Ever since her appearance stark naked in Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines video, Emily Ratajkowski has been the ultimate girl crush for women everywhere.

With her long, lean limbs and washboard abs, you'd be forgiven for thinking the 24-year-old model spends most of her day sweating up a storm in the gym. But in a new interview with the New York Times, Emily promises she's not really into fitness, and would choose a walk with friends over a gruelling gym session any day.

"I don’t have a trainer, and I don’t really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends," the American beauty says. "That’s about it. I’m just not a crazy fitness person. I’m definitely an outlier in the industry."

Of course a body like that can't all be down to the genetic lottery, and Emily says she she loves the LA clean eating lifestyle that so many of the city's residents subscribe to. "For me, it’s about feeling good about what you eat. I do love turmeric and beet juices. It’s so LA, you can’t avoid it," she explains.

And her exercise routine isn't the only thing she keeps low-key, as Emily says she hates the overdone look when it comes to make-up. "I have really big features, so a little makeup goes a long way. I would hate to look like a clown," she tells the magazine.

While her work on Blurred Lines and a subsequent role as Ben Affleck's mistress in Gone Girl have catapulted Emily to mainstream fame, she has been working in the modelling industry for years.

As well as catalogue work for Kohl's, Forever 21 and Nordstrom, Emily also did a number of nude photo shoots, most notably with photographer Tony Duran in 2011 and 2012.

At 5'7" and with curves that aren't often seen on the catwalk, the GQ cover girl says she is proud of being different.

"I want to be a model that breaks down the traditional body boundaries. You don't have to be 5'9" and an A-cup to be a successful model, and that's nice," she said in a previous interview with Into The Gloss.

This actor has opened up about his long-term struggles with drug and alcohol addiction in a video which was released yesterday on his 46th birthday.

Matthew Perry battled with addiction for a long time, including while he was working on the world famous sitcom Friends.

The 46-year-old opened up about his past saying he has "learned a lot" from his previous failures and he is now sober.

In the video he speaks about how important rehabilitation facilities are as "getting sober is a really hard thing to do".

He says breaking such an addiction is all about hope and that "you can't have a drug problem for 30 years and expect to have it solved in 28 days."

Matthew explains his own struggles saying that he is by nature an extremely private person, but by being on a TV show which had over 30 million people watching it, people were well aware of what was happening.

During the ten seasons of Friends it was clear that the actor was really struggling as his weight fluctuated a lot and looking back on it all he says "I've had a lot of ups and downs in my life."

Although he had a difficult past, he is happy that he can now use that to help others.

"The best thing about me is that if an alcohol comes up to me and says can you help me stop drinking? I can say yes."

Following the filming of Friends, Matthew went on to star in movies such as 17 Again, The Whole Nine Yards and Three To Tango.

It's something we'd more readily associate with Hollywood movies: two predators of the forest put their differences aside to strike up an unlikely – and lasting – friendship.

But it seems that, just occasionally, real-life can also imitate the big-screen.

Lassi Rautiainen is a 56-year-old Finnish photographer who regularly works in the wilds of the northern regions of his native country.

And it was there that he spotted a rather unusual sight: a male black bear and a female grey wolf who spent several hours together daily – even on occassion sharing food.

"It’s very unusual to see a bear and a wolf getting on like this," Lassi confirmed afterwards.

He spotted the animals together every night for ten nights, observing that they would usually socialise together during the hours 8pm and 4am.

"No-one can know exactly why or how the young wolf and bear became friends," Lassi furthermore reported while in conversation with Mail Online.

"I think that perhaps they were both alone and they were young and a bit unsure of how to survive alone. It seems to me that they feel safe being together, and so every evening met up for their dinner."

Mr Rautiainen added: "It is nice to share rare events in the wild that you would never expect to see."

He also explained: "When I realised that no one had observed bears and wolves living near each other and becoming friends in Europe, I concentrated more and more on getting pictures to show what can happen in nature."

A former teacher, Lassi has worked as a photographer since 1978 and has had a number of books published featuring his work.

He says that after beginning with bears, he graduated to snapping wolverines and eventually wolves.

Lassi has also liaised closely with the Finnish government, advising it on the use of bait for photography, and on a ban on bear hunting.

No stranger to an eye-catching stranger, Lauren Goodger has revealed that she intends on following in the footsteps of snap-happy Kim Kardashian.

Speaking to the Mail Online, the former TOWIE cast member has said that she is keen to start a family with boyfriend Jake McLean but she also has some other plans lined up.

Lauren wants to release a book of her selfies in the future.

OK! Magazine writes that she is eager to follow Kim K’s lead and release a selfie book:

“Kim Kardashian did it in the US and being the selfie queen of the UK, we need a British equivalent.”

Lauren is certainly a pro at selfie taking as she posts almost daily shots of herself to share with her 500K followers on Instagram. Just this week she used her photography skills to show off a very glam (and Kim K style) black dress with a plunging neckline.

She also is not afraid to show off those brows which are admittedly amazing, all while she was just lounging at home. That is some serious dedication to the selfie.

It also seems that as of late Lauren is also seriously dedicated to her relationship with Jake.

The pair had a bitter break up in 2013 but it looks like they’ve come a long way since those explosive rows. Lauren has spoken about how the pair have “grown up and matured.”

Had to many giggles today #love

She also added that, “Sometimes you do feel like you need a little break to realise you want to be with each other. It can be healthy. You come back and do it properly, and that’s what we’ve done.”

It doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing any wedding selfies from Lauren any time soon though as she noted:

“Our plan is still to have kids first and then think about the wedding,” Lauren explained that she thinks it is a bit “old fashioned” to think you have to be married before starting a family.

Earlier this month Irish actor Pierce Brosnan hit the headlines after he was stopped at a Vermont airport with his 14-year-old son for allegedly trying to bring a hunting knife on board a plane. Now though, he's setting the record straight and says the facts were sensationalised.

The GoldenEye star was taken aside at Burlington International Airport when the blade showed up during a routine baggage scan. Eyewitnesses said Pierce seemed “furious” when questioned about the knife, which was supposedly five inches when folded but ten inches when extended.

However, speaking to news show Extra this week, Pierce clarified that the knife was simply part of his painting kit, and it wasn't as big as the papers were reporting.

""' of a knife,” Pierce said at the premiere of his new film No Escape in Los Angeles on Monday. "I'm a painter. I'm an artist, so I had my pencils. The knife just went into the bag, you want to keep your pencils sharpened."

Pierce was questioned twice by officials before finally being allowed to proceed through security and board his flight to Detroit.

At the time of the incident, the actor was apparently overheard saying to his son "I can’t believe they’re doing this."

Speaking on Monday night though, the Louth-born star didn't seem too fazed by the whole affair, laughing it off with reporters and posing with sons, Sean, 31, Dylan, 18, and Paris, 14.

Pierce stars alongside Lake Bell and Owen Wilson in No Escape, the story of an American couple trying escape Asia in a time of political unrest.

We all have those days when you feel ravenous again by 11am, despite having eaten a full breakfast two hours before. But if those unexplained hunger pangs or cravings are happening on a regular basis, it could be time to re-evaluate your diet and routine.

Hunger levels are not just linked to how much you're eating. They're also linked to the kinds of food you choose, if you're drinking enough water, how you're feeling mentally and countless other things.

Here are a few of the reasons you might be feeling hungry even with a belly full of food.

1. You're dehydrated
Lack of H2O is one of the main causes of unexplained 'hunger' pangs. When we're dehydrated, our hypothalmus – the part of the brain that regulates appetite and thirst – can get confused, meaning our need for water is processed as a need for food. Next time you feel hungry even after eating, try drinking some water and waiting 15-20 minutes. You may find the feeling passes.

2. You’re not sleeping enough
A bad night’s sleep or a complete lack of sleep can leave us feeling foggy and fatigued. As a result our body craves sugar as a quick energy boost. Work towards getting 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep a night, but if that’s not possible at least have non-sugary snack alternatives on hand for emergencies.

3. You need more protein in your diet
Protein-packed food like lean meat, eggs and whole grains are not just important for energy and muscle repair. They also help to balance blood sugar levels, keep us feeling full and satisfied, and require more energy to digest than fat or carbohydrates. So swap tomorrow morning’s slice of toast for an omelette packed with yummy veg.

4. You need more healthy fats, too
Dieters tend to balk at the very mention of “fat” but some level of fat is needed for a balanced diet. Look for heart-healthy options like avocado, nuts, seeds and oils to improve energy levels and leave you feeling more satisfied after eating.

5. You skip breakfast
Even those of us with the best intentions can end up accidentally skipping breakfast simply because our morning is too busy to even think about stopping. Skipping meals can cause an increase in the production of ghrelin, the hormone that controls appetite. In short, if you skip breakfast, you’re more likely to overeat at lunch. Aim to eat something within an hour of waking up, even if that means prepping the night before.

Well now, let this be a lesson to anyone who dares to suggest Daniel O’Donnell is anything other than a national treasure.

Daniel’s performance at the Rose of Tralee was exactly what his fans have come to know and love about him. Except perhaps for a few interesting dance moves.

Ocean FM presenter Niall Delaney made the epic mistake of suggesting that during his recent Rose of Tralee performance, Daniel may have been singing out of tune.

Angry fans were quick to call in and debate the topic with the presenter on his North West Today radio show.

There was one particular caller however who put Niall in his place very quickly.

Ita was not impressed by the insinuation that Daniel was to blame for any less-than stellar performances and insisted that Niall apologise.

As a singer herself she wanted to know how Niall could accuse Daniel of an out of tune performance if he had no experience in the field. When she asked Niall how many times he had performed live and Niall said it “doesn’t make a difference”, Ita was very nearly fuming.

A friend of Daniel since he was 11 years of age, apparently, Ita was not going to take this lightly.

"I’m not your average people who ring you up," she informed Niall before shutting down his interruption, “When I’m talking- you listen!” We are listening Ita, trust us.

And we thought the One Direction fans were passionate…

In three weeks' time, Queen Elizabeth II will become Britain's longest serving monarch – overtaking her great-great grandmother, Queen Victoria.

As of right now, she's been on the throne for an incredible 63 years 192 days: Victoria's record currently stands at 63 years 216 days.

To mark the historical occasion, a new book has been released, The Queen's Speech; a biography which reveals intimate detail of Elizabeth's life – including her sometimes tumultuous relationships with 'the in-laws'.

And while much of the publication deals with the likes of Princess Diana – and the Queen's apparent regular disdain for her – the insight into the royal's relationship with the Duchess Of Cambridge is equally fascinating.

It has been rumoured in the past that the monarch has been judgemental of Princess Kate's 'normal' upbringing and middle class (although also rather privileged) roots.

However, The Queen's Speech dismisses this almost entirely.

In fact, it seems that Elizabeth and Kate get on extraordinarily well – with the former viewing the latter's marriage to her grandson as being much akin to her own long-standing and happy union with the Duke Of Edinburgh.

As for Kate's lack of 'blue blood,' it seems that Elizabeth is entirely unconcerned; indeed, her own mother, Elizabeth Bowes, was one of ten children born into a line of lesser, Scottish nobility.

“She thoroughly approves of the Duchess Of Cambridge and doesn’t give a fig for her being from an ordinary, middle-class background,” the book’s author Ingrid Seward writes.

“She has high hopes that the Cambridges’ marriage will be as successful as her own.”

Ms Seward even goes so far as to claim the Queen greatly admires Kate for how well she is handling her transition to life as a princess.

“The Middletons and the Windsors might seem at first glance to be worlds apart,” she writes. “Kate certainly shows no sign of adopting the horsey, doggy lifestyle beloved of her grandmother-in-law.

“But the Queen admires how well Kate has embraced royal life, combining it cheerfully with duty and motherhood. Nothing could matter more.”

We just a handle on strobing, but now for the next phase in contouring madness, we think we might need a much more steady hand.

This new method may or may not require you to have an art portfolio, but it definitely looks like the work of some people with serious skills.

A makeup/henna artist from Pakistan, Sahur Sleim has changed the game for everyone at this point with her incredibly intricate henna patterns used to map her face for highlighting and contouring.

Usually, henna dye is made from the natural dye that comes from a Henna tree. Instead Sahur uses foundation and concealer with a super thin paint brush. She uses her usual make up sponge to blend the patterns together to get some incredible definition.

"Face painting, henna and makeup have always been dear to me and I saw an opportunity to tie them together and grabbed it instantly," she wrote in an Instagram post.

Her account is currently of major interest after Huda Kattan, a Dubai based blogger, reposted her images to share Sahur’s henna contour with her 6 million followers.

Sahur talked to Marie Claire about the process and how she came up with the technique. She said that when she was practising the clown contouring method with a friend, the idea came to her.

“I practice henna and I have a pretty good understanding of patterns and how to pair them so they look fluid and can fit into certain spaces and end at a certain spot,” she explains that while she has the experience, it’s mostly “intuition and practice.”

She counts Kim Kardashian’s makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic as one of her role models, along with Fyza Ali: “All the work they do, especially with contouring is so flawless.”

Amazing.

Sue Perkins had taken to her blog to post a letter that described her heartbreak and guilt following a tragic loss.

The 45-year old presenter of The Great British Bake off had penned the tribute to her dog Pickles, a beagle, when he had to be put down. The canine was suffering from cancer and Sue described the guilt she felt at “having you killed.”

Though it has been a year since Sue’s beloved pooch passed away, in recent days the letter has been circulated widely on social media.

“This is NOT a eulogy. Quite frankly Pickle, you don’t deserve one, because, as you are well aware, your behaviour from birth, right up to the end was unequivocally terrible.”

Sue wrote ‘A letter to Pickles’ in January last year and it has been viewed almost 100,000 times.

The comedienne labelled the post with a warning: “this contains graphic scenes of pet adoration.”

She described Pickles as both her best friend and protector. While it does have some light hearted moments, although no innuendos about soggy bottoms, it is also making us feel a lot of feelings.

One reader commented: "I haven't cried this much in years."

While others were able to share in Sue's grief:

“I didn’t ever believe that something as alive as you could ever succumb to something as ordinary as death… How could you be sick when you ran and jumped and played, day after day?”

Any pet owner can imagine the pain of having to let a long-time companion go and Sue manages to put it into words incredibly well.

Sue hasn’t been put off bringing a new dog into her life though. This time she says she would look into a rescue pet.

Between this and Mary Berry’s spoiler slip-up yesterday, the people of GBBO are just putting us through the emotional wringer. We need to sit down.
