Aiken Promotions are once again warning customers not to buy tickets from any secondary sellers.

The fresh concerns come after some 60 people were turned away from the ZZ Top and Brian Wilson concerts in Dublin last week.

The concert promoters say the tickets were purchased on secondary sites and as a result, the disappointed fans were not able to gain access to the venues.

"Unfortunately it is NOT likely these people will get the money they paid refunded" said Peter Aiken.

"As a promoter, it is extremely frustrating to see people being exploited like this and I would like to emphasise once again that fans should not purchase tickets from any secondary sellers."

Sir Paul McCartney has reportedly written a song about Donald Trump, just one month after slating the US President for showing the “ugly side of America.”

According to The Liverpool Echo, the 75-year-old former Beatle was making his annual appearance at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts, when he confirmed the new track.

Reports suggest that the song, yet to be named, will feature on Paul's upcoming album, due for release later this year.

"Sometimes the situation in the world is so crazy that you’ve got to address it," the music icon told students who gathered to hear him speak.

Earlier this month, the musician vocalised his criticism of Trump during an interview with The Daily Telegraph:

"He’s unleashed the ugly side of America. People feel like they have got a free pass to be, if not violent, at least antagonistic towards people of a different colour or a different race.”

"I think we all thought we’d got past that a long time ago."

Details regarding Paul McCartney's upcoming album remain unclear, however it is known that the rock n' roll icon has been working with producer, Greg Kurstin, who in the past has worked with the likes of Adele, Lily Allen and Sia.

From a young age, we were told that eating porridge would make us grow big and strong – but alas, the temptation of a chocolate filled bowl of Coco Pops was too much, and we didn't listen.

As delicious as our alternative breakfasts may be, we may live to regret those choices after hearing this advice from the world's oldest family.

With a combined age of 1,075 years, the Donnelly family have revealed the secret behind their long lives – porridge oats.

Inducted into the Guinness book of records, the 13 siblings from County Armagh grew up on a simple diet of locally sourced ingredients.

However, it wasn't the free-range chicken or home-grown vegetables that fuelled their record breaking lives, but rather a twice daily helping of porridge.

“We've always followed Daddy's habit of that nice warm bite before sleep,” said Joe Donnelly, the 72-year-old, baby of the family.

“Porridge at around 10pm, then again for breakfast at 7am. Cooked oats, milk, a spot of apple jam on top.”

According to The Independent, the family claim that the dish has had such an impact on their lives that it's prompted scientists at the International Longevity Centre to launch a study into their diet.

“Our diet has never been from processed of polluted foods,” Joe added.

“We worked with nature, everything eaten was either grown or reared by us.”

Experts have also questioned whether the Donnelly sibling's choice to abstain from alcohol has anything do to with their longevity.

Three of the 16 children have passed away, leaving 13 others ranging between 72 and 93.

Since earning their place in the Guinness book of records, the family have praised the effects of an organic diet.

However, they remain strong in their claim that porridge, with its blood pressure and cholesterol lowering properties, is the real secret to a long life.

Hollywood actor and father of two, Ryan Reynolds, is known for his hilarious tweets about parenting.

From teaching his daughter that the sun goes down each night because it's made at her, to looking into her eyes and whispering the words, “I can't do this,” Ryans accounts of parenting are refreshingly real – or are they?

Well, before we crush your dreams, here's a selection of some of the actor's best work:

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, Ryan's wife, Blake Lively admitted that the side-splitting anecdotes we've grown to love so much, are completely fabricated.

“He may as well work for The Enquirer,” she said. “When he says ‘my daughter,’ he’s never, ever talking about her. Everything is a completely made-up scenario.”

She continued, “He’ll run them by me sometimes just to make me laugh. But oh, I’m so in love with him when he writes that stuff. I mean, I’m in love with him most of the time, but especially with that.”

Blake also dismissed the idea that her life is perfect, calling the notion complete “nonsense”.

“The night before an interview, I have complete anxiety: How is this person going to spin me? So when you read, ‘Oh, she’s got a perfect life,’ or ‘Her life is crumbling’ — they pick narratives for everyone. And the narratives stick.”

Blake and Ryan married in 2012, after meeting on the set of their 2010 film Green Lantern.

They have two young daughters together – two-year-old James and Inez, who was born in September last year.

So, while there may be no such thing as a free lunch, free coffee is a totally different story.

A brand new initiative is offering road users the chance to redeem a free hot drink – and all you have to do is leave your phone face down while you drive.

Toyota Ireland has today launched a genius new app called, “Face It Down”.

Available for iPhone and Android, the app is designed to save lives on Irish roads by allowing users to collect points for a complimentary hot drink at Topaz Re Store outlets nationwide.

In partnership with the RSA and Topaz, Toyota Ireland has developed the app in an effort to change driver behaviour and improve road safety for everyone.

The user must simply launch the app before starting their car, leave it face down, and earn points for every kilometre driven without picking up the phone.

Should the user pick up the phone while the vehicle is still moving, all points accumulated will be lost.

Once a driver has gathered 350 points, they will be able to trade them in for a hot drink of their choice at any participating Topaz Re Store.

Oh, and you'll get a bonus 250 points for completing your first successful journey.

Not convinced? We'll let Bressie take it from here.

Moyagh Murdock, Chief Executive, Road Safety Authority highlighted the danger of using a mobile phone while driving, “Distracted driving could be a factor in as many 20-30% of all collisions in this country. However, the biggest distraction for drivers is the mobile.

“Despite the fact that using them when driving is killing people on Irish roads, rational, intelligent people continue to text, make phone calls, take selfies or update their social pages while driving. When you use your mobile behind the wheel, taking your mind and eyes off the road for just a split second can destroy everything forever. ”

“That’s why the RSA is fully supportive of the Face It Down campaign and commends Toyota for endeavouring to make a real difference to the lives of people in Ireland through safe, smart driving practices.”

Safer roads and free coffee? It's win-win!

From the bizarre to the beautiful, Dublin’s street art plays a huge part in maintaining the city’s unique and charming character.

Rarely will you spend a day roaming around the winding streets of the capital without finding a piece of art, created from graffiti markers or spray pain, will always make you smile and that feeling has been perfectly encapsulated in this short documentary.

Filmmaker, Ronan Fox, recently filmed his friend Maurice as he attempted to find the perfect spot for his next piece.

Maurice can be seen walking past some of the most impressive artworks in the city, leading viewers to believe that they about to see something iconic.

Ronan explained how he came up with the concept:

“I sometimes make short films outside of my day job under the name Five Dollar Shake and this was the latest one,” he said.

“Some of my friends from Tiny Ark, Charles Alexander and Siobhain Kehoe helped out too and a musician friend of mine named Eoghan Reid let me use his track, Geometry, as the soundtrack.

“I wanted to highlight some of the really good work here in Dublin while also hopefully giving people a laugh.

“My friend in the video, Maurice O’Doherty, works as a teacher in Terenure. We’re both from the same part of Cork so we’ve been friends for years.”

*HUGE SPOILER*

"He's not really a street artist though! I had the idea recently when I saw some random graffiti in Dublin that it would be funny to make a super serious documentary style film about an artist only for it to turn out in the end that the art is complete nonsense."

We're absolutely kicking ourselves for falling for the joke, but hey, at least we got a bit of a giggle.

Fair play, lads!

So for anyone who isn't in the loop, today is National Orgasm Day.

And in celebration of a day as wondrous as the aforementioned, online sex toy retailer, Lovehoney, surveyed 1,000 people in an effort to get a better insight into the complex nature of the female orgasm.

As most women can attest, the female orgasm is a little harder to come by than the male orgasm, but when we do climax, we generally enjoy longer ones than men.

In fact, female orgasms are on average 25 per cent longer than male orgasms, with the former typically lasting 10.9 seconds in comparison to his which lasts 8.7 seconds.

But if you want to know more about orgasms than their average length, sex and relationship expert, Tracy Cox, who has her own range with Lovehoney, has everything you need to know about The Big O.

1. Describe an orgasm in its simplest terms.

‘It’s the body letting go when it can’t stand the pressure of the increased blood flow in the genitals," she says.

"Orgasm is merely the process of the blood rushing back to where it came from and all those tense muscles releasing."

2. What is a multiple orgasm?

'For a woman, it can be one of two things,' she explains. ‘A multiple can mean one really long, super orgasm or two or three in a row.

"Women, unlike men, can climb back on and continue, but that’s not to say a man can’t have multiple orgasms either."

"Men are capable of having non-ejaculatory orgasms. This is when the man experiences an orgasm in his brain and retains his erection but inhibits ejaculation by squeezing his PC muscle (the one that stops you weeing) and other techniques."

"He has several orgasms in a row, all accompanied by full or partial ejaculation. Some men lose their erection fully each time and others maintain it.’

3. Is there such a thing as a vaginal orgasm?

"Most sex therapists say ALL orgasms originate from the clitoris and orgasms achieved by penetration only happen because the internal legs of the clitoris are being stimulated or the glans of the clitoris is being pulled by the act of thrusting."

"There’s also no doubt that some women can orgasm through intense stimulation of the front wall of the vagina, but that’s still not a vaginal orgasm because it’s stimulation of the female prostate and the area around the urethra."

4. What's the story with orgasms and exercise?

'Ten per cent of women report achieving orgasm during exercise, some women can orgasm purely through nipple stimulation and (rare but true) some people orgasm when they have sneezing fits."

"It’s also been documented that a small percentage of people are able to bring themselves to orgasm purely through fantasy – with no physical stimulation whatsoever."

5. Why are simultaneous orgasms hard to come by?

'Let's take a look at the facts," Tracy says. "Roughly 75% of men in relationships always have an orgasm with their partner, compared to 30% of women."

"Do the math and you'll soon see the chances of both of you orbiting into orgasmic ecstasy at exactly the same moment is highly unlikely. Romantic, yes. Likely, no."

"Quite frankly, taking turns – you have your orgasm first, he has his later – is not only more practical, it's sometimes a lot more satisfying.'

6. Men can fake orgasms just as often as women, how can we tell if they are?

'Look for the sex flush,' Tracy advises. ‘We all get a rash on our chest at the point of orgasm but it comes and goes in a split second so is easy to miss."

"Most women are tender to touch straight afterwards, too. If you can touch her clitoris directly afterwards, she’s probably faked it."

7. Women have one orgasm for every three of his. Is this true?

"A large-scale study of American adults found women have about one orgasm for every three a man has," Tracy explains.

"One in three women have problems having an orgasm (via any means) with a partner and 80% CAN’T orgasm through vaginal intercourse alone."

"Yet most women have no problems having an orgasm during masturbation, particularly if using a vibrator, and lesbians have almost many orgasms as men do.'

8. What makes it easier for a woman to orgasm?

"The distance between the clitoris and vaginal opening predict your likelihood of vaginal orgasm."

"If the distance is less than the width of a thumb, the clitoris is more likely to get stimulated through a ‘pulling’ sensation activated by thrusting."

9. So, what's the world record for orgasms?

The longest orgasm on record was recorded in 1966 when a woman had a 45 second orgasm that involved 25 individual contractions.

His hilarious commentary helped to make Love Island one of the most talked about shows this summer, however, fans are now lamenting the fact that the voiceover man, Ian Stirling, wasn't given his own spot in the villa.

Following his appearance on Love Island: Aftersun's reunion special on Sunday night, Twitter erupted with fans eager to show their appreciation for the 29-year-old's dashing good looks.

And of course, the comments didn't go unnoticed.

Ian jokingly tweeted to confirm that he was in fact, not a 40-year-old a divorced father of three  – even if his voice might sound that way.

But, bad news ladies – Ian's officially off the market.

The Sun recently revealed that the voiceover star is actually dating Irish TV presenter, Laura Whitmore.

All jokes aside, we've got to admit, these guys make a cute couple.

Described as the 'rom-com for people who hate rom-coms', Netflix's latest original release, The Incredible Jessica James, follows the story of an aspiring, New York-based playwright who is recovering from a recent break-up.

Jessica James, played by name sake, Jessica Williams, is forced to go on a date with the recently divorced Boone (played by our very own Chris O'Dowd), and the pair discover how to navigate life post-breakup.

The film landed on Netflix's streaming service over the weekend and judging by the reviews so far, this is about to become one of our new found faves.

"Some people are born to be movie stars, and "The Incredible Jessica James" successfully makes that case for leading lady Jessica Williams." – Geoff Berkshire, Variety

"The Incredible Jessica James isn't reinventing the rom-com, but it doesn't need to. It's sweet, smart, and funny, and makes me want to see Jessica Williams star in all of the things." –  Erika W. Smith, Bust Magazine.

"O'Dowd and Williams play well off of each other, conveying the stages of a new relationship from awkward first date to first big fight with an easy and believable chemistry." –  Katie Rife, AV Club

OK, we'll be the first to admit that we could use some help in the finance department.

Between the increased cost of living in Ireland, and a minimum wage that doesn't even nearly reflect this, finding enough money (or any at all) to put away for a rainy day can be a real struggle – but hey, we're trying.

We all remember that millionaire who said millennials would be able to afford house if they stopped buying avocado toast, right?

Well, if that observation was enough to get your blood boiling, you're not going to like what this new study has to say.

Research conducted by insurance company, Direct Line, found that millions of young people are only spending their money on things that will improve their 'status'.

Apparently, almost 25 per cent of 18-34 year-olds surveyed admitted that reality TV shows influenced them to put an emphasis on wealth and luxury possessions.

Over a third revealed they had boasted about new possessions on social media and 20 per cent said there was no point owning something nice if other people didn't know about it.

In an attempt to explain why the focus for the millenial generation is on short-term satisfaction from luxury goods rather than long-term goals, Liz Emerson, the co-founder of the Intergenerational Foundation spoke to The Independent.

She said:  “Today’s young professionals already face a marginal tax rate of 41 per cent after student loan repayments, national insurance, and income tax. That is before the depressing reality that younger workers are unlikely to ever own a home of their own, or have adequate pensions, unlike their parent’s generation.

“Even moving out to rent has become increasingly unaffordable due to declining wages and the high cost of housing. With a third of graduates now in non-graduate jobs there may be little to look forward to in the future beyond a luxury purchase now and again.”

So, basically we need to start looking at the bigger picture when it comes to our finances, but given the depressing reality of the economic climate, it doesn't hurt to treat yo'self every once in a while – am I right?

As members of the public took to social media to condemn Kevin Myers for his attitude towards the gender pay gap, one of the women at the centre of Myers' controversial column struggled to comprehend how the piece made it to print in the first place.

British broadcaster and journalist, Vanessa Feltz, was referenced in the article, which has since been slammed for its racist and misogynistic undertones, and admitted that the remarks made in the Sunday Times article left her somewhat stunned.

"I note that two of the best-paid women presenters in the BBC – Claudia Winkleman and Vanessa Feltz, with whose, no doubt, sterling work I am tragically unacquainted – are Jewish. Good for them," wrote Myers in the controversial piece.

Speaking on her BBC Radio One Show this morning, Vanessa expressed her distaste over the piece, saying it was "so obviously racist it's surprisingly hurtful."

Considering her background in print journalism, the 55-year-old struggled to accept the apology proferred by the newspaper in the hours that followed the article's publication.

"I said to the editor to The Sunday Times when he phoned to apologise 'I'm a journalist and I don't understand how that could be considered suitable to publish."

"The apologies are all very well but how did it end up in the paper in the first place?" she asked.

Despite being no stranger to criticism, both personal and professional, over the course of her 30-year career, Vanessa admitted that the reference which was made to both her and her religion in Myers' article deeply affected her.

"I would have thought after all these years I'd be immune or used to it, but that's not at all how I felt. I felt extremely upset. It's not a very nice feeling," she said.

Kevin Myers will no longer be writing for The Sunday Times.

Lady Gaga, who has been an outspoken supporter of fellow artist, Kesha, throughout her legal battle with music producer Dr Luke has found herself embroiled further still after being issued with a subpoena by the producer's legal team.

In 2014, Kesha sued Dr Luke for alleged sexual assault and battery, sexual harassment, gender violence, emotional abuse, and violation of California business practices which had occurred over 10 years working together.

In 2016, judge Shirley Kornreich rejected all of Kesha's claims against Dr Luke in a move which only intensified support for the 30-year-old singer.

However, according to Dr Luke's legal team, Lady Gaga's support for the Tik Tok singer is akin to a 'smear campaign', and the American Horror Story star is now being required to give evidence in the producer's defamation case against Kesha.

"Dr. Luke's counsel served a subpoena on Lady Gaga because she has relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr. Luke made to her by Kesha," attorneys for Dr Luke explained in a recent statement.

"This motion has become necessary because Dr. Luke's counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga."

Responding to the subpoena, Lady Gaga's legal team insists their client is a mere pawn in Dr Luke's attempt to manipulate the truth.

"As Lady Gaga's legal team will present to the court, she has provided all of the relevant information in her possession and is at most an ancillary witness in this process," representatives for the Grammy Award winner said.

"Dr. Luke's team is attempting to manipulate the truth and draw press attention to their case by exaggerating Lady Gaga's role and falsely accusing her of dodging reasonable requests."

According to reports, Lady Gaga may not be the only high-profile name required to take part in depositions, with Dr Luke's legal team confirming as much.

"In connection with Dr. Luke’s defamation claims against Kesha, various third parties are being deposed by both sides, including celebrities," Dr Luke's team confirmed.
