Ed Sheeran has been expanding his reach from making music to producing it too, and his latest signing has us very excited.

Taking to Twitter earlier this morning, the singer revealed the identity of his newest protegée – none other than Northern Irish musician Foy Vance.

Ed – who launched Gingerbread Man Records earlier this year – called Foy "one of my all time favourite artists and inspirations."

The Bangor-born singer is best known for his track Guiding Light, which caught Ed's attention back in 2013.

Having collaborated with Ed on various tracks – including a Guiding Light duet – Foy has supported Ed on various North American and Australian dates during his X World Tour this year. 

But the pair have been friends for over four years, after meeting at an Arthur's Day gig in Dublin back in 2011. In fact, they marked their "bromance" by getting matching tattoos of a Guiding Light lyric while touring in Pittsburgh. Cute!

The first Gingerbread Man signing, Jamie Lawson, has had something of a career makeover since being taken under Ed's wing.

Irish fans will know Jamie for his 2011 single, Wasn't Expecting That, a highly emotional song about a man looking back on many beautiful memories with his wife after she is diagnosed with cancer.

Jamie's single only ever had an Irish release, but this year it was re-launched and has since gone double platinum in Australia and New Zealand. Indeed, the video – released in August 2015 – has a whopping 6.6m views on YouTube.

It seems Ed's making something of a pattern of helping little-known indie musicians to bring their music to a larger audience. Like Foy, Jamie supported Ed on various shows during the X tour, mainly in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Not content with already holding the record for the most-liked Instagram photo of all time, Kendall Jenner did her best to take over Instagram again yesterday.

Posting a snap that appeared to show her lying backwards on a horse while stark naked, Kendall soon racked up 1.1m million likes and over 100,000 comments.

The black-and-white snap – posted with no caption – features a dark-haired model with her hands up to her chest, straddling a horse with her legs. 

So is it a sneak peek from an upcoming shoot? An out-take from the Kardashian-Jenner Christmas card?

Neither, it turns out. In fact the photo is not of Kendall at all, but of another model, Paris-based Elisa Meliani.

Taking to Instagram last night, Elisa seemed chuffed to be featured on the supermodel's social media feed. "Waouuu ! Me and my horse on Kendall IG," she wrote, posting a screenshot of Kendall's snap.

A quick flick through Elisa's photos reveals several snaps of her in various states of undress with her horse and dogs – though the exact image Kendall chose was posted over a year ago.

Back in June, Kendall broke the record previously held by her big sister Kim for the most-liked photo on Instagram.

That snap, showing the model lying on the floor with her dark hair arranged into heart shapes, currently has 3.2m likes

However going by the reaction over the last 24hours, we reckon Kendall's photo of Elisa is not far behind.

Mary-Kate Olsen and her banker fiancé Olivier Sarkozy are now husband and wife, a source confirms this morning.

The pair reportedly got married in an ultra-private ceremony in New York on Friday November 28,

Despite their celebrity status – and Mary-Kate's many contacts in the acting and fashion world – the newlyweds only shared their special day with around 50 guests including their families, a source tells Page Six.

Aside from Mary-Kate's twin Ashley and younger sister Elizabeth, no other celebrity guests have been confirmed.

The wedding took place in a "private residence" on New York's 49th Street – possibly Mary-Kate and Olivier's own €5.9m home – with guests treated to some very unusual refreshments.

Indeed, the wedding decor consisted of "bowls and bowls filled with cigarettes", and "everyone smoked the whole night," according to the insider.

For those not in the mood for smoking, there were also cocktails in a "rear garden" plus dinner for all guests. But don't expect to see your Instagram timeline littered with wedding snaps, as all guests were asked to turn in their phones at the start of the night.

Mary-Kate and Olivier, who share a townhouse in New York, got engaged back in March after almost two and a half years together. Now that they're husband and wife, Mary-Kate will also become stepmother to Olivier's two children, aged 15 and 12. 

Although they did receive some heat at the beginning of their relationship for their 17-year age gap, it seems older men are somewhat of an Olsen tradition. Ashley's currently dating director Bennett Miller who is 19 years her senior.

For anyone that dyes their hair often or regularly uses a dark colour, they know the battle of trying to remove it from the sides of their faces, their ears, their neck and sometimes even the little splashes that appear on their arms and hands. 

The skin where dye tends to fall is often quite delicate, so you will want to use the most gentle method possible.

And while a professional product designed to remove dye stains is the easiest and most effective option, we all don't have that lying around the house.

Instead, putting laundry detergent, dish soap, baby oil OR olive oil on a damp cloth and gently rubbing the skin will do the trick.

Detergent will work the fastest, but those with sensitive skin may want to avoid this and use an oil, which softens the skin and helps break up the colour. 

It will take a few minutes of rubbing to remove the dye completely, but thank god for these simple tricks, or else half of us would be going around with mud-coloured necks.

Many businesses have Instagram accounts these days, so it's not uncommon for us to use a business account AND our personal accounts.

And while this is inconvenient and time consuming, it also gives most of us heart palpitations (because what SHEmazing followers want to see our cringe-inducing selfies?!).

So, to make life easier for everyone, IG has (finally caught on) introduced a multiple account feature, which means we can now use various accounts without having to keep logging in and out. Hurrah!

So far though, the setting is only available on Android phones, so iPhone users, you may have to wait a while (sob).

Simon Cowell has been quite candid about his love for smoking, but for this year's X Factor, it's costing the judge quite a bit. 

Due to strict rules in the studio, anyone who is smoking inside has to pay a fine of £100 (€141), which means for every single smoke he takes, he has to pay that amount, costing him thousands during the series.

With the judge's tight time schedule during filming, and his love of tobacco, the 56-year-old has been forced to light-up despite it being classed as a place of work.

The severe pace of the show is said to be why the record label executive couldn't wait till after the cameras stopped rolling.

The insider explained to The Mirror: 'Simon makes no secret of the fact that he enjoys a cigarette to help him relax and obviously being on the judging panel while also running the show is very stressful."

U2 have been rocking out in Dublin all week long, with many famous faces joining the lads for a few laughs. 

Actor Matt Damon came over to see U2 play their homecoming tour gig and Colin Farrell was also seen at one of the concerts during the week.

Ireland's sweetheart Amy Huberman even made an appearance with her hubby, Brian O'Driscol. 

But last night, more celebs joined the boys for a selfie on stage. Imelda May and Panti Bliss were welcomed to the e stage and there was clearly a lot of banter among them. 

All we want to know is how can we get an invite?!

It's been an exciting few months for McDonalds with a flurry of new menu items, like the gourmet breakfast, the abundance of McNuggets and new cheesy mozzarella sticks (YUM). 

But the two new additions to the Maccy D's family have proven to be quite controversial for a few customers. 

First, McDonald's in Japan introduced Truffle Fries. Now, we know truffles are mega-expensive so it's certainly one menu item we did not see coming. 

Many fans were excited by the new addition and caused quite the commotion on Twitter:

But then there was even more commotion when customers actually tasted the Truffle Fries. And let's just say, they weren't impressed:

Then, one McDonald's in California decided to bring back a dessert item that hasn't been on the menu since 1992; the Blueberry Pie. 

Once knocked off the McD's roaster because it was too unhealthy, the fast food restaurant in SoCal brought it back for a limited time only. 

We're not too sure about the Truffle Fries, but one thing we definitely would welcome back is that delicious crusty blueberry pie. 

Let's hope it hits our shores soon!

We gush about how cute Prince George is, but pictures of Princess Charlotte have just been released – and she is just as ADORABLE as her big brother.

The photos were taken by her amateur photographer mother, Kate Middleton, at Anmer Hall, the family's Norfolk home, in early November.

At first, the photos weren't meant to hit the public but the Duchess of Cambridge was so pleased by both her work and the positive response her last photographs of Prince George and Princess Charlotte received, that she decided to release them as a way of thanking the media for letting her children grow-up out of the spotlight.

The princess, who has blue eyes and brown hair, can be seen sitting unaided in a green checked armchair and in one shot is smiling at a toy puppy. The cutest? We think so.

As George has inherited his father's looks, it's safe to say that Charlotte has taken from Kate's side.

Facts Channel recently asked a group of Irish lads and ladies over to taste the delicacies of American Thanksgiving dinner… and they were not impressed, to say the least.

They called Brussels sprouts "condensed grass" and theyhey thought the hasselback potato looked like an "armadillo." But they were particularly grossed out over the sweet potato and marshmallow casserole.

The truly-Irish sayings they come out with are brilliant though. No one else can describe like the Irish!

No wonder Lauren Goodger has slimmed down, she's meeting back up with some of her frenemies from The Only Way Is Essex!

The reality star posted a snap on Instagram of her toned down physique yesterday after there were reports of her heading back onto the TV show.

Lauren showcased her curves in a grey, body-conscious knitted dress, with the figure-hugging material clinging to her figure.

Meanwhile on Friday, the Essex girl seemed to confirm the rumours that she's making a comeback to TOWIE after sharing a selfie with the caption '#filming'.

The selfie comes after reports that she's going to appear on the reality show for a Christmas special after a three-year absence.

Lauren was one of the founding members of the reality TV series when it started back in 2010 and she has been spotted filming with current TOWIE stars this week.

The Mirror reports that Lauren will make an appearance alongside Gemma Collins and Mario Falcone, who both quit the show this year.

"Lauren went through a lot of drama on the show so it was quite a big deal for her to come back. Mario and Gemma are still friends with many of the cast so it was easy for them to slot back in," a source says.

"She's worked hard to slim down and overhaul her image since quitting the show, meaning she'll be even ballsier than before. Essex won't know what's hit it."

Certainly so, and we can't wait to find out what happens!
