Well, the song representing Ireland in the Eurovision this year has been chosen.

RTÉ revealed the news this weekend, debuting the video for the first time on-air.

Former Hometown member Brendan Murray will perform a song called Dying To Try at the Eurovision Song Contest in the Ukraine this May.

The song was chosen out of over 320 applications by a judging panel of "six industry professionals," according to the news station.

"My mam teared up the first time she heard it so that was a good start," Brendan said.

Good luck, lads!

Fifth Harmony's official website has been hacked by an anti-ISIS protester.

The band's landing page was hacked last night by an unknown source who left fans shocked after they left a political propaganda message.

The landing page changed to a blank screen with a random email address and a post which said: "Kurdish hacker was here! Long live to Kurdistan! F*ck ISIS, F*ck Turkey!"

Fans were shocked and took to Twitter to share their confusion:

It has been reported that Cristiano Ronaldo is expecting twins "very soon."

According to The Sun, a surrogate mother based in the US is heavily pregnant with the footballer' children.

A source told the publication: "Cristiano and his family can't wait to meet the new members of their clan.

"He likes to keep a tight lid on his private life but has told loved ones and close friends the baby boys are due to arrive very soon."

It is thought Cristiano's son, Cristiano Jr, was also brought into this world via surrogacy in 2010.

“He feels the time is right for his boy to have brothers to grow up with.

"His mum Dolores will be there to lend a helping hand like she has been with little Cristiano," the source added.

Among some of our favourite TV shows is Gogglebox; both the Irish and UK versions.

The British version has been with us for years and we feel like we're the TV watchers' next door neighours.

And then there's the Irish version that only came on the scene last year, yet with its Irish charm, it's captured the heart of many.

There's something that can be said for Irish charm, and one of the best TV moments had to be Teresa Mannion's 2015 weather forecast.

Yep, this one:

Well, a little ode was made to Teresa in Gogglebox UK this week when two sisters, Ellie and Izzi retorted her 'don't make unnecessary journeys' speech when they were watching TV.

Fashion month has officially come to a close, and we are now all waiting for the fantastic backstage beauty product launches from MAC Cosmetics.

We have great news, as the M.A.C. Metallic Lips line is launching in just a few weeks.

That Midas glow. #MACBackstage at Lanvin, #PFW #AW17. Pictured: #NEW Metallic Lipstick (coming soon!)

A post shared by M·A·C Cosmetics (@maccosmetics) on

We spotted MUAs using the new metallic lipsticks at the Lanvin F/W 2017 show and fell madly in love, even if some of the shades are a little bit "out there".

The exciting new product will give your lips a foil-like look, but with a matte finish, which is pretty difficult to achieve.

The metallic lipstick range is set to include 18 different foil shades, such as an emerald green, a midnight blue and a rosy pink.

While these are fabulous lipsticks for any makeup enthusiast, we also love the fact that some of the lighter shades can also double as a highlighter, for those of us who don't feel like forking out the money for both.

The lipsticks are set to retail for €20, making them pretty affordable, when you consider how cool they are.

The M.A.C. Metallic Lips line will be available March 23 online and in stores.

What do you think, ladies? Are you loving these jazzy new lipsticks?

Buying new shoes can be one of those expenses that cost a little bit more than one would like.

Luckily, Penneys new season shoes are absolutely amazing, and the high street bargain brand is nailing multiple trends with their perfectly designed footwear.

And being Penneys finest, they are all completely affordable.

Ballerina pumps with silver hardware, €13.00

Luckily, we're coming out of winter, and these strappy pumps are the perfect way to transition from boots to sandals without freezing your feet off.

The perfect way to add edge to any outfit, we're slightly obsessed with these buckled beauties.

Loafers €13.00

2017 was the year everyone became besotted with Gucci loafers, and Penneys is offering a designer look for a bargain price tag.

These loafers are ideal for work, paired with jeans and a white shirt.

Luckily, they can also be dressed up heading into summer, with a mini skirt and faux fur gillet.

Ballerina flats €9.00

A nod to last seasons Miu Miu ballerina flats, these ribbon-tie shoes are completely adorable.

Pair with a dreamy dress for a girly outfit, or try them with mom jeans and a ruffed jumper for off-duty model style.

Pink satin runners €15.00

Comfort is always high on our agendas when it comes to footwear, so these runners caught our eye immediately.

The pink satin finish is extremely cute, and the baby pink laces match perfectly.

Peep toe boots, €25.00

Want something a little more daring?

These over-the-knee, peep-to boots are extremely cool, and would look stylish when paired with a ruffled dress, or even over jeans teamed with a bardot top.

Can Penneys do no wrong?

We all know that siblings have a tendency to play hilarious pranks on each other, but this is the best one we have ever seen.

On March 5, Samuel Annis tweeted a photo of a fish tank with baby carrots in the bottom of it, that look kind of like goldfish – if you squint.

Along with the photo of the carrots, Samuel uploaded the goldfish in their new home, which appears to be some form of plastic container.

Accompanying the photos was the caption, "It's been 3 days since I replaced my sisters goldfish with carrots."

The Internet showed immediate concern for the welfare of the two fish, to which Samuel tweeted "They safe in my tank where they get fed regularly," followed by a picture of the fish in a place that's "better than before."

The prank has been retweeted more than 70,000 times, with no word yet on whether she has realised. The last update was earlier this week, with the carrots in place for four days by then.

We will be keeping a close eye on this hilarious prank, because seriously, who hasn't wanted to replace their sisters fish with carrots every once in a while.

Country music fans have been descending on our nation's capital this weekend for Country 2 Country, a three-day event taking place in the 3Arena.

Last night, the The Zac Brown Band were performing to a hoard of excited fans.

Most bands make reference to the city they're performing in by flying the flag and telling the crowd how much they love being in their fair city, but the Zac Brown band made a bit of a major mistake while paying homage to the Emerald Isle.

Rather than dropping a tri-colour, the group had a giant screen project the Union Jack, and not surprisingly, the crowd was a little taken aback.

It was pretty awkward, but Zac redeemed himself by draping the Irish flag around himself to finish off the gig.

What a save.

A completely hilarious video of a BBC Live debate which was interrupted by two hilarious kids and one very stressed mum went viral yesterday.

The video, featuring expert Robert Kelly, associate professor of political science at Pusan National University in Busan, shows Robert's kids swanning into the room with the kind of confidence we wish we had.

Robert's mum, Ellen Kelly, explained that she might be to blame for the comical interruption

Branding the video hilarious, she told the Daily Mail:

"Robert usually Skypes with us from his home office, which is where he did the interview."

"The kids probably heard voices coming from the computer and assumed it was us," she said.

"It was just hilarious."

Yes Ellen. Yes it was.

The world is obsessed with mermaids these days, with the aquatic theme infiltrating everything, from our makeup bags to our cuisine.

We've seen mermaid cakes and doughnuts, but now mermaid toast is a thing, and we want it for breakfast every single day.

"I used a variety of blue green algae powders and liquids mixed with almond milk cream cheese to create this ocean inspired toast," said foodie Adeline Waugh, who came up with the creative dish.

A post shared by Adeline Waugh (@vibrantandpure) on

The stunning toast looks exactly like waves lapping the shore, and we love it.

The creator of this delightful looking breakfast got some heat for the impractical nature of the dish, but had this to say to haters:

"I am a food stylist and I like to create beautiful things using food- I've never claimed to be starting a trend or a putting out a new recipe that is super practical- it's 100% impractical," she captioned an Instagram post about the toast.

A post shared by Adeline Waugh (@vibrantandpure) on

"I just like to play around in the kitchen and attempt to create something aesthetically pleasing and unique from time to time."

Kudos to Adeline for committing to her foodie endevours.

The food stylist also created the very dreamy looking unicorn toast, and we're obsessed.

A post shared by Adeline Waugh (@vibrantandpure) on

Featuring pastel pink and purple cream cheese and a dusting of sprinkles, the magical toast looks too good to eat.

If only we had time to create mini works of art every morning.

Pass the Nutella!
