Bressie is great for sharing the odd throwback snap, but this one is definitely something we can all relate to.

The singer took to Instagram last night to post a photo of his younger self standing beside The Blizzards drummer, Declan Murphy.

In the snap, the lads had just received their Leaving Cert results, and like many of us, they weren't happy with what they got.

Bressie captioned the pic: "Myself and Declan receiving our leaving cert results and making realistation that perhaps our dreams of quantum physics were shattered and we would have to be musicians instead."

Well, we're delighted things worked out the way they did!

Lads, there's nothing better than cereal, right?

Just heap a load into a bowl and that's your morning meal covered (or your hangover meal in college when you were too broke to get a chipper).

Well, for this week only, a cereal pick'n'mix shop has opened in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre and we are so God damn excited.

Nestle are the creators of this divine invention and from today until Sunday, the shopping centre will have the Aisle of Wonder open to the public.

If you can't guess already, we're pretty happy about this pop-up, it's just a pity it isn't staying around for longer.

Irish comedian, Jarlath Regan, has today revealed that he will be undergoing surgery in the new year which will allow him to donate a kidney to his brother.

Jarlath, who hosts the incredibly popular podcast An Irishman Abroad, spoke with 2FM's Eoghan McDermott and insisted that the decision was a no-brainer.

"My brother rang me and said ‘Jar would you come over and test to see if you’re a match?" he said. "I went over and it’s happening in the new year."

Currently performing his show Arseways at the Edinburgh Festival, the former UCD student explained that his brother might have only survived another five years without the transplant.

In fairness, we should have agreed on a facial expression before hand.

Following the operation next year, the father-of-one will have added 25 to 30 years to his sibling's life expectancy – something which the comedian admits he relishes.

"Let’s be honest, too – it’s the ultimate good guy thing to do," he said. "From this point on, nobody can call me selfish. I have medical evidence that I am a decent human being."

Downplaying the matter while discussing it earlier today, the former RTÉ presenter simply said: "Families fall out over organ donation all the time."

"But the mad thing is there are people walking around with two kidneys when you only need one," he reasoned.

Cara Delevingne has been extremely busy lately. Along with promoting Suicide Squad, the actress has also made a comeback to modelling, and recently shot for Vogue.

However, Cara has revealed that she needed some time off from the world of social media, and took two weeks out, which she encourages everyone to do.

The blonde beauty shared a snap of her climbing out of a pool, wearing a simple black bikini and looking totally relaxed.

She captioned the photo: "My Instagram holiday is over… I was taking some much needed time away from my phone which I advise everyone to do at some point.

"Hope you are all enjoying your holidays," she added.

Minutes later, she shared a clip of her new movie Kids in Love:

Like the Irish weather, the guy who fell over on the ice and the kid who played What’s Snots on The Den, the Rose of Tralee is something we, as a nation, are allowed to make fun of.

Hell, it’s practically our duty.

Yet despite our supposed disdain for the long-running contest, a staggering 1.7 million of us chose to tune and get our fix of the action this week.

And an astounding three-quarters of a million witnessed the moment a stunned Chicago Rose, Maggie McEldowney, took her place in Rose of Tralee history after being crowned winner at the 58th annual event.

Oh, and it wasn’t just the people at home in Ireland keen to hear the Sydney Rose’s views on the 8th Amendment or the German Rose's take on Lil Wayne either.

With 115,000 total worldwide streams, the popularity of the contest is ever-increasing.

Acknowledging the changing tide, host Dáithí Ó Sé said: It’s been another fantastic year at the Rose of Tralee. This is my seventh year hosting and each year it just seems to get better.”

Since Monday there have been over 55,400 Twitter mentions – a figure which undoubtedly helped make this year’s contest was one of the highest rating programmes of 2016.

Commenting on the show’s success, RTÉ’s executive producer, Brian Páircéir, said: “With 1.7million viewers tuning in over the two days to watch the Rose of Tralee it just proves once again just how popular it is with people watching at home.”

Make no mistake – you'll be watching again next year, and you know it.

Kanye had a MELTDOWN when Kylie Jenner signed up to Puma, and it looks like he might just have another little meltdown since the Jenner sisters are now designing their own range of trainers.

The KUWTK stars shared a sneak peek on Kylie's Snapchat of their new SS17 Kendall + Kylie line, and we have to say, it was unexpected.

In their latest collection out now, the girls flooded the line with strappy sandals and high heels, but these runners are cool and stylish and right up our alley (in case you haven't noticed, our alley is COMFORT).

All we want to know is if these are the only athleisure pieces in the collection (oh, and what Kanye thinks about it).

We'll have to wait a while to find out!

There's The Rock… and then there's Dwayne Johnson.

The Rock is an uber bad-ass who works out 20 hours a day while Dwayne Johnson is a complete and utter softie.

And it looks like the latter took to Instagram last night if a recent post on The Rock's page is anything to go by.

Sharing the sweetest video of himself and his nine-month-old daughter, Jasmine, playing their favourite game, Dwayne wrote: "Finally my big head is used for more than just a place to hang my hat."

"The joys of being home w/ my ohana and playin' one of our fav games – slap daddy's head 'til I can see his big scary face," he continued. (sic)

"Song playing in the background is "O Tiare" (Justin Young). A song I started singing to her every day since she was one week old."

"Samoan lyrics are beautiful, "Ia alofa le Atua, ma tausi ia te 'oe…" which translates to "may God take loving care of you," the actor told followers.

Finishing the post, which clocked up a staggering 4.9 million views, Dwayne joked: "I must now go do something very manly and bad ass to counterbalance this post."

Acknowledging Dwayne's parting words, one of the star's followers wrote: "Aww our children makes even the manliest toughest guys into mush. Fatherhood, the best ride of our lives."

Excuse us while we watch this over and over.

Zara may be one of the most fashion savvy retailers on the high street, but that doesn’t mean the brand is without its worries as the Spanish clothing giant is reportedly facing a $5 million lawsuit for allegedly manipulating its prices.

According to The Fashion Law, Zara is being sued by customer Devin Rose in California who claims that he and other Zara customers in the US have been overcharged as a result of the brand’s “deceptive pricing practices”.

The complaint states that Zara has made billions of dollars through the “classic bait and switch” practice of only tagging its clothing with euro prices – a procedure which Rose claims “lures” customers into making purchases.

In the lawsuit it is also claimed that once a customer reaches the till the products of choice are then sold “for a substantially higher amount in dollars” than conversion rates would suggest they should be.

Rose’s complaint is based on a personal experience he had earlier this summer at a particular Zara store in Sherman Oaks, California.  He claims he was charged almost 60% more than he should have been for three shirts because of Zara’s conversion rate tactics.

A spokesperson for Zara in the United States told TFL that the retailer “vehemently denies any allegations [of] deceptive pricing practices”.

Blair Waldorf and Seth Cohan Leighton Meester and Adam Brody made a rare public appearance last night, and guys… we still can't get over these two are together.

We grew up watching them on Gossip Girl and The OC, and as any TV fanatic will know, when two shows crossover (whether in real-life or fiction) it's something we need to totally fan-girl over.

However, Leighton and Adam are famously private, and last night was their first public appearance since 2014!

Adam and his beau were out on the red carpet to promote his new show StartUp, in which he plays the main character, Nick Talman.

The 10-episode drama follows Nick and his two associates as they try to launch a tech company featuring a new, government-free digital currency. Martin Freeman stars as FBI agent, Phil Rask.

Leighton and Adam secretly married in February 2014 after a three-month long engagement, and shortly after welcomed a baby girl, Arlo Day into the world.

Look, we'd be the first to admit that when it comes to height, the only one type were interested in is heel.

In our headier more adventurous moments on holiday, we might have momentarily toyed with the idea of bungee-jumping or sky-diving, but then we had a word with ourselves before grabbing a drink and sitting those options out.

And this is why we're struggling to look at Angela Nikolau's Instagram account without biting down on closed fists and muffling a strangled wail.

Bear Grylls seems to be better than any talk show host when it comes to getting information out of people.

The whole world was shocked at the end of last year when Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid called in quits on their engagement – just weeks before they were set to tie the knot.

The couple reconciled a few months later, but Court kept quiet about the whole thing – until now.

While on a hike with Bear, the actress opened up to him, saying: "We were engaged for over a year and then we broke up.

"There's something about… you know, he's from Ireland. And the way he regards love is precious," she said.

"We have to treat it in a different way. It's more special… you coddle it. I didn't know how to regard love the way he does.

"And I definitely made a lot of mistakes that I see, whether it's co-dependency or people-pleasing. I didn't know how to bring it in.

"It was always external. I definitely have learned a lot, and no matter what, I will be a better person from the break-up, even though it was so brutal," she admitted.
