Have your workout routines gone a little…bleh? With gyms closed, the weather so cold and our motivation at an all time low, our normal workout videos just aren’t doing it for us at the moment.

I want a workout that I look forward to, one that isn’t just geared towards ‘achieving the perfect body’, like that’s some end goal and not a temporary thing.
