This week hasn't gotten off to a great start for some of our favourite celebs. First, we hear that Taylor Swift is being accused of copyright infringement and now Jeremy Scott, Moschino's head fashion designer is dealing with a very similar claim.

The famed designer is being sued by Brooklyn-based artist Joseph Tierney, claiming that Jeremy "blatantly stole" one of his graffiti designs, which was used for Katy Perry's Met Gala Ball gown.

The gown was also seen on Gigi Hadid in March during Moschino's runway show and the artist is demanding a large cash compensation for the alleged "rip-off" of his work.

However, Page Six reports that Mr Scott has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit. The website reported that Jeremy insisted the graffiti graphics "were selected and created by a graphic artist and completely independently of me."

He also added that the content of the dress was supposed to "subvert the seriousness of traditional black-tie fashion while also commenting on the way society objectifies women."

However, Joseph was unsatisfied with Jeremy's response and claims that the designer is just "shifting blame."

Only time will tell how this one will end!

Sounds like someone didn't get the all-black memo.

Kendall Jenner celebrated her 20th birthday in style last night, but one of her sisters failed to impress.

Ignoring her sisters' decisions to wear all black, Kylie donned a Cleopatra look for the evening, pairing a blunt brunette wig with a pleated and draped gold jumpsuit.

The layers of fabric swamped Kylie's curves, with the flared silk bottoms dragging along the ground as she walked. The sheer-backed ensemble was topped off with a yellow waist belt.

As for the birthday girl, she kept things a little more muted in an incredible backless jumpsuit with a seriously sexy plunging neckline.

Kendall kept her make-up sleek, going for a smoky eye and a bold red lip, wearing her long brown locks in a topknot.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan were out in force for the bash, which took place at Hollywood club The Nice Guy. Going by Kendall's cake, 'black and gold' seemed to be the theme of the evening, though Kylie was the only sister to go for the latter when it came to her choice of outfit.

Also present – and dressed all in black – were Kendall's older sister's Kourtney and Khloé, who both kept it simple with cropped jackets, form fitting outfits and heels.

And even at eight months pregnant, Kim still looked super-sleek in a glittering black bodycon dress and sequinned jacket.

Of course, it's not the first time Kylie has ignored her sisters' choice of dress code.

Indeed, at a Cosmopolitan party just three weeks ago, the teen dressed all in white while her sisters were quite clearly synched up in black.

A red carpet rebel, to be sure.

It's wedding bells once again for Alan Hughes and Karl Broderick, after an on-air proposal this morning.

Alan popped the question to his partner of over 20 years on the Ireland AM set, directly after an on-air segment about the Marriage Equality Bill finally being signed into Irish law.

The couple celebrated their civil partnership back in 2011 with a massive reception at Dublin's Mansion House, but now that they can legally marry there'll no doubt be more celebrations to come.

Viewers were quick to congratulate the happy couple after Alan got down on one knee this morning, in front of his co-hosts Mark Cagney and Sinéad Desmond:

Speaking ahead of last year's Marriage Equality Referendum, Alan said he just wanted to be extended the same right to marriage as other Irish citizens.

"Just to have it that I am allowed to be married like any other person in the country. It seems like a basic human right to be able to be married to someone which at the moment you cannot do," he said.

Just weeks after their 2011 celebrations, the couple underwent a series of family tragedies, which included the deaths of both Alan's sister and Karl's mother.

"Soon after we came back from our honeymoon my sister started to get quite ill," Alan told VIP magazine in 2012.

"The day before Christmas Eve Karl’s mam was admitted to Beaumont with pneumonia.

"Christmas Eve we were in St Vincent’s hospital with Karl’s dad, who was called in for a liver transplant. And Christmas day my sister was taken into the oncology unit in St James’ Hospital."

Alan has since referred to that period as "the worst two weeks of our years together," admitting it led to serious tension between them.

"We survived it, but we never stopped rowing at the time," he said.

Three years on though, the couple are still going strong – and we can't wait for the second round of celebrations.

Don't get on Ariana Grande's bad side… or Ariel Winter's for that matter.

The pair unexpectedly teamed up on Instagram yesterday to shut down commenters who were pitting them against each other.

Ariana's anger was initially sparked by a comment on her own Instagram account from a follower calling her a "sexy stick" and saying he'd choose Ariel Winter over her.

The Problem singer soon hit back with her own criticism, lashing out at the user for "body shaming" and accusing him or her of "objectifying" women.

"We live in a day and age where people make it IMPOSSIBLE for women, men, anyone to embrace themselves exactly how they are," she wrote.

"Diversity is sexy! Loving yourself is sexy! You know what is NOT sexy? Misogyny, objectifying, labeling, comparing and body shaming!!!"

It wasn't long before Ariel herself spotted the message, and made it clear she totally agreed with Ariana's stance.

"I love the message you're putting out there," wrote the actress, who recently underwent a breast reduction to help combat her own body image issues.

"I especially believe in today's world we all need to stick together I believe in EMPOWERING other women and not putting them down… You ARE beautiful."

This is not the first time Ariana has taken it upon herself to show her online haters what's what. A few months back she delivered an epic shut-down for one commenter who dared to criticise the size of her boobs:

Amazing.

Lily Aldridge has a killer body, but it's certainly not just the genetic lottery that's working in her favour – she admits she has a gruelling workout regime.

The 29-year-old model has extra pressure mounting ahead of this year's Victoria's Secret show, as she is 2015's chosen Fantasy Bra model.

Valued at a whopping €1.8m, the bra is encrusted with diamonds, sapphires and other jewels, and took designers 685 hours to put together.

Just one model is picked to wear the sparkling ensemble each year – and this year it's Lily's turn.

So how has she been prepping her body ahead of December's show? As well as eating clean, Lily says she's been fitting in at least two workouts every day.

Yup, that's a minimum of 14 workouts a week, but the model says she's happy to do it.

"I love working out, and I love when I have the time and I can really focus on it. It feels good. You have a goal and you accomplish it," she tells Cosmopolitan.

"I do a lot of Ballet Beautiful… I'll switch it around. I'll do 30 minutes of cardio, and then do [Ballet Beautiful] for an hour."

As for eating, the mum-of-one has been avoiding hidden calories by preparing all food herself – mainly lean protein and veg.

"Lots of roast chicken and vegetables, eating clean. I mostly cook my own food so I know everything that's going into it."

The stunning brunette also starts her mornings with a cup of herbal tea- even when on holidays.

Good Morning Barcelona

While we might not have time to fit in two workouts daily, it's refreshing that Lily's routine isn't totally unachievable.

Somehow though we doubt we'd look half as good in that bra, even with all the Ballet Beautiful in the world…

A number of flights between Ireland and the UK have been called off this morning as a result of bad weather conditions.

The blanket of heavy fog over parts of Ireland and the UK has yet to lift after three days, meaning many passengers were left stranded at Dublin Airport this morning.

Three flights out of Dublin so far have been cancelled, at 6.35am, 7.50am and 8.45am. Passengers at Shannon and Belfast Airports have also been delayed by several hours, while four flights from London to Dublin have been pulled.

Yesterday over 100 flights out of Heathrow were cancelled due to the adverse conditions.

Thankfully Met Éireann says the fog should lift during the morning, while UK's Met Office has lifted its "be aware" warning.

Aer Lingus and other airlines have promised that passengers on cancelled flights will be re-accommodated or entitled to a refund.

The flight problems have affected a number of international passengers travelling to Dublin for the Web Summit this week, which will see 40,000 attendees descend on the capital for the massive tech conference.

Web Summit founder Paddy Cosgrave took to Twitter this morning to sympathise with those experiencing travel issues,

Fingers crossed we get better weather today.

At the height of her Instagram fame, Australian teen Essena O'Neill was making upwards of €1,500 a post, with over 600,000 followers hanging on her every word.

But after three years of faking it, the 18-year-old has finally had enough.

On October 27 she deleted 2,000 photos from her feed, leaving only a handful – with the captions re-edited to show the grim truth behind them all.

One photo of her lying by a pool studying while wearing a bikini was once captioned, "Things are getting pretty wild at my house. Maths B and English in the sun."

Now it reads, "See how relatable my captions were – stomach sucked in, strategic pose, pushed up boobs.

"I just want younger girls to know this isn’t candid life, or cool or inspirational. It’s contrived perfection made to get attention."

As well as skipping meals, exercising "excessively" and "barely eating" to stay slim, Essena says she was hugely insecure and felt her body was her only asset.

Another photo of her sitting on the beach reads, "NOT REAL LIFE – took over 100 in similar poses trying to make my stomach look good. Would have hardly eaten that day. Would have yelled at my little sister to keep taking them until I was somewhat proud of this. Yep so totally #goals."

The teen says she often took hundreds of photos, editing her selfies in various different apps until they looked exactly how she wanted them to.

Referring to a snap which shows her pulling her t-shirt up to reveal her toned stomach, Essena admits the photo was "the only thing that made me feel good that day."

As well as revealing the insecurities behind the seemingly carefree images, Essena has pointed out various photos she only posted to earn money.

"NOT REAL LIFE – paid $$$ to promote both the jeans and top," she wrote next to a "candid" shot of herself looking out to sea wearing jeans and a black top.

"Any girl with a lot of followers promoting a bikini brand is paid, I would say 99% of the time," she wrote next to another.

"If they tag a company 99% of the time it's paid."

To further explain her decision to come clean, Essena has set up a website, Lets Be Game Changers, where she has been posting daily vlogs.

"Anyone who spends hours and hours on a screen wishing they could have a 'perfect' life, this is for you," she writes.

"There is nothing cool about spending all your time taking edited pictures of yourself to prove to the world 'you are enough.'"

Willow Smith turned 15 over the weekend, and her famous dad couldn't resist a little Facebook shout-out.

As the daughter of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow has lived her whole life in the spotlight, but her dad's message yesterday shows that underneath it all she's just a normal teen.

"Happy Birthday, my Bean. 15 years old today!!" the actor wrote on his personal page.

Happy Birthday, my Bean. 15 years old today!! When you were born it took about 2 seconds to realize that I was willing…

"When you were born it took about 2 seconds to realise that I was willing to die for you.

Thank you for correcting my heart – and teaching me how to love without constriction or condition." The message was accompanied by a gorgeous throwback snap of Will and little Willow.

Will is clearly a fan of celebrating birthdays via Facebook – back in September he did some "birthday math" for his wife of 15 years:

This was taken at your mom's house 20 years ago. That's a long time ago!!! So I decided to do some math… I have sung…

Having found fame aged just 11 with her song Whip My Hair, Willow became something of a child star, but she has bowed out of the limelight more in recent years.

"She’s really just developing herself… She’s taking her time to develop her skills, so when she feels like people are ready to know the real Willow, then she will make a comeback," her dad said recently.

Back in 2012, Will came under fire for revealing his son had asked for emancipation from his parents for his 15th birthday.

However in a later interview on The Ellen Degeneres Show, Will insisted his comments had been a "joke," adding, "My baby boy, he's never leaving me, ever. No emancipation for the Smith kids."

As for Jaden, he joked that his dad wouldn't allow him to move out until "'I have a movie that's bigger than one of his movies."

Golden Crisp, Caramello or even (please God no) Turkish Delight… Every chocolate lover has their own favourite Cadbury Dairy Milk variety.

But now one of the chocolate giant's most well-known recipes is getting something of a makeover. New Cadbury Fruit & Nut bars will now contain sultanas, as well as the traditional almonds and raisins.

The older varieties will be phased out over the next few months as shops receive new stock.

While some chocolate purists have complained that the new addition will mean the bars contain less actual chocolate and more fruit, Cadbury insists this won't be the case.

The company says the change is simply to add "variety" to the bars and to ensure there is an ongoing supply of dried fruit available.

"While raisins have actually traditionally been the ‘fruit’ of Cadbury Fruit & Nut, sultanas have been brought into the fold to add more variation," a spokesperson for the company said.

"It’s important we have a flexible supply of the dried fruit we use… to both retain quality and ensure it’s still an affordable treat."

And as for a change in taste, a trial of 200 chocolate-lovers revealed both the old and new bars tasted almost identical.

In fact, a Cadbury poll of 2,000 adults in the UK found while half said they knew the difference between a raisin and sultana, just one in 10 were able to state what it actually was.

Earlier this year, Cadbury sparked controversy when it revealed it was altering the recipe for Creme Eggs, using a cheaper version of chocolate for the shell.

We don't mind a sultana or two in our bars, but if the chocolate itself gets an overhaul, we really can't be held responsible for our actions…

Russian officials have now said publicly it is “impossible” that a technical fault or pilot error caused Saturday’s Metrojet tragedy.

Some 224 people died on board the Moscow-based airline on Saturday morning.

The Irish-owned Airbus A321-200 crashed in a remote mountainous part of the Sinai Peninsula 23 minutes after taking off from the holiday resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.

With mystery continuing to surround the incident, Metrojet's Alexander Smirnov explained earlier today: "There are no circumstances where a plane can just fall apart in mid-air.

“There is no technical fault or stopping of internal systems that could lead to the aircraft's dismembering.

"If we don't take in fantastical versions that the plane can be destroyed by a change in pressure, the only plausible reason is mechanical action aimed at the plane."

Despite earlier reports from Egyptian officials, the aircraft's crew did not make any distress or SOS calls prior to the crash.

There has been growing speculation in the Russian media that Flight 7K9268 may have been destroyed by an on-board explosion.

And although politicians from Egypt, Russia and the US have previously played down the likelihood of an Islamic State-linked terrorist attack, Mr Smirnov said today that "nothing can be ruled out".

Except for three Ukrainians and one Belarusian, all of those on board were Russian. Most of them were holidaying in Sharm el-Sheikh – a resort also popular with Irish tourists. Twenty-five were children.

With a 20km radius currently being scanned, more than 170 bodies have been recovered from the crash site. The remains of 140 victims were flown to St Petersburg this morning.

Emirates, Lufthansa, Qatar Airways and Air France have all stopped flying over the turbulent Sinai Peninsula until more is known about what caused the crash.

Mail Online reported over the weekend that British Airways pilots were told months ago not to fly in the region below 25,000ft because of the risk of terrorist-lead strikes.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have just cemented their place as Hollywood's strongest couple.

The notoriously private pair gave a rare joint interview on the TODAY Show, speaking about their marriage, their latest film By The Sea and Angelina's health issues.

Having lost her mother to cancer in 2007, Angelina has taken every measure she can to ensure she stays healthy for as long as possible.

The actress underwent a double mastectomy in 2013, and in March of this year had her ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed, after a blood test revealed she had early signs of ovarian cancer.

Opening up about his wife's decision, Brad said it was a tough time for them both.

"I was out in France, and Angie called me and I got straight on a plane to return,'' he told host Tom Brokaw.

"Seeing my wife have to be her strongest and knowing that it's the scariest news is terribly moving. And not being there is a horrible feeling."

The actor couldn't hide his pride for his wife, praising the sacrifice she had made for her family – the couple's adopted children Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and biological children, Vivienne, Knox and Shiloh.

"There was no vanity to my wife's approach,'' he said.

"It was mature. 'This is our life and we're gonna make the best of it.' There was a strength in that.

"It was just another one of those things in life that makes you tighter, and she was doing it for the kids, and she was doing it for her family so we could be together."

As for Angelina, she said she knew she had her husband's support every step of the way.

"I knew through the surgeries that he was on my side and that this wasn't something where I was gonna feel less of a woman because my husband wasn't gonna let that happen.

"To face these issues together and speak about them and talk about what it is to be human, I think can be a beautiful thing."
