It seems Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is not taking time out to enjoy married life as she joins the long list of celebrities who have released a perfume.

The 31-year-old launched her new fragrance, StormFlower, on Wednesday evening, saying: “The inspiration was that fresh feeling when there’s been a storm. I love gold, it just feels very expensive and premium.”

it seems like this is a dream come true for the X Factor judge who admits to being obsessed with perfumes from a young age:  “It’s like every little girl’s dream. When I was a kid, I used to create perfumes with my sister so I’ve been obsessed even from a young age.”

Talking about the smell, the recently married stunner says it is very like her – whatever that means – describing it as being “ not too heavy but it still long-lasting.”

“I always like to smell fresh, clean and floral. This fragrance makes you feel feminine and elegant. I’ve been working on this from scratch – everything from the scent to the bottle design. I didn’t want to just put my name to a fragrance.”

However, while we’re sure the perfume is going to be a big hit, we have to admit we are more interested in that absolute stunning dress that she wore to the launch party – we are in love!

We are sick and tired of hearing about how exercise can make us happier, stronger, healthier etc. We get it, ok?!

That being said, a new study has revealed that exercising can actually change the way you perceive the world. Researchers got 66 students to complete a questionnaire about anxiety, and then exercise on a treadmill. Some were told to jog, others were told to run and some were told to simply stand.

Afterwards, they were shown a simulation of a human stick figure walking and they had to guess if it was walking towards them, or away from them. The results?

“People who either walked or jogged on a treadmill for 10 minutes perceived these ambiguous figures as facing towards them (the observer) less often than those who simply stood on the treadmill. The same was true when people performed progressive muscle relaxation.”

Apparently people who are socially anxious are more likely to perceive the figure as walking towards them (the more threatening perception).

Rumours are spreading that temperatures will reach as high 28 degrees tomorrow!

Apparently Ireland was even hotter than the east coast of France and even certain parts of Africa today! Wow!

Forecaster Deirdre Lowe revealed though that it wasn’t sunny everywhere though as parts of the midlands and north west did experience some heavy thunder showers today.

“Today we have had some thunderstorms around parts of Munster, the midlands and up to the North West, but it’s still been warmer than usual there. Over Leinster and east Ulster there were quite a few 25s.”

But fear not as it looks like the sun will be definitely making an appearance tomorrow anyway.

Fingers crossed the hot weather will last till the weekend!

Whether you are heading to beautiful Bali, staying in Ireland or hitting the beaches of San Diego you can have the holiday of a lifetime.

Just remember these tips:

Know what you want from it
No matter where you go there will always be somewhere or something you want to do there that you have never done before, like sky diving, surfing or just wanting to stay away from the tourist track. Write a list of what you want to do on the holiday and just do it – the crazier the better.

Book a hotel
Make sure you have somewhere to stay when you get there. While backpacking across Asia will mean you won’t be able to book all your accommodation, booking a room for when you land for the first few days will give you a chance to recover and get to know your surrounding area.

Don’t have an overloaded itinerary
While you might only have a limited amount of time to go exploring don’t overload your time with activities – you will end up only experiencing half of what you go to see. Choose a couple of things that you really want to see and do – an overloaded itinerary will leave you tired and stressed out.

Bring people you like
This goes without saying – how can you possibly enjoy your trip if you are stuck with someone you really can’t stand. Go with someone who is on the same wavelength as you and who wants to do the same things – you’ll have more fun this way!

Taylor definitely knows a lot when it comes to the subject of love – so the Red singer was more than willing, to help one of her fans with their romantic dilemmas on Instagram.

Hannah, aka @sherbetswift, took to Instagram to ask her idol for some love advice earlier this week, and the 24-year-old singer responded with the sweetest reply ever.

Hannah posted on Instagram:

“There’s a guy Taylor, a guy who’s sweet and charming and makes me laugh. A guy who said sorry for eating in front of me after finding out I had to skip breakfast. A guy who grew up across the street from me. A guy who plays guitar like me. A guy who was my first best friend. A guy who I met when I was seven and he was nine. A guy who this one time, when we were younger, said that I was ‘like’ his girlfriend because I was a girl and his friend. I wish. A guy who I have the biggest crush in the whole wide world on, and he’ll never like me back. (And he has a girlfriend who he adores and she’s pretty and has an amazing figure and is actually nice to me). A guy who will never like me back. @taylorswift can you give me some advice maybe. I love you. Hannah.”

Taylor much to Hannah’s surprise, responded with some great advice about unrequited love.

“Hannah. Eyes, eyes, eyes. Woah. You have the prettiest, widest, most child like eyes. (Composes herself) Okay. About this guy. I think we grow up thinking the only love that counts as true love is the kind that lasts forever or is fully realized. When you have a broken heart, the first thing a stranger will ask is ‘how long were you two together?’ As if your pain can be determined by how long you were with someone. Or if you were with them at all. I don’t think that’s how it works. I think unrequited love is just as valid as any other kind. It’s just as crushing and just as thrilling. No matter what happens in this situation, I want you to remember that what you are doing is selfless and beautiful and kind. You are loving someone purely because you love them, not because you think you’ll ever have your affections reciprocated. You are admiring something for its beauty, without needing to own it. Feel good about being the kind of person who loves selflessly. I think someday you’ll find someone who loves you in that exact same way.”

Hannah was clearly so overwhelmed by Swift’s great advice that she responded with this touching message.

“You have no idea how much this means to me, thank you. You understand and that means so much. I feel like you’re the big sister I don’t have. Thank you, I really did need to hear that from you.”

Awww, Taylor can be our love guru any day!

The official trailer for Nightcrawler has been released, and can we just say, that Fifty Shades of Grey trailer is TOTALLY overshadowing what could be one of the best films of the year.

Look how skinny Jake Gyllenhaal is! And look how intense he is! And look how creepy he is when he stares at the camera! We can’t WAIT for this film, but unfortunately we have to. It’s not released until October 17th, which is AGES away.

Sigh – we’ll just watch the trailer over and over and over again until then.

Bad news 1D fans, as it been revealed that One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles, is no longer single.

His new beau, American model Paige Reifler confirmed the news that her and Harry are indeed an item.

Paige addressed the rumours that her and the 1D singer were dating at the recent French Connection #NeverMissATrick party.

"I went to the Warner party at Shoreditch House with a friend and saw him there…The next morning I woke up and I was in all of the newspapers and magazines. I wasn't expecting that, it's not like that in New York."

When questioned on whether her and Styles were dating, Paige admitted straight away that they were.

"Yes, I am seeing him."

It seems that Harry isn’t the only famous man in Paige’s life, as she also revealed that Orlando Bloom was once interested in going out with her too.

"I went to see him in Romeo and Juliet and sat front row. His manager came and got me after the show and asked if I wanted to go backstage. I couldn't believe it. We chatted and he said I looked as though I didn't enjoy it, but I really did. We texted for a bit, it was after he'd split from Miranda Kerr. I didn't hear anything else from him. But yeah, I wish."

We finally, finally got a glimpse of what’s ahead for next year’ big flick: Fifty Shades of Grey.

Even though the steamy trailer shows a lot of intimate scenes between the main stars; Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan – the actors have revealed that those scenes weren’t that fun to film.

Dakota and Jamie were on The Today Show this morning discussing the filming behind those awkward sex scenes.

The 24-year old actress said the steamy scenes weren’t that romantic to film.

“It’s not, like, a romantic situation. It’s more, like, technical and choreographed and less … it’s more of a task.”

Jamie Dornan was quick to respond to Dakota’s comments and joked:  “Cheers!”

But Jamie acknowledged that a lot of trust was required to film those scenes as well.

“That’s a big part of it … having trust. Because, you know, we got ourselves into situations that don’t feel that sort of natural and they’re not that easy and you need to have the trust there.”

Dakota who plays Anastasia Steele in the film said she didn’t really want her parents to see the film.

“If it were them doing a (sexy) movie I wouldn’t want them to see that (either).”

And judging by the recent trailer we can’t blame you Dakota!
