This new musical all about Princess Diana and her rise to becoming one of the most influential women of the 20th century, was supposed to open on Broadway on March 31, before the coronavirus pandemic put it on pause.

However, luckily for us Diana: A True Musical Story will be available all over the world, for us to watch from the comfort of our own homes, launching on Netflix in 2021. The musical will star Broadway actor Jeanna de Waal as Princess Diana, Roe Hartrampf as Prince Charles, Erin Davie as Camilla Parker Bowles and two-time Tony Award–winning actor Judy Kaye as Queen Elizabeth.

The cast spoke to People all about the preparation involved in taking on such iconic roles. Jeanne de Waal explained how she spent hours devouring YouTube clips of Diana in interviews, and even watched an eight-minute video of Princess Diana in ‘mom-mode’ with Prince William and Prince Harry.

“She’s not speaking, but you can see the way that she’s caring for Harry and William, and how she relates to them. How she watches so intensely… She’s very present in every single moment that she’s involved with,” Jeanne described.

The decision to launch Diana: A True Musical Story on Netflix is following the hugely successful release of Broadway musical, Hamilton, which became available on Disney+ in early July, causing a 74% increase in downloads of the streaming service.

"We speak for the entire company when we say that we couldn’t be more excited to finally be able to share our show with theatre-lovers everywhere," said the show's producers in a joint statement. "Though there is no substitute for the live theatre, we are honoured to be a part of the quality entertainment that Netflix provides its subscribers worldwide."

While Diana: A True Musical Story will be premiering on Netflix in 2021, theatre-lovers will still be able to catch a live performance of the show later next year, as the new Broadway opening date has been moved to May 25. The original cast will be filmed for the Netflix production, on the stage of their Longacre Theatre in New York, in front of an empty audience.

As always, this summer we’ve found ourselves lusting after Kate Middleton’s style finds yet again. Let’s face it — the Duchess of Cambridge really knows how to rock a midi dress.

From floral to monochrome, Kate’s a true pro at exuding effortless elegance. We loved this season’s looks so much that we decided to hunt down some suitable dupes at affordable prices. Be quick though — we have a feeling that these are going to sell out fast!

The Floral Shirt-Dress

The Duchess wore this summery look on her trip with Prince William to Barry Island in Wales in early August. This leaf-print belted midi shirt-dress from M&S is a very cost-effective alternative, priced at €54.

The White Midi-Dress

This clean and classy shirt-dress made its debut at Wimbledon in 2019, and Kate looked just as stunning in it again this year when she wore it to Baby Basics UK, a baby bank in Sheffield. The Duchess helped unpack donations, before talking to parents about how baby banks have provided them with invaluable support when they needed it most. This white midi shirt-dress, complete with puff-sleeves and a tie-waist-belt from River Island (and available on ASOS), is the perfect dupe for this elegant number. Plus, it’s an absolute bargain on sale for only €60.83.

The Polka Dot Dress

If you’re looking for a chic and trendy pattern then black and white polka dots are the way to go. We adored this timeless outfit Kate wore back in July, when she was promoting the BBC Education initiative, Tiny Happy People. This shorter barb polka dot tea-dress from Joanie is a great alternative, which you can wear all year round, coming in at nearly €50.

The Summer Floral Dress

Who doesn’t love a summery floral dress? Definitely not Kate anyway, as she was glowing in this vibrant, floral piece. With so many amazing patterns and styles out there at the moment, it really was a struggle to find one which matched The Duchess’ dress perfectly. However, we think this pink-floral-print, angel-sleeved midi-dress from Topshop fits the bill nicely. It’s available in regular, tall and petite sizes for only €64.

You can have your chance to stay in a property beside Prince William and Kate Middleton's country house in west Norfolk, and it's cheaper than a one-bedroom flat in London.

The Sandringham Estate listing have one catch; tenants must be cat-free and vetted, instead of a first-come first-served basis.

The house next door to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge in West Norfolk is up for rent for just £700 per month, as Metro reports

The Sandringham Estate rents out an array of properties in the area, including 20 Cherry Tree. The cottaged terrace has two bedrooms across from Amner Hall.

The property has a huge amount of green garden space and parking, but its famous neighbours will most likely be the main draw.

The website points out that they prefer to rent their properties to people who "live and work locally," though they'll consider "those moving to the area."

The letting adds, "Properties are not let on a first-come, first-served basis, but rather on which prospective tenant is best suited to the property."

They have a very strict no cat policy, but dogs will be "considered". The area has only 29 houses and a population of roughly 63 people.

Amner Hall was a wedding gift to Prince William and Kate from The Queen, with about £1.5 million spent upgrading the mansion before they moved in.

Anmer has a small population but a wide variety of amenities including; a social club offering film nights, quiz evenings and barbeques, an active Bowls Club and a Women’s Institute and a 14th century church; St Mary the Virgin.

Most of the homes in the village were lived in by those employed at Amner Hall and the Royal estate.

If you're interested in applying for the property and having William and Kate nearby, you can do so via the Sandringham Estate website.

Princess Eugenie is making waves as a princess, and her latest project has fans buzzing. The 29-year-old is about to become the first ever royal to launch a podcast, and the topic looks fascinating.

The Anti-Slavery Collective, which she co-founded with her best friend Julia De Boinville in 2017, announced via Instagram that Eugenie and Julia will co-host the Freedom United podcast.

The podcast aims to raise awareness about modern slavery, Eugenie explains;  "We are developing a podcast, Freedom United, and we will have a speaker series called 'Tech Tackles Trafficking.'"

The princess adds; "Now is the time to talk about this, this is on everyone's minds. And if it isn't, we will make it on their mind."

Fellow members of the British royal family have appeared on podcasts in the past, such as when Prince Harry interviewed Barack Obama in 2017 for BBC Radio 4's current affairs show, Today.

Eugenie, however, is the first royal to launch her own;  "We are doing this for the person who can't scream and shout like we can, for the women, girls, men, children all over the world."

Speaking about the new initiative, Eugenie said;

"This is a whole, much bigger issue that's a hidden crime; it's forced labour, forced marriage, domestic servitude, it's people not being paid correctly, it's the 2004 Chinese cockle pickers that died in Morecambe Bay."

A launch date for the podcast has yet to be announced, but judging by how important the discussion around modern slavery currently is, she'll have plenty of listeners.

Yesterday, the eyes and ears of the world were firmly rested on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and their new baby.

The couple debuted the first photos of their newborn, and shared the name at St. George's Hall at Windsor Castle.

Little Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor is clearly adored by his royal parents, and Meghan chose to wear a very special trench dress by rising biracial menswear designer Grace Wales Bonner for the occasion.

According to Richard Palmer, the dress is intended to show unity between the two families. The royal reporter described the momentous event as, "A day for the couple to introduce their son to the family as well as the waiting world."

"It’s also my personal opinion that this was a good day for Buckingham Palace after the shambles of day one which exasperated British and overseas media trying to cover the story."

Archie is the first baby of mixed race in the senior ranks of the royal family since the 18th century, and the style of his mother reflected this wonderful merging of two loving families of two nations.

Meghan always embodies symbolism within her fashion choices, and she has chosen to send a vitally important message about representation while showing her first born to the world.

The pair managed to step in front of the cameras just 48 hours after welcoming a new baby to the world, but Harry and Meghan managed it with glowing smiles. Meghan's sleeveless, double-breasted trench dress was immediately noticed.

British designer Grace Wales Bonner runs her own namesake brand, Wales Bonner, and has won prestigious awards for her menswear collections. She was raised in Southeast London and has a Jamaican father and English mother.

It speaks volumes that Markle chose a biracial designer for one of the biggest moments of her life.

Meghan paired the beautiful dress with Manolo Blahnik BB suede pumps, and a gold and turquoise necklace by Jennifer Meyer. Her diamond stud earrings completed the look.

Markle has previously expressed a passion for representing her own racial background, and has been open about her struggles as a mixed race woman;

"While my mixed heritage may have created a grey area surrounding my self-identification, keeping me with a foot on both sides of the fence, I have come to embrace that."

Bonner has also expressed her emotions about her identity struggles, telling The Guardian in 2017:

“At school, I had some pressure to prove my blackness. It takes you a while to work out being ‘this’ doesn’t mean that you have to be ‘that.’”

The designer continued, "I have to be between places, because that’s a creative space for me. I guess that is the foundation of what I am doing, a meeting point and collision of cultures."

Bonner is only in her late twenties but recently won the coveted FC/Vogue Fashion Fund, which awards a £200,000 prize to a rising talent.

Grace is renowned for her menswear designs, but is known as one of the UK's most celebrated young designers. She was also awarded the revered 'LVMH Prize for Young Fashion Designers' in 2016, and graduated from the esteemed fashion school Central Saint Martins.

Each fashion choice Meghan makes is surveyed by the masses, and there's no doubt that she is aware of the ripple effect of her style. The Duchess is reflecting the diversity which the British royals must now embrace.

Grace welcomes gender fluidity in her stunning collections, as she told GentleWoman: "I love it when a boy puts on one of the embroidered jackets that the women wore and doesn't know the difference- my work is about being open to interpretation."

Bonner references black culture consistently in her work and draws inspiration from Nigerian writer Ben Okri and artist James Hampton.

We have seen the tuxedo/trench style on the Duchess on the tour of New Zealand in 2018 with Prince Harry, where she sported a navy blue tuxedo-style dress by Kiwi designer Maggie Marilyn.

In another fashion moment, Meghan wore an iconic striped tuxedo dress design by Altuzarra in as she attended a reception for the Commonwealth Youth Forum last year.

Archie marks a new age for the monarchy, with Meghan bringing positivity and genuine compassion to the royal family. The baby is the first biracial British-American royal, and is seventh in line to the throne.

Keep up with her apparel selections, and you'll be in for a symbolic treat each time she debuts a new outfit.

The historic image of the six members of the British monarchy gazing fondly at Archie has been shared across the world on social media, and offers a hopeful message for diversity in the UK.

Just a day after our heart's MELTED as Princess Eugenie married her long-term boyfriend Jack Brooksbank in St George's Chapel in Windsor, the beaming couple have already released four official royal wedding photos.

Princess Eugenie wore an incredible a Peter Pilotto wedding gown (designed by Pilotto and Christopher de Vos) for the ceremony – which incorporated a number of meaningful, personal symbols to the princess, such as a shamrock as a nod to her Irish heritage – and contrary to reports, did change into a formal evening dress for her evening reception at her family home in Windsor Lodge – a beautiful silk Zac Posen creation. The American designer, according to Buckingham Palace, was inspired by Windsor and the surrounding countryside and "the blush of an English rose," when designing the dress.

A separate shot was also taken with the immediate members of the royal family, including Princess Eugenie's grandparents, Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip and her parents, the Duke and Duchess of York, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson. Her now-husband's parents were also in the photograph.

Finally, a beautiful black and white portrait of the happy couple sharing a kiss during the carriage procession was released. The couple said they were "delighted" to share the pictures with the public.

The photos were taken by British fashion photographer Alex Bramall, who said it was "an honour and a privilege" to be invited to photograph the couple. He previously shot the Princess for a profile in Harper's Bazaar.

Eugenie and Jack exchanged vows in front of their nearest and dearest friends, members of the royal family and 850 guests who were invited to join them on the special day, including celebrity friends such as Liv Tyler, Demi Moore and Cara Delevingne.

Get your pride flags out!

The Royals are leaving their fabulous mark on the history books.

Before Princess Eugenie weds Jack Brookshank on October 12, there will be another marriage.

The Queen's cousin, Lord Ivar Mountbatten, will be the first in the royal family to enter into a same-sex marriage.

A post shared by パンダ (@london.panda) on

He to due to tie the knot with his long-term partner, James Coyle.

Speaking to the Daily Mail about the historic nuptials the dad said:

"I really wanted to do it for James. He hasn't been married. For me, what's interesting is I don't need to get married because I've been there, done that and have my wonderful children; but I'm pushing it because I think it's important for him. James hasn't had the stable life I have. I want to be able to give you that."

The marriage is expected to take place in the private chapel on Lord Ivar's country estate in Devon, later this summer.

During the ceremony, he will be given away by his ex-wife, Penny.

Lord Ivar has three daughters with his ex-wife.

The dad-of-three opened up to the Daily Mail about his children's reaction to the news:

"When I mentioned it to our eldest daughter, Ella, she said, 'Oh Pap, it's not a big deal. It's so normal nowadays'. Of course that generation, they're completely cool about the concept of this…We'll be pronounced partners in marriage, but the ceremony itself will be very small. It's just for the girls and close family and friends.

We can't wait to see the pictures!

It’s been less than a week since the world learned of Prince Harry’s relationship with Suits actress Meghan Markle, but already there are whisperings of a potential Royal wedding.

Despite having only been dating seriously for a period of two months, sources close to the couple say that an engagement could soon be on the cards.

“[An engagement] is certainly a possibility,” an insider told PEOPLE. “It is certainly one possible outcome. It’s pretty serious, so we will see.”

A second source revealed that the 35-year-old actress has already met Harry’s father, Prince Charles.

They also claimed that both the 32-year-old prince and the model have “pretty serious” feelings for each other.

“Harry is pretty serious about her and she is pretty serious about him,” they said.  “It’s great.  They have a lot in common and I’m sure they will get on very well.”

According to The Sun, Harry pursued Meghan by text after meeting her in Toronto in May of this year.

Multiple reports suggest the divorcée has been introduced to Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton.

Thank you for a beautiful morning in Chelsea @milliemackintoshofficial – see you soon xx + + #London

The world's most handsome royal has now been revealed… and it's no surprise that none-other than red-headed hottie Harry has scooped the crown.

The 31-year-old, who is very much single, topped the global poll of ten titled hunks.

Also featured were the likes of runner-up Prince Carl Philip, 37, fourth in line to the throne in Sweden, and third-placed Andrea Casiraghi, 37, who is fourth in line to the throne of Monaco.

In fifth place was Prince Félix, 32, who is second in line for the throne of Luxembourg. He speaks seven languages.

King Felipe VI of Spain came in seventh place and eighth place went to 30-year-old Prince Amedeo of Belgian.

Sadly, Harry's elder bro William only made it to No.9 – something which Crown Clinic in Manchester, a top hair transplant centre, says is down to his lack of hair.

"What is interesting about the poll is where Prince William would have finished if it had been conducted five or ten years ago," Crown hair transplant surgeon Asim Shahmalak said.

"I suspect that he would have been level or even ahead of his younger brother Harry.

"William has dropped down the rankings because he has lost most of his hair and is now even more bald than his father Prince Charles."

He also warned: "There is every chance that it will be passed down to Prince William's son Prince George when he grows up."

We weren’t sure WHAT to make of the recent rumour that Prince Harry and his former flame, South African hottie Chelsey Davey, were on the verge of reuniting

Frankly, we didn’t want to believe it – not least because we’re definitely still confident of stealing his heart (oh, and nabbing a crown in the process).

And now our aspirations of marrying well have been thrown a second curve-ball in as many days: the royal and ANOTHER gorgeous ex have been spotted on a night-out looking rather chummy.

In fact, while celebrating his 31st birthday in London earlier this week, Harry and one-time love-interest Cressida Bonas, 26, seemed very much like the cosy couple.

Cue another million hearts (including our own!) breaking.

Of course, the fifth-in-line to the British throne has very much embraced the role of a bachelor playboy prince in recent years.

But significantly, Ms Bonas – a well-to-do actress and dancer – recently broke up with her boyfriend. And it seems in the aftermath of her heartache Mr Wales is happy to at least reconsider his own single status.

On Tuesday evening (although they partied into Wednesday too), the prince and a gaggle of close friends, including his cousin Zara Phillips and her rugby-player husband Mike Tindall, gathered at posh The Cross Keys pub in Chelsea.

By the early hours the party was still very much in full swing, and along with a select handful of others, Cressida was invited back to Kensington Palace to continue the birthday celebrations.

Cressida is the youngest daughter of socialite Lady Mary Curzon and businessman Jeffrey Bonas, as well as granddaughter of Edward Curzon, 6th Earl Howe.

She met the young British prince through his cousin, Princess Eugenie, in 2012 and the pair went on to date for two years.

As granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth II, Zara Phillips is used to a life in the spotlight.

And while she certainly seems to lead a relatively normal existence with her former rugby player husband, Mike Tindall, and their toddler daughter, Mia Grace – earlier this year she experienced some of the downsides of fame.

In January on a Sydney beach dressed down in shorts and a t-shirt, online commentators called her 'chunky'.

Meanwhile, just last month, the 34-year-old was at the receiving end of numerous pregnancy rumours. Wearing an ill-fitting yellow shift dress to Royal Ascot, the resulting photographs seems to show the hints of a baby bump.

Such was the fervour, in fact, that her publicist was forced to issue a statement saying that Zara was certainly not expecting.

It didn't help, of course, that at the time a streamlined Duchess Kate was looking incredibly slim mere weeks after giving birth to her second child, Princess Charlotte.

Indeed, public comparisons between the two women was almost inevitable.

But while Ms Phillips, an Olympic silver medallist, has never seemed like the type to get upset over the odd bit of bad lighting and or bad angles, turning up at the K Club in Kildare yesterday, she nevertheless looked incredibly fit and slim.

Wearing a tiny black playsuit and black strappy sandals, the mother-of-one looked stunning posing alongside Mike.

The high-profile duo jetted into Ireland to attend the swish Marks & Spencer Ireland Marie Keating Foundation Celebrity Golf Classic.

Now in its 16th year, the event is definitely one of the highlights of the golfing calendar – and certainly always attracts an A-list crowd.

Raising much-needed funds for the cancer foundation, the likes of actors Dougray Scott and Stephen Graham, rugby legend Shane Byrne, and former footballers Ian Wright and Ronnie Whelan were all spotted on the famed Kildare course.

Also in attendance was Ronan Keating and his fiancee Storm Uechtritz, Keith Duffy, who brought along his handsome son Jay, stylist Suzanne Goggins, and Chanel marketing manager Ciara Hughes Dunleavy.

Guests enjoyed a drinks reception followed by a four-course meal in The Arnold Palmer Room with wine and champagne from M&S.

Entertainment was provided by comedian Stan Boardman and singer Cole Page.

Brothers Ronan and Gary Keating also hosted an auction with items such as golf merchandise signed by Rory McIlroy going under the hammer to raise funds for the worthy cause.

It has been reported that Prince Harry is back together with his ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas after the two were spotted on a date together.

The couple met in 2012 but split in April of this year at a time when many were expecting an engagement announcement.

It was claimed at the time that Cressida’s young age was to blame for the split, along with the fact that she did not want to be in the royal family – but perhaps she’s had a change of heart!
