Cheryl Cole has sparked rumours of a new romance – with a hunky personal trainer. Nice!

The X Factor judge interrupted her hectic schedule recently to fly out to South African to meet with personal trainer Steve Uria.

Steve was spotted greeting the former Girls Aloud star as she landed in Cape Town for the exotic two-day trip.

This isn’t the first time Cheryl has dropped everything to spend time with the mystery man, and she flew over to South Africa in December to be with him.

It was during this trip that the 42-year-old trainer posted a topless shot of himself alongside a bikini-clad Cheryl.

The Big Reunion stars Natasha Hamilton and Ritchie Neville are expecting their first baby together.

The pair got close when they co-starred on the ITV show and after a whirlwind romance have revealed that Atomic Kitten singer Natasha is three months pregnant.

“It’s a complete miracle!” said 31-year-old Natasha.

But the singer said she’s had the “worst morning sickness ever.”

She also revealed what happened when the pair went for their scan together, saying 5ive singer Ritchie, 34, “went into panic mode”.

None-the-less, Ritchie says that he’s looking forward to his new role.

“I want to be a hands-on dad. Tash will be feeding the baby and I’ll be feeding her sandwiches. Natasha’s stuck with me forever now, no matter what happens,” he said.

The loved-up couple also revealed that despite their change in circumstances, they are not about to get hitched, saying, “We’ve talked about marriage before – but there’s no rush.”

Natasha is already mum to Josh, 10, whose father is nightclub owner Fran Cosgrave and Harry, 8, from her relationship with dancer Gavin Hatcher.

Natasha split from her previous husband Riad Erraji last summer after six years of marriage and they have a son together, Alfie, 3.

Every year in Ireland, 7,000 people die from preventable smoking-related diseases.

It is so important for your health that if you are a smoker, you quit as soon as possible.

Here are some reasons that will hopefully convince you, if they don’t, nothing will!

1. Increased risk of disease
Smoking causes an increased risk of heart disease, cancer, strokes among other terrifying diseases.

2. Yellow staining
Smoking causes yellow teeth and yellow nails.

3. Premature ageing
Smoking is so, so bad for your skin. It also causes premature ageing and wrinkles. Not to mention it knocks about 10-15 years of your life. Scary!

4. Smell
There will be a constant odour of smoke around you.

5. Taste
Your taste buds will become desensitised meaning your not getting the full depth of flavour in your food.

6. Not a good look
Basically, it looks really, really bad.

Is it really worth all this? We thought not!

Lady Gaga looks unrecognisable after a sneak peak was revealed of what the singer will look like for the latest cover of Porter magazine.

The G.U.Y. singer is seen showing off a more natural look wearing minimal make-up and giving a shaggier look to her hair.

The magazine captioned the sneak peak of the singer: “Lady Gaga as you’ve never seen her before.”

It’s true we barely recognised the 28-year-old singer without her costumes and unusual make-up style.

This isn’t the first time Gaga has undergone a make under, she went for a more natural look for Harper’s Bazaar magazine cover and last year she ditched her make-up and clothes for a spread in V magazine.

It’s been a great year for Pharrell Williams from Oscar nominations to summer hits the singer seems to be on a roll. Things seem to be getting better for the Happy singer as he been has revealed as the new coach on the US version of The Voice.

The producer and singer has appeared on the show before as Team Usher’s season 4 battle mentor.

But since Cee Lo Green has left the series, Pharrell will now become a full time coach on the show.

The Voice confirmed on Twitter that the singer will be joining the panel for season 7 this afternoon: “Okay, we can OFFICIALLY say it! WE ARE SO #HAPPY to announce PHARRELL WILLIAMS = #NewVoiceCoach for SEASON 7,” the network tweeted along with a photo of the smiling artist.

Travelling light often means leaving your camera at home and just sticking to using the camera on you phone. Unfortunately, these snaps don’t always come out exactly as you want them too so, we have compiled a list of problems and how to fix them:

Grainy texture
The sandy effect across your pictures that you didn’t ask for is usually down to the settings on your phone. To fix it change your settings by turning up the contrast or by taking a bigger picture size to reduce the sandy look.

Blurry
There is nothing worse than thinking you have taken a great shot to realise that it is actually blurry. This is usually caused by a shaky hand or lack of lighting. To stop this problem, hold the shutter button down for a few seconds longer than you normally would and make sure there is adequate lighting.

No flash – no problem
The more light you have the better your shots will be but that doesn’t mean you’ll never be able to take great snaps if your phone doesn’t have a flash. You can often use a photo editing feature on your phone to make them look better or simply move until there is more light focused on your subject.

Lorde wants her fans to know that it’s ok to have a few flaws, especially when it comes to acne.

The 17-year-old singer took to Twitter yesterday to share two contrasting images of herself: one photo shopped, one not.

The first photo is of the singer performing at the Lollapalooza Festival in Chile and has been altered to hide her acne.

Lorde then went onto to tweet a second image, which shows that the singer with a few spots, like the rest of us.

The Grammy award winning singer then tweeted followers to embrace their imperfections: “I find this curious – two photos from today, one edited so my skin is perfect and one real. Remember flaws are OK.”

It’s great to see that the singer has such healthy attitude when it comes to her own flaws.

Click TV caught this terribly awkward interview on camera. Russell Crowe visited Dublin for the premiere of Noah last Saturday and this Irish reporter did not do her research it seems. After a quick put down from Russell she continues on down the wrong line of questioning. Way to warm him up!

Russell later took to Twitter calling her a “plonker”.

It’s hard not to love Jennifer Lawrence; the actress is extremely talented, beautiful and despite all of this doesn’t take herself too seriously either.

But it seems one woman seems to love Jennifer Lawrence a little too much after deciding to get plastic surgery to look like the Oscar winning actress.

Kitty was so dissatisfied with her looks that she decided to pay $25,000 on plastic surgery to look like Jennifer Lawrence.

The surgery involved a boob job, nose job, liposuction to her face and body and fat grafts to her cheeks and bottom.

Kitty defended her transformation saying: “I’m not trying to look like Pamela Anderson here during her Baywatch days. I’m trying to look like a very capable, very personal level-headed female who is an Academy Award winner.”

We are pretty sure The Hunger Games actress would have something funny to say about this.

It seems Selena Gomez had quite scare last night, after a man was arrested for trespassing in her house while the singer was at home.

Selena and a friend apparently heard a strange noise when they arrived back at her new Los Angeles mansion and asked security to look into it.

But it gets even weirder, the intruder went onto to ring Gomez’s doorbell and ask if the singer was home.

Selena’s friend who answered the door told the intruder to leave.

The man was arrested shortly afterwards by police who also discovered that the same man had broken into Selena’s guest house.

The intruder has been arrested for burglary and trespassing and is currently being held with a $50,000 bail.
