Kim Kardashian is no stranger to asking her Twitter followers for help – especially when it comes to diet and exercise.

This time, she’s looking to cut out the sugar from her life, as she tweeted: “Whats the name of that documentary about sugar? I have such a sweet tooth but I know I have to watch this and make some changes.”

It was only two months ago that the mum-of-one complained she was finding it hard to shift a few extra pounds: “Can’t seem to shake this last 15-20lbs of baby weight. No more excuses. My baby is 1 years old! UGH! … I’m not gonna call it baby weight bc that’s an excuse. I just gained weight & that’s it. Why is it so much harder to lose after baby though!”

The documentarty in question Kim was trying to find out about was Fed Up, as she later wrote: "yes Fed Up. Has anyone seen it?"

Cutting down on sugar is always a good idea, as it can be quite addictive but we hope Kim allows herself the odd treat when she feels like it!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s marriage appears to be rock-solid, but that hasn’t stopped the reality star from slapping her husband with a ban.

According to reports today, Kim has told Kanye that under no circumstances is he allowed to contact his newly-single ex-girlfriend, Amber Rose.

Since news of Amber’s split from husband Wiz Khalifa hit the headlines, rumour has been rife that the model was back in touch with old flame Kanye.

While sources say that Amber was only reaching out to Kanye to ensure there was no bad blood between them, it was later claimed that the pair had been texting daily since.

Naturally, Queen Kim was not best pleased with what she was hearing, and has apparently now imposed a ban on Kanye to prevent any would-be flirtation between the pair.

While we couldn’t imagine Kanye having eyes for anyone other than Kim, there is a history of drama between the three of them.

Amber once said that Kim was “one of the main reasons” why she and Kanye broke up, branding her a “home wrecker”.

Yikes! Somehow we don’t think we’ve heard the end of the drama surrounding this love triangle.

Our birthday celebrations usually consist of a quiet few drinks, some cake and maybe even a bit of a dance if we’re lucky…

You have another thing coming though, if you imagine that Kim Kardashian’s upcoming 34th birthday bash is going to be low-key!

Details of Kim’s celebrations have been revealed, and it looks like her family and friends are in for a wild night.

The reality star unveiled the promotional poster for her party last night, with the festivities set to take place in TAO Nightclub, Las Vegas, on October 24th.

A promotional poster? We’ll have to remember that for next year.

Needless to say, Kim is looking smoulderingly sexy in the black and white shot, gazing over her shoulder with that signature pout.

According to the poster, you can actually buy tickets to her party – surely a must for all die-hard Kardashian fans?

We can’t wait for the pouty Instagram snaps.

The KUWTK star shared a photo of herself as a baby alongside a photo of little North West to show the likeness between the two – and it truly is astonishing!

Though we do think North resembles her daddy Kanye West too, there’s no denying there is  LOT of her mum in there, including the facial expressions!

The proud mum captioned the sweet image: “ME/NORTH #MiniME.”

We agree, Kim, she is certainly your mini me!

So much so, that the couple are said to have hired Nori her very own stylist who will replicate each of her outfits with her mum’s.

We know it might be extravagant but there’s no doubt about it – it will be adorable!

Let it never be said that too much make-up is a bad thing. This enterprising guy has managed to transform himself into loads of different female celebs using only cosmetics – and the results are startling!

Instagram user pochoy_29 began posting his transformations a few weeks ago and has attracted quite a big following, which is no surprise.

North West isn’t even two yet, and already we are beyond jealous of her wardrobe.

As if her appearances on the front row at Paris Fashion Week weren’t enough to make us green with envy, now it has been revealed that Kim Kardashian has hired a special team to cater to North’s every fashion need.

According to reports, Kim and Kanye have employed a personal stylist and tailor to create mini versions of Kim’s outfits for the toddler, to ensure that Kim and North are always perfectly coordinated for their public appearances.

North is quickly becoming the mini-darling of the fashion world, having already made her magazine modelling debut (clad in Chanel, of course) and taken up front row seats at the Givenchy and Balenciaga shows at Paris Fashion Week.

And it seems that little North is already following in her parents’ footsteps when it comes to causing controversy, with Kim recently coming under fire for dressing the 16-month-old in a sheer top that was deemed “inappropriate” for her age.

While Kim’s fashion choices aren’t always to our taste, we certainly wouldn’t mind our own bespoke Givenchy playsuits!

The baby who has everything has even more stuff than we realised, as it was revealed that she has her own line of toy dolls made in the image of her family, including Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

This strange and amusing fact was revealed by North’s auntie, Khloe Kardashian, who posted the adorable dolls on Instagram.

The dolls are made by Celine Dolls, who has seen interest shoot up since the Kimye dolls were revealed. They took to their own Instagram to tell fans more.

“Since @khloekardashian's post, people have asked a few things: Mini Kanye is wearing a faux mink vest and slightly shiny distressed faux leather pants. And yes, Mini Kim has hips!”

There’s even an adorable little North doll!

The internet went crazy yesterday after footage was published of Kim Kardashian appearing to leave baby North behind at a Paris hotel.

In the video, Kim walks past the assembled photographers to her car, peers in the door, then heads back into the lobby before re-emerging with little Nori. Very mysterious!

Although many believed the star had simply forgotten that North was still inside the hotel, Kim denies that was the case.

She made it clear with a series of posts on Twitter that she found the story totally ridiculous: 

Kim added that she had gone out to the car without one-year-old North to check the baby seat was ready, before heading back inside to get her:

Hmmm… sounds a bit too convenient, but for the sake of poor North we hope it was the truth!

To say that Paris Fashion Week has been eventful for Kim Kardashian would be an understatement.

First, she was nearly knocked to the ground by notorious celebrity pest Vitalli Sediuk, then she and husband Kanye were embarrassingly booed for being late to the Lanvin show.

Now, the reality star has come under fire for supposedly forgetting baby North in her hotel!

Video footage has surfaced of Kim emerging from her hotel and walking to her car, hands hanging, only to realise that North is not inside. The star is seen speaking calmly to a member of her security, before turning around to go back inside to get her daughter.

While the Internet has largely gone crazy over the footage, accusing Kim of being an irresponsible mother, we can’t help but wonder if maybe this was just a carefully planned move to show off her rather eye-catching holey ensemble.

We bet Kanye West is cursing the Internet this morning.

A media outlet has only gone and dug up an old blog post that the rapper wrote, in which he admits to fancying Kourtney Kardashian.

Awkward.

The post, dated from 2009, comes from a section of Kanye’s old blog called ‘Girl of the Week’, and features a rather racy picture of Kourtney wearing nothing but a black bra and trousers, posing on a bed.

While the revelation is sure to cause major embarrassment for the rapper, at least his wife can take some comfort from the fact that she also bagged a spot on his coveted Girl of the Week list!

Yes, Kanye has clearly always held a soft spot for the reality star, and posted a saucy shot of her wearing nothing but a pair of black high heels in his dedication to her.

Describing Kim as “an American stylist, apparel retailer, and television personality”, the Yeezus singer also went on to give details of Kim’s relationship history in his blog entry, mentioning that she was dating Reggie Bush at the time. Yes, that’s how long ago he fancied her!

And just check out this cringe-worthy post in which Kanye expressed his "love" of blogging….duh!

We can’t even begin to imagine the drama that this is going to cause in the Kardashian household. No doubt Kanye will be facing Kim’s wrath!
