In news that will definitely brighten up your Friday, Krystal nightclub is giving away FREE booze tonight.

No, we're not joking.

According to Lovin Dublin, the Harcourt hangout is throwing a 'Closing Down Party' tonight and wants to give its customers a proper send off by giving out free drink between 11pm – 12.30am tonight.

And if you're a regular to Krystal, don't worry, it's not actually closing down. It's going through a €1 million refurbishment, so you can bet it'll look pretty slick when it opens again in November.

See you at 11?!

Vanessa Hudgens is certainly one of our fave ladies for style. Her look is totally chill and casual, and if I tried to pull it off I'd probably look like I just got out of bed…

However, the leading lady has gone through TWO major hair changes in the space of a day.

She told InStyle last week: "I actually just texted my hair stylist saying I want to do something fun… So we'll what happens."

We think it's a tad funny that Jennifer Lopez broke up with her boyfriend because he went to watch Conor McGregor's fight.

Whether it's true or not, as Irish women, it's something we can all relate to.

However, according to TMZ, Caster Smart is totally in denial that J Lo ended their relationship.

Insiders say that the pair are still close and their relationship is amicable, but Jen insists that they're no longer a couple.

Casper flew to meet Jen in New York where she's filming a TV show, so it looks like he's not giving up on her anytime soon.

Apparently, Kanye West is a man of his word.

Now, don't get us wrong, we love how much drama he creates (it's like watching a TV show), but sometimes when he goes on a rant you don't know whether to believe him or just take what he says with a pinch of salt.

But we might have to eat our words now because back in November, he promised some paparazzi that he would give out free Yeezys – something nobody thought he'd ever do.

Yet, this week he rolled up in his car and gave a bunch out to a few freelance cameramen on the street.

At around €300 a pop, we have to say, it's a pretty nice gesture!

This is just so sad.

Zac Efron has said goodbye to his beloved pet dog, Puppy Efron.

The actor took to Instagram to share a picture of him and his dog playing together. Showing off his fury friend, Zac captioned the post: "Through thick and thin you've always been my best friend.

"I'll see you at the finish line, RIP Puppy Efron."

The actor then added lyrics from a Chance the Rapper track: "Felt hog tied ever since my dog died/ He lived to 84, damn, that's a long ride/ I know he up there he just sit and he wait/ I'll be racing up the stairs I'mma get to the gate singing."

Taylor Swift has had a rollercoaster of a year.

From the Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston drama to the leaked Yeezy footage which had the potential to ruin her reputation, 2016 has undoubtedly been the year of the Taylor Swift headline.

And it sounds like she might need some time out of the spotlight.

In comparison to last year's Video Music Awards which saw the singer scoop four Moonmen, this year's are less Tay-oriented and the star isn't in the running for anything which could go a long way towards explaining her decision not to attend on Sunday.

That's right, people. Taylor Swift is not attending the VMAs this year –  a decision which has sent the rumour mill into overdrive today (obvs).

While insiders say the 26-year-old never intended to appear in the first place, media outlets can't help but wonder if this announcement has anything to do with the fact Kanye has been given a whole four minutes on stage to do whatever the hell he wants.

Sorry Swifties, there'll be no shocked faces or dodgy dance moves this Sunday.

Just when we thought it was all over and done with, Amber Heard has fired back at Johnny after he donated money to charity in Amber's name, and as well as that, she apparently wants her ex-hubby to give $14m away rather than the agreed $7m.

According to TMZ, Amber's team said that Johnny is not being truthful about his latest move because he will get a charitable tax deduction when he donates the moola to ACLU and the Children's Hospital of LA.

Amber's people told the gossip site: "If Johnny wishes to change the settlement agreement, we must insist that he honour the full amount by donating $14m to charity, which after accounting for his tax deduction, is equal to his $7M payment obligation to Amber.

"We would also insist that the full amount be paid immediately and not drawn out over many years," they added.

It doesn't seem like this is going to end anytime soon!

But it turns out, the judges are not impressed by the contestants.

An inside source said: "It was all about creating a dish which reflected the identity of each celebrity cook. Honestly, nobody dazzled us.

"Our celeb cooks wouldn't be up to the standard of the top amateurs we get on Masterchef," the source told the Irish Sun.

After 62 years of marriage, this couple’s family now fear they could forget each other.

Ashley Kaila B took to social media today to ask for help from her friends as she works to get her grandparents in the same care facility.

“This is the saddest photo I have ever taken,” said Ashley as she shared the moment her grandparents wiped tears from their faces.

The pair have been married for 62 years but for the last eight months have been separated because of “backlogs and delays by our health care system.

“They have the power to have my grandpa moved to the same care facility as my grandmother. They cry every time they see each other and it is heartbreaking.”

Ashley’s grandfather suffers from dementia and as his illness takes hold, “his memory of my grandmother has not faded an inch…yet.”

Every second day for the last eight months Ashley and her family have made the journey from one facility to the other so that the couple could see each other.

“We are afraid that if they are living apart much longer, his memory of her won’t stay.”

Her grandfather has also now been diagnoses with Lymphoma and now his family worry that he is not being cared for the way he needs.

“He isn’t getting proper care where he is, including no physical therapy which we were promised.

“Now with the news of cancer, our fight to have them in the same facility is even more urgent.”

Nearly 3,000 people have now shared Ashley’s heartbreaking plea as they look for answers.

“We want justice for my grandparents who after 62 years together deserve to spend their last moments in the same building.”

Is it just us or are you getting sick of all the link ups and sneaky changes in policy when it comes to our social media platforms?!

In news announced today, Whatsapp has revealed it will now share your phone number with Facebook, in order for you to 'make better connections'. 

Whatsapp updated its privacy policy – without giving us much notice – and for the first time, it will give Facebook permission to connect the two accounts together.

The new Whatsapp policy is FOUR years in the making, and it claims that the move means Facebook will have more data on its users, and will be better able to match friends.

In a statement, the messaging app said: "By coordinating more with Facebook, we'll be able to do things like track basic metrics about how often people use our services and better fight spam on Whatsapp.

"By connecting your phone number with Facebook's systems, Facebook can offer better friend suggestions and show you more relevant ads if you have an account with them.

"For example, you might see an ad from a company you already work with, rather than one from someone you've never heard of."

The new policy has sparked concern from users of both sites, with the fear that their number will be leaked online, however, both platforms promise that's not the case.

"We won't post or share your Whatsapp number with others, including on Facebook, and we still won't sell, share, or give your phone number to advertisers."

But most worrying of all, this is NOT an option. You can't decide whether you want your number shared or not, as Whatsapp will just automatically do it.

"This allows us to do things like improve our app's performance and better coordinate," the statement said.

If you do not agree with the new policy, you cannot use the app.
