Instagram Stories has fast become one of our fave social media tools to use, and now it has even more features.

From today, you can customise your snaps in three new ways, which include geofilters and sticker pinning.

Another thing that's new is a sticker selfie. You can get your very own sticker selfie by simply taking a picture or video, then tap the smiley face up top and swipe right.

Doing this will let you capture a mini selfie which comes with frames, different sizes and placements, so you can play around with it in your photos.

Custom geofilters are also new. You can now slap a city-centric filter over your videos, and you'll also be able to share other people's geofilters too.

But our favourite of all is sticker pinning on a video. For this, you choose whichever sticker you want, and then move it to where you want to place it on your pic.

Then all you have to do is press pin and the sticker will move with you!

We can't wait to use these new features.

It looks like it's all over for Jesy nelson and Chris Clark.

The pair have been documenting their relationship on social media over the past few months, but it seems to be all over.

According to The Sun, the celeb couple mutually decided to go their seperate ways because fame was apparently killing the passion.

A post shared by @jesynelson on

An insider told the publication: "Chris is a normal Essex lad, he’s very private and low key. He likes spending time with his mum and mates and not being in the spotlight.

“Jesy’s life is a world away from his. She’s a superstar, travelling the world and living in the spotlight.

A post shared by Chris Clark (@chrisjclark_) on

"He got a taste of her lifestyle and it couldn’t work – it’s just not him. There’s no bad blood it just wasn’t working out between them.”

Neither party has confirmed anything, however, all photos of their relationship have now been deleted off their social media channels.

If you've ever spent a Sunday afternoon scrolling through your phone with one eye open, bird's nest hair and a distinct sense of jealousy, you're not alone.

Wishing you hadn't ruined today for the sake of last night might be standard procedure, but it's time to bring that to an end right now.

Don't want to be #thatperson AGAIN? Ladies, we got you.

1. Consider your tipple

Taking a second to note the alcoholic content of a drink is key if you want a great night to become a great tomorrow.

Take Heineken Light, for example.

With 3 per cent alcohol content, it retains the same great taste Heineken is known for, but helps you moderate your alcohol intake. Sorted!

2. Make plans

If you commit to an activity with friends for a Sunday morning, you'll be much more likely to stick to it than if you plan a solo adventure.

And if everyone keeps the same tips and tricks in mind, there'll be no stopping you on a Sunday.

Yep, you and the squad will be one of those wholesome Instagramming groups in no time…

3. Consider your calories

Sundays are often spent lamenting the amount of calories we consumed through alcohol the night before, right?

But it actually doesn't have to be that way.

Not only is it a very appealing 3 per cent tipple, Heineken Light comes in a just 73 calories a bottle, so no guilt!

4. Let your hair down

Many of us assume that if we want to indulge in wholesome Sunday activities, we need to sip water all night while the rest of the bar gives it socks to some absolute stonkers.

But having an incredible night out does not mean you must endure a hangover the following morning.

You can still get your drink and dance on as long as you choose wisely, right?

5. Consider the envy

We hate to admit it, but a small part of us loves the idea people that may be envious of our weekend escapades. (There, we said it.)

And we're not naming any names here, but there's little for people to be jealous of when you spend your entire Sunday sleeping or flaking on the couch.

Becoming one of those 'have-it-all' peeps is as simple as remembering a great night can become a great tomorrow with a little simple planning.

Heineken Light is proud sponsor of the SHEmazing Awards 2017 'Man of the Year' category.

Can we be guests on a show?

It has been revealed that between The Late Late Show and The Ray D'Arcy Show, RTÉ fork out a massive €50,000 to put celebrities up in hotels.

Figures were released today in response to a Freedom of Information (FOI) request that showed how much the national broadcaster dishes out when it comes to accommodating TV guests.

According to the figures, The Late Late Show spent €30,400 last year, with The Ray D'Arcy Show forking out €18,850.

Some of the guests stay in hotels such as the five-star Dylan Hotel and the Conrad Hotel.

The FOI stated: "The ability of RTÉ to run and manage its business cost effectively is of significant importance.

"Disclosure of such material would prejudice RTÉ contractual negotiations in respect of future services.

"The majority of RTÉ's competitors are not required to release these records on the basis they are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act," they added.

Interesting to know all the same…

An investigation by the BBC has uncovered how vulnerable people are resorting to paying for a place to stay with sex.

The publication found numerous adverts online offering free rent in exchange for "services" and "company."

Sites such as Craigslist and Gumtree were found to have such deals, stating that "money is not an issue," but it will be a "mutual benefits arrangement" instead.

An ad for a room in Hull in the UK said: “Money is not an issue, I would prefer some company. There are some stipulations to the living arrangements which we would need to discuss directly.

“This would be a mutual benefits arrangement. Free rent, paid in other methods. Please contact me for more details."

However, other adverts come across more sinister, with one offering: "You agree [to] a couple of times a week, pop into my room sort of thing, " while another says, "I was thinking once a week, something like that, I'm happy as long as there's sex involved."

The investigation was launched after Centrepoint conducted a survey with 403 homeless people. The charity found that 25 per cent of those asked admitted to staying with a stranger.

One student told the BBC that she felt a "sex-for-rent" arrangement was her only option.

"He took me into his living room, got me drinks, and then after that it was just straight upstairs and go for it.

"He would do what he wanted to do, forcefully, and I just sort of went along with it – after the third time, I started feeling physically unwell."

However, as awful as this is, it falls into a loophole where it's completely legal in the UK.

Andrew Wallis, of anti-slavery charity Unseen, said: "I think these adverts go as close to the edge of the law that they possibly can without breaking the law.

"They would argue that they have chosen voluntarily to enter that situation."

Have you ever come across this in Ireland? The Centrepoint charity warned that the issued is widespread in the UK.

On the night, Circus 250 Ireland will announce plans for 2018 with partners from across the arts including Galway Community Circus, National Gallery Ireland, Belfast-based Tumble Circus, traditional Circus Gerbola, aerial dancers Fidget Feet and Duffy’s Circus, and the Irish Street Arts, Circus and Spectacle Network (ISACS).

Then on Saturday and Sunday, April 22- 23, 40 young performers from Galway Community Circus, together with the Maoin Cheoil na Gaillimhe Youth Orchestra, will perform a new and original piece of theatre entitled Cirque du Gaillimh: The Greatest Show in the West.

And there's some pretty fab stars involved too, with actor Gabriel Byrne, singer Camille O’Sullivan, actor Sir Tony Robinson, Riverdance co- founder John McColgan, entertainer Little John Nee and national treasure Panti Bliss lending a hand to the event.

The 2018 anniversary will be marked by an Ireland-wide celebration. Circuses, museums, filmmakers, designers, theatres and circuses will all join in on the celebrations.

RTÉ broadcaster, Joe Duffy, said of Circus 250: “The wonder of the big top, the collective sighs, screams and roars as we sat in awe of this wondrous cornucopia of colour and death defying acrobats is the memory that stays with me to this day.

"Thankfully with circuses like Duffys – no relation – still touring Ireland with their cavalcade of magic I can still experience it today.

"When the circus left, I stood gazing at the empty field, looking at the barren spot that only minutes before hand was a circus ring. The trucks disappeared into the distance, the wonderful memories never did."

This sounds like it's going to be epic.

Did you know that almost half the women diagnosed with ovarian cancer every year are under the age of 65?

Many of us consider medical check-ups and smear tests as a problem for ‘future me’ to deal with, but with over 315 Irish women diagnosed with the disease every year, it's high-time we started to take notice of our health.

And one 16-year-old model is urging young women to do just that.

Bettering myself more and more everyday

A post shared by ǷɛʏƗoɴ (@peytonlinafelter) on

Peyton Linafelter began experiencing some unusual symptoms shortly after signing her modelling contract.

Speaking to Fox News she explained: ‘‘I couldn’t keep anything down.’’

‘‘My stomach was a little expanded. But I just thought I was eating a lot of carbs. I didn’t think anything of it… but each week my stomach got bigger and bigger. My lower back hurt a lot and my abdomen was in pain’’ she added.

Love your melon | Love your body | Love your life

A post shared by ǷɛʏƗoɴ (@peytonlinafelter) on

Peyton went to get herself checked out and on her 16th birthday she was diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer.

‘‘I was in disbelief. I had thought they were in the wrong room or it was a mistake.’’

She immediately began chemotherapy as part of her treatment, and admitted that losing her hair was one of the most devastating parts.

Thankfully, after surgery and treatment, Peyton caught the disease on time.

She has now teamed up with UCHealth for a cancer awareness campaign, and is encouraging young women to go to their doctors if they notice anything unusual, no matter how trivial they think it may be.

Realistically, if you are a woman who exists in society, you have probably experienced some form of sexism.

From getting cat called in the street to not being taken seriously because of your gender, sexism is still alive and well, despite society coming on leaps and bounds in the area of women's rights.

Women in the western world have the same rights as men, but for some reason, stigmatic but casual sexism still exists.

Now, one Twitter account is dedicated to exposing these instances under the hashtag #EverydaySexism.

Here are a few prime examples:

10. That "nonexistent" wage gap…

9. Preach, lady.

8. This VILE instance of sexual harassment that we really hope she reported to police.

7. That mansplaining tho…

6. Sexual double standards.

5. What a dog.

4. Because if you don't respond to unwanted sexual advances, you're a slut. Logic.

3. This shining example.

2. Casually condescending.

1. This cannot be real…

Spoiler alert: If you have not seen the end of 13 Reasons Why and Big Little Lies, look away now.

If I could spend the rest of my life watching TV shows, I would. Sad, I know, but I absolutely love them.

When I have a bad day, TV shows take me away from my world and into another. I bond over certain shows with friends and if my life is particularly dry, I love the drama a programme gives me. Because it’s not my drama and I don’t have to deal with it.

But there’s something different about TV lately.

The world we live in is changing and therefore, so are the shows we watch. They’re not just platforms for entertainment anymore – they’re stories which try to send a strong message to each and every one of us. They're lessons.

Image result for 13 reasons why

You can probably guess which shows I’m talking about. Yep, 13 Reasons Why and Big Little Lies.

Both extremely different, but both just as captivating. And important. They’re so important.

One focuses on young adults, and the other is based on middle-aged women.

One is about suicide, and the other is about domestic abuse.

I know these concepts are nothing new to TV or film – but the way the producers, directors and actors handled these shows challenged the norm.

There wasn't a happy ending where everything turned out to be OK.

Image result for 13 reasons why

In 13 Reasons Why, the ending was tragic, and real, and absolute. There was no happy ending for Hannah Baker.

It shows that no, sometimes everything is not ‘grand’ and we really have to listen to people to understand them and what they’re going through.

We all missed Alex’s signs, right? But, they were there, and we were too busy with the rest of the story to listen.

The show should be a lesson that we need to be there for the people we love. We need to pick up and learn from the signs and we can’t take for granted a throwaway comment, because you never know how much that comment can impact someone.

Image result for 13 reasons why

As for Big Little Lies, it was a vastly different setting, yet I got a sense of similarity between it and 13RW.

Struggles were hidden. Signs were lost. Everything appears fine on the outside, when genuinely awful things are happening on the inside.

Nicole Kidman portrayed a woman who was being abused by her husband.

She was insistent that he loved her and she loved him, but if she went against him, his rage would be too strong for her words.

He hit her. He slapped her. He pushed her. He slammed her against the wall.

Image result for big little lies

He said he would change but he didn’t. And in the end, his son began to follow in his footsteps.

And it was then, that Nicole's character, Celeste, decided she needed put an end to their relationship.

But how many friends was she hiding her bruises from? How perfect did she look on the outside?

It’s frightening to think that someone I know and love could be embroiled in a relationship like this, and I’m none the wiser to it.

Image result for big little lies

It’s TV shows like this that make you think, make you want to be better and make you want the world we live in to be better.

Revenge porn. Dating abuse. Cat-calling. Domestic abuse. Adultery. Illicit pictures. Body shaming. Perjury. Rape. Suicide.

All of these issues are dealt with in 13 Reasons Why and Big Little Lies.

They need to be seen and understood.

And even if you’re an 18-year-old watching Big Little Lies, or a 30-year-old watching 13 Reasons Why, these things are happening in our world right now, and we need to take notice.

At just five-years-old, we doubt Harper Beckham has any plans to start a business empire anytime soon.

However, that hasn’t stopped her career-savvy mother, Victoria, from planning for the future.

It’s been reported that the former Spice Girl has registered her daughter’s name as an official trademark for use in branded products including make-up, clothing and toys.

The trademark was also registered for use in the entertainment industry should Harper wish to follow in the footsteps of her famous mother and pursue a career in music or film.

Harper’s middle name, Seven, did not appear on the application to the UK’s Intellectual Property Office.

Apparently the Beckhams chose the unusual name as a nod to the jersey worn by David for the Manchester United and England football squads. It’s also meant to symbolise spiritual perfection and the Seven Wonders of the World.

Harper isn’t the first Beckham child to capitalise on the brand. Older brothers, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz have all had their names trademarked in recent years.

A wise move considering the boys are all embarking on promising careers in the modelling and music industries.

Brooklyn signed to an agency in 2015 while Romeo fronted Burberry’s Christmas campaign in the year before.

Following in the Victoria's footsteps, Cruz launched a music career with the release of a charity Christmas single.

Earlier this year, on the eve of International Women’s day, ‘Fearless Girl’ was installed on New York’s Wall Street.

The bronze statue stands at 50-inches tall and depicts a little girl with her hands on her hips staring down the ’Charging Bull’ which has stood in the financial district since 1987.

The stunt was praised by women’s groups around the world and a petition to allow the artwork to remain gathered more than 19,000 signatures.

In response, mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio announced the statue had been granted permission to stay until February 2018.

However, Arturo Di Modica, the artist who created the famous ‘Charging Bull’ has now accused New York City of violating his legal rights by allowing the opposing statue to be installed.

According to The Independent, the sculptor referred to the statue an 'advertising trick' and claimed it had infringed on his own artistic copyright by changing the creative dynamic of the original piece.

Di Modica and his lawyer, Norman Siegel, are expected to hold a new conference on Wednesday where they will explain how and why they will challenge the city officials who allowed the statue to remain.

'Fearless Girl' has been a popular addition to New York's streets and fans of the art aren't letting her go without a fight.
