Who wants to see Rochelle Humes pee her pants live on air? Well, her husband Marvin does if today’s episode of This Morning is anything to go by.

The former JLS singer managed to horrify his wife and mother of his daughter Alaia- Mai not once, not twice, but three separate times while she was presenting the hit morning show. The Saturdays singer was confronted with a skeleton, a spider and a visit from the living dead during the filming of the programme and looked more petrified on each occasion, as you would.

The husband and wife team, who began dating in 2010 and married in 2012, have proved popular with morning audiences as the show’s stand-in presenters. Rochelle’s habit of sharing titbits about hers and Marvin’s bedroom antics have kept viewers interested and now we’re starting to wonder if this is Marvin’s revenge for his wife’s overly chatty ways!

After the final scare, Rochelle had clearly had enough, wailing: “ I hate you all! Why would you do that to me. He’s really scary.” Even though Marvin was seen comforting his wife, we think we detect a glimmer of pride at how well his pranks played out.

Does this mean war?

Be it McDonald's, Abrakebabra or the local chipper, there's no denying that our cravings for greasy food intensify by approximately 150% when we are drunk.

Much as it might be immensely satisfying at the time, eating fatty, greasy food will only increase the likelihood that you'll be dying tomorrow. Your liver will be so busy breaking down all that fat that it won't be able to work on cleansing your body of alcohol. The result? You'll not only be dehydrated from consuming excess salt, but you'll also have a killer of a hangover.

If you're hitting the town tonight, try these food swaps to keep you satisfied without the pain tomorrow! And don't worry, we haven't included anything EXCESSIVELY healthy. No-one expects you to start knocking back shots of wheatgrass when you're drunk – save those for tomorrow!

1. If you're craving… a burger

Try…
A grilled chicken sandwich or peanut butter on toast.

Why?
Too much fat is bad for your digestion and will leave you bloated tafterwards. Toast or a light sandwich still contains some fat, but the protein you'll get from chicken or peanut butter will do your body far more good than a greasy burger.

2. If you're craving… pizza

Try…
A veggie panini or grilled cheese on toast.

Why?
The main problem with pizza is not the dough, it's the huge amounts of cheese and greasy toppings like pepperoni (nom). Cut down on fat and calories by swapping pizza for a sandwich with lighter toppings. If you're really in the mood for cheese, melt some cheddar on toast at home – that way, you're in charge of the portion control AND you can eat it in your PJs while dancing to Taylor Swift in the living room.

3. If you're craving… chips

Try…
Light crisps or pita chips with a dip like hummus

Why?
You'll still get some salty, tasty goodness of chips but without the excess grease. Plus hummus is full of protein and will leave you feeling fuller for longer.

4. If you're craving… chocolate and biscuits

Try…
Fruit like cherries, oranges or bananas

Why?
Fruit still gives you a sugar hit from fruit but without the guilt tomorrow. Cherries are reportedly great for easing pain – we'll try anything to help with that Sunday morning hangover. Oranges and other citrus fruits are hugely hydrating, while bananas will replenish the potassium that alcohol can deplete.

As two of the most famous young stars in Hollywood, it seems as though everything Kendall and Kylie Jenner touch turns to gold.

Unfortunately, that can’t be said of their stint as teen authors.

The teens’ first novel, Rebels: City of Indra: The Story of Lex and Livia, has been labelled a flop after only shifting 13,000 copies since its release in June.

The sales figures for the Jenners’ sci-fi dystopian work were obtained by Radar Online.

The book, which supposedly “came from the minds” of the famous sisters but was actually ghost-written by Maya Sloane, received largely negative reviews, with one reader branding it “garbage from start to finish”.

Ouch, that’s got to hurt.

While the news will no doubt come as a disappointment to the girls however, we’re sure they’re not wasting too much time worrying about it.

With a joint clothing line to their name, on top of their frequent presenting stints and magazine cover stories, no doubt the girls can shift their focus to bigger and better things.

It’s safe to say that Kate Hudson threw the sexiest Halloween party in Hollywood last night.

The actress threw a star-studded Sons of Anarchy-inspired bash for all of her famous friends, and took the opportunity to show off her killer abs.

We are girl crushing pretty hard right now.

The 35-year-old wasn’t the only one who embraced the festive spirit for the party, with a host of A-listers turning up in some seriously impressive costumes.

Gwen Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale were spookily stylish as sexy vampires, while singer Katy Perry was definitely in contention for costume of the night with her giant cheese puff get-up.

Good old Katy, we can always count on her to give us a giggle.

We also have to give credit to actress Jessica Alba and her buddy Kelly Sawyer, who were barely recognisable in their Guns ‘N’ Roses Axl and Slash costumes.

Now that is one party we wouldn’t have minded gate-crashing.

We’re definitely feeling inspired for tonight after seeing those pictures!

Someone’s going to be in trouble today!

Singer Rita Ora was left red-faced this week after her new boyfriend, Ricky Hil, caused a major scene at a glitzy celebrity event they attended together.

Rita was one of a host of A-list stars invited to photographer Mario Testino’s 60th birthday party at the exclusive Chiltern Firehouse, and decided to bring her new squeeze Ricky – who is the son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger – along with her.

While Ricky’s bright green hair certainly caught the attention of party-goers, it was his behaviour that has made headlines today, with reports claiming that he was involved in a bust-up with another guest.

A source told The Mirror: “Someone inside Chiltern started squaring up to Ricky and giving him a hard time. The guy was hurling abuse at him so Ricky punched him.”

The source added that while Rita wasn’t with him at the moment of the punch-up, “it was all a bit embarrassing”.

The couple were spotted leaving together shortly after, with the Hot Right Now singer hiding her eyes under her hat as Ricky scowled for the camera.

We can just imagine what was said on that car journey home!

The news that she is out and about again after being under psychiatric hold only broke today, but already Amanda Bynes is making her presence known on Twitter.

The troubled star, who has spent the past few weeks in a medical facility in California, is back on social media and is pointing the finger of blame.

The 28-year-old took to Twitter in the past hour to blast members of the media, writing: “Tamar Arminak it is illegal to talk to the press about my personal business. You are corrupt and belong in prison.”

The Hairspray star followed up with another message of warning, writing: “And no one should ever hire Richard Hutton. His daughter Jen Heger runs Radar Online and he tells her everything, also illegal and corrupt.

In another string of tweets sent out later in the afternoon, the actress accused her parents of lying about her and trying to steal her money, saying that she intends to challenge them in court today.

Amanda sparked concern last month after taking to Twitter to post a series of worrying messages, including detailed posts about her father making sexual advances on her during her childhood. She later retracted the statements, branding them as false.

According to reports, Amanda’s parents regained conservatorship over her after discovering that the star had purchased expensive jewellery and gifted it to total strangers.

We hope that these tweets aren’t a sign of another downward spiral.

It can be hard to motivate yourself to work out at the best of times, let alone on a freezing winter night when all you want to do is lounge inside next to a blazing fire. But with the right clothing and a bit of determination, staying fit in colder weather can be just as easy as during the rest of the year.

Wearing the right gear is essential in winter, especially if your sport of choice is outdoor running or cycling. Wind, rain and cold will not only affect performance but can also lead to illness or injury if you're not prepared. So stay warm and dry this winter with our pick of the top cold weather sports gear…

1. Sports bra
Whatever the weather, a sports bra should be an essential part of your kit to ensure you're supported at all times. We love this dark blue Adidas bra – the racer back means it's a great option even for larger cup sizes.

Adidas Supernova Racer Bra, €35

2. Lightweight top
It's all about insulation and layering once the colder weather sets in, especially if you're out for a long distance run. This washed lilac Millie & Gym tee is made from moisture wicking fabric meaning it won't cling when you sweat.

Millie & Gym Draper T-Shirt, €22

3. Zipped jacket
Even if you warm up once you're in your stride, you should never attempt to run in just a t-shirt when it's windy or rainy – you'll regret it when you're nursing a cold tomorrow. A lightweight jacket can be tied around your waist if you get too hot – this Nike one is the perfect windbreaker option.

Nike Windrunner Grid Print Jacket, €76

4. Long running leggings
Keep those pins warm and dry with longer leggings for winter! Look for a lightweight pair that won't leave you chafing if you get wet from rain or sweat. This Pure Simple pair also have reflective panels – essential if you're training outside in the dark evenings.

Pure Simple Celebrate Run Leggings, €25

5. Gloves
Gloves might not seem like the most obvious thing to wear for working out (unless you're a cyclist), but trust us, you'll never look back. A fleece pair could leave you overheated, so look for thinner ones that'll still keep your hands and fingers warm, like this Nike pair:

Nike Women's Swift Attitude Running Gloves, €17

6. Non-cotton socks
If you're going to be out in rain and mud, cotton socks will leave your feet soaked, wrinkled and more prone to cuts and blisters. Opt for a pair made from exercise-friendly synthetic fabric, like these sports socks from Dunnes:

Dunnes 2-pack Sports Socks, €5

7. Runners with great grip
No slipping and sliding on wet pavement or muddy grass! Look for a stable, cushioned and comfy pair of trainers to see you through the winter. Avoid runners with too much mesh as they will only let excess water in – this Adidas pair have the right balance:

Adidas Women's Revenge Techfit, €50

Katy Perry has always been a proud Hello Kitty fan, and now she has made her love for the cute character eternal.

The singer took to social media last night to share a snap of her latest inking of – you guessed it – a Hello Kitty face!

Now that is fan dedication for you.

The 30-year-old posted an Instagram picture of her new tattoo, on the side of her right middle finger, writing: “Does this make my gang signs look soft now?”

This is the latest addition to the star’s growing collection of ink. She also has a “Jesus” name tattoo on her left wrist, a strawberry on her ankle, a peppermint swirl on the other ankle, and a quote which translates as “Go with the flow” on the inside of her right arm.

Katy celebrated her 30th birthday in style last week, holding a special party for 70 of her loved ones at the luxurious Amanjena Hotel in Morocco.

Perhaps she got her new ink to mark the milestone? What do you think of it?

She tends to always leave a trail of controversy in her wake, but we think Lily Allen may have gone too far this time.

The singer has come in for major criticism today after dressing up as “Dr Luke”, in an apparent reference to the producer who has been accused of mentally and sexually abusing singer Kesha.

The mother-of-two was seen smirking as she stepped out last night in blue scrubs, with a name badge reading “Dr Luke” pinned to her top pocket.

Even if this wasn’t intentional, this was definitely a bad and insensitive move on Lily’s part.

Dr Luke – aka music producer Lukasz Gottwold – has been accused of sexually, physically and mentally abusing Kesha for a ten-year period after she signed a record deal with his label, at the age of 18.

Last week the Tik Tok singer filed a lawsuit against the producer, with court documents detailing the abuse.

The 27-year-old singer claims that Gottwold also forced her to take drugs and alcohol, and was a major factor in her issues with her body image.

It’s safe to say that Lily hasn’t impressed anyone with this outfit.

In a recent interview, singer Taylor Swift opened up about her (somewhat unexpected) friendship with Lena Dunham.

The pair first became pals in 2012 when Lena sent Taylor a direct message on Twitter, gushing about her music. Two years on, Taylor describes her bestie as “a hug in the form of a person,” saying that “her perspective has truly shaped me in the past couple of years.”

Lena has also spoken numerous times about how much of an inspiration Taylor is, describing her songs as “a soundtrack to many of my feelings.”

The fact that the two stars have formed such a strong bond in just two years might seem a little strange, but when you consider that our twenties are some of the most formative years of our lives, it’s no surprise that friendships formed during that period would be equally life-defining.

During childhood and secondary school, our relationships are generally limited to those we meet at school or where we live. It’s only when carving a path for ourselves as adults, at college and beyond, that we get a chance to meet people who we truly identify with, rather than those we meet simply because they live in the house down the road.

That’s not to say that old friendships aren’t just as strong as new ones – we all envy those girls who’ve been a part of each other’s lives since they were three or four – but sometimes it takes growth and perspective to see what we really value in a friend.

Lena and Taylor both found what they were looking for in each other – someone who understands what it is to be successful and creative without being a full-on party animal extrovert. “We have the same responsibility and the same pressure that's on you when you write every single word you end up performing,” said Taylor in an interview last year. Lena’s also praised her pal for helping her “be stronger and make better decisions.”

As we grow older, it becomes easier for us to decide for ourselves who we want to give our time to. In our twenties we meet so many diverse groups of people but we don’t instantly become BFFs with everyone that crosses our path. If we don’t see eye to eye with someone, it’s no big deal, we can move on and drop that empty baggage.

That kind of viewpoint means that when we do find someone who we truly admire and relate to, we know the bond is real and worth holding on to.
