The December issue of Men's Fitness features Nick Jonas… a LOT of Nick Jonas.

Displayed across the front cover of the magazine is the singer lifting his top up to delight us with his abs and bulging biceps.

It focuses on how Nick went from being a "teen idol" to a "leading man," and the people of the Internet are LOVING it.

The cover also indicates that you can get "huge arms" like Nick, so no doubt a lot of people will be diving into the issue.

But for now, we're just going to look at the swooning public of Twitter:

We agree.

Iggy Azalea is proud of her body, and she's not afraid to hide it.

The rapper was named Woman of the Year at GQ Australia's Men of the Year Awards, and while speaking to The Daily Telegraph said she's delighted to have an "award-winning vagina."

"I've got the best vagina in the world.

"I have won a lot of awards over the last few years but this one means the absolute most to me because I can finally say I have an award-winning vagina."

The blonde beauty wore a very revealing outfit on the night, which leads to one thinking she's super body-confident, however, Iggy admitted that she doesn't always feel that way.

"Some days I just think I want to crawl into a cave because I don't feel confident at all, and then other days I feel great.

"I think it's like that for all human beings, not just young women. I think feeling confident or 100 percent every day is something to aspire to, but I don't know if it's humanly possible for anybody.

"And I think it's just having that honest moment with yourself and other people and almost admitting and embracing your flaws or the things that you sometimes feel bad about can empower your own self."

Congratulations are in order for Ricky Martin; he's getting married!

The 44-year-old appeared on Ellen today and revealed that he popped the question to his beau, Jwan Yosef.

Tomorrow at @theellenshow. Don't miss it. #noonelikeEllen

Ricky started dating the artist this time last year, and told Ellen all about how he proposed today.

"I proposed. I was really nervous, but I got on my knees and I took out the little metal box I just had it in a little velvet pouch and instead of saying ‘Will you marry me’ I said, ‘I got you something!’

“And then he was like, ‘Yes.’ I said, ‘I want to spend my life with you’ and he was like, ‘What is the question?’ ‘Would you marry me?’ That’s it.

“Yeah it was very beautiful…And then thirty minutes after I said, ‘Did you say yes?’ Yes. He said ‘Yes'."

Aw! We're delighted for them.

Parents copying their child's social media photos is nothing new.

Many mothers and fathers have taken to their own social media pages to show them doing the same pose or wearing the same clothes as their younger beings, and honestly, we think it's all good fun.

But the latest parent that's catched onto the trend is getting major backlash for it.

Chris Burr Martin, who is a comedian and podcaster over in the US has been copying his daughter, Cassie, for a few months now, and his following has doubled because of it.

A photo posted by Burr Martin (@therealburrmartin) on

Looking at Instagram, Cassie is all for it, even sharing the photos on her own social media pages and posting pics with her dad reading books like I'm On The Internet, What Now?. However, people on Facebook have different ideas.

One FB user said under an article about the family, "I think the girl looks adorable and her father is mocking her instead of supporting her. It's not funny, this is kind of sad."

However, on the other end, another person argued, "I think it's fun. Obviously they have had a 'talk' and she knows what he's doing so clearly there's some humour in all this."

Another backed up that point saying, "I think the both of them are awesome. They make a good father daughter team.

"The only laughing stock are the envious haters on either end. She's cool, he's hilarious, they're having fun."

Some people are very serious about their views, just look at the comments above. What side are you on?

From bloating, cravings and cramps that feel like a hot Hell, it's safe to say we're not too fond of periods.

But this rap about the time of the month had us giggling our way through the day.

Australian comedy trio Skit Box has made a video paying homage to everything we go through when Aunt Flow is in town.

The parody begins with the three women, Sarah Bishop, Gerta Jerkson and Adele Vuko, discussing their periods when two men ask them to be more "ladylike."

The ladies then burst into the rap, and well… we'll let you see it for yourselves.

It's pretty brilliant, and just FYI for any dude that thinks it's gross, we'll blast this song in your face from now on.

The following is an extract from Peter Varga's Humans of Dublin.

Drawn from the archives of the incredibly popular online blog, Peter Varga's Humans of Dublin gives a voice to the people of our capital city.

A collection of portraits, memories and snapshots, Humans of Dublin provides a thought-provoking insight into the Irish capital and its vibrant and diverse inhabitants.

Pictured above are a couple who offer their own shared experience of life in our capital.

Do you find it challenging walking hand in hand on the streets of Dublin?

Depends where we are. It can be challenging, but we do it anyway. Sometimes we get abused by people passing by, not only with words but physically too.

For us, as girls, it’s still easier. We can get away with it like we’re friends – for guys it’s not the same. But don’t think this is what we pay attention to.

There are a lot of supportive people around, and negative comments don’t happen as often as you think.

We’ve been through so many things together, and they’ve made a really strong bond between us.

It’s happened that we went separate ways before, and it wasn’t always easy, but in the end we always found each other on the same road again.

We’re together over three years now, which is why we decided to get matching tattoos.

Peter's Vagra's Humans of Dublin is available to buy now.

I’m one of those people completely caught up in the Instagram ‘fitspiration’ revolution. I follow posters of pics of coconut protein balls and juices, stare in awe at flexible yoginis doing crow poses on the beach in their Lululemons and find myself hypnotised by the effect the simple squat can have on your arse.

Pity all I’m doing is following, staring and finding myself hypnotised – I’ve yet to, ahem, actually DO anything.

So when the opportunity came up to give Proformer Pilates a go at Pilates Plus Dublin (with ambassador Rosanna Davison – eep!) I jumped at the chance. Who better to take my cues from than model and all-round health and fitness guru Rosanna?

My history with exercise is spasmodic at best, but with a definite pattern. I try different things all the time (pole dancing/aerobics in community halls with ladies of a certain vintage/boxercise) going hell for leather for a few months to lose a bit of weight. Then, when my jeans get a bit looser, I get complacent and quit.

But I’m getting older now, and trying to get back into it each time is getting harder and harder. I’ve been unfit for so long now that I need to find a consistent form of fitness I’m going to keep up. Could Proformer Pilates be what I was looking for?

So I pulled on my brand new ‘tights’ (prior to that I exercised in scuzzy trackie bottoms because I couldn’t fathom wasting money on sportswear – how times have changed) and a sports bra and vest from Penneys (because I’m easing myself in gently obvs) and bounced out the door, a little apprehensive but excited. I even slicked on some lippy, mascara and blusher, because, well, Rosanna.

As a complete newbie to Proformer Pilates, I got a bit of a fright when I arrived in the Dun Laoghaire studio – the machines had an air of the medieval torture chamber about them, something I joked about nervously. And when Rosanna was asked how hard the class was, she responded by laughing: “The first time I did it I sat in the car afterwards with my legs shaking”.

A groan of terror moved like a Mexican wave throughout the group.

Proformer Pilates is a full body workout using resistance and stretching on the Proformer machine, all while keeping the core engaged. Developed in LA (where else?) the workout is a favourite of the Victoria’s Secrets Angels, Michelle Obama and Kimmy Kay, and can burn up to 700 calories in one session.

Not the worst credentials.

It was time. Pilates Plus owner Emma Forsyth was bubbly and encouraging, and told us to get ready to use muscles we had never used before – gulp. Lying down on the machine, I was resigned to the fact I would probably make a holy show of myself, but hey, I was making a holy show of myself for work, so what harm, right?

Saying that, I had a moment of panic when I noticed there was a photographer snapping away at the class. I’m a notoriously minging exerciser, red-faced and sweaty with an unappealing expression that generally says, “Help me” or “Make it stop”. And now it was going to be captured in HD? Christ on a mountain bike.

We started with arm exercises using the straps, and just when it got to the point I couldn’t do any more, we suddenly stopped and moved to the next exercise. Bit by bit we worked out all muscle groups slowly, smoothly and with control – but don’t get me wrong, it was intense.

The 40 minute class actually passed in no time – and I put that down to the fact we moved so quickly from exercise to exercise, so I never got too sore or too bored: two things that usually characterise how I feel when working out. Props to Emma too for being so helpful and chatty throughout.

Would I do it again? Deffo. I loved the way I didn’t have to run around like a lunatic with my boobs bouncing all over the place. I actually could LIE DOWN for most of this workout – while still busting my arse.

The dream.

Yep, this could definitely be new favourite exercise.

Everyone knows that puppies aren’t just for Christmas, yet every festive season puppy farms get ready to do a roaring trade.

While unwanted puppies are always a problem come January, one issue all year round is the mothers of these puppies, who are mere “breeding machines” to the people in charge.

“Forced to have litter after litter of puppies until their bodies are exhausted,” the new Dogs Trust Ireland campaign focuses on ending the mistreatment and cruelty faced by both Mum and pup.

The #StopKeepingMum campaign encourages people to make a commitment to see the living conditions of the mother every time they’re thinking of purchasing a pup.

The hashtag, which is currently the number one trending Irish Twitter topic, is accompanied by an absolute tear jerker of an advert, which highlights how these dogs are treated like manufacturing machines.

“We have to highlight what happens behind the distressing puppy farming trade in Ireland, and, in particular shine a light on the appalling injustice to the Mums who are forced to live in these horrific conditions,” Mark Beazley, Dogs Trust Executive Director, explained.

“We are therefore asking members of the public to stop and think about where the puppies that they are buying actually come from and ‘always ask to see the Mum’ and the puppy interacting each other and to always be concerned if excuses are made as to why you cannot.”

If you’re still thinking about getting a dog this December, here are a few things that Dogs Trust begs you to consider.

Owning a dog is a massive commitment. With the average pups life spanning 13 years, make sure you can foresee yourself caring for a dog that far into the future.

Dogs are also expensive creatures. Between food, veterinary care and making your home and garden secure for an animal, the costs can rack up to over €10,000. Be sure your bank account is ready.

The campaign is receiving massive support on Twitter, with hundreds of people pledging to #StopKeepingMum and take a stand against puppy farming for good.

Kendall Jenner's Instagram randomly disappeared during the week with absolutely no explanation, so of course, her fans began to go crazy with questions.

But the woman herself appeared on Ellen today and told the talk show host that she just needed a little break.

The model said the she didn't think it would be such a big deal, and didn't understand how people found out so fast – and then she heard a news segment about it on CNN.

But the reality star has a perfectly good explanation for it all.

"I would wake up in the morning and look at it first thing; I would go to bed and it was the last thing I would look at.

"I felt a little too dependent on it. So I kind of wanted to take a minute. It's a detox."

However, she did promise, "I'll be back."

Kylie Jenner aside, the Kardashian sister which has undergone the biggest transformation in recent years is undoubtedly Khloé.

In a spin-off from Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé will be seen helping members of the public to overhaul their lifestyles, and she is pumped.

We love a festive manicure as much as the next girl, and while our taste generally tends towards shimmery at this time of the year, we realise we may have been missing a trick if Instagram is anything to go by.

Taking the Christmas jumper trend to a whole new level, the more creative women amongst us have been decorating their talons with traditional Christmas designs, and frankly we can't get enough.

Using the #ChristmasJumperNails and #UglySweaterNails hastags, these ladies have been showcasing manicures which include Christmas trees, snowmen,  gift boxes, icicles, and holly sprigs.

And we want in.
