Keeping your skin moisturised during the long, cold winter months can be a challenge, especially when you are covering up all the time.

However, if keeping your skin smooth and soft sounds like a total chore to you, how would you like a bit of skin moisturising on-the-go?

Yep, ladies we reckon this could be the holy grail of clothes right here.

Not only do these revolutionary jeans claim to make your legs look skinnier, they also purport to leave your skin feeling ridiculously smooth after wearing.

But just HOW does that work without leaving you feeling like you are walking around in damp bottoms all day?

Well according to Guess, the SLIMTEX jeans are infused with a concoction of gingko and vitamin E that dispel in tiny amounts as you wear the pants during the day.

The jeans currently come in this 'jegging' style with just one wear apparently leaving you with "toucably soft skin."

They come in at about €120, so you may wanna forget your moisturiser binge in Boots this month and splurge on a pair of these bad boys instead.

We just hope this design extends to ALL CLOTHES soon.

While many consider Freshers week to be a total piss-up, there will be a very important new addition to the jam-packed week of events next year.

Trinity College Dublin announced today that it will hold workshops regarding sexual consent for all 1st years who take up residence in the Trinity Halls accommodation located in Rathmines.

Following the likes of Oxford and Cambridge, students will be expected to attend the workshops along with regularly scheduled meetings regarding fire safety and rules of the residence.

"We want to dispel the myths around sexual assault and start a conversation about what consent is," said Shane Rice, head of the committee that supports Halls students, to the Journal.

Last year, a survey conducted by the Student Union revealed that 1-in-4 Trinity students admitted to having a sexual encounter during their college life that was not fully consensual.

1-in-20 males also reported the same occurrence.

The motion was passed unanimously in a Student Union meeting held last night and the class is due to be implemented from the start of the new college year.

Three cheers for Ariel Winter!

She's had a pretty tough year having broken up with her long-term boyfriend as well becoming emancipated and in the midst of all this she also decided to have a breast reduction.

The Modern Family star has said that the decision was an easy one as her size 34F breasts made her very uncomfortable in the public light.

"Being a 5-ft.-tall girl and having extremely large breasts is really ostracising and excruciatingly painful," she has told People magazine this week.

The actress reduced her bust size from a very large F to a more comfortable D.

"It was an instant weight lifted off my chest – both literally and figuratively.

"There's a confidence you find when you finally feel right in your body."

She admitted that she was often left feeling hurt when she was criticised for her clothes choices on red carpets.

"I'd just be wearing something anyone else could wear, but I'd read comments saying, 'She dresses inappropriately.' "

However, she doesn't reckon she will be rushing into any more cosmetic surgeries in the future.

"I think it will be the only [cosmetic surgery] I'll have done, but I'm extremely happy with the decision I made.

"It's important to talk about it because there are young girls suffering like I did, but there shouldn't be a stigma about it."

Well said, Ariel. Oh and we think she looks great.

It would appear that former soap actress Stephanie Davis has made up her mind about the drama-laden love triangle currently turning the Celebrity Big Brother house on it's head.

Despite having a boyfriend on the outside, Steph has become super close to Irish model Jeremy McConnell and today she admitted that she needed to be free from her outside bae, Sam Reece.

"Obviously Sam's not right for me and I need to sort it when I get out," she says to Jeremy on tonight's episode.

The 22-year-old actress was forced to spend some time away from the model as part of Gillian McKeith's detoxing task and she made some juicy revelations.

"We are septic to each other as we both want to be with each other. I can't stay away!" she said of Jeremy.

"It's made me realise what I'm worth and that I need to be single."

And it seems that Jeremy is all for it as later in the episode he reveals his plans for the couple once they get out.

"If things work out after we get out of here, I'll book us a holiday somewhere nice, I want to.

"I think I need to show you what my idea of treating a lady is like."

It seems that the housemates also decided that Steph would be better off with Jezza.

"[Sam] wants to be famous, you’re the famous one. F*ck it off," said Gemma.

But will Sam be waiting for Jeremy and Stephanie when they leave the house? We simply HAVE to know.

A Dublin youngster who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis had the best day of her life when her dream of becoming a Zookeeper came true.

All thanks to the Make-a-Wish Foundation, little Saoirse Brophy spent the day visiting her favourite animals at Dublin Zoo accompanied by operations manager, Gerry Creighton.

Saoirse and her family were picked up and dropped to the zoo in a limo, before the 8-year-old Belgard native took Gerry's side as a real-life Zookeeper.

"I thought she’d get to see an otter or something but she had such an in depth tour of the zoo," Saoirse's mother, Siobhan, told the Irish Independent.

"[She] got to feed the sea-lions and operate the gate in the tiger enclosure and she visited Harry, one of the zoo’s silver back gorillas."

The Irish charity, which grants wishes for sick children and their families, made all of Saoirse's dreams come true as a small gift for being so brave in light of her illness.

The second-class pupil has a strict regimen in place to manage her illness but manages to take it all on the chin.

"Before she even leaves the house for school she has to have physio done and take six different types of medication.

"The trip to the zoo really gave Saoirse a boost, it was wonderful to see. Despite everything, Saoirse rarely complains and it’s so admirable how she just gets on with it."

It's been almost two decades since All Saints released their first album and promptly scored a global number one with Never Ever.

Now the foursome are back, and if we're being honest they look exactly the same as they did in 1997, although they've lost the crop tops and combat pants.

Apparently we can expect a new album as early as April, with a first single, One Strike, out before then.

Shaznay Lewis has opened up about the writing process for the new song, and she admits it's a bit of a dig at Nicole Appleton's famous ex-husband Liam Gallagher.

"The lyrics came from somewhere very real. Nic was going through a lot of things at that time," she says.

"That was at the forefront of my mind because it was the heaviest thing going on. We spoke for hours and hours on the phone."

After a few years of success and two albums, All Saints came to a rocky end after an argument over a combat jacket at a photoshoot.

"'I would never in a million years have put money on the group ending over a jacket incident," Shaznay said in an interview with The Guardian in 2004.

"But when that incident happened, it fired up so strong, it had to be over."

The girls reunited back in 2006 for a much-hyped third album, but were dropped by their record label shortly after its release.

"I don't think it was done for the right reasons… I know that I did it for the money," Mel Blatt said of the original failed reunion.

"We got signed before we had even made music again, it wasn't like we felt we had something to give back to the world… we were given an opportunity and took it, without really thinking about it too hard."

Hopefully, ten years on, things go a little better for the famous foursome.

Now the mother of two children, Kim Kardashian has gone public with her own stance on the controversial topic of breastfeeding in a recent post to her app.

While the 35-year-old was grossed out by public breastfeeding before having kids, she claims she 'gets' it now.

But just don't expect to see Kimmy doing anything of the sort in a public place.

"I still personally wouldn't breastfeed at a restaurant with a bunch of people I didn't know staring at me.

"I've seen this before and remember tweeting how shocked I was. Now that I'm a mom, I'm not that shocked, especially if you have a few kids and can't leave to breastfeed one kid in the bathroom while leaving the others at the table."

However, she is definitely more open minded now that she has her own children.

"I know some people find breastfeeding such a private, personal experience, while other people are very open and even breastfeed in public," Kim wrote.

"Now that I'm a mom, I say whatever makes you comfortable goes

"But I still personally wouldn't do it, unless it was an emergency situation and I was fully covered."

The mother-of-two is currently breastfeeding Saint who is just seven weeks old but it seems that North West is having NONE of it.

"For some reason, North hates when I feed the baby, and she lays on my lap so Saint can’t be right in front of me to eat, LOL!"

North, we are happy to report, is as sassy as ever.

Liam Payne might be just a few weeks in to One Direction's two-year hiatus, but he's already back to work.

The singer is reportedly planning to pen some songs for Jennifer Lopez's new album, at her request.

According to The Sun, Liam and J-Lo met recently to discuss the possibility of working together, and both agreed their styles "gelled" very well.

As well as some recent writing work for Louis' Walsh's post-Westlife effort Hometown, Liam is also credited as a co-writer on a massive 35 of One Direction's songs.

While it's true that Niall, Harry and co. are also listed as writers on several of the band's hits, Liam has by far the most writing credits. On Made In The AM alone, he worked on eight out of the total 13 songs, and is even listed as producer on Love You, Goodbye.

Liam tweeted last week to say how happy we was that fans were enjoying 1D's latest single History, which he called "the fandom's theme tune/anthem."

2016 marks two years since Jennifer's last album release, so hopefully we won't have to wait long for some Payne-inspired tracks.

The Bachelor is probably reality television at both it's best and worst.

In case you are not familiar, the show pits a dozen girls against each other in order to win the affections of one eligible, or just very rich, 'bachelor'.

The hit US series is currently looking to pair software salesman Ben Higgins with his dream girl but we reckon it's safe to say that controversial contestant Olivia is probably not his dream girl.

In a scene that was most definitely not meant to be hilarious, Ben informs the ladies that he had lost two close friends in a tragic plane accident.

And well, Olivia seizes this moment as her chance to get close to Ben.

And she tries to empathise with him by…. describing how hard it to be self-conscious about your legs.

No, seriously.

Watch the cringe-inducing clip below:

One mother did not hold back when describing the moment a sales assistant criticised the body shape of her young daughter in a viral Facebook post.

The angry mum-on-a-mission describes how a simple shopping trip with her teenage daughter for a new dress ended in tears.

It seems that the rude shop assistant did not think the teen could pull off a figure hugging gown without some extra help.

Dear sales lady at Dillard's Towne East Mall, This is my teenage daughter who wanted to try on dresses for an upcoming…

"You entered and told my daughter she needed to wear SPANX if she wanted to wear this dress," said the post aimed at the shop assistant in question.

"I told my daughter to go change. I told you that she was just fine without SPANX. You continued to argue with me. We left soon after."

The post has already garnered over 450 thousand reactions as well as international media attention and the message of the post is pretty clear.

"Girls of all ages, shapes and sizes are perfect. If they feel good in a dress, that is all that should matter.

"I hope this is shared and gets back to you so that you should not say something like that to a girl ever again. You never know what negative or positive thoughts they are thinking about themselves."

January's nearly over, so if you've managed to stay on track with even one of your many New Year's fitness resolutions, we give you full permission to start feeling smug about it.

But motivating yourself to get out and exercise in the lashing rain is no mean feat, which is why we're loving the premise behind Dublin's newest running club.

Dublin Kickers RC is the brainchild of Oran Bambrick, a keen runner who saw a niche for a "non-intimidating, welcoming and fun" way to train with other people in the city centre.

"When I was living in New York I joined a club called North Brooklyn Runners which was a really similar idea," he explains to SHEmazing.

"It was free and totally volunteer led, and there were runs for people of all abilities."

Oran's starting Dublin Kickers off with four weekly runs, including a Saturday Morning Coffee Run in the Phoenix Park, a handy option for both new and experienced runners.

"You can head along and do a 3k, 5k or 7k run with the group and we'll all meet up for a coffee afterwards.

"If you're a total beginner I'd definitely suggest coming along for a few sessions over a couple of weeks and trying it all out."

There will also be themed runs throughout the year including a Lonely Hearts Run closer to Valentine's Day "where we're just gonna run in a heart shape through Dublin city," says Oran "…and, eh, chat about shifting and stuff."

Getting fit while hearing other people's relationship horror stories? We're in.

More details on runs and races can be found on the Dublin Kickers website and on Facebook, or you can head along to the first run this Saturday Jan 30 at 9am.

It can be one of the most annoying things in the world. And it can happen to the newest and shiniest of laptops or computers.

Crumps, hair, teeny tiny bits of paper; they all seem to land right in the fiddly bits of your keyboard and it's a nightmare trying to get them out.

But, if you hate the sight of it, This Morning had a handy man on the show today, giving you a life hack on how to clean your keyboard.

Steve Wilson, life hack expert, simply used a Post-it note to clean up a keyboard. The paper's sticky side is perfect for wedging in between the keys and digging out whatever is in there.

It's such a handy idea, we're actually surprised we never thought of this before.
