It seems that they were on the right track after Lamar started to recover from his overdose.

But then, he was spotted out drinking again, and Khloe has finally called it quits.

The reality star has filed for divorce from Lamar Odom for the second time, after postponing the first divorce to help Lamar get better, E! News has confirmed.

The 31-year-old cited "irreconcilable differences" again and an insider close to Khloe said she is "looking forward to moving on," and that it is "the right thing to do right now."

It's been a lengthy battle but we hope she's OK.

While Britain's Got Talent is touted as wholesome family fun, the annual show rarely comes without its controversy, and this year is no different.

The latest act to hit headlines for all the wrong reasons is the uber-talented Boogie Storm who rose through the ranks at Jennifer Ellison's Liverpool dance school.

Outraged that her protégés have been dubbed 'talentless' by Piers Morgan on Good Morning Britain, the former Brookside actress defended the troupe on Twitter in a highly emotional post this week.

"Just fot the record my dancers Boogiestorm are not talentless, they are WORLD CHAMPION DANCERS who have just been given the accolade of representing their country in the Dance World Cup being voted best group to represent team England," she wrote.

"They are far from 'thick' which is why when you asked them to punch you 'to make good telly' just before going on, they declined," Jennifer raged. "They are very respectful young dancers who have their own setbacks and back stories."

"The storm trooper who flips on stage, broke his back a few years ago, another at 21 years of age suffers from Cystic Fibrosis which is an inspiration and achievement in itself to be able to not only be a world champion but dance in suits which are virtually impossible to walk in."

Making reference to the Hillsborough tragedy, Jennifer then went on to slam the controversial host's decision to 'parade a copy of The Sun' in front of the troupe, finishing: "I knew you were low from your phone hacking days however today you have stopped to another level."

And in classic Piers style, he refused to acknowledge Jennifer's points, merely responding: "They're ludicrous Jennifer, a bit like you."

It has been less than a day since E! News confirmed that Amber Heard is filing for divorce from Johnny Depp, and the actor has asked his rep to make a statement.

The following statement was made last night in America:

"Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life.

"Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly."

Amber filed for divorce from Johnny stating "irreconcilable differences" after the couple were married for only 15 months.

Scott Disick turned 33 yesterday, and while he's planning to throw a lavish birthday party tomorrow, the Kardashians celebrated it on Instagram last night.

But the one that stood out most was Scott's former partner, Kourtney's post. 

The reality star shared a throwback picture of their much younger days and it saw Kourtney sitting on Scott – wearing a bikini – while he lay back on a couch.

She simply captioned the snap, "Happy birthday baby daddy."

The photo shows their happier times together, so it could mean that the pair are finally getting back on track.

She's only a few weeks old but it seems that Chrissy Teigen and John Legend's daughter already loves her dad's music.

Chrissy shared a video on Instagram last night, showing baby Lulu bopping along to one of John's tracks.

She captioned that sweet memory, "The beginning."

We can see this being the start of many! It's lovely to know John has a little fan in his daughter!

We don't often think we've much in common with Cara Delevingne, but if she really does see the truth in her latest Instagram upload, then we may actually be on the same page as the British model.

In a video post which she shared on social media today, Cara reassured us that when it comes to our shower routine, us girls are pretty much all the same.

We spend most of the week using dry shampoo and totally avoid shaving – also known as shower yoga with blades – so when we do finally get down to the nitty-gritty of it all, we don't KNOW ourselves.

We're smooth, we're silky, we're oh-so sexy, and like our good friend Peter Griffin proves, we're super-slick too.

Brunch has become one of our favourite hobbies. And as Carrie Bradshaw once said, brunch without alcohol is just a sad, late breakfast.

It sounds like Steve Stanulis may be regretting spilling deets on Kanye West's behaviour because if emerging reports are to be believed, he's about to be slapped with a $10 million lawsuit.

According to TMZ, Steve has been threatened with legal action by the world-famous couple unless he admits that the claims he made to the Sun on Sunday are entirely false.

It seems Steve, who was apparently sacked by the Life of Pablo singer, agreed to keep schtum on everything and everything to do with the West family, and now he's about to land himself in very hot water.

The site reports: "Steve signed a confidentiality agreement promising never to breathe a word about Kim, Kanye or the klan", and if emerging stories are to be believed Steve agreed to shell out a whopping $!0 million if he ever broke this contract.

However, it looks like Kanye and his good lady wife are in a generous frame of mind, and have told Steve that if he makes a public apology he won't have to dole out the dough.

We bet Steve wished he'd never opened his mouth now.
