It's been a big week for the Hemsworth family as they celebrated the second birthday of twin boys, Sasha and Tristan.

Chris was snapped giving his adorable babies a cuddle by his wife of six years, Elsa Pataky.

The Thor star seemed to enjoying a fun-filled day out with his sons and we are just swooning over this adorable snap.

"Happy birthday my little boys, there's nothing that makes me happier in life, than being a mum and watch you growing up everyday!" reads the caption of the photo.

Elsa, who is a Spanish model turned actress, and Chris also have a daughter, India Rose, who is three.

The Aussie hunk has recently relocated his family from LA back to Byron Bay in Australia and seem to be loving living next to the sea.

The 32-year-old will be kept busy with a promo tour as his next film The Huntman: Winter's War is due out next month.

He is also starring in the hotly-anticipated remake of Ghostbusters which is out in the Summer.

And with three tiny terrors running around at home, we reckon he has plenty to keep him busy.

Our phones, TV and laptop in general should be avoided for at least an hour before we head to bed, but hey, we're all humans. And sometimes humans need to obsessively scroll through their ex's cousin's BFF's wedding photos for two hours, y'know?

Enter Apple's newest feature – iPhone Night Shift mode. Exposure to bright lights late at night – especially the blue LED light emitted by our smartphones and tablets – is supposedly one major no-no when it comes to getting a good night's sleep, and Night Shift mode aims to solve that problem.

Scheduling Night Shift Mode on your iPhone will cause the phone's lighting settings to re-adjust at your chosen time of the evening. You'll still be able to use the phone as normal, but with a yellow-toned backlight instead of a blue one.

A similar feature is available for most laptops using software programmes like F:lux, but it's never been offered as standard on an Apple product until now.

The issue with blue LED light is that its brightness is so similar to afternoon sunlight that our brains tend to become over-stimulated, which of course is a big alarm bell when you're hoping to drift off easily before that big interview tomorrow.

And while Apple certainly aren't going so far as to tell us to put our phones away completely (Steve Jobs would be rolling in his grave), they are at least attempting to make the consequences of phone usage late at night less severe.

If you're wondering when you can test out Night Shift for yourself, here are the phone/iPad models on which it's available. Simply go to Settings > Display and Brightness > Enable Night Shift Mode.

  • iPad Air and above, iPad Mini 2 and above, and iPad Pro.
  • iPhone 5s and above.
  • iPod Touch 6G

From the trials and tribulations of Ramsay Street to playing the wife of corrupt stockbroker, Jordan Belfort, former Neighbours star Margot Robbie has come a long way in six years. In fact, we reckon 2016 is going to be her biggest year yet.

With three major movies to be released in the next few months alone and the announcement today that she is set to portray disgraced Olympian Tonya Harding in a new biopic, the future is all sunny skies for the Aussie beauty.

Here’s just a few reasons everyone will be talking about Margot Robbie this year…

She’s starring alongside one of comedy’s biggest names
From the 22nd of April you can see Robbie in Whiskey Tango Foxtrot with Tina Fey. The pair play two journalists sent to Afghanistan to report on the war.

She’ll be heading to the jungle, too
Tarzan, meet Jane… or should we say ‘meet Margot.’ Heading into the summer months you’ll catch Margot swinging from vines in The Legend of Tarzan alongside (her one-time rumoured fling) Alexander Skarsgard.

She’s trying her hand at some bad-ass comic book action
Possibly the most re-created Halloween costume from last year, Harley Quinn will come to life in this year’s Suicide Squad. And who plays the black-and-red bad girl? Yup, you’ve guessed it…

She’s just scored a MAJOR film role in I, Tonya
Margot’s latest casting, in the biopic of disgraced Olympian Tonya Harding, marks the first time Robbie will play the lead in a major motion picture. Harding had an incredibly tough rise to fame in the figure-skating world, before later being charged and imprisoned for her ties to the attacks on her rival Nancy Kerrigan. A very meaty role for the young actress and one that is already gathering a lot of interest.

Oh, and she KILLED it on the Oscars red carpet this year
The Aussie topped all of the best dressed lists at this year’s Academy Awards in shimmering gold custom Tom Ford. WIN.

Geordie Shore's youngest recruit Chloe Ferry has had quite a remarkable transformation in the past few years but it seems that there is a worrying reason behind it.

The 20-year-old has revealed that she adores getting plastic surgery on her face and is planning to have a lot more done despite her young age.

"I love surgery and I'll never stop. Next I want chin fillers and more filler in my cheeks," said the reality star to Closer Magazine

"I'll get more work done before I'm 21. I want my face to be like, 'woah.' "

Chloe went on to admit that she is addicted, but it doesn't seem to worry her.

"My attitude to surgery is that if you want to have something done, you should get it.

"Surgery boosts my confidence and I think I'm addicted now. If you looked at me compared to when I started Geordie Shore there's a huge difference.

"I think liposuction is wrong. Don't be lazy – go to the gym! I'd never have surgery on my body. I love my boobs – I don't like fake boobs, and I've got a lush bum, so I wouldn't touch that."

But it seems that some of her reality star co-stars are quite worried about her.

"Chloe's such a beautiful girl and when she came into the show she was so young she never even had acrylic nails before," said Holly Hogan to MailOnline, despite being big fan of cosmetic surgery herself.

"She came into the show and saw everything we’d had done and she literally went out and got it all.

"Whereas the rest of us took it really slowly her transformation was very quick, very in your face and very noticeable.

"I do think she looks great and she's toned the lips down a little bit which is a good thing."

Meanwhile, Holly is planning to have boob reduction surgery after having implants for several years.

After months of radio silence about his split from fiancée Perrie Edwards last year, Zayn Malik has finally given us some inside information… kinda.

Speaking about the inspiration for his hotly anticipated new album, the singer revealed that love and relationships formed the bulk of the inspiration for his lyrics, and he dropped something of a bombshell about how things ended with Perrie.

"There's a good ratio of both," he said of the mix of love (hey Gigi) and heartbreak (hey Perrie) on the album.

"There's a lot of falling in love and a lot of falling out of love. It's probably 60/40, falling out of love."

Yup, far from being heartbroken or confused, it seems Zayn simply fell out of love with Perrie, and eight months on he has no problem saying so.

And that honesty and bluntness seems to have fed into Zayn's songwriting too.

"I feel like you get creative with things when you can be honest," he says.

"Whether that’s positive or negative, it can work both ways.

"If you’re in a really good place, you can write a really good, upbeat song. When you’re in a s**t place you can write a downbeat f*****g ballad!

"That’s just the way it is. But I feel like you can draw good creative things from both."

With a new girlfriend on the go in the form of catwalk darling Gigi Hadid, Zayn's had no trouble moving on, but he said that he still finds all the media attention a bit of a headwrecker.

"I try to keep the two very separate. I try to, as much as I can. But there's only so much you can do.

"I'm learning to deal with it. It's just one of those things now, in the background. I just leave it as a bit of a noise in the background."

In one of our more bizarre news stories of the day, a cat in New Zealand has developed a rather baffling burglary habit and his owner is not quite sure how to deal with it.

According to the New Zealand Herald, Brigit the cat has developed a fondness for stealing men's underwear and bringing it home to her owner.

"This is Brigit's haul from the last two months," read a Facebook post from Brigit's owner Sarah that has quickly gone viral.

Now it's getting silly. This is Brigit's haul from the last two months. Every morning we wake up to more. I've put notes…

Posted by Sarah Nathan on Friday, March 18, 2016

"Every morning we wake up to more. I've put notes in every letterbox in the street.

"Someone must be missing this stuff."

Yep, everyone morning little Brigit heads out on her daily travels and returns with specifically men's underwear and no one knows where the supply is coming from.

"It's all men's. It's really, really weird. She's got really specific taste," said Sarah to the paper.

"In our last house she'd bring home a bit of everything – she'd bring home men's undies, women's undies, togs, she even brought home a hockey shin pad and a jumper.

"She was much less discerning – now she's decided menswear is the thing – and it's a very specific kind of underpants that she likes."

Well, Brigit, you are officially gas.

We've all been there: desperately trying to remember a great film we saw way back.

Even worse – trying to explain to a friend that one of your favourite cinematic classics involves 'yer man the famous guy with the head and the hat and he has a horse but the horse dies'.

However, there now is a glorious website that is pretty much the answer to all our movie conundrums.

Step forward What Is My Movie. Simply type in any key-words that come to mind and then sit back and watch it muster up an answer. We've been playing with it all morning and suffice to say that it's scarily accurate.

Developed by Finnish startup Valossa, a company founded by computer science researchers and engineers from Finland’s University of Oulu, the site is fast becoming one of the most enjoyable ways to narrow down your Netflix choices.

And are some of our results from earlier:

1) Homeward Bound

2) Titanic

3) Bruce Almighty

4) Harry Potter

5) Pirates of the Caribbean

6) Ben Hur

7) Clueless

Selena Gomez fronted a good girl image for a long time during her Disney days, but now that she's an adult, it's clear she wants to let loose and have fun from now on.

TMZ shared a video of Selena in a Texas bar over the weekend – and let's just say she looks like she's having the time of her life.

According to the website, Sel was drinking shots of Tequila and when Rihanna's new song Work came on the radio, she couldn't help but jump up and dance on the tables.

Honestly, she reminds us a little bit of, well… us after a few too many shots on a night out. And let's all be honest, we love her a little bit more than before now.

So we all know that Kylie Jenner has had a serious amount of lip fillers in her time but many critics continue to claim that those lips just keep getting bigger.

However, the 18-year-old has revealed her trick for making her luscious lips look even larger in snaps than they actually are.

So what's the big secret? She just puckers up and pouts.

Yep, the star reveals she just "does a little face" and her lips tend look even more plump.

In some very informative Snapchats, the reality star demonstrated that all you need to get picture perfect lips for your selfie is good lighting and a perfected pout.

And the before-and-after shots reveal just how much of a difference her expression makes to the size of her lips.

But really, Kylie is actually just sick of people talking about her voluminous smackers.

"But the fact that we still talk about my lips is so crazy," said the star in a later video.

Yeah, we're just gonna go practise our pouts now.

Vogue Williams took to Instagram yesterday to share a heart-breaking tribute to a family friend who passed away just last month.

Posting a photo of 20-year-old Duncan McLean, the model gave some background into his life, explaining how he had been diagnosed with cancer just days before his death.

“My younger brother Alexander lost one of his closest friends to a sudden onset brain tumour on the 28th February," she wrote alongside the smiling photo of Duncan.

The post told us of how Duncan was “admitted to hospital in Edinburgh on Thursday 26th February…and died early on the Sunday morning, only two days later.”

A friend of her younger brother's, the loss obviously hit hard with Vogue, who finished her post with some shocking stats about the rise of cancer-related deaths among young people.

This isn’t the first time Vogue has opened up about a personal loss on her social media. Late last year she took to Instagram to mark the fifth anniversary of her father's tragic passing.

Along with a picture of her late father was a touching message where she called him her “best friend”.

We all know white bread has a really bad reputation. It's criticised by nutritionists for spiking blood sugar levels and not really offering you much else in nutritional value.

Well, now PURPLE bread has surfaced and it just might make eating white bread way better for you.

Now, we're not crazy. Health fanatics have clung onto this new baked good of late and food scientists have discovered that adding anthocyanin (a natural pigment that gives aubergines, plums and black rice their distinctive colour) to white bread can slow down your digestion as well as provide some natural cancer-fighting antioxidants.

CNN spoke to a food scientist, Zhou Weibiao at the National University of Singapore, who said that purple bread is digested 20 times slower than your regular white bread and it also lowers your glycemic index.

As well as that, because it brings down the digestible starch content, people will eat less of it as oppose to regular white bread.

"The challenge was to see if we could change the formula of bread, without changing the smooth texture of white bread that people really love," Zhou told CNN.

"You are eating the same amount of starch and wheat flour, so the nutritional value is the same. The key idea here is slowing down the energy release, so you use those calories over a longer period of time."
