As daughter to rock legend Ozzy Osbourne, it is no surprise that Kelly Osbourne has a few tattoos on her body.

However, The Fashion Police star admitted as far back as 2010 that she no longer wanted ink all over her body and as she undergoes her third tattoo removal session she tries to warn people off  getting them.

Kelly wrote on her blog: “As humans we fill our conscience with clichés to selfishly justify the ridiculous things we do in life… Such as getting stupid tattoos.”

She added: “I have now undergone my third laser tattoo removal. All day I have found myself saying ‘no pain no gain’ or ‘pain is beauty!’ however the bigger lesson I have taken away from this horrendously painful experience is THINK BEFORE YOU INK!…

The 29-year-old has undergone a fairly subtle transformation from the girl we all knew on The Osbournes to a sophisticated woman and her tattoos clearly don’t go with her new look.

McFly’s Tom Fletcher has welcomed a baby boy as his wife Giovanna Fletcher gives birth and took to Twitter to share his happy news.

The 28-year-old wrote:  “Sorry for my twitter silence over the last 24hrs, I’ve been far too busy cuddling my son… :). He added: “Yep, @MrsGiFletcher gave birth to our insanely gorgeous son yesterday at 7pm. He is healthy, beautiful and I’ve already changed his nappy.”

Giovanna also took to the social media site to let her fans know how happy she was. She tweeted: “THRILLED to announce the safe arrival of our little BOY! Born last night at 7pm. I can’t stop staring at and kissing him! I’m in love! Xxx”

Recently, the new mum wrote on her blog: “It’s mindboggling to think that the little human I’ve been growing for the last eight and a half months is about to come out and meet us. I can’t wait!””

The baby’s name is yet to be released but #BabyFletcher has already started trending.

Anger Management star Charlie Sheen, is planning to ask a judge to reduce his child support payments.

The father-of-five currently pays $55,000-a-month in child support to his ex-wife Denise Richards, who looks after their daughters Sam and Lola.

But, the sitcom star claims that the former Bond girl refuses to let him spend time with his girls.

“Charlie hasn’t spent any time with the girls in several months and thinks it’s ridiculous that he continue to pay Denise $55,000,” a source told Radar.

He even wants to kick Denise and the girls out of the home he’s provided for them in L.A – oh boy!

Let’s hope these two come to an agreement sooner rather than later.

Naomi Campbell has revealed that some of the 90’s supermodels are reuniting for an upcoming project.

Talking on CBS This Morning, Naomi only had great things to say about her time with the girls: “I came up with a group of ladies and I don’t think you’ll ever get that group of ladies together again.”

Ever the modest lady, Naomi.

Continuing on about how there will never be a group of models like the 90’s supermodels ever again, ever…ever, she says: “You’ll get one here, one there, one there, but on a whole, you’ll never get it again.”

Naomi also teased: “We’re working with each other in a few weeks as it happens.”

Naomi’s lips were (surprisingly) shut about the whole affair but she did add: “In a very nice, sunny, warm place on water.”

A love formula developed by MSN, can work out the main ingredients needed to have a long and healthy relationship.

The formula – which also revealed that the number of sexual partners a person has can affect their relationship success – determines the traits we look for in a partner as well.

“Most people enter a serious relationship, hoping it will last forever.  Few know that it’s only by the time they get to sexual partner number five that they really know what they want and are confident to voice it,” said MSN relationship expert.

This suggests that women are usually ready settle down by the time they’ve reached their fifth lover – probably because they’ve had enough of beating around the bush.

But as always, every rule has an exception, so this time around the exception could be you!

The love hormone oxytocin, which is released during kissing, sex and breastfeeding, may reduce sufferers’ obsession with losing weight.

The hormone was given to 31 patients through a nasal spray and it was found that people suffering from anorexia who took the hormone, changed their attitude towards food and body parts.

Lead author on the study Prof Youl-Ri Kim said: “Our research shows that oxytocin reduces patients’ unconscious tendencies to focus on food, body shape, and negative emotions such as disgust.”

At the moment, there are no drugs to treat the disorder and in extreme cases, counselling has little effect on a person with anorexia because their brain is too undernourished.

“By using oxytocin as a potential treatment for anorexia, we are focusing on some of these underlying problems we see in patients,” added Kim.

Although researchers are still in early stage of the study, we still think it’s a perfect excuse to get snogging!

Feeling sexy is not that hard and you can incorporate it into your everyday life, no problem.

Take note girls:

Lipstick
Lipstick does a world of good so never leave your home without a bit of lippy. Red is the colour of love and will make you look polished even if your outfit leaves little to be desired.

Lighting
The key to looking sexy is the lighting. Avoid bright lights and instead opt for dim lights with subtle colours on your walls.

Camera angles
You can’t go far these days without someone poking a camera at you so make sure you figure out your good side and your not so good side and go with it. Everyone else does it.

Seduction
The art of seduction can be tricky to master. However, if you indulge in things that make you feel good about yourself, you will make your seduction look effortless.

Now that you feel sexy it’s time to get your flirt on!

Feeling a little uninspired lately? Rather than blaming sleep or other things have you ever thought that the ambience of your study area could be holding you back?

Here are the best ways to inspire creativity at home  – stick with us and you will be inspired in no time

Choose your colours wisely
Paint your walls green or blue to help remind you of the outside and feelings of being free. Yellow is good to get the juices flowing but avoid white which will likely give you a headache.

Listen to music
Background noise is helpful in keeping you awake and creative. Punk, jazz, classical and rock are good to get your juices flowing but avoid chart (whoops!) and disco.

Have a drink
Coffee is great to keep you alert, but stick to decaf. A glass of water or juice will also keep you going.

Create a nice smell
Light a scented candle or pop a little vase onto your desk and fill it with fresh flowers. There is nothing like a good smell to unleash your creative side.

Have stress ball
Release tense by leaving a stress ball on your desk. Squeeze it when you’re feeling overwhelmed and you will be back to yourself in no time.

Vogue got to go inside SJP’s New York City home and ask her 73 questions.

And while Carrie may have had a desire for a penthouse apartment with white walls and a massive wardrobe, SJP’s brownstone is quite different.

With warm colours and lots of little ornaments, SJP’s home is cosy and not at all what we expected.

But that said, we love it!

The way we feel can have a huge influence on our health – the happier you are, the easier it is to face the day’s challenges.

It’s not hard to feel happy, try it:

Be grateful
Be grateful for what you have. While this may sound cheesy, counting your blessing can help you realise how good you have things which will in turn boost your happiness levels.

Get some fresh air
As your ma would say, “a bit of fresh air will do you the world of good”. It’s true, being cooped up surrounded by constant images of other people being happy on social media will put a dampener on your mood. Go for walk and breathe in nature.

Have a laugh
Get laughing. Put on your favourite comedy show, Google a few jokes whatever it takes but make sure you have a good belly at least once a day

Say hi!
Say hello to people you meet on the street, give a smile and say thanks to the person who serves your coffee or compliment a friend. Being kind to others will go a long way in making you feel happier within yourself.
