If you are slaving way in the gym, sacrificed all your tasty treats and still aren’t seeing the results you expect, there is definitely something going on. Ask yourself:

Are you doing the same thing over and over again?

Your body can get used to your workout regime if you are doing the same thing over and over again. Make sure you add various workouts and you will quickly notice a change.

Are you pushing yourself enough?

Make sure you are pushing yourself enough. If you can do ten reps of one workout comfortably, add on another ten. Keep pushing yourself until you think you can’t do it and keep going.  Your brain is probably saying no but your body is saying yes. Know your limits but be aware of how far you can push it.

Is your diet right?

Working out for hours in the gym won’t matter if you don’t have a healthy diet. Make sure you watch your portion sizes and calorie intake. Treat yourself every now and again though.

James Blunt has accused Blur front man Damon Albarn of covering up his well-to-do background.

The You’re Beautiful singer, who was privately educated at the exclusive Harrow School in north west London, thinks Damon shouldn’t cover up his posh roots.

James said, “I was just the only one who didn’t hide my accent. I mean, come on, Damon Albarn, he’s right up there. He’s got an orchard full of plums in his mouth and a silver spoon stuck up his a**e.”

Damon, a son of an academic, has been criticised in the past for being ‘too posh for pop.’

James added, “Britain is so obsessed with class. It really needs to let go, because no one else gives a sh*t.”

Damon is set to release his first solo album Everyday Robots on April 28th.

Kelly Osbourne and Paris Hilton are said to have reignited their feud at the Coachella festival.

The on-off pals had a war of words during the first weekend of the music and arts festival in California, after hotel heiress Paris accused Kelly of blanking her.

Kelly was said to have been hanging out with friends in one of the Palm Springs event’s VIP areas, when Paris showed up and tried to join in.

Paris then stopped in her tracks and called Kelly a ‘bitch’ before storming off.

The exchange apparently prompted Kelly to get on Twitter, writing, “Please grow up, there is no need to act like a child you could of (sic) joined us it’s not 2005 no one cares.”

After close to 80 retweets from fans, the remark was deleted.

Eight years ago, Kelly accused the 33-year-old millionairess of being a “bad influence” on pre-pubescent teenage girls.

Not long after this, Kelly was left fuming at her 21st birthday party in Las Vegas when Paris’ then boyfriend Stavros Niarchos ruined the bash by trashing her hotel room.

The two later made up…sort of.

Kelly said of Paris, “We have fun together. I know that whatever I tell her, she tells everyone anyway, but I’ve always known she’s not the friend that you tell your deepest secrets to.”

With so many things going on in our lives, it can easily happen that we fall into bed at 3am and get back up again at 9am.

Bad sleeping habits can affect every aspect of your life and leave you drained and exhausted.

Straighten out your sleep routine and feel refreshed and ready to take on the day rather than hide from it!

1. No eating before bed
Try not to eat up to an hour before bedtime so your tummy won’t feel uncomfortable and full.

2. Go to bed early
Know how many hours sleep you want and need and get to bed well within time.

3. Meditate
Take a few moments to rest your eyes and clear your mind while not actually focusing on falling asleep.

4. Gradual
Slowly de-stimulate your mind by dimming the lights about an hour before bedtime.

5. Tire out your mind
Turn off the TV and grab a book or listen to some soft music to prepare your mind for the lull of sleep.

This clip sees Augustus (Ansel Elgort) almost lose his chance with Hazel Grace (Shailene Woodley) after he takes out a cigarette.

But, as those who read the book will know, it’s a metaphor!

While the big winner at the star-studded MTV Movie Awards was The Hunger Games, the best moment has to when Zac Efron got his shirt ripped open by a feisty pop star.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire cleaned up, taking home three awards including Movie of the Year.

Jennifer Lawrence took home the Best Female Performance prize for her role in the film with her co-star Josh Hutcherson taking home the gong for Best Male Performance.

Josh dedicated his award to the late Philip Seymour Hoffman saying, “I know that if Philip were here, he would really think this is really cool. To have him in our movies was one of the coolest things in the world. He’s one of the actors I’ve looked up to my entire life.”

Having promised fans that he would accept the Best Shirtless Performance gong topless if he won, Zac Efron took to the stage to accept the award only to have his shirt ripped off by British pop star Rita Ora. We owe you one Rita!

Vin Diesel and Paul Walker were named the Best On-Screen Duo for their work in Fast & Furious 6 with their co-star Jordana Brewster saying of the late star, “He will always be in our hearts.”

Heidi Klum is facing serious backlash following a Native American-inspired photoshoot.

The shoot featured girls from Germany’s Next Top Model in Native American headdress.

The photos were uploaded to Heidi’s Facebook page and have gathered increasing criticism since.

A spokesperson for the TV show has apologised for the incident: “We have nothing but the utmost esteem for the Native American culture and are so sorry if our shoot was offensive to anyone…By no means was our intention to insult Native Americans or in any way demean their heritage. We sincerely apologise.”

3. Lemon Detox
Lemon water with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Only. For ten days. Just no, it slows down metabolism and will not be good for you.

4. The Air Diet
Putting food close to your mouth and not actually eating it. Torturous and definitely not a healthy mindset.

5. Grapefruit Diet
Similar to the cabbage soup diet but with grapefruits. Sounds repetitive, boring and pretty gross.

Remember that nothing will ever beat a long-term healthy mindset of a balanced diet and exercise.

Lee Ryan says his arrest for drink driving has been a big “wake-up call”.

The Blue singer – who was arrested on Friday on suspicion of drink driving and later charged with failure to provide a specimen and criminal damage – has admitted he has “let people down”.

He said, “I know I’ve let people down. Being arrested and ending up in a cell was the biggest wake-up call to me.

“It made me realise there is a problem I can’t keep ignoring. I need to do something about it.”

The Celebrity Big Brother star – who was also found with a controlled substance in his possession – will be going to rehab to address his issues.

He added, “Me going to rehab isn’t a cop-out. I still take full responsibility for the way I’ve behaved.

“There is nobody to blame but myself and I’m deeply ashamed of what has happened.

“I am doing this because I have finally admitted I need help. I want to stop hurting the people around me.”

It has been reported that Chord Overstreet and his girlfriend, Halston Sage, have split following her appearance at a basketball game with Zac Efron.

Halston and Zac attended the Lakers game on Friday evening and it seems that it may have lead to the break-up of the shirt-term couple.

Chord plays Sam in the popular TV show, Glee, while Zac found fame as Troy in the High School Musical movies.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are planning a secret wedding days before their ceremony in Paris.

The superstar couple are set to tie the knot this summer, but their plans for Parisian nuptials could fall through due to French laws which require foreign citizens to live in the country for 40 days before they walk down the aisle.

While Kanye has owned an apartment in the city for three years, it’s not his main home and so the local mayor will make the final decision.

The power couple are said to be determined not to face the humiliation of the wedding being cancelled at the last minute so have decided to get married behind closed doors in Los Angeles before they fly out to France.

The actual union will reportedly now take place in front of a couple of witnesses in an office belonging to the Kim’s mother Kris Jenner.
