A man named Stefan Butz is selling German air for €60. We kid you not.

When we first saw this, we thought it was bonkers, but to be fair, it does sounds incredibly crazy to people like us, who have fresh air (mostly) on our doorstep.

However, for people who live in air polluted cities like China, India, South-East Asia, it could be a different story.

In the Independent, Stefan explained the idea behind his business: “[In Salina Valley] salty water evaporates by running down on brushwood stacked in gradient towers. This causes the air to smell like a fresh breeze from the seaside even though the park is many miles away from the coast.

“The saline air or Salinenluft as the product is labelled in German due to its origin. It comes in corked half litre bottles resembling a good bottle of wine or spirit. It is wrapped in a neat gift box,” said Stefan.

Well, there a go. Maybe he's not a lunatic…

Strictly Come Dancing has taken to its Twitter account to share the news that Laura Whitmore will not be dancing in this week's show.

The tweet said: "Sadly Laura @thewhitmore is suffering from an ankle injury and won’t be dancing on #Strictly tonight". 

Laura also took to Twitter to say she was devastated by the news.

Laura and her partner Giovanni Pernice were all set to dance the jive, but due to an injury sustained earlier in the week, she was advised by the medical team to rest. 

Laura and Giovanni will go straight through to next week and the show will continue with a public vote as usual tonight.

Obama has possibly been the coolest president ever.

From his sense of humour to his extraordinary wife and intelligent daughters, he was certainly a president of the people.

And one of the things we liked about him the most of his goofy dad moments.

During a trip to Benjamin Banneker Academic High School in Washington this week, Barack delighted us all by giving as the epitome dad moment.

He did an impression of Sasha and Malia on their phones.

The minute he walked into the room he said: "It is so nice to see you guys. I know you may have been waiting here a while.

"Good thing you all had your phones with you. As the father of two teenage daughters, I know the whole time you were just like, 'And then he said. Girl I couldn't believe it'." And then, he mimed a selfie.

OK, so Scarlett Johansson opening up a popcorn shop has kinda baffled us.

One; well, it's not the first thing we think of when it comes to Scarlett Jo, but also because who says, 'when I become rich and famous I want to sell popcorn!'? 

But, the blonde beauty has gone ahead and opened up a popcorn shop with her hubby in France.

Named Yummy Pop (… yep), it will serve top notch popcorn in flavours such as truffle, parmesan & sage and real Vermont cheddar. Very fancy, indeed.

The new venture is going to have a soft opening this weekend where Scarlett will even be serving popcorn to her guests.

Yummy Pop is located in Marais, and if it's a hit, Scar plans on opening up in locations all around France.

In fairness, we'd give it a go.

If you're going to be in New York over the next couple of months and you're a Taylor Swift fan, then you're going to be delighted with this.

From November 18 until February, Swifties from all around the world can visit The Taylor Swift Experience.

The museum exhibit is curated of items hand-picked by Ms Swift herself.

It includes the  Moonman from the now-infamous Kanye West incident, napkins she wrote songs on in the old days, and the array of outfits from her 1989 World Tour.

The exhibit was originally in the Grammy Museum in LA, but due to high demand had to be moved to suit a bigger audience.

Billboard claims that The Taylor Swift Experience is the most popular exhibit since the museum opened!

OK, so at this stage we're all kinda used to the Internet telling us that we've been doing basic tasks wrong our whole lives.

We think it's a matter of personality; everybody handles things in different ways. Yet, another expert has come forward to tell the world that we've all been holding cups wrong since we were babies.

Apparently, there's two separate ways to hold a cup of tea, and a cup of coffee.

"For tea, you never loop your index finger into the handle. Instead, your index finger should meet your thumb through the handle as if you were pinching, and your middle finger should support by being placed under the handle. Think ‘pinch and support!’”says Myka Meier, founder of Beaumont Etiquette.

And for coffee; “loop your index finger into the handle and keep your thumb on top of the handle. Your remaining three fingers — middle, index and pinkie — are tucked into the palm of your hand.”

Myka also notes that for both coffee and tea, the handle of your mug or cup must always remain at 3 o’clock. That way, if you have lipstick on, it will leave just one mark on your cup.

And if you think you're being posh by holding out your pinkie finger, Myka says that is a definite no-no.

She has had a difficult few weeks, and we’re sure Kim Kardashian wasn’t in the most celebratory mood for her 36th birthday yesterday – however, we bet husband Kanye’s incredible tribute brought a smile to her face.

The rapper took to Twitter to send out a five-minute-long video honouring his wife of two years, and it has reduced the internet to mush.

Created using edited footage from the Kardashian clan’s own home movies, the video focuses on Kim as a child – with her close relationship with her late father, Robert, a strong running theme.

In never-before-seen footage, Kim is seen playing ‘café’ with her siblings, modelling at a children’s fashion show, and finding a puppy under the tree on Christmas morning.

It’s clear from some of the earliest footage that three-year-old North takes after her mother, and Kim can be seen gushing over future motherhood as she attends little sister Kendall’s birth.

The video was posted to the social media platform with the simple message: “Happy birthday, babe.”

Whether you love or loathe the cult of celebrity that surrounds Kim Kardashian, we reckon you would have to have a heart of stone not to be touched by this beautiful tribute.

Happy birthday, Kim.

Yep, yesterday Troian Bellisario and Keegan Allen bid farewell to each other, and Keegan's post about his co-star on Instagram is breaking all of us.

In the past week, Perrie Edwards has come out with a lot of dirt about her break up with Zayn Malik.

She has admitted that he ended things by TEXT and that she was homeless for about a month after and had to live out of a suitcase.

However, after the Shout Out to My Ex music video came out, fans began to notice that Perrie couldn't help but throw a little sly dig in at Zayn (because, well… We all know the song is ultimately about him).

In one of the scenes, the girls are driving in the desert and they throw their exes things out of the car – and one of those things is a teddy bear.

But not any old teddy bear, nope. It looks like it's the teddy Zayn gave Perrie while they were still together.
