You could be forgiven in thinking that perfection comes easy for Kim Kardashian.

The reality TV star is rarely seen with a hair out of place and always with a full face of perfectly contoured make-up.

However, we love her for this latest website update in which she shows a before and after selfie of a night out.

In one picture, Kim is seen looking (still gorgeous!) but more natural, with a bun and no make-up.

In the after pose we see her full amazing night-out attire.

We think this proves that Kimmy really is just like us! Apart from the designer wardrobe and multi-million dollar empire, obviously…

Well done on showing your fans that it’s not always glitz and glam, Kim!

Picking out the perfect bikini is no easy task. Here are some things you should take into consideration when choosing yours:

1. Skin tone
If you have paler skin, remember that colour such as white may not look as striking on you as they would on someone with a tan. Go for a cream or ivory colour to give yourself a lift.

2. Shape
Highlight your best assets. If you have larger breasts, you may want more support and so an underwire bikini top may benefit you more than a flimsy string top. Likewise, if you do not like your bottom half, you can always find a cute bikini with a little skirt to give yourself more beach confidence.

3. Too late
Don’t leave it too late in the season to buy your bikini as all of the good ones may be gone. Get in there early and have your pick from all the lovely new arrivals.

4. Don’t spend a fortune
There is absolutely no need to go crazy and drop lots of money on a bikini. Think about it. We live in Ireland, this will be worn 1-2 weeks a year MAX. There are plenty of stunning bikini choices out there without having to break the bank.

5. Accessorise!
It’s not all just about the bikini y’know! You can jazz up a plain coloured bikini with a cute hat, sunglasses and even some elegant body jewellery.

The Hills‘ most hated couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, have gone their separate ways.

Not to worry though, fans of Speidi, it’s only for a TV show!

The couple are taking part in Celebrity Wife Swap which will see them swap partners with another celeb’s partner.

Yikes, good luck to whoever gets Spencer! We wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end of that for any amount of money!

Speidi will be swapping each other for Olympic medallist Amanda Beard and her husband.

This will be the second (third after The Hills, obvs!) reality TV show the couple will have taken part in, following their stint on Celebrity Big Brother UK last year.

Kelly Clarkson is not enjoying her last few days of pregnancy!

The singer was forced to miss out on the CMT Music Awards last night and tweeted her despair.

Kelly wrote: “Okay my baby girl needs to come out ASAP, Mama is tired, swollen and miserable hahaha!”

The new arrival is due to be welcomed into the world on June 18th so we have no doubt that Kelly is bursting with excitement.

We reckon she should get as much sleep as possible before the big day!

It seems the battle to find the stronger sex continues to rage on as a new study reports “no difference between males and females in relation to reported pain intensity”.

A study of more than 10,000 patients at University Hospitals of the Ruhr University of Bochum in Germany found that men feel more pain while recovering from major surgery; although, women are more likely to feel pain after minor surgeries.

However, there seems to be a psychological side to the pain. Dr Beverly Collett said that men were able to “increase their ability to resist pain” when being nursed by attractive female nurses, although no reports on whether the same can be said for women and attractive male nurses.

Overall Dr Edmund Keogh, a pain researcher at the University of Bath said: “There might be a difference between how men and women respond to analgesics, we don’t know yet, we need to have lots more research.”

He added: “Pain is hugely variable, but generally women are reporting more pain in comparison to men.”

Hands down women are the best – no doubt about it!
