The latest addition to Dublin's coffee culture has a little bit more than speciality coffee and a cosy atmosphere going for it.

Container Coffee is about to open on Thomas Street, and the unique venture boasts an impressive shipping container as its host.

Cutting a squat but striking figure surrounded by buildings, the charming steel structure's pop of blue and inviting outdoor space sets it apart from other shop front coffee houses.

Entrepreneur Gordon Hickey has been documenting the progress of the unique project on Instagram, amassing the interest of hundreds of coffee culture enthusiasts.

The coffee hot spot, stocking Cloud Picker brew, is set to open in the next two weeks, so the months of hard work are soon to pay off.

'The reason I set it up was I was working on a medical television programme last year, and there was a shipping container with a clinic inside of it, and we toured it around Ireland giving free medical checks, and it was quite easy to do it,' Gordon told SHEmazing!

'So last year I came back from New Zealand and I was cycling down to Thomas Street and I was thinking that it needed an injection of life and I'd seen an empty piece of land and thought this would be a great place to put a shipping container on and open a little cafe.'

After coming up with the idea, the entrepreneur kicked off the project in September last year, and hopes that the unique container will become a bit of a landmark.

As well as being a tourist spot thanks to the surrounding attractions, the shop hopes to become a regular pit stop for the local businesses and residents, serving high quality coffee and gourmet sandwiches.

Thanks to the wide, versatile open space surrounding the cafe, dogs are welcome to visit the area with their owners, and while they can't enter the freight container itself, there will be doggie bowls and treats lined up in the outdoor space.

The cafe has already had a hugely positive response from the local area, with one Instagram users commenting: 'Live literately around the corner and this area definitely needs a good coffee spot! Can't wait.'

If you fancy following the project, you can find Container Coffee on Instagram to find out when exactly the new space will be open to caffeine connoisseurs.

Girlboss is one of the most hotly anticipated Netflix series of 2017 and we couldn’t be more excited about its release.

The script was adapted from the memoirs of Sophia Amoruso, founder of Nasty Gal, and tells the story of how the entrepreneur built her fashion empire from the ground up.

The series centres on the core themes of girl power and successful women in business, but unfortunately not everyone was able to grasp the concept behind the female centric show.

Executive producer, Charlize Theron, admitted to E! News that the female-heavy cast raised a few eyebrows during the pitching process.

‘‘One person said to us, ‘There are too many girls in this’‘’ she said.

But of course, Charlize was quick to shut them down, replying: “And your problem is?”

The star also admitted that she wouldn't have taken on the project unless she was sure it would be executed right.

''[The show] had to be authentic. So if we couldn’t do that I didn’t want to do it. And it was nice to have a bunch of girls around me that supported that and we stood strong.''

We couldn't think of a better person for the job.

Girlboss is available to stream globally from today (April 21).

Check out the trailer below.

There's literally nothing like a road trip with the ladies in your life.

And while the destination is obviously pretty damn important, we'll be honest and admit that the journey itself warrants almost the same amount of excitement.

From the playlist created especially for the trip to the NSFW back seat selfies, road trips tend to reduce us to a crowd of giddy young ones who almost burst with excitement at the prospect of donning shades and popping the sunroof.

And here are just 9 things that happen on every one of them…

1. There will be one person who holds everyone up

A group text will have been sent confirming a time, and everyone will have promised to stick to it, but that's because some people in your quad are bare-faced liars.

Whether it's because they got up late, had to wait for clothes to dry or got stuck into a boxset binge, one person will hold up the whole show and be made apologise by doing the icecream run in Moate.

"And three hours later, we're off!"

2. There will be an argument over shotgun

No matter how certain you are of the rules, someone in the squad will invariably attempt to throw a spanner in the works with a 'new' one.

And if you're the person who called it, you can be damn sure you won't be giving it up without a fight.

"This isn't a laughing matter. Get the hell out of my way."

3. There will be a resounding chorus of 'TUNE!' every ten minutes

Every squad has a road trip playlist, and every squad's road trip play list is full of absolute bangers.

From throwbacks to school days to power ballads you can belt out, the play list will please everyone, and the person responsible for the volume will feel only God-like.

"This Romeo is bleeeding, but you can't see his bloooood!"

4. There will be a demand for silence when the driver takes a wrong turn

There will always come a moment when the sound of the squad's caterwauling will get too much for the driver, who will subsequently demand a time-out from everyone.

This normally coincides with the moment the driver realises they have missed an exit, and needs to blame everyone but themselves.

"I wouldn't have missed it if you lot hadn't been murdering that One Direction song."

5. There will be a dispute over the directions

Step up, the classic back seat driver.

This person will not only have some sage words of advice for the driver on their ability behind the wheel, but insist that they could have found a shorter way.

"So help me God if someone doesn't shut her up, I'll leave her at the next petrol station."

6. There will be one person who falls asleep and misses half the craic

As long as it's not the driver, no one cares.

But the person who hopped aboard the sleepy-train cares. And they care A LOT.

"You didn't even wake me for the second ice cream stop? I'm fuming with all of you."

7. There will be a heated moment when someone tries to call shotgun for the way back

A mere hour or so after the first shotgun argument came to an end, someone will tentatively try to claim the front seat for the return journey.

They will be immediately advised to cop on to themselves, and quickly offered a distraction.

"You can't call shotgun when someone is IN shotgun. What's wrong with you?"

8. There will be a panicked call home

At some point in the journey, there will be a moment of panic when someone forgets whether they packed their straightener.

And the driver will refuse to pull over, heave open the boot and allow a distraught squad member to fish through five suitcases, so a phone call is the only viable option.

"Hi, it's me. Can you look in the bedroom and tell me if the straightener is on my bed? And my fake tan mitt while you're at it."

9. There will be a moment when you realise you might have more fun in the car than the actual destination

Between all the arguments, there will be hours of raucous laughter and periods of prolonged giggles.

And you'll all find yourselves wishing that the destination wasn't getting closer with every passing second.

"Do another few spins around the town before we get out there, will you?"

So for those of you who didn’t know, today is Sexual Happiness Day.

And what better way to bask in the glory of our collective sexualities than discuss the bedroom habits of other people?

Tapping into most people’s desire to know how often other people are getting down and dirty, sex toy retailer, Lovehoney, conducted a survey into the very topic, and the findings confirm the theory that the Fifty Shades of Grey phenomenon appears to do more for women than men.

In general, more women than men have tried all of the most popular bondage activities while 75% of women have tried spanking in comparison to 66% of men.

Momentarily setting the kink aside, researchers then investigated the standard turn-ons and turn-offs for both men and women, and it looks like both tribes agree that sexy eyes will always be up there.

Humour was the number one turn-on for women, followed by sexual confidence, kindness, sexy eyes and a warm smile while for men, sexual confidence was the biggest turn-on followed by sexy eyes, good looks and kindness.

And the similarities don’t end there, with both sexes asserting that sex from behind is their favourite position.

Commenting on the significance of Sexual Happiness Day, Lovehoney co-owner Richard Longhurst said: “It is an annual celebration of the benefits of great sex with the hope of inspiring and encouraging people all over the world to talk, experiment and find out what it is that makes them blissful in the bedroom.

The last few tickets are remaining for a massive night in support of the Repeal Project.

A Night in the Key of 8 is happening this Sunday, April 23, in the Olympia Theatre, and all proceeds go towards funding the Repeal Project.

La Galaxie has just been announced as another amazing act on the night, along with David Gray, Mary Black, Neil Hannon, Camille O'Sullivan, Loah, Lisa O'Neill,Printer Clips featuring Paul Noonan and Guests, Roisin O and Wyvern Lingo.

They will be joined by contributions from drag artist Panti,  activist Ailbhe Smyth, writers Roisin Ingle and Una Mullally, and comedian Tara Flynn.

'I set up Repeal Project, with the intention of opening up a conversation around reproductive rights in Ireland, as I had become so disillusioned, upset and frustrated that every day up to 11 women were being failed by our State,' said Anna Cosgrove, Repeal Project founder.

'As an a-political outerwear initiative, that sought to give a very hidden issue more visibility, the project has encouraged women to come forward sharing their stories and is now acting as a much needed fundraising mechanism for organisations in need of funding.'

Tickets for the event are €28.50 including booking fee, and are available from Ticketmaster.

As if the line-up wasn't great enough, the cause is one that supports and drives the visibility of women's rights in Ireland, and has tirelessly fought to secure body autonomy for Irish women.

We're no stranger to beauty trends, and we are always on the lookout for new and exciting products to try.

That is why when we learned of a new body cream with a 2,000 person waiting list, we couldn't help but delve a little deeper and find out why this cream is so popular.

The popular body moisturiser in question is the Ever Skin Lavish Ultra Rich Body Butter, which has sold out before, and now it has thousands of people waiting to get their excited hands on it.

What makes this cream so special? We can't help but be intrigued.

The cream's formula looks similar to that of a luxurious night cream, but in a larger tub with a slightly thicker formula that smells like a dessert – what's not to love?

Jojoba and cocoa butter are the key ingredients to this cult favourite moisturiser, with cold-pressed kiwi and cranberry seed oil to tighten and firm your skin, and sea buckthorn for topical antioxidants.

The cream also includes blackberry and cherry oil, which is probably the reason it smells so delicious.

Once it’s restocked, the coveted cream will cost eager customers $42 for a 4.6 oz tub – and will undoubtedly be yet another sell-out!

What do you reckon, ladies? Is this cream worth the wait (we think it is).

You may think you’re making a healthy choice when reaching for a diet drink rather than its full-sugar counterpart, but new research has found you might actually be increasing your risk of dementia and stroke.

A study, published in The American Heart Association’s journal, examined more than 4,300 people.

According to the Evening Standard, the participants filled out  questionnaires noting their food and drink intake at three different points between the years 1990 and 2000.

Researchers then followed the group for 10 years, and observed 81 cases of dementia and 97 cases of stroke in that time.

A number of factors such as sex, calorie intake and exercise were adjusted and examined, but regardless of these, researchers found that people who drank at least one diet drink a day were almost three times as likely to suffer a stroke or dementia.

Matthew Pase of the Boston University School of Medicine, said: "Our study shows a need to put more research into this area given how often people drink artificially sweetened beverages.''

He also warned that although no relation was found between sugary drinks and an increased risk of dementia or stroke, consumers should not consider them a ‘healthy option’.

So, as the saying goes, everything in moderation girls!

In case you've been living under a wifi-free rock lately, the new Starbucks Unicorn Frappe drink (which is sadly not available in Ireland) has completely taken over our social media feeds.

People are obsessed with the florescent pink, purple and blue drink, and while it's definitely Instagram-worthy, there have been mixed reviews over the taste of the beverage.

That hasn't stopped caffeine and mythical creature zealots from paying homage to the beverage in a semi-permanent way.

One colourful hair stylist by the name of Caitlin Ford underwent a dramatic hair change inspired by the sour drink.

Unicorn Frappuccino hair has officially arrived on Instagram, and it is definitely an inspiring look.

Striking swathes of pink and purple merging into blue define the look, which match the drink perfectly.

While we love the look, we're wondering how relevant it will be once the limited-edition drink fades from the Starbucks menu.

It's been a long time coming, but it looks like Haim are finally set to release their much anticipated new album.

The sister trio have been busy recording the follow up to their Grammy-nominated debut album Days Are Gone, and it looks like they're finally ready to share it with the world.

A short clip posted on the band's official twitter shows drummer, Danielle Haim doing her thing before the message 'Haim April 27th' flashes on screen.

Although no details were given, we're thinking this means we'll be hearing new music from the girls very soon.

The news went down well with fans on Twitter.

The announcement will be music to ears of any Irish fans after many were left disappointed last year when Haim were forced to cancel their slot at Electric Picnic.

Earlier this month, billboards of the girls began to appear in several cities across the world, fuelling speculation that the band were finally ready to release their new album.

We can't wait for this!
