We all know that contouring is the holy grail of make-up and we are not going to lie, we kinda feel like a blank canvas without it.

From chiselling our cheekbones to that flawless shine, contouring is fast becoming a daily ritual for many women.

But to think that contouring was once just a totally vague and alien concept to us, imagine what it must seem like to totally make-up ignorant man.

Buzzfeed had three unsuspecting lads professionally contoured by a make-up artist and the results were a bit amazing.

While they rightly felt ridiculous in their pre-blended face (as we all do), the finished product was more of a surprise.

"Now I have a lot more respect for people who contour," said one guy who was definitely feeling his new look.

Spencer Matthews has been know for his unfaithful reputation, but one of his cast members reckons Vicky is going to break Spencer's heart.

The reality duo only starting dating a couple of weeks ago, but the bets are already on for who will cheat on who first. Not the best way to start a relationship, huh?

While speaking to Closer magazine, Spencer's right-hand man Jamie Laing said: "I think maybe she'd be the one to cheat on Spencer!

"It's hilarious because I don't think anyone cheats on him – he always gets there first."

Even so, Jamie still has high hopes that Vicky and Spencer work out:

"I think she'd be good for him. She's an amazing chick and would be good for anyone! I've met her a few times. She is beautiful and super fun and I am excited to see what happens."

We're excited too, Jamie. Now, hand us the popcorn because we can see drama in our midst.

One lucky Irish teen has spoken about her near miss in Brussels as more than 30 people are feared dead after terrorist attacks in the Belgian capital this morning.

The city was struck by three explosions as alleged suicide bombers targeted both the airport and metro stations nearby.

Shealyn Caulfield, a native of county Antrim, was heading to Brussels airport to catch her flight home with around twenty other youths when the attacks occurred.

"We missed our first train to the airport so we were 10 minutes behind schedule and missed the bombing by a few minutes," said Shealyn to Belfast Live.

"As soon as we arrived at the airport we were told to sprint out of the emergency exits. We then were walking towards a metro and were told that there had been another bombing in the metro stations and that public transport was shut down.

"The metro station that we were at this morning outside of our hotel was also bombed.

"We are currently waiting on a private hire coach that the youth service have paid to (go to) Amsterdam and we will get home from there.

"I am part of a group of 20 youths and we are currently in a pub with the locals watching the news and keeping our families updated.

"We have all rallied together and although there has been some tears the moral is high. We definitely have been super lucky."

The Prime Minister of Belgium has not yet confirmed whether the attacks were as a result of the arrest of the prime suspect of the Paris attacks last week.

After the devastating result of her court case last month, Kesha has filed an appeal to overturn the ruling on her contract.

The songstress pleaded for a temporary break from working with Dr Luke – who she claims raped her – but the judge ruled that she has to remain in her contract with Sony.

Yesterday, Kesha went to court in Manhattan with her lawyer to overturn the case, E! News has reported.

In the documents , Kesha's lawyer claims that forcing the singer to work with Dr Luke is akin to "slavery."

"First, the Court erred in basing its decision on its finding that Kesha could record without interference from Gottwald [Dr Luke]," the paperwork states.

"Although it recognised that "slavery was done away with a long time ago" and that 'you can't force someone to work in a situation in which they don't want to work,' the Court's ruling requiring Kesha to work for Gottwald's companies, purportedly without his involvement, does just that.

"As the Court itself recognised, 'It's slavery. You can't do that'."

But Dr Luke's lawyer has already responded saying that Kesha's allegations are "false."

We all know that Rihanna has one hell of a voice but that did not stop one fan giving her a serious run for her money at a gig in Cincinnati earlier this week.

During a stellar rendition of Riri's hit Four Five Seconds, the Work singer decided to give her front-row fans a chance to sing along on mic.

But little did the star know that one gentlemen in the front row had a serious set of pipes.

A clip caught at the gig shows Rihanna looking visibly surprised and then impressed by her fan's serious vocal skills.

"Woah sh*t," she can be heard saying before continuing with the song.

At the end of the track she pointed out the talented singer and said: "Thanks for helping me out with that babe."

With the death toll from this morning's terror attacks in Brussels standing at 34 and still rising, one French paper has expressed the country's support for Belgium in a beautiful way.

Two blasts hit Zaventem airport at around 7am today, followed by a third explosion at Maelbeek metro station an hour later. The attacks come just four months after 130 people were killed doing a series of co-ordinated gun attacks and explosions around Paris on November 13, 2015.

This morning French newspaper Le Monde posted a beautiful and poignant cartoon to its social media feeds, drawn by its resident cartoonist Plantu.

The image, which shows a person painted in  the colours of the French flag comforting someone painted with the black, yellow and red of the Belgium flag, was simply captioned "13 november… 22 mars" – the French translation for the date of both attacks.

Since being posted a few hours ago, the image has been shared and liked thousands of times on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Speaking about this morning's attacks, Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel called it "a day of tragedy, a black day" for the country.

She’s only 18 – but actress Ariel Winter has had to do a lot of growing up in the spotlight.

And as if that wasn’t challenging enough, she’s also STILL not on speaking terms with her mother.

"It has been very sad for me, but at the same time it's been much better for me emotionally and physically to be on my own and have a better, safer household and support system," Ms Winter explained on yesterday’s Elle DeGeneres Show.

The Modern Family star lived with her 37-year-old sister Shanelle Gray until from the age of 14 – only recently moving out when she turned 18 earlier this year.

And speaking about her elder sibling, Ariel also gushed: "She's been the best part of my life. She really is my best friend. She's the most important thing to me."

She added: "She's been there for me through absolutely everything. And I just love her so much. I count on her more than anything."

The women’s mother, Chrisoula Workman, has been accused of emotionally and physically abusing her daughters – something that Ms Workman denies.

Indeed, their brother Jimmy Workman (also an actor – he played Pugsley in The Adams Family movies) has publicly defended their mother.

We all remember Holly Hagan's introduction to Geordie Shore. "I'm fit, I'm flirty and I have double F's."

Well now the reality star wants to lose one of those elements – her boobs.

Five years after undergoing a boob job, Holly has revealed that Star Mag that she no longer wants the attention that her ample assets bring her.

"I've been thinking about it for about a year. I got them done during my glamour modelling days and I feel I've put them to as good a use as possible.

"I don't really want that kind of attention anymore. I'm into fitness now and want to look a bit smaller. I like the shape, but they start at my neck and come right out to my armpits!"

The fitness fanatic also said that she wishes she waited before getting the surgery at 18 and is trying to urge young woman to stop and think about it until you're at least 21-years-old.

Holly has yet to set a date for her boob reduction surgery, but she seems pretty serious about getting them done.

When we came across this contraption, our first thoughts were that it's a really good idea.

But the thing that really won it for us was the demo video that comes along with the Bridal Buddy.

As any brides (or brides-to-be) know, going to the loo in your wedding dress in no easy feat.

Dragging along your mother, sister, bridesmaid and the dog (OK, maybe not the dog) makes going to the toilet a extravagant affair when it really doesn't need to be.

Que the Bridal Buddy, which lifts up your dress and holds in it place while you do your business.

Now, for the demo. Watch and laugh ladies, because the whole scenario is more real than we think:
