We experience it every single month, and yet it never gets any easier. But a company in the UK has made that time of the month a little bit easier for its female employees.

Coexist is granting females workers time off for when they have their period and the cramps are really bad.

Bex Baxtor, a director at Coexist told The Bristol Post: "As a manager of staff I have seen women really suffer with their periods and I have found them doubled over in a lot of pain.

"They feel guilty and ashamed for taking time off and often sit at their desks in silence not wanting to acknowledge it.

"It started from there and we thought we had to see what we could do about it and try and break the last great taboo. Nothing like this has been done in the UK before, we believe, and if it has, it has been very small."

Periods are a b***h, and we're totally behind this. It's said to be the first business giving this type of leave in the UK, but hopefully more and more will be open up to the idea of it.

Don't get us wrong, we LOVE McDonald's. Nothing cheers us up more than launching into a Big Mac and getting burger sauce all over our hangover clothes.

But recently the fast food chain has been making a lot of changes to its menu… And we're not sure we like the latest.

Every blogger and Instagrammer's fave sweet treat has made it into the restaurant – macarons.

Yep, the French fancy has been welcomed in South Korea and are available in chocolate, vanilla and caramel.

While we love our macarons, we're just wondering how fancy Maccy D's is going to get. Will we no longer be able to rock up in a hungover state and eat until our heart's content?

The pastries are only available overseas at the moment, but if all goes well they'll be making their way to our shores.

The creator of the much-loved soap Coronation Street has sadly passed away.

ITV revealed that the former writer of the soap died peacefully over night and was surrounded by his friends and family.

Everyone who worked with Tony through the years, including past and present actors were heartbroken on hearing the news this morning.

Tony imagined the Manchester-based soap at the age of 24 and remained a consultant on the show until the day he died.

John Whiston, Creative Director, Soaps for ITV Studios paid a moving tribute to Tony: “Amid the many and much deserved tributes to Tony Warren, surely there can be no greater tribute than that the show he created 56 years ago is still the number one show on British TV.

"Tony infused Coronation Street with his own spirit, one that was at the same time dramatic and credible, exciting and grounded, funny and humane. It is Tony's spirit that has kept the show fresh and relevant all these years and will do for years to come.

"All who are lucky enough to work on the show owe Tony a huge amount of gratitude. As do all the millions who tune into Coronation Street week after week.”

First Kanye is called out for using an illegal torrent site, and now Kim Kardashian is being sued for a car crash.

The incident took place in March 2014, where Rafael Linare's car collided with Kim's Mercedes.

According to Gossip Cop, Rafael is claiming loss of income, car repairs and medical expenses in his court documents.

The docs originally claimed that he "sustained personal injuries which caused and will continue to cause pain, discomfort, and physical disability'' to him.

Rafael is also claiming he was ''gainfully employed'' before the accident and has since been ''deprived of earnings''.

A source close to the KUWTK star said that Kim said there was "minimal" damage and she thought the driver was OK afterwards.

What happened to spring, huh? Where's the beautiful weather we're meant to have right now? Because if this morning was anything to go by, blue skies won't be coming anytime soon.

Four severe weather warnings are in place today as Storm Jake hits the country.

The most severe warning is set for "coastal fringes of the north, west and south," and there's also a snow and ice warning in Connacht, Leinster, Monaghan, Cavan and Donegal.

“It is the tenth winter storm so far this season, obviously we are into March, but it is the first storm that has a real wintry element," said Met Eireann.

“Now it is going to continue to see a core of strong gale force south-westerly winds, this morning and in fact it is very stormy out there, particularly for the west and south-west, we have had gusts of up to 72knots reported and 63knots at Shannon airport so they are well into hurricane status.”

Ladies, our favourite lawyers are going on tour!

Steven Avery's legal team (and newly discovered heart throbs) are taking to the road as part of a live justice event.

The event, called Conversation on Justice will look into "the Steven Avery case and its broader implications, as well as a discussion on the larger topic of the American criminal justice system", which might answer all the questions we've been waiting on.

Unfortunately the lads are only touring the US (but steering clear of Manitowoc County), so we'll just have to keep up to date on the latest reports coming from their road trip.

Dean and Jerry are set to answer questions live every night, so it'll be super interesting to see what comes up and what actually gets answered.

Actress Rose Byrne and her partner Bobby Cannavale welcomed their first son into the world just over a month ago, and this week Bobby showed the adorable little boy off to the world.

Taking a stroll while giving Rose a bit of time off, Bobby was seen carrying his newborn, Rocco in New York City.

The 45-year-old cradled his baby against his chest – and we just can't get over how cute Rocco is.

Daddy and son were also wearing matching outfits, giving the picturesque moment even more perfection.

Rose and Bobby have been dating for three years, and while on the Late Show, Bobby gushed about what a great mother Rose is.

"She's incredible – she's what you'd think she'd be. She's beautiful and wonderful and he's a beautiful boy."

Ah, Kanye, you just can't seem to get things right at the moment, huh? The rapper is in deep water today, and he really didn't see it coming.

The 38-year-old took to Twitter last night to share a photo of his laptop screen to show his fans he was playing Sufjan Stevens – but some eagle-eyed fans noticed something much more peculiar.

One of the tabs Kanye had opened read "Pirate Bay Torrent Xfe.." which led the viewers to believe he was illegally downloading music.

And one pretty famous DJ completely slammed him when he saw the allegations. Deadmau5 accused him of stealing the synthesiser programme which retails for nearly €200.

The DJ wrote: "What the f*** @kanyewest … Can't afford serum? D***."

But he didn't stop there. The 35-year-old music producer continued:  "Let's start a Kickstarter to help @kanyewest afford a copy of Serum.

"He needs a small loan of 200$ #prayforyeezy."

Kanye has yet to reply to the claims (but knowing him, he will soon). Saying that, we can't see this ending very well for him.

As Sunday's episode of TOWIE aired, viewers were shocked and called Gemma Collins out on her rude manner while she was on the phone to a customer.

The boutique owner then took to social media last night to slam her fans, calling them "haters," and revealing there was actually no one on the other end of the phone line.

The 35-year-old uploaded a snapshot of a positive review of her boutique in a bid to squash rumours she ran a bad shop.

She posted: "Just want to clear up … TOWIE the other night as you know it's a TV show …

"When we was filming the phone went and it was an advertising company cold caller to which I said call back in one hour …As it was NOT A CUSTOMER ….

"We have an amazing customer service ethic and haters gonna hate but truth is my shop is expanding on many levels and I love what I do customer service is key as being a car sales girl back in the day I'm sick of people trying to knock my amazing boutique which is fun friendly and excellent customer service X."

This isn't the first time Gemma has been called out on her rude attitude though. As we all know in Celebrity Big Brother, people were raged by how she acted towards other people and her TOWIE co-star James Lock also said she was "the biggest liar in Essex."

We just hope that was a cold caller and she doesn't act like a diva in real life.

Over the years there has been constant rumours about Westlife and Boyzone forming a supergroup… and now Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy are creating their own.

Boyzlife will star the two former boyband singers in a project that is funded by the Hilton hotel group.

The men will make every Westlife and Boyzone fan dreams come true as the pair are going to take to the stage to perform the biggest hits from each group.

Brian also admitted that while nothing in set in stone, he'd love the other lads to join him.

”We all had a chat, the lads. We said it would be amazing. Not even just performing together, but can you imagine the craic? he told The Sun

“Nine of us Irish lads on a tour bus together, going round the world together. It would be absolute carnage. We all get on so well so you never know.

“We would have so much fun on tour. We could end up adding more people to the next one. Right now this is about me and Keith but the door is always open.”

The lads are kicking off their tour in London on October 16 before doing 11 more gigs around Ireland.

Like many of us, this Dublin Adele fan didn't snatch up a ticket to her concert this weekend.

So, he decided to tweet the singer herself in hopes she might just see the tweet… And she DID.

Patrick, who you may remember won The Voice of Ireland last year, wrote: "I've followed @Adele since MySpace & have seen her live every time she's played in Dublin, but don't have a ticket for this weekend."

And only a few hours later, Adele replied to Patrick: "I'll sort you out my love. Can't have you missing this one x."

GAAHH. Imagine being Patrick?!

He even took to Twitter to say, "I'm afraid to go asleep in case I wake up & it was all a dream!"

We just can't get over how sound Adele is. This is a fans dream coming true.

Ten years after its TV debut, Disney Channel has announced that a new movie is in the works.

But it's not any movie, no, it's High School Musical FOUR.

MTV reports that the channel revealed the good news last night, saying that a nationwide cast search has already begun.

But don't get too excited about the original cast. Unfortunately Disney think Zac and the gang are too old for high school now but instead they plan on making it with an all-new cast (sob) and have a Romeo and Juliet/ West Side Story-type vibe.

Basically, this franchise made millions, and Disney is hoping to recreate its magic by getting their heads back in the game
