Can you believe it's been 13 years since Friends left our screens?

Even though it's been more than a decade, it still remains one of our fave TV shows of all time.

Every utter of the word 'reunion' sends fans into a frenzy, so when we heard that FriendsFest is making a comeback in the UK we legit jumped for joy.

Because what better way to spend a day than celebrating all things Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Joey and Phoebe?

The festival travels all around the UK from July to September, so if you're across the pond throughout summer make sure to look it up.

During the festival, there will be interactive displays of sets from the first to the last season.

Monica's apartment will be on full show, as well as the Vegas Chapel of Love where Ross and Rachel got married and Monica's original workplace, the Moondance Diner.

But that's not all – there will be a bigger and better Central Perk, an 80s silent disco, and a full-scale set of Joey and Chandler's apartment.

Oh, AND you can enjoy a smelly cat karaoke sesh, a foosball table, food stall and a cocktail bar.

‘I was devastated’: Blac Chyna speaks about revenge porn ordeal

Blac Chyna has revealed she was 'devastated' after Rob Kardashian published intimate photos of her online without permission.

Speaking for the first time since the incident, the model said, “I’m like, how could somebody, like, post these pictures of me? And I’m like ‘Wow, okay.’

During the interview on Good Morning America, she revealed how she felt after her former fiancé betrayed her trust.

“This is a person that I trusted. I confided. I felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know, ” as reported by The Independent.

Rob, known for his appearances on the reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, shared a number of nude photographs and intimate texts on his Instagram page.

He even continued to re-share them numerous times after Instagram took them down.

The offending images have since been deleted.

Revenge porn has been illegal in the state of California since 2013, meaning Rob could face criminal charges.

The former couple became engaged in April 2016 and have a seven-month-old daughter together.

Chyna revealed how Rob had been very sweet and caring at the beginning of their relationship.

“I felt as though he just really needed, you know, help without somebody pointing their finger. ‘Cause I know how that could be,”

“And I felt like I was that friend that never, like, asked questions or judged him. And I was just always there for him. And that’s what kinda, like, attracted me. We just had good times together.

Having something to get up for is the key to a good night’s sleep

So, with long working hours and late weekends, you'll be hard pushed to find a 20-something that isn't dozing off during their Monday morning commute.

We're always searching for ways to get more shut-eye, yet we refuse to let our fast-paced lifestyles suffer.

Well, a new study may have uncovered the secret to getting a good night's sleep and it's all to do with the reasons you get up every morning.

Researchers asked participants to answer a 10-question survey on purpose in life and a 32-question survey on sleep and found that people who felt that had purpose were less likely to suffer from sleep-related problems over along period.

It should be noted that the study looked at the sleeping habits of older adults, however, researchers belive the findings are likely to apply to other age groups.

Lead scientist Dr Jason Ong, from Northwestern University in the US, said: ‘Helping people cultivate a purpose in life could be an effective drug-free strategy to improve sleep quality, particularly for a population that is facing more insomnia.”

"Purpose in life is something that can be cultivated and enhanced through mindfulness therapies."

The study of 823 adults found that those who felt they had a good reason to get up everyday were 63 per cent less likely to experience sleep apnoea and 52 per cent less likely to have restless le syndrome.

What's more, results showed that overall sleep quality was higher in those who were satisfied with their quality of life.

Researchers hope to follow on from this study with an investigation into whether or not improving perceived purpose in life through mindfulness therapy can lead to better sleep.

So, if you're finding it hard to get your eight hours, you might need to give up more than just those five cups of coffee you drink everyday.

There’s an amazing artisan bakery opening in Dublin city centre today

Those of you who hail form the southside of the capital may already be familiar with Bakelicious, the artisan bakery based in Shankill.

Their pastries have gained somewhat of a cult following among locals, and it looks like their fanbase is about to grow, because these guys are setting up shop on Dublin's city centre today.

Founded by husband and wife, Eamonn and Fatima Blair, Bakelicious have been selling sweet treats since 2013 and have now decided to expand their business (and we couldn't be happier about it).

Facebook town? The social network is bringing its community offline

So, they say if Facebook was a country, it would be the third most populated in the world – and with over 2 billion active users, the stats certainly add up.

Many people across the globe use Facebook as a means of connecting with friends, family and even businesses, and the community is growing more and more every day.

And now, it looks like social network wants to bring the online community into the real world with the construction of its very own town.

Last Thursday, the social network site revealed plans for a massive construction project at its Menlo Park, California corporate campus, which will include housing, retail stores and a hotel.

The 56-acre site is located directly across the road from Facebook's headquarters and will offer 1.6 million square feet of housing.

In a blog post about the proposed development, Facebook described the project as a “mixed-use village”, that will provide residents with housing,transportation and other amenities.

“We plan to build 125,000 square feet of new retail space, including a grocery store, pharmacy and additional community-facing retail,” a spokesperson said.

It's estimated that the project will take 10 years to build, with developers hoping the initial phase will be completed in the first half of 2021.

Most of the housing will likely go to Facebook employees, though it is thought that empty units will be made available to the general public.

“Part of our vision is to create a neighbourhood centre that provides long-needed community services,” Facebook wrote.

The plans have been presented to the City of Menlo Park, although the approval process is expected to take about two years.

So, smelling food before you eat could be making you gain weight

Bad news guys – smelling food before you eat could contribute to weight gain, new research has found.

Researchers in the US have found that the smell of food could actually play a vital role in how our body processes calories.

In a study, scientists at the University of California, Berkely, used gene therapy to eliminate in the sense of smell in a group of obese mice.

Results showed that the mice who couldn't smell lost weight when compared to those who could, even though they all ate the same amount of high-calorie food.

What's more, the mice who were able to smell actually doubled in weight, while mice with a boosted sense of smell put on the most weight.

As it turns out, smelling food could trigger the body into storing calories rather than burning them off.

Céline Riera, of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, said: “This paper is one of the first studies that really shows if we manipulate olfactory inputs we can actually alter how the brain perceives energy balance, and how the brain regulates energy balance.”

Researchers hope that the study could help people with eating disorders and diseases such as Parkinson's. It's also thought the results will help those who struggle to lose weight.

Senior author Andrew Dillin, said, “Sensory systems play a role in metabolism. Weight gain isn’t purely a measure of the calories taken in; it’s also related to how those calories are perceived,”

“If we can validate this in humans, perhaps we can actually make a drug that doesn’t interfere with smell but still blocks that metabolic circuitry. That would be amazing.”

For now though, it's probably best to avoid walking past that bakery on the way to work.

‘I trust my instincts’: Christopher Nolan defends Harry Styles casting

Film buffs were baffled when it was revealed that Harry Styles had been cast in Christopher Nolan's highly anticipated, Dunkirk.

The former One Direction member had never acted in a major film before and many wondered if he was the right choice for the role.

Well, director Christopher Nolan has defended his casting, insisting that Harry is actually “perfect” for the position, saying that there were also “raised eyebrows” when he chose Heath Ledger to play the role of the Joker in The Dark Night.

“When I cast Heath Ledger as the Joker, it raised a lot of eyebrows and caused a lot of comment,” he told Entertainment Tonight.

“I have to trust my instincts, and Harry was perfect for this part.”

The filmmaker also claimed that he was not aware of the height of Harry's boyband fame when he cast him in the WWII action flick (though we're not quite sure if we believe that).

The 23-year-old singer plays a soldier in the film about the 1940 evacuation of Allied troops from French shores.

Christopher said it was the singer's charisma that secured him the role.

“I was new to Harry. I mean, I’ve heard his name from my kids, but I wasn’t really familiar with him.”

He added, “What I was seeing was a very charismatic guy who clearly had a truthfulness and a subtlety in his ability to perform as a film actor.”

Dunkirk, which premieres in London this Thursday, July 13, also stars, Cillian Murphy, Tom Hardy, Kenneth Branagh and Mark Rylance.

Highs of 19C as much of Ireland set for damp and unsettled conditions

So, July hasn't been kind to us on the weather front.

Sure, we've had a few sunny patches here and there, but it's hard to enjoy when rain clouds linger in the distance.

And it looks like that rain isn't going anywhere, or at least it's not for the next few days.

According to Met Eireann, rain and drizzle will extend from the southeast today, with most areas expected to be hit with damp conditions.

However, much of Ulster is set to remain dry today with some sunny spells emerging.

Temperatures will range from 15C to 19C with light westerly breezes.

Some patchy rain/drzl this morn but good dry periods too. Rain/drzl spreading from SW to many areas this aft/eve. Highs 15 to 19 deg.

More dull weather is expected for Tuesday, with rain becoming heavy at times over the southern half of the country, but brighten conditions will develop later in the afternoon.

Highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees with moderate east to northeast winds.

Unsettled conditions remain for the rest of the week, however some sunny spells are expected on Wednesday and Friday with temperatures reaching up to 22C.

Post mortems due on bodies of two men recovered off Donegal coast

Post mortem examinations are due to be carried out today on the bodies of two men found off the Donegal coast.

Then men were found separately near Mallinbeg after they were reported missing when they failed to return from a fishing trip on Saturday night.

The body of one man, in his 50s, was discovered by a farmer at around 10.30am on Sunday morning.

At around the same time, a member of the public reported that a car understood to belong to the two men was still parked at the side of the pier.

A short time later, the second man (40s) was found in the water by Coast Guard officers.

According to Gardaí, the bodies of the men have been taken to Letterkenny University Hospital where a post mortem examination will be carried out.

The Irish Coast Guard says it did not receive any distress call, however, it was noted that divers in the area had reported difficult conditions.

A boat was later found washed up on a rocky stretch of coastline.

Despite previous claims, Daniel Craig will reportedly return as 007

It seems like Daniel Craig is reprising his role as James Bond*.

Despite previous reports, which tipped actors such as Adain Turner and Idris Elba to take on the role, Daniel will return as the UK spy.

According to The Sunday Mirror, Daniel changed his mind after seeing the line up of actors tipped to play 007.

"It’s taken time but Daniel has come round and the strong consensus in the Bond offices is that Mr Craig is 007 again," a source said.

And the producers are hoping that Daniel will be joined by another James Bond alumni.

Sources say that everyone on the team is keen to have Adele back, after her previous Bond theme tune soared to number one in the charts.

"Craig and Adele together are the winning team, the ultimate choice, the money spinners.

"[Adele is] more of an unknown quantity but loved being part of Bond, so the signs are positive.”

It has also been reported that Daniel's wife, actress Rachel Weisz, is "on board with the decision."

*Yes, we wanted Tom Hardy to take on the role, too (sob).
