As amphibians go – they're actually pretty darn cute: dozens of adorable green and squidgy tree frogs.

However – where they turned up is somewhat less appealing.

Yup, after a recent flood the reptiles made their way into an unsuspecting woman's bathroom – eventually settling around her toilet bowl.

The image has proven immensely popular on Imgur – where it was first shared yesterday by the woman-in-question's daughter.

Indeed, it has now notched up some 7million views, with many online observers reacting with a mixture of horror and wonder at the sight.

"Jesus, tell your mom to change her diet," laughed one. Many others drew on the Biblical story of the plague of frogs in Egypt.

Another user gushed: "This is pretty disgusting but THEY'RE SO CUTE."

Similarly, a further comment read: "The whole chilling out in a dirty crapper is disgusting, but I want to keep all of them. They will be my little froggy babies!"

The animals appear to be American tree frogs – which are native to central and southeastern regions of the United States.

27-year-old Star Trek actor Anton Yelchin has died after a freak accident outside LA home this weekend.

Friends of the actor became concerned when he didn’t make it to planned rehearsals on Sunday morning and it was later revealed Anton had been killed in an accident involving his own car.

It was reported by TMZ that the Alpha Dog actor was found pinned between his car and a brick mailbox pillar which was attached to a security gate.

The car was reportedly still running when Anton was found and although it is still not clear why the actor got out of his car, foul play is not suspected.

Stars have taken to Twitter to pay tribute to the actor who is best known for his role as Chekov in the sci-fi hit.

Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Tom Hiddleston said he was “absolutely devastated” to learn of the death.

Actor Chris Evans said the actor was “thoughtful, kind, and gifted”.

While Anna Kendrick described the situation is “unreal”.

We know, we know. We lost against Belgium and it has us a little down, but this video that has surfaced on Twitter has really warmed our hearts.

In the vid, posted soon after the whistle blew in Bordeaux, a young Irish fan in a wheelchair is being led around by a group of Belgium supporters.

They're chanting behind her as she waves and smiles to the crowd of people passing her.

With so much fighting going on between football supporters over in France at the moment, it's nice to see that we can all have a good time together, no matter what country we're from.

OK, OK. So, we were all shocked with this week's news of Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston (seemingly) getting together.

There's pictures of them snogging on a rock! What more do we need.

Since the news surfaced, Calvin has been throwing little sly digs towards Taylor, such as the tweet he wrote and soon after deleted.

But his recent bout of shadiness is just too sassy.

While being papped the other day, Calvin was spotted wearing a brand spankin' new pair of Yeezy's.

Yep, Kanye West's Yeezy's.

Now, we all know the trials and tribulations of Taylor Swift and Kanye West. They really don't like each other.

And most recently, Kanye's wifey, Kim, branded Taylor as a "liar," for sprouting rumours about Kanye's new album.

Smart Calvin, smart. Let the games begin.

Ah lads, we're devestated we lost against Belgium today.

But even though everyone hails Belgium as the best team in the world, there were some seriously sketchy things going on there today.

Here, we're looking at the top 5 things that made us go WTF during today's match:

1. Shane Long's head kick

And then Belgium scored. That was a yellow card!!

2. Lukaku was playing top notch

Which was ultimately crap for us…

3. Two balls on the field

And then Hendrick getting a yellow card for kicking one.

4. Ah REF

Was it just us or did he favour Belgium?

5. We LOST 🙁

But, we'll come back fighting!

We LOST. 🙁

In the UEFA Euros 2016, Ireland played against Belgium, with kick off starting at 2pm.

The first half of the match was super frustrating for Ireland, with no score by the end of it.

At the start of the second half Belgium scored in two minutes of throw in, and then proceeded to score an additional two goals after that.

The score was Belgium 3 – 0 Ireland at full-time.

We're all really disappointed, but are eager to see the come out of our next match against Italy.

Niall Horan is taking a break from his work today to go out and support the boys in green.

The Mullingar man is feeling very patriotic donning an Ireland Jersey and I'm sure like the rest of us, he's eager to see how today's match ends.

The team are playing against Belgium, and at the moment neither teams have scored.

The One Direction star took to Instagram to show off his new Ireland jersey.

He captioned the pic: “Here we go. Cmon Ireland.

“Off to the pub to watch the boys in green. Wearing it with serious amounts of pride today.”

YES Niall! COYBIG!

Naomi Campbell just made the same mistake as Scott Disck (who knew that would ever be a sentence?!).

The superstar model took to Instagram the other day to share a pair of new runners she received.

But, she made a massive boo-boo by posting the entire email she got to tell her what to write for the caption.

LOLZ.

But then, she made another Scott Disick error and deleted the original post, only to pop it back up again without all the niceties.

We ALL know what you did, Naomi.

Ah, well. We all make mistakes, right?

She is one of our favourite members of the Gogglebox crew, and now we're going to be joining Scarlett Moffatt as she looks for loveeee.

Yep, the reality star is joining our other fave TV show, First Dates and we just can't wait to see it.

Scarlett will appear on the show for a celebrity special, and we can only imagine her no-nonsense attitude being hilarious on a first date. If anyone even tries to talk BS, Scarlett will destroy them. It's going to be so brilliant.

She'll be joined by TOWIE's Jessica Wright, Esther Rantzen, and Paralympian Will Bayley in the quest for some celeb lovin'.

There's no word on when the episode will air yet, but we all know we're in for a good one.

We. Can't. Wait.

We're obsessed about animals here in Shemazing! HQ, just look at our article about this over-weight dog.

So when we came across this story about a fox trapped in Cork, we were delighted to hear that he was given a new home – and one he chose for himself.

A family in Cork city noticed that a fox was unable to escape from their garden, and even after many attempts of leaving a ladder and food to entice him to go back out into the wild, it failed.

The family decided to call the Cork Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals who came and successfully removed the trapped fox.

The CSPCA released the fox on a beach in the countryside of Cork so it could be comfortable and get its bearings before deciding whether to go back to the city or start a new life in the country.

CSPCA worker Vincent Cashman said: "They are not a threat to humans, they are not a risk, but we encourage people not to feed them as it usually brings them back.

"They are not a problem for humans but it really is best to not go near them."

There's going to be FIREWORKS – and not the good kind.

Sophie Kasaei is reportedly set to return to the Geordie Shore house.

According to The Sun, after Charlotte Crosby quit the show three weeks ago, GS bosses have apparently asked the original cast member to join back in.

Sophie was a member of the house since the show first aired and exited in season 7 after apparently using a racist slur during filming.

However, there's going to be major drama as a source told the publication that Soph is not at all happy with Gary and his treatment of Charlotte lately.

We can't wait to see how this all pans out.

The nation is going to have a brilliant view of  thePlanet Mars tonight!

Mars comes close enough for us to see every two years, however, something even greater is that tonight it will be the closest it's ever been in a decade.

Many people will flock to their local park or back garden to see the planet, as it's visible to the naked eye.

But, if you really want to make a night out of it, Astronomy Ireland is inviting people to its Dublin headquarters to see Mars through its huge telescopes.

Chairman of Astronomy Ireland, David Moore said: “Be it decades or centuries into the future, the future of mankind is in space.

“I mean some of the kids looking through telescopes, there is a good chance some of them will end up living or working on Mars.”
