It certainly doesn’t look as if Chris Brown and Karreuche Tran are having an amicable split – to say the very least!

While Chris decided to announce the split during a live set, charmingly saying: “Well, I’m single too. F*** that b****”, Karrueche took to Instagram to vent her frustrations about their relationship. 

The model and presenter posted a photo that read: “When something bad happens you ca either let it define you, let it destroy you or let it strengthen you. The choice is yours.” The photo was accompanied by some words of her own, as she wrote in the caption: “Once you find strength within yourself, it's hard to allow any type of bs around you. I refuse to be repeatedly mistreated especially by someone who claims to love me. That's not love. And if that's what you define as love then I don't want it. Yes, I have not been so smart before in the past but I made a promise to be a better and stronger woman and I'm keeping that promise. If you can't love me the right way, then don't love me at all. Don't be mad at me because I prefer to be happy. Keep love in your life folks. Not just love between people but love within your HEART, flowing in all aspects of your life. I promise life is so much better.”

Yikes, it sounds like the pair have had (another) very messy split – but could it be for good this time?

Karrueche has previously spoken about her difficult relationship with Chris and the love triangle she was involved in when it came to Chris and Rihanna’s high profile relationship. 

Chris and Karreuche have been on and off for a number of years now, with Rihanna being out of the picture since May of 2013. However it seems the pair just couldn’t make it work.

Every girl around the world is moved by The Notebook and the romantic story of Ali and Noah. Most guys are too, even if they don’t admit it…

Now, an Irish version of The Notebook couple have been found and it is that bit more special. In TV3’s Home from Home series, Mary Coleman is moved into the Glanaulin Nursing Home in Dublin after she develops dementia and could no longer live at home. 

Her husband, Frank used to visit her every single day before moving into the home himself under doctors’ advice. Frank spoke about his sadness when Mary had to leave him to go to Glenaulin: “I used to bring her up to the doctor, he told me she was sick, the old Alzheimer’s. I didn’t notice it. She must have had it when she was with me in the house. I didn’t notice. I didn’t know what it was. They told me she was sick and then I felt sad over that and she had to go into the home.”

Now, Frank lives with Mary in the home though he still maintains his old lifestyle as he often goes to meet friend for a pint in his local. 

Frank says that he often talks to Mary about their life together, and especially about the time he proposed to her in Phoenix Park. The dedicated husband also says that he would like to go first: “If anything happens, I’d like to go first, not Mary, because if she goes it would break my heart, it really would.”

Frank and Mary’s story will air on TV3 on New Year’s Eve.

It has been reported that Coronation Street star Kym Marsh has gotten engaged to her boyfriend Dan Hooper!

The couple have been dating for seven months and now The Sun have reported that Dan has asked the actress and singer to marry him. 

Dan is said to have made the proposal at a luxury hotel in Manchester before taking his bride-to-be somewhere in Europe to celebrate.

 

A source for the couple have said that family and friend have been told about the engagement and everybody is very excited: “Kym is the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever seen her and it’s purely down to Dan. She can’t wait to become his wife … They’ve told their children and immediate family members who have all given them their blessing.”

Kym’s divorce from Jamie Lomas was finalised back in January of this year and the couple have two children together, baby Archie who sadly passed away in 2009, and Polly who is three-years-old. Kym is also a mum to 19-year-old David and 17-year-old Emilie. 

Though the couple have yet to confirm the happy news but we wish them all the best on their engagement!

They were once one of the most popular boyband in Ireland and England, but now it seems even their own former manager has given up on them. 

In a rather uncalled for tirade against Boyzone, Louis Walsh has said it is time for the lads to go. 

Talking to the Irish Mirror, the X Factor judge said: “They are a bit beyond it now – it’s time to go. Motown? I mean to do Motown you have to be amazing singers and I don’t know whose idea that was but it was the worst idea in the world, it really was. Boyzone can’t do Motown, the next thing they will be doing Irish republican songs. It’s time to go out with a little bit of dignity.”

Um, ouch! Louis didn’t hold back in his thoughts on Boyzone’s return, did he?! We can’t help but think it won’t be long before Ronan Keating is hitting back at his cruel words!

Ireland seemed impressed by the lads’ performance on last night’s Cheerios Childline Concert, so perhaps there may be a market for their Motown album after all!

And who knows, perhaps they'll take on the Wolfe Tones after that! Louis may be eating his words in the years to come…

Hollywood actors Amber Stevens and Andrew J. West are officially a married couple after they tied the knot last Friday in Los Angeles. 

Amber, who stars opposite Channing Tatum in 22 Jump Street, wore an absolutely breathtaking layered gown by CB Couture and spoke of their big day to People magazine: “It was the most magical night of my life. I wish I could rewind and play it again, but I’m so looking forward to our future together.”

Her new husband Andrew, who plays Gareth in the hit TV show The Walking Dead also described their wedding beautifully: “I could not imagine a better send-off into the rest of our lives together. We were surrounded by so much love.”

Amber and Andrew began dating while they were both starring in Greek, which ran until 2011. 

Congratulations to the happy couple – and we just LOVE the sweet photos!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly set to take a break.

Before you freak out and lose all hope for romance, however, that would be a work-related break!

The couple are reportedly keen to step out of the spotlight after photos of them appearing to engage in a heated argument emerged recently.

Now, having wrapped on their first joint project since Mr and Mrs Smith, it seems that the newlyweds want to shun the limelight and focus on family.

A source told Closer magazine: “The stress of working together, travelling a lot and taking care of the kids does take its toll on Brad and Ange and leads to rows.”

“In hindsight, they think it was silly to work together during their honeymoon. Brad has told Angelina he wants them to both relax their schedules for next year so they can reconnect,” they added.

The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in August, and proceeded to jump straight into the filming of their upcoming movie, By The Sea.

Hey, even famous Hollywood multi-millionaires need some time out every now and then. We hope they won’t leave us PDA-less for too long!

He may be enjoying every moment on the dance floor, but Strictly Come Dancing star Mark Wright has admitted that his hectic training and performing schedule has affected his relationship with fiancée Michelle Keegan.

Opening up on the toll the show is taking on the couple, the former TOWIE star said that he and Michelle have barely seen each other over the past two months.

“About three weeks ago I’d been really missing her and she’d been really missing me. I sent her 27 roses and I said on the card, ‘Here’s 27 roses – this is how many days it’s going to be until we’re together,’” he said.

Wow, now that is a thoughtful boyfriend.

While the couple’s career commitments may be keeping them apart right now (Michelle is currently filming a new drama series in the north) one thing Mark insists they don’t have to worry about is ‘the Strictly curse’.

“If you’re in a genuinely happy, strong, beautiful relationship, it just doesn’t enter your head. It’s never been a question for us, genuinely,” he added.

Mark and Michelle are set to tie the knot next year, after announcing their engagement in September 2013.

It’s safe to say that Kim Kardashian well and truly fulfilled her quest to break the internet, but it seems that sister Khloe is hot on her heels.

According to reports, the reality star is poised to become the next pin-up for Playboy magazine when she poses for an upcoming issue.

If rumours are to be believed, the 30-year-old will not only be fulfilling “a dream of hers”, but she will also be pocketing some major cash from the deal.

Indeed, the $1 million figure is what has been bandied about on the internet since the story first broke this week.

A source told OK! magazine: “Khloe is dying to prove she’s just as hot as her sisters. She thinks her curves are a perfect fit for a men’s mag and being in Playboy has always been a dream of hers.”

Following Kim’s shoot for Paper magazine, and now pregnant sister Kourtney’s nude shoot for DuJour, Khloe is supposedly planning the most risqué project of all.

“She wants to cause shock waves when she reveals her new body,” the source added.

Those girls certainly know how to cause a stir!

Congratulations are in order today for presenter and columnist Katie Piper, who announced this morning that she is engaged to her long-term partner James.

The star took to her social media to share her wonderful news, tweeting: “So excited to tell you all….I became someone’s fiancée last night! I’m engaged to be married.”

The 31-year-old and James have been together for almost three years, and are parents to nine-month-old daughter Belle Elizabeth.

It seems that Katie had absolutely no idea that James was preparing to propose last night, having posted a snap of the setting for a romantic meal at home on her Instagram page.

“Pretending we are going out for dinner! Cooking 3 course meal, dressed in our best clothes – all taking place at our kitchen table!” she wrote, adding, “Parents’ night in/ out.”

Katie first came into the public eye after sharing the tragic story of her acid attack in the Channel 4 documentary, Katie: My Beautiful Face.

She has since gone on to set up her own charity, the Katie Piper Foundation, and has written a best-selling autobiography.

Huge congratulations to the couple on their wonderful news.

It has been quite the year for Ariana Grande, and yesterday’s news that she has been nominated for two Grammy awards is clearly the cherry on top for the singer.

The 21-year-old took to her Twitter account to share an emotional message of thanks after learning that she has been nominated for ‘Best Pop Vocal Album’ (My Everything) and ‘Best Pop Duo/ Group Performance’ (Bang Bang).

A clearly shocked Ariana wrote: “At a loss for words. 2 Grammy noms [sic]. Thankful to even be considered. My heart is exploding, can’t process it. This means the most. So honoured.”

“I….really can’t…find the words. Been crying on and off since 6,” she added.

With some stars taking nominations and wins in their stride (we’re looking at you, Alex from Arctic Monkeys) it’s very refreshing to see such a sweet reaction to the news.

The star didn’t stop there, either, and personally tweeted the Grammy account and her fans for their support.

“Thanks to the Grammys for the consideration and u [sic] loves for making this year what it was. U [sic] are my everything (pun intended // I’m crying bye),” she later wrote.

If you thought things were dramatic on I’m A Celebrity this year, spare a thought for the ITV show’s neighbour, The X Factor.

In the latest scandal to rock the show, this year’s finalists have reportedly expressed their anger against Simon Cowell and his fellow judges over their favouritism of Fleur East.

According to the Daily Star, finalists Andrea Faustini, Lauren Platt and Ben Haenow are convinced that the judges’ clear partiality towards Fleur has ensured her win on this year’s show.

A source told the newspaper: “It’s beginning to look obvious the judges want her to win. It may as well be called ‘The F Factor’ – it’s very unfair. It’s been set up perfectly for Fleur to win.”

Fleur has received standing ovations and glowing reports from the judges so far, with her powerful vocals and funky image impressing at every stage.

While it is no doubt a tense time for the finalists, we’re sure the most worthy act will walk away with the title!
