It looks like romance is finally over for Khloe Kardashian and French Montana.

According to reports, Khloe decided to call it a day because she isn’t ready to move on from estranged husband Lamar Odom just yet.

A source told Us Weekly: “Khloe just wasn’t ready after Lamar and it was getting too serious. She respects and cares for him, but just wasn’t ready.”

The news comes after it was reported that Khloe’s family had issued her with a warning to stay away from the rapper, with strong suspicions that he may have been unfaithful to the reality star.

A source told entertainment site TMZ that it was sister Kim who decided to stage an intervention after witnessing French's partying antics while they were both in Dubai last month.

This isn’t the first time that Khloe and French have called time on their romance. The pair split back in September amid rumours that Khloe’s best friend, Malika Haqq, had received inappropriate texts from the rapper, ultimately causing their split.

Could this really be the end for the couple?

While X Factor judge Mel B may be down with the kids and know everyone there is to know on the music scene, the same definitely can’t be said for her 40-year-old husband Stephen Belafonte.

Accompanying his wife to the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year awards this week, the producer and director decided to cosy up with Ellie Goulding for a quick selfie, post the snap on Twitter and Instagram and gush: “Me and @elliegoulding getting our innocent flirt on!! #funcelebs.”

This would be totally fine if it was actually Ellie he was posing with, but it wasn’t. It was X Factor finalist and Ghost singer Ella Henderson. Starry Eyed singer Ellie Goulding wasn’t even at the event. Facepalm.

The oblivious Stephen was alerted to his mistake by ever-vigilant Twitter users who were quick to label the post ‘awks!’ and ‘cringe!’ and even more embarrassingly, Stephen was forced to use the age-old predictive text excuse, saying; “Damn u iPhone!" Good save Stephen, good save.

We wonder what Mel will have to say about her husband’s embarrassing granddad blunder.

Hollywood actor Mark Wahlberg, best known for his roles in Boogie Nights, Transformers and Ted, hasn’t always been the charming, good humoured guy we all know and love.

The 43-year-old former rapper, who was known as Marky Mark, went down the wrong road as a teenager and found himself behind bars for 45 days for attacking a man with a wooden stick. The incident which happened outside a convenience store in Boston ultimately left the victim blind in one eye. The actor was trying to rob alcohol at the time

Wahlberg, who had reportedly been drinking and taking drugs, racially abused the Vietnamese shopkeeper before punching another man in the face while he tried to get away from the police.

The father-of-four was sixteen when the crime took place in 1988 and he is now seeking a pardon as he hopes to have his criminal record erased so that he can work with law enforcement in a bid to help vulnerable or at-risk children.

Discussing the shocking event, Mark said: “I am deeply sorry for the actions that I took on the night of April 8, 1988, as well as for any lasting damage that I may have caused the victims."

He then goes on to explain why he feels he deserves a pardon, saying: "My hope is that, if I receive a pardon, troubled youths will see this as an inspiration and motivation that they too can turn their lives around.”

Mark has told the Massachusetts Board of Pardons that he is focused on becoming a better person and citizen.

The festive season really is a time of excess and indulgence, and it's easy to let your healthy habits slip.

Here are some common mistakes to avoid over the next few weeks…

1. Assuming all veg is healthy
Yes, vegetables are generally the best choice when filling up your plate, but be aware of how certain dishes have been cooked. Creamed veg or cream-filled soups should be eaten in moderation, and watch out for veggies that have been fried in butter or that have fatty or sugary glazes.

2. Not eating before a party
It might seem like a stellar idea to skip lunch so that you can make up for the lost calories with an extra cocktail, but eating less throughout the day will mean you're far more likely to overeat in the evenings. Mindlessly picking at plates of finger food is a surefire way to ruin all of your hard work. Keep healthy snacks like raw almonds on hand to keep hunger at bay before you head out.

3. Beating yourself up about skipping the gym
Christmas is a busy, busy time and some days it's impossible to fit everything in. If you've had to miss that spinning class or cardio session, it's not the end of the world. If you're finding that a daily hour long gym session is too time-consuming this month, try to fit in smaller exercise sessions – a 15 or 20 minute jog before your morning shower will do you the world of good.

4. Letting every day be a cheat day
You've promised yourself you'll be on top of your diet plan today, and yet your willpower disappears as soon as your co-worker arrives with a box of Roses. Try to save your indulgences for special treats – your mum's mince pies or that cheeky glass of Baileys.

5. Getting the office nibbles
Okay, you've had one biscuit from that Christmas box. Just the one, though. Until you get up to use the printer. Sure, just one more, so. It's easy to overeat on treats without noticing, so be aware of what you're snacking on and try to make healthier choices!

6. Cramming too much activity in
With friends and family to catch up with, your Christmas social diary can become over packed before you know it. Avoid burning yourself out by only saying "yes" to events you really can't miss.

With winter comes the onslaught of colds, flu and a general feeling of being under the weather. It doesn't have to be quite so bleak though – you can give your body a fighting chance this year by making sure it gets all the right vitamins and minerals.

Boost your immune system, get energised and stay on top form with these essentials…

Vitamin D

What it does: This "wonder vitamin" has been proven to lower cancer rates, help with the healing of fractured bones and improve heart disease. It's a vitamin we need all year round, but one that we often start to lack in as the colder weather draws in.

Where to get it: Supplements are available, but going outside and exposing yourself to sunlight is by far the most effective way to boost your body's supply of Vitamin D. During winter, it's easy to go from the car or bus to the office without spending much time outdoors, but try to fit a stroll in during daylight hours. Even if it's not warm out, the sun is still shining!

Vitamin C

What it does: Although it's widely believed that Vitamin C prevents cold and flu, that's not quite true – but it does greatly help to reduce symptoms and shorten the lengths of those illnesses. An amazing immune booster.

Where to get it: Citrus fruits, kiwis, strawberries and cranberries are all great sources of Vitamin C, as are green vegetables like cabbage and broccoli. Potatoes are another key source, so fill up on mash and roasties at the Christmas dinner table. If you're taking supplements, around 40 mg a day is enough.

Vitamin A

What it does: Vitamin A is a great immune system strengthener, and it's also needed to maintain good eyesight.

Where to get it: Milk, egg yolks, fatty fish like tuna, carrots, tomatoes, green leafy veg and apricots are all great sources of this vitamin.

Iron

What it does: Iron helps to form the red blood cells which transport oxygen around our body, keeping us energised and focused. Lack of iron can led to anaemia, leaving you feeling lethargic and weak. A big no-no in the winter time!

Where to get it: Red meat is a great source of this mineral, as are dark green leafy vegetables, sunflower seeds, beans, lentils, tofu and eggs. If you're low in iron, make sure you're getting enough Vitamin C too – it helps with absorption.

Vitamin E

What it does: Vitamin E will be your skin's saviour this winter, protecting it from damage and keeping it supple.

Where to get it: Vegetable oils, green leafy veg and nuts.

Kristin Cavallari has opened up about her time on hit reality TV show Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County in a recent episode of Oprah: Where Are They Now? and it looks like the stunning blonde doesn’t remember her time on the show too fondly.

Admitting she thinks she was too young to have taken part, the 27-year-old said: “We had no idea what we were doing. We were just going along with whatever MTV was telling us to do. We were kids. We didn’t know.”

Feeling "used and manipulated" by the TV execs, Kristin was reduced to tears after the first episode of the show aired.

Remembering what she called ‘a difficult time in her life’, the mum-of-two said: “When I saw the way they represented me, I was really, really upset. I cried for hours and hours after I saw the first episode so it was hard. It was really, really hard.”

Kristin blames MTV for her reputation of being hard-faced, saying: “I put up a wall and I put up a really tough exterior because I felt they were really trying to take advantage of me.”

We wonder if she felt the same way about The Hills execs?

First Snoop Dogg, then Eminem, and now Azealia Banks. Iggy Azalea's list of enemies is growing longer and longer – but she's not afraid to stand up to them, either.

After a jury decided not to indict a white police officer with the murder of black man Eric Garner yesterday, protesters took to the streets and the internet to show how angry they were with the verdict.

Singer Azealia Banks used the incident as an opportunity to slate Iggy for acting like a black person, but not caring about racism.

She started by posting this tweet, referring to the singer as 'Igloo Australia':

When Iggy didn't respond, Azealia posted this:

Harsh!

Eventually Iggy took to Twitter to have her own say:

The argument didn't end there though, with Azealia tweeting directly at Iggy to ask why she kept "making fun" of black people.

Despite the harsh words, Iggy tried to end things on a positive note, telling her followers to "Make sure you do something to let YOUR government know how you feel when something is unjust… Make sure you sign petitions, hit the streets and protest or donate to groups helping to support and rebuild the community too."

Sounds like it was a stressful day for both singers – we hope they can work things out.

Actress Misty Upham, best known for her roles in Django Unchained and August: Osage County, may not have died from suicide as was originally believed.

The star's body was discovered in a ravine in the Seattle suburb of Auburn on October 16. She first went missing more than two weeks beforehand. A family search party on the evening of her death missed spotting her purse by just 25 feet.

It's reported that Misty died from blunt force trauma to the head and torso. Officials believe the injuries were caused by a fall, but it's unclear exactly how the incident occurred.

Just a week before the actress' body was discovered, her father Charles told police that she suffered from bipolar disorder and had stopped taking her medication, which led him to believe she may have been suicidal.

However he stressed the fact that he did not believe his daughter would end her own life. "She has said suicidal things in the past, but never followed through," he said at the time. "She doesn't believe in killing herself. She believes that is a sin and she would never do that."

In a message written on Facebook around the time Misty's body was found, relatives said the actress had fled her apartment to escape from police officers on the day of her death, and that she had fallen when trying to get out of view of the road. However those reports have not been confirmed.

Earlier this week, Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh shared a picture of herself getting ready for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, thanking her stylists for all their help.

Posing in a flesh-coloured corset and nothing else, the star’s slender frame was hard to miss.

Controversy was soon sparked by the model’s visible “thigh gap,” with comments posted on the picture saying things like, “I think she needs to eat a little more” and “How do you live with yourself knowing you may cause malnutrition in women because they desire to look like you and all of the #vs models? How do any of you???? It's honestly disgusting.”

Millie makes no secret of the fact that her lean frame is down to a lot of hard work in the gym and a clean diet. As well as various underwear shots, the star’s Instagram is also full of posts like this:

There’s no shame in having a slender body shape, especially if you’ve worked hard to be as healthy as possible. What’s scary is the growing trend of young women starving themselves to get similar results.

There is a serious lack of education out there about what it takes to have a healthy and slim body. Things have changed for the better in recent years with the growth of female fitness bloggers like Belfast’s Peanut Butter Girl, but there is still a perception among many that thin is healthy, and that the only way to be healthy is to eat less. The thigh gap trend is a worrying result of this belief that being skinny is the Holy Grail.

Open up any magazine or click into any fashion website and you’re immediately presented with images of stick-thin catwalk models. Some we know – Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner and co. – and some we don’t. The running theme is that they all have impossibly slender figures.

While some of their body shapes might simply be genetic – Cara herself has spoken about her own thigh gap, calling it an imperfection – the reality is, they can’t all be.

So let’s stop looking to the high-fashion catwalks for our health and fitness inspiration. Let’s instead focus on more fitness-friendly models like Millie Mackintosh. Yes, her body shape might not be for everyone, but we can all learn from her determination and commitment to staying healthy.

Next time you’re feeling like you need a motivation boost, check out some of the pictures from the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show – they're far more inspiring than anything you'll see at New York Fashion Week.

Slim? Yes. Fit? Yes. Malnourished? No. Something to learn from, surely.

Poor Mariah Carey was left red-faced last night after fans took to Twitter to criticise a less-than-perfect live performance.

The singer had planned to pre-record a rendition of All I Want For Christmas Is You on Tuesday, with the video set to be shown on Wednesday's annual tree lighting at Rockefeller Centre in New York.

However a meeting with her lawyers to discuss her divorce from Nick Cannon apparently ran over by three hours, and so Mariah was forced to do her performance live last night instead.

Not a huge task for a seasoned singer like Ms. Carey, you'd think, but things didn't quite go to plan!

As well as struggling with a lot of the song's high notes, Mariah also appeared to struggle with her breathing and timing. Watch the clip below with Mariah's vocals isolated:

Ouch. Fans were quick to vent online about the flawed performance:

The singer did post a personal apology on Twitter – though given that it was posted before the live performance, the apology seems to be to those fans who had showed up to watch Tuesday's recording session.

We hope she gets her voice back on track for next year's rumoured tour of the UK and Ireland!
