That Ed Sheeran is just an amazing individual, isn’t he?

The singer did the most wonderful thing for one of his biggest fan’s this week, by accepting an emotional ‘marriage proposal’ from her.

Katie Papworth, who has brain cancer and recently lost her sight, had her dream come true after meeting her idol ahead of his Glasgow show.

After asking if she could be ‘Mrs Sheeran’, she presented Ed with a ring, which the star was only too delighted to accept.

The singer also signed a picture of a Lego house that 19-year-old Katie previously drew him, writing: “Lady Katie! To finally meeting my wife! Lots of love.”

Their meeting comes after Ed sent a special video message to the teen during a recent trip to the States. In the touching video, Ed says that he is “sending a lot of love” to his super fan.

What a top guy.

They did their very best to keep their engagement a secret, and now it looks as though Courteney Cox and Johnny McDaid may have pulled the wool over our eyes yet again.

It looks like they may have already tied the knot in secret!

The couple set the rumour mill into overdrive by sharing a photo of their seriously impressive Halloween costumes to Twitter.

While the couple clearly went to a hell of a lot of effort with their scary his and hers looks, all eyes were on one tiny detail of Johnny’s outfit – the shiny band on his wedding ring finger.

With the glare of the media spotlight shining down on the pair since they first stepped out as a couple, it makes sense that they may have decided to opt for a secret ceremony.

If the rumours are true, and they are in fact already husband and wife, we hope they will at least share a sneak peek of their special day.

Niall Horan has made no secret of his admiration for X Factor contestant Lauren Platt.

The Mullingar man even took to Twitter to announce that she was his favourite act of the entire series this year.

And now the pair have been caught up in romance rumours after Lauren revealed that they have planned to meet up!

Speaking to OK! magazine, Lauren revealed: “I’ve got Niall’s number – I think  me, him and my best friend are going to meet up.”

Hmm, could romance be on the cards for Niall and Lauren? Let’s hope the legion of One Direction fans don’t get wind of this!

Of course, it wouldn’t be the first time that a member of the boy band got close to one of the show’s contestants.

Niall’s bandmate Zayn Malik famously met fiancée and Little Mix star Perrie Edwards on the show, with the loved-up pair now planning their wedding for next year.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on what happens next!

While we are extremely impressed with the stellar efforts of Jemima Khan and Heidi Klum this year, we think Blue’s costume is our favourite for 2014.

Khloe Kardashian isn’t having such great luck with social media at the minute, is she?

First, she came under fire for cracking incest jokes with brother Rob, then last week she fuelled rumours of a rift with sister Kim with an Instagram video.

Now the reality star has faced major backlash from her followers over her Halloween costume posting.

Sharing a photo herself, apparently dressed as a cat, and Scott Disick and a friend donning Sheik costumes, Khloe captioned the photo: “Sheik P***y”.

With over 14 million Instagram followers, it didn’t take long for the backlash to begin, with people branding the 30-year-old’s post and caption as "disrespectful" and "racist".

One user wrote: “You moron! Uneducated narrow-minded WASTE OF SPACE! WAS a fan. NOT ANYMORE!”

Whether she has chosen to ignore the criticism, or she has just been too busy trick-or-treating with her nephew and nieces, Khloe has not removed the controversial post.

She’s done it again.

The queen of Halloween herself, model Heidi Klum, took the trophy for the most elaborate and impressive costume last night in New York.

The 41-year-old, who is known for going all-out for the annual festivities, chose a spectacular bug outfit this year.

Having previously wowed us all with her amazing old lady and Hindu goddess looks, the bar was set pretty high, but we think we can safely say she rose to the challenge.

As well as sharing a shot of her costume – complete with veiny wings – she also posted a close-up of the intricate detail of her seriously cool facial make-up.

Taking to Twitter to unveil the look and share her excitement, the former Victoria’s Secret star wrote: “I love you, NYC, and all of the amazing, creative people here! Have a happy and safe Halloween #HKHalloween”.

Wow. We are in absolute awe.

Somebody give this woman the crown, she deserves it!

Cruel Intentions, released in 1999, was one of our go-to movies for a night in with the girls. The film, based on a French novel, gave us an insight into the complex lives of New York's wealthy teens and frankly, left us reeling.

The biggest scandal to hit our school was the Great Egging of 2001 so when we saw what Sebastian, Kathryn and the crew were capable of at Manchester Prep, we were glued to our seats. Sex, deceit and love; YES!

Reports have emerged that Anne Hathaway refused to shake the hand of an Argentine journalist because she was afraid of catching Ebola. Er, what?

Anne was publicising new film Interstellar, due for release on November 5th, when she declined to shake Alexis Puig’s hand. Outraged, the journalist took to Twitter berating the thirty-one-year old star of Les Miserables saying: "Anne Hathaway didn’t shake my hand because she was afraid of Ebola #I’mAThirdWorldJournalist!"

Apparently fellow Interstellar star Matthew McConaughey and director Christopher Nolan had no problem shaking the journalist’s hand which raised questions about Anne’s motives for declining contact.

The actress has vehemently denied the rumours saying that she was in fact sick and didn't want to pass it on to anyone else, however no other journalist has come forward with claims of being snubbed by the actress.

Considering the fact that Argentina is Ebola-free, it has been suggested that Alexis is purely seeking publicity on the back of the Oscar-winning actress, but it doesn’t seem like the journalist is going to let this one go.

Yet another story for Hathahaters to feast on.

It's the same every week. As soon as Wednesday rolls around, you're begging for the sweet embrace of the weekend. By Thursday, Friday and those weekend lie-ins are so close you can almost taste them.

Finally, Friday dawns, and all of a sudden you realise you still have a whole day of work to go through before you can finally make a bolt for freedom.

Here are the key stages we all go through on the last day of the working week…

1. Enduring one final early morning
The thought that tonight you won't even NEED to set an alarm is the only thing that gets you out of bed. Just get up, get to work and get through the day.

2. Spending the first hour of work chatting about weekend plans
"Up to much tonight?" is the question of the moment in the office kitchen. Secretly you don't really care what anyone's doing because all you're thinking about is the fact that it's nearly the WEEKEND!

3. Eating all the treats, because… Friday.
Monday to Thursday you're the salad queen but today is your Cupcake Day and nobody is taking that away from you. And if you want a Spar hot chicken roll for lunch, who's gonna stop you?

4. Rushing through your work in the morning
You're flying through those emails, driven on by the fact that you'll be free in a few short hours

5. Running out of steam and pushing everything til Monday
ALL of these annoying spreadsheets can be dealt with on Monday. Your brain is in Friday mode now which mainly consists of boredom and Saturday night outfit planning. WHEN WILL IT BE HOME TIME?

6. The seemingly endless three hours after lunch
How is it only 2.30pm? Three whole hours until you can clock out? This is cruelty.

7. Being ready to go from 4pm
Right, it's practically the weekend, time to reward yourself for a hard week's work by catching up on some Kardashian gossip and Facebook stalking.

8. Bolting out the door at the first acceptable second
4.58pm… 4.59pm… Run! Freedom, sweet freedom!

Of the entire Kardashian / Jenner clan, we’ve always felt that Bruce has gotten a bit of a raw deal, so this latest story has really pulled at our heart strings. It seems the sixty-five-year-old Olympic gold medallist can’t even go for a round of golf without being taunted and jeered.

Bruce, an avid golfer, is being harassed at the Sherwood County Club in California by two individuals who constantly refer to the recent rumours that Bruce is undergoing gender reassignment. One golfer has referred to the possibility that Bruce is no longer a man while another threatened to cut off his hair in the locker room. Is it just us or do you also have a major case of the feels right now?

Following his separation from wife of twenty-three-years Kris Jenner, Bruce has been plagued by rumours of transexualism and transvestism. Sources close to the camp have said: ““He likes growing his hair out, likes getting manicures and pedicures, and won’t leave his house without his diamond earrings. And he’s obsessed with plucking his eyebrows.”

Whether or not any of this true, surely he's entitled to enjoy a day on the golf course without being harassed. Bruce, go play your round!
