A lot of things spring to mind when we think of interns. Coffee runs, crazy hours, low pay.

Warning: You’re going to want to quit your job and give Mark Zuckerberg a ring after reading this.

Tech giants, Apple, Google and Microsoft offer intern a generous pay packet, but it was Facebook that came out on top with a whopping $8,000 per month.

A high-pressure working environment can be one of the leading contributors to stress levels, and in turn can take a toll on your physical and mental health.

Or at least that’s what we thought?

Well, a recent study from Indiana University revealed that those of us with stressful careers are actually around 30 per cent less likely to die young than our chilled out peers.

But, there’s a catch. It all depends on whether or not you have control over your own workload.

Researchers surveyed thousands of working professionals in their 60s about their work life, and the results showed that those who had the ability to control their own workload were 34 per cent less likely to have died.

Head researcher, Erik Gonazlez-Mule, had this to say about the results:

‘‘These findings suggest that stressful jobs have clear negative consequences for employee health when paired with low freedom in decision making, while stressful jobs can actually be beneficial to employee health if also paired with freedom in decision making.’’

‘’When you don’t have the necessary resources to deal with a demanding job, you do this other stuff. You might eat more, you might smoke, you might engage in some of these things to cope with it.’’

So, if you’re lucky enough to have a high-pressure job that also allows you to make your own decisions, get ready for a long and healthy life.

Getting tired of your 9 to 5?

Well, what if we told you there was way to get paid to travel the world and drink wine?

No, really.

The US-based Union Wine Co. are looking for a ‘Canbassador’ to join them as they travel from Oregon to the East Coast of America.

The trip would bring the lucky employee to music festivals, shop openings and outdoor events all across the country to promote the company’s popular canned Underwood Wine.

The official job description states they are looking for a charismatic person with a "good attitude and appreciation for wine."

Successful candidates should also be able to "adapt and grow with the company, thinking outside of the 'bottle.'"

Sound like you?

The ‘Canbassador’ must also be at least 21-years-old, be able to work on the road for extended periods of time and pass a physical exam which requires you to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

We knew there had to be a catch.

Man of the moment, Ed Sheeran, appeared on BBC Radio Four’s Desert Island Discs yesterday and listeners learned a lot about the singer’s childhood, his relationship with fame and of course, his taste in music.

The iconic radio show was first broadcast in January 1942 and has been a firm favourite with listeners ever since.

Each week a guest, dubbed the ‘castaway’, is asked to choose eight recordings they would want to have with them if they were stranded on a desert island.

The guest then discusses their choices with presenter, Kirsty Young.

So, what were Ed’s top picks?

Layla – Derek and the Dominos

Carrickfergus – Van Morrison & the Chieftains

Stan – Eminem

Volcano – Damien Rice

Flooded Quarry – Nizlopi

They Won’t Go When I Go – Stevie Wonder

Indian Sunset – Elton John

Two Shades of Hope – Foy Vance

Twitter absolutely loved Ed’s eclectic choice – and we don’t blame them. The boy’s got good taste.

Ed also revealed he “couldn’t really hold a tune until [he] was 16” and admits that his love of Eminem helped him overcome a speech impediment.

Guests on the show are also allowed to pick one book and one luxury item they would bring to the desert island.

The Galway Girl singer chose, the His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman, and as for the luxury item?

A lifetime’s supply of ketchup.

Whatever makes you happy, Ed!

Just like Stranger Things and 13 Reasons Why, Big Little Lies was a TV show to remember.

It touched on serious issues such as bullying, domestic abuse and adultery.

But as sobering as the issues in the TV series were, it was totally captivating and well worth a watch.

With a star-studded first season, we can't wait until season two is released.

The sun isn’t a regular visitor to these isles, so when it does make the odd appearance we flock to beer gardens and beaches across the counrty only to pick up a few extra freckles and rosy cheeks along the way.

Yesterday saw highs of 20C and lucky for us the good weather is set to continue until Thursday this week.

According to Met Éireann, the beginning of the week be dry and mild with highs of 19C expected on Wednesday.

Unfortunately, things are set to take a turn for the worse later in the week.

Clouds and showers are forecast for Thursday, however temperatures are expected to remain in the low-mid teens.

This weekend will ‘’be cool and more changeable, so there will be some rain or showers at times. Temperatures in the mid-teens at best, often lower, in moderate occasionally fresh south to southwesterly winds.’’

But hey, with the few days we’ve had, dare we say summer is almost here?

The fashion industry has come under a lot of scrutiny lately, especially with store mannequins being deemed as an "extremely underweight woman."

However, a law that was passed in France in 2015, which saw a ban on extremely thin models, is finally being put into effect this week.

From now on, any and all models will be asked to provide a health certificate from a doctor before they can take part in any photoshoots, runway shows or appearances.

The certificate must include details of their BMI and wellbeing.

The certs have to be presented to any employer, and if the employer is found to not be following the new rules, they could be hit with a fine of up to €75,000 and up to six months in jail.

The health ministry in France has put the new legislation in place to help tackle eating disorders in the country, and as well as a ban on thin models, they are also labelling all images that have been photoshopped.

France's Minister of Social Affairs and Health, Marisol Touraine, said: "Exposing young people to normative and unrealistic images of bodies leads to a sense of self-depreciation and poor self-esteem that can impact health-related behaviour".

Many of us suffer from our knees clicking when standing up, but honestly, do any of us bat an eyelid when it happens?

Well, turns out we should, because it could be an early warning sign of an incurable joint disease.

A study carried out by the journal Arthritis Care & Research, found that of the 3,500 people examined, the majority had a clear link between noisy knees and the development of painful joints, which in some cases, can lead to osteoarthritis.

However, we might have a bit of time before we start to panic about this – because out of those assessed, the average age came out at 61.

Researchers X-rayed the participants and asked them if they experienced noisy knees, or grinding joints when they moved.

Those with no warning signs on their X-rays, but who experienced noisy knees, were found to be more likely to suffer from osteoarthritis four years after the initial tests were carried out.

However, those who did present signs of osteoarthritis in their X-rays, in addition to hearing grinding in their knee joints, were likely to experience pain within a year.

Dr. Grace Lo, lead author of the study said: "This study suggests that if these people have noisy knees, they are at higher risk for developing pain within the next year compared with the people who do not have noisy knees.

"Future studies that target people who have x-ray signs of osteoarthritis, and who do not complain of pain but do report noisy knees, hold the promise of identifying interventions that can prevent knee pain."

She also added: "There are no known strategies for preventing the development of pain in this group of people."

But, it's not only the aesthetic that have people talking; the cooking method means that no oil or butter is used to cook the eggs, bringing them in at only 150 calories.

So, how do you make these cartoon-like breakfast treats? It's pretty simple.

First, separate the white of your egg from the yolk. Then whip up the whites until they're thick and fluffy (as if you were making meringues).

When they're all whipped up, dollop onto a baking tray and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes until they're cooked through.

Then add the yolk, and throw back in the oven for a couple more minutes, until the yolk is gently cooked – you want it nice and runny!

And that's it! Add bacon or cheese 'til your heart's content and eat away.

Like choosing a lip colour, a lot of thought goes into picking out a shade for your nails.

We're pretty much obsessed with a good manicure here in SHEmazing! HQ, and scour the likes of Instagram and Pinterest for the perfect nail hue.

However, according to Pinterest, the colour below is the most popular for this summer season; and you probably already have it in your make up case.

Yep, the hottest colour in town at the mo has been described as a 'pinky-mauve', with the perfect example coming from Essie.

Essie's Topless and Barefoot is "perfect for an effortlessly beautiful, beachy look."

The "soft beige-pink" nail colour is taking the top spot, unlike the neon pops of colour from summers past.
