your tongue when you want to speak. It just means that you need to have a good working rapport with those around you, especially your superiors. Sometimes it is best to find common ground and go from there. For instance, if one of your superiors loves playing poker online then you can visit pokies online and learn a little bit about the game. Next time you see this superior strike up a conversation about your latest online venture or ask for some advice.

Adapt To Conflict

There is always going to be conflict in the workplace regardless of how it is structured. This is why you need to learn to roll within. You don’t want to be that individual that starts the conflict and you sure don’t want to be the one that joins in on it., You want to be the hostage negotiator that is calmly talking everyone down.

The entire country held it's breath as 9am approached, and hundreds of thousands of Ticketmaster tabs were opened in the hopes of getting tickets to Ed Sheeran's seven Irish gigs, scheduled for 2018.

If you didn't get tickets for his arena tour, you may have had high hopes this time around, thinking to yourself that things would be different this time.

You maybe have bemusingly laughed at the hardcore Cork zealots queuing up since Wednesday for tickets.

"Sure have they no internet or something?" you thought.

And now you are ticket-less, having joined the throng of thousands of online buyers looking to get tickets for the date you wanted who failed to get through to Ticketmaster before the gig sold out.

Tragedy has struck and you are still reeling from the emotional roller coaster.

1. Hope

The stomach churning moments up to 9am have passed, and you are finally being held in the ticket queue.

You haven't been this nervous since getting your Leaving Cert results, and though you say "I know I haven't a hope of getting them," you are secretly clinging to an intense, hopeful yearning.

It's just a matter of time until you find out if Ticketmaster has deemed you worthy…

2. False hope

OH MY GOD you're through.

Okay, time to choose your preferred seating and number of tickets.

Fingers, toes, and everything else remains crossed.

3. Denial

"Sorry, there are no tickets of this type available."

Cue manic laughter as you frantically refresh the page, change your preference to tiered seating and think "someone might have let their tickets go when they saw the bloody price, it's possible right? Right? RIGHT?"

4. Despair

"Why have you forsaken me cruel world?"

"What have I done to deserve this cosmic ridicule?

You may even still be in the virtual queue two hours later, bursting for the loo, a rasher sandwich and a cigarette simultaniously but you can't leave the laptop screen in case you get through.

5. Anger

At this point you've Snapchatted your friends, who are possibly still stuck in the despair tier of emotion, a picture of the sold out gig on Ticketmaster and you are RAGING.

"Why didn't I queue up in the lashing rain at 2am like I told myself I should have?"

6. Anger at Ed

Image result for shocked ed sheeran

Like, hello Ed Sheeran, have we not been through this before?

You know you are beloved in Ireland and you teased us mercilessly since your return with your Irish-themed album.

Sometimes it seems like Ed could have one of those Vegas-style residencies in Croke Park and play every night for a year and you'd still never get tickets.

7. Acceptance

Even though we all know you're lying you yourself and everyone else, saying that you don't care that you didn't get tickets to the gig of the year can help soften the sting.

And you'll see it all on Snapchat, right?

Look, there are still tickets available, so maybe make a road trip out of it if you diodn't mange to get tickets in your area?

The Department of Children and Youth Affairs have released their first report regarding the Tuam Mother and Baby home.

Four months ago, the remains of numerous infants were found at the site.

In the report, Minister Katherine Zappone invited former residents and their friends and families to engage in the consultation process regarding the home.

The report showed that the number of consulting participants showed a 'high level of interest in engaging with this process.'

Arrangements for further events are being considered so that others will also have an opportunity to have their say, and may be held countrywide.

The report also noted that the examination of the remains is ongoing, and that there are difficulties identifying the exact number of remains found.

It found that the remains were 'intermingled,' making individual identification tricky.

Examination will continue from July 17.

'These non-invasive surveys, which do not involve any excavations or disturbance of the ground, may assist to identify any further burials or anomalies on the areas in the ownership of Galway County Council,' reads the report.

Croke Park is following suit, as Gardaí and MCD promotions have issued a warning before tonight's Coldplay gig.

First up, Gardai have advised that people allow extra time to get to Croke Park,  as there will be full body and bag searches for everyone to gain entry.

An armed support unit will also be at the scene.

Inspector Tony Gallagher told The Irish Examiner that the Gardaí are well prepared.

'We've a very robust policing and traffic plan in relation to it and we've some 180 personnel working at the event.'

'We're there really to facilitate the enjoyment of this concert by the 82,000 fans,' he said.

Big bags, backpack, selfie sticks, and large umbrellas are also banned from the concert.
