These delicious cupcakes are not only easy to make but can also come in handy for that perfect lunchtime treat.

What you’ll need:

  • 225g self-raising flour
  • 175g golden caster sugar
  • zest from 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp. of poppy seeds
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g natural yoghurt
  • 175g butter, melted and cooled a little

What you’ll need to do:

  1. Heat your oven to 180°C and line a 12-hole muffin tin with cupcake or muffin cases.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, lemon zest and poppy seeds together in a large mixing bowl. Beat the eggs into the yoghurt, then add the mixture into the dry ingredients with the melted butter.
  3. Use a wooden spoon or whisk until the mixture is lump-free, then divide between the cases.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes until a skewer poked in comes out clean – the cakes will be quite pale on top.
  5. Cool for five minutes in the tin, then carefully lift onto a wire rack to finish cooling.

Opportunity
While you probably won’t see it at the beginning, some time apart can be a great way to strengthen your relationship. If you are both able to manage time away from each other and still come out of a long distance relationship stronger, you two are sure to last the long haul.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made the most of the rare sunny weather yesterday with a romantic bike ride though the Irish mountains!

The newlyweds jetted into Cork Airport on Sunday for an Irish honeymoon, and are said to be staying in the super plush Castle Oliver in Limerick.

The couple reportedly ditched their chauffeur-driven limos yesterday for mountain bikes and went for a cosy guided cycle along the Ballyhoura trail!

Kanye is said to have gone mountain biking when he played the Marquee in Cork, and wanted his new bride to love it as much as he did.

A local tourist company confirmed that “two VIPs” had rented mountain bikes for a private guided tour of the route.

Kimye are believed to have left Castle Oliver yesterday after their bike ride and are reportedly planning a visit to the capital city Dublin next!

A video has been leaked of what looks VERY like One Direction stars Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson smoking marijuana – and joking about it!

Louis – who seems to be filming the footage – can be heard saying, “So here we are, leaving Peru. Joint lit. Happy days!”

The boys are in the back of an SUV headed for their concert at the Estadio Nacional stadium in Lima, Peru where they performed in front of 40,000 fans last month.

“What do you think about that kind of content?” Louis asks bandmate Zayn after he takes a puff.

During the video, Louis also pokes fun at a suspicious-looking police motorcyclist tailing their vehicle.

“One nil b***h! Look at this b***h! He’s having a look. He’s thinking, “I’m sure I can smell an illegal substance in there.” And he’s hit the nail on the head,” he says.

“How is it Zayn?” Louis asks.  “Nice,” Zayn replies.

Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Niall Horan are all nowhere to be seen.

This CANNOT be good news for the boys.

When you’re feeling a bit peaky, it’s only natural to want to find out what’s up doc…and fast!

But putting your faith in the internet for a spot-on diagnosis is the worst thing you can do, according to a new study.

It found that nine in ten Wikipedia entries on common medical conditions were just plain wrong.

The doctor’s behind the study said it’s because the website lets ordinary users create, delete and edit entries –  boosting the risk of mistakes big time!

Lead author Robert Hasty warned, “Researchers should not use [Wikipedia] as a primary resource because those articles do not go through the same peer-review process as medical journals.

“The best resource when looking for a diagnosis is to speak with your physician, who can take into account your medical history and other factors to determine the best course of treatment.”

Since its launch in 2001, Wikipedia contains more than 31 million entries in 285 languages, at least 20,000 of which are health-related.

The study backs up surveys showing as many as a quarter of women have misdiagnosed themselves on Google.

A survey of 1,000 women in 2012 found they often wrongly diagnosed themselves as having breast cancer, thrush, diabetes, high blood pressure and asthma.

It’s not every day a renowned Hollywood actor decides to crash your Bachelor party but that’s what happened to EJ last weekend.

EJ was out celebrating with friends, when one of his party discovered that Bill Murray happened to be dinning in the same place as they were.

The party tried to send drinks to Bill’s table but he politely refused.

But then EJ got the ultimate surprise, when Bill decided to crash his Bachelor party to share some funny marriage advice.

Channing Tatum opened up recently about his alcohol addiction and now the actor has gone into more details about his bad boy past.

The 34-year-old actor revealed in an interview with GQ magazine that he and Shia La Boeuf partied a little too hard during the filming of their movie, A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints.

“Me and Shia, I think we had just met that day. We were, like, ‘What shall we go out and do?’ We were drinking. And I think our initial thing was ‘Alright, let’s go out and try and get in a fight!’ This was just young, dumb idiot actors thinking that that’s going to bond us. Because we’ll shed blood together, blah, blah, blah. I’ve never seen him since then.”

Shia revealed in a 2008 past interview that he and Channing decided to randomly vandalise a bookstore.

“Channing was supposed to be the head honcho in the movie, so he goes, ‘All right, you see that bookstore? Somebody throw a rock. Let’s break in and steal a Spider-Manbookmark.’”

Channing now admits that he did break a window of the bookstore.

“I definitely kicked in a window that night. But it wasn’t Barnes and Nobles. Just a window.”

The actor said that him and Shia were trying to be like “80s hoodlums” and even at one stage they had altercation with the police but they weren’t sure.

“And I think as we were running I kicked this thing, not thinking that it would ever shatter. And everything just went raining down. And I was like, ‘Oh, s–t.’ And then we just took off running.  We all split up. I think Shia even punched a cop car—we weren’t even sure if the cop was in the car, he punched the window of a cop car.”

But Channing said in hindsight he now realises how stupid both of the actors were back then in their behaviour.

“It’s only fun because we didn’t get caught…that I can have perspective on it now and know it was stupid. I don’t think we were thinking.”

It seems Channing is a bad boy both on and off screen.

Amber Heard opened up about her impending engagement to Johnny Depp and her love life past in a recent raunchy photo shoot for W magazine.

The actress admitted that before they began dating her friends felt they had to warn Johnny about Amber’s temper.

“Whenever my old friends meet someone I’m involved with romantically, they immediately warn them: ‘She may look refined, but when she’s angry, she can go trailer park really fast.’”

Amber said she tried to keep her love life private as there has been a lot of media speculation surrounding her past relationships.

“I’m not one to talk about my personal life as I prefer to keep that as private as possible. There has been a lot of media attention surrounding my relationship. It’s been frustrating as I don’t label myself one way or another—I have had successful relationships with men and now a woman. I love who I love, it’s the person that matters. And, for better or worse, I’ve always had a love life that seemed particularly salacious to some people. Before, it was also seen as unconventional.”

Amanda Seyfried is the only one who enjoyed her smooch with hunk Channing Tatum.

The actress worked with Channing on the 2010 romantic drama Dear John.

During a recent radio interview, Amanda was asked about Channing’s kissing techniques.

“I don’t remember … I’m pretty sure it was great. It was easy! He’s a funny guy,” said 28-year-old Amanda.

But she wasn’t the only one!

“I felt like a million bucks afterwards. You want to talk about confidence? That guy gives you confidence. So generous,” chimed in Seth MacFarlane, who joined Amanda for the interview.

We can only imagine!

Amanda and the director are in London to promote their new movie A Million Ways to Die in the West, a comedy western that was written and directed by Seth.

The Family Guy creator also takes on the lead role of Albert, starring opposite Amanda, Charlize Theron, Liam Neeson and How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris.

The movie will hit Irish cinemas on June 6th.

It’s been exactly a week, since Rory McIlroy released a statement that he had decided to end his engagement to tennis star, Caroline Woziacki.

But now Caroline has decided to open up about her public break-up with Rory, during a question and answer section at today’s French Open.

“The only thing I really have to say is that, you know, thank everybody for their support and sweet messages. That’s really nice.”

But Caroline also added that nothing prepared her for Rory’s heart breaking announcement last week.

“You’re not prepared for something like this, and it came as a bit of a shock. You need to just keep going and keep moving forward.”

Caroline said she wanted to keep her private life out of the media but was grateful for all the support she received.

“You know, what happens in my personal life, I just want to really keep that between my closest people around me. You know, I just have to move on.”

We hear you Caroline, we hope things start to get easier for you soon!
