They were the most scandalous couple on Wisteria Lane… and now they've been spotted side-by-side once more. 

Yes, with the duo both in Los Angeles over the weekend, Eva Longoria shared a snap on Instagram of her posing up with none other than Jesse Metcalfe. 

In the popular American television series, he played John Rowland, a young lad who was having an affair with her character, a married Gaby Solis.

Eva, 40, captioned the recent picture with Jesse, 36: "Look who I ran into today! My favorite gardner!!!!"

The pair were both attending a charity event in aid of the No Kid Hungry drive in California.

During Desperate Housewives, which ran from 2004 until 2012, Gabrielle Solis had not one but two affairs with a much younger John Rowland. 

We were hoping this picture meant there might be some real life romance on the cards for the pair (hey! we can dream) as they look so good together.

Sadly, however, both actors are already in relationships. 

Jesse is dating actress Cara Santana and Eva is has been dating José Antonio Baston for two years.

"I'm just in a happy place in my life that it's easy to be open and in love because I am in a complete place in my life," the Devious Maids producer told People magazine in April.

A reporter and cameraman were fatally shot in Virginia this morning after a gunman fired at them during a live TV interview at a shopping centre.

WDBJ7 TV reporter Alison Parker, 24, and cameraman Adam Ward, 27, were killed while conducting a live news segment in Moneta, Bedford County, the TV station confirmed today. 

The footage which aired this morning shows Ms. Parker interviewing local Chamber of Commerce head Vicki Gardner, when gunshots ring out in the background.

Ms. Parker can be seen screaming and running away from with the interviewee, while the camera drops to the ground. A man who is believed to be the gunman can be briefly seen behind the cameraman. Authorities are still searching for the shooter, according to reports.

The video then cuts back to the Virginia newsroom when a stunned news anchor says, "Okay, not sure what happened there, we will of course let you know as soon as we find out what those sounds were."

Both Ms. Parker and Mr. Ward were killed, while Ms. Gardner has reportedly been admitted for surgery after being shot in the back. WDBJ’s general manager, Jeffrey Marks, said on air after confirming the tragic deaths that  the reporters "were just out doing their jobs, adding, "We do not know the motive or who the suspect or the killer is."

Mr. Ward was reportedly engaged to be married to another employee at the station, producer Melissa Ott. He had worked with the station since 2011, while Ms. Parker had begun reporting there last year.

The pair worked together on a regular basis doing off-site interviews and broadcasts.

Our thoughts are with the families of the victims at this time.

The Voice UK returns for a fifth season early next year, but one notable face will be missing from the judging panel… Welsh music legend Tom Jones.

Tom took to Facebook earlier this month to express his disappointment after he was abruptly axed from the show in favour of Boy George, something the BBC informed him of just 24 hours before the new line-up went public.

While the broadcasting company first defended their decision, saying "no role was ever promised," one BBC director has spoken out to apologise to the singer.

"I've got huge respect for Tom and I'm truly sorry he's upset, because I am a big fan of his," BBC's director of television Danny Cohen said. "I think he's a gentleman, I think he's an extraordinary figure in music and you'll have seen the huge respect that all of the artists have had for him on The Voice throughout."

Danny added that he hoped Tom would be returning for a new project with the BBC "very soon."

In his original statement on Facebook, Tom accused BBC execs of "sub-standard behaviour" for not informing him of the line-up changes well ahead of time. 

"In good faith, as part of the team, I’d put the time in my schedule to be involved in Series 5, as I’ve done so for the last 4 years. I’ve supported the show and the BBC since the beginning. I was told yesterday, with no consultation or conversation of any kind, that I would not be returning," he explained.

"Having been through plenty of transformations throughout the years, I support and admire creative change. But being informed, as a matter of duty and respect, is an important part of creative relationships. This sub-standard behaviour from the executives is very disappointing."

Former coaches will.i.am and Ricky Wilson will return to the line-up this year, with Paloma Faith and Boy George taking over from Rita Ora and Tom.

Taylor Swift's Monday night performance at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles already made headlines for its stellar list of surprise guests – Natalie Maines from the Dixies Chicks, chat show host Ellen DeGeneres and singer Alanis Morissette – but that's not the only thing people have been talking about.

After she and Alanis wowed fans with a duet of You Oughta Know, Taylor went on to finish out the night with a typically epic finale, and she couldn't resist adding a little personal touch in for boyfriend Calvin Harris, who was there to watch the show.

After the final song ended and Taylor waved and bowed for fans, she ran down to the end of the central runway to shout three VERY important little words in Calvin's direction… "I love you."

While from the video it's not obvious who the sentiment is directed at, eyewitnesses said there was no doubt the words were meant for Calvin, who was standing directly in front of Taylor at the time. Aaaaw!

Just last month Calvin spoke candidly for the first time about his new relationship, saying he was loving life with the Blank Space singer, despite the constant press attention

"There'll be some sort of story, and they get more and more ridiculous. Whether I'm allergic to cats or we're moving in or we're getting married next week, you've just got to take it how it is, which is just that sort of news story which people read," he told Kiss FM.

"But for me it could still be a lot worse and I'd still be like insanely happy with it, so I'm good with it.''

Sounds like these two have long-term potential…

A hotel that has spent much of the last five years closed and disused is on the verge of reopening – as slick student accommodation.

Amid economic uncertainty and recession, the Gleneany House in Letterkenny closed its doors in 2011 – however its proximity to the Letterkenny Institute Of Technology has now given it a second lease of life.

Indeed, it has already been overhauled and spruced up, resulting in 24 en-suite rooms which each come with Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and microwaves.

There’s also free parking, a student lounge, launderette and 24-hour security. Additionally, a former hotel restaurant will shortly re-open to provide meals once term kicks-off again in a couple of weeks.

The local estate agent, Manus McGroddy, told the Irish Independent that the rooms offer “Carlsberg accommodation at Ryanair prices”.

“We have put a lot of work into it,” he added. “There is a definite shortage of student housing in Letterkenny and this will help to fill the gap.”

Mr McGroddy said more than half the rooms in the town centre building have already been snapped up.

“The hotel was lying empty. A lot of money has been invested in it and it now ticks all the boxes for students coming to Donegal.”

With room for 35 occupants, single rooms start at €60 a week, while doubles for students willing to share cost €80 – or €40 each.

With most extras included in the weekly rent, the only additional bill will be electricity.

A few weeks ago, Ed Sheeran shared a picture of his chest with us with a huge lion tattoo on display. 

Fans were not impressed with the ink and it quickly earned him a spot on many lists of the worst celebrity tattoos. 

But was it all just a joke? Today, Ed posted a photo to Instagram saying "was only joking about the lion" accompanied by a picture of his bare lion-less chest.

A lot of his followers have expressed their relief at the fact that the tattoo has vanished, but others are questioning whether he just covered it up with make up as his chest looks a bit on the shiny side. 

The Thinking Out Loud singer posted a photo of his chest with the caption "halfway and ouch" just two weeks ago but it seems he was just trying to fool his fans. 

Ed is already covered in other tattoos including a Heinz Ketchup logo, a lego head, a teddy bear and a paw print.

A mother and daughter have spent thousands on treatments to look like former glamour model, Katie Price. 

This is a seriously extreme plastic surgery story and it seems to have taken celebrity obsession to a whole new level. 

Georgina Clarke, 38 and her daughter Kayla Morrie, 20 transformed themselves with bigger boobs, bums and lips and they claim these transformations have brought them closer together. 

20-year-old Kayla told The Sun: "My mum is my best friend an plastic surgery is our way of bonding. Every time we go under the knife, we get closer to looking like Katie."

Daughter Kayla funded her and her mothers operations through a stripping job and she claims she had a 'suger daddy' who was also paying some of the surgery bills until recently. 

The duo have been obsessed with Katie Prices's alter-ego, Jordan, for years and have always wanted to copy her look. When Kayla announced that she wanted a boob job while still in primary school, her mother loved the idea as she was already addicted to looking like Katie.

Georgina said: "I was so pleased. I admitted I wanted one too and we started planning for when she turned 18. I don't mind that Kayla had a sugar daddy and she insisted we use the money to get plastic surgery together."

The pair admit their 'Jordan' look takes a lot of  maintenance as they both have to regularly get lip fillers, botox and dye their hair blonde. 

And that's not all, they both use sunbeds up to five times a week. Seriously, where do they find the time for all of this?

Let's face it: a lot of folk would love to look even just a little bit more like Rosanna Davison.

Indeed, her forthcoming book, Eat Yourself Beautiful, has been on plenty of people's wish-lists for weeks.

Promising a load of recipes to "help you look and feel amazing," here in SHEmazing! we've been pretty excited to discover what goes into creating a Miss World worthy glow (not to mention a killer bikini bod).

But last night on Twitter, the model and nutritionist caused all-hell-break-loose OUTRAGE – prompting so many thousands of tweets that her name was soon trending nationally.

The issue? Quotes credited to the Playboy cover-girl in the Irish Independent's Weekend magazine reveal that her husband-of-a-year, Wesley, had recently been suffering from significant discomfort and pain in his joints and back.

And when the aches didn't go away, Rosanna suspected his ongoing symptoms could be because of rheumatoid arthritis.

Drawing on her nutritional qualifications and experience, she subsequently told Wesley to "stop with the pizzas and beer," encouraging him to embrace a totally gluten-free diet.

And "within a couple of weeks," she explained, he was pain-free and moving more freely. "So now he is really receptive to anything that I say to him."

In the same interview, the 31-year-old Dubliner went on to say: "A huge proportion of preventable diseases are attributable to a deficiency in certain nutrients… Wheat, dairy and refined sugar are trigger foods for a lot of people."

And further comments attributed to Rosanna (although, significantly, she is not quoted) in the same piece cites research that links gluten to autism spectrum disorders and schizophrenia.

Understandably, it was these remarks in particular that proved hugely divisive within the Twittersphere – with even the likes of Embarrassing Bodies' celebrity medic Dr Christian weighing-in.

Ms Davison has since clarified her comments with statements on her hugely popular website, rosannadavisonnutrition.com (in fact, so many people were attempting to log on last night, that the site temporarily crashed).

"I completely agree with Arthritis Ireland, in that those who have been diagnosed with RA must manage their disease with the advice of their GP and consultant, and not through diet alone," she states.

She also asserts: "I was by no means stating that gluten causes arthritis or any other diseases, or that they can be cured by removing it from the diet."

And this afternoon, the model issued fresh comments on the matter.

Welcoming questions and queries from those unsure of her sentiments in the Irish Indo interview, she took to Twitter to tell her 63.5K followers: “I think I'd better clarify a few things: I do not believe gluten is responsible for autism, schizophrenia or arthritis.

"Or that those suffering from those conditions can be cured by going gluten-free.

“My point was, and remains, that diet may play an important role in alleviating symptoms of serious conditions. This is well documented."

She furthermore links to a more detailed statement on her website.

Ms Davison also replied to Dr Christian, telling him: "The sentence that appears to be at the root of all of this, is not a quote, does not appear in the book and does NOT reflect my views."

Today, the commotion seems to have died down somewhat (phew!), although Twitter has a new distraction: namely the now-trending hashtag, #BlameGluten, which was kicked-off this morning by radio station, Spin 1038. 

And we have to say, we've been getting major lolz from the resulting tweets.

In the meantime, it's full steam ahead for Rosanna Davison's Eat Yourself Beautiful launch, which takes place this week. She's doing a signing too in Dubray Books on Grafton this Saturday at 3pm too.

Men's Health published the results of a study which asked women if they would rather to a man with terrible breath or a man with nose hair. 

And we were surprised to discover that women would gladly put up with the bad breath over nose hair. 

A survey then asked men how they take care of their stray hairs with most of them saying they use a nose hair trimmer, but clearly not enough as the ladies are still not happy!

But nose hairs actually serve an important purpose whether you like them or not as they keep unwanted particles out of your nose.

Just a couple of months ago, she seemed to attribute their summer collaboration's poor performance to Ms Spears's 'busy' (read: 'she couldn't be bothered') schedule. 

Ouch. So understandably, we thought that Iggy Azalea was firmly off Brit-Brit's Christmas card list.

However, it has now emerged that the rapper still has a lotta, lotta love for the pop icon. Indeed, the Aussie chart-topper even praises Britney for helping her cope with life in the spotlight. 

Ms Azalea claims that she really wants to lead a normal life and thus takes inspiration from her Pretty Girls collaborator (though would we call Britney's life 'normal'?).

Speaking to The Fix Online, Iggy said: "I definitely think it's good to see Britney managing with the most extreme fame you could possibly ever have and being OK.

"That's got to be claustrophobic. I know I feel claustrophobic sometimes so to see her surviving with a fairly normal private life gives me hope."

Nevertheless, the 25-year-old went on to say that although Britney, 33, gives her hope, it is Jennifer Lopez, 46, that gives her the determination to be in the industry. 

"She's just so dedicated and professional and she puts so much time into rehearsing and making sure that every element of anything that she does is perfect."

Iggy is currently working on her second studio album, which will form the follow-up to her 2014 smash hit album, The New Classic.
