This tasty recipe is proof that you can be creative with healthy treats. Not everything that’s sugarless tastes awful!

Here’s what you need:

  • 4 tbsp coconut butter
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Melt the butter in a microwavable bowl and then transfer to a blender.
  2. Add the milk and protein powder and blend until well combined
  3. Evenly distribute the mixture into a plastic-lined container and place in the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Check the fudge for hardness and when firm, remove from container by pulling on the plastic lining.
  5. Take it out of the lining and place on plate.
  6. Cut block into squares and enjoy.

It’s the ultimate teen drama crossover dream – Gossip Girl’s Queen Bee, Blair Waldorf and The OC‘s lovably awkward Seth.

Adam Brody has been snapped with a wedding ring placed securely on his finger while walking through the airport.

The photographic evidence was taken by a friend of OC fan Holly Withers, who stopped the actor and asked if he’d pose for a quick picture with her.

After posting the picture on Instagram, things kicked off when fans spotted what is clearly a wedding band on Adam’s ring finger.

This follows another picture going around in which Leighton Meester looks like she’s dressed in Hen Party attire.

News of their engagement broke in November, so we thought we’d have more time before the wedding happened, but apparently young love just couldn’t wait.

With her wedding day coming ever closer, Kim is reportedly worried that Kanye’s plans are “spinning out of control”.

Kim isn’t usually a person who favours ‘low key’ or subtle, so the fact she’s worried makes us wonder just what madness Kanye has in mind for this wedding.

An insider has said: “This will be the event of the year. Think fashion runway, stage show performance. Think Avant-garde. Think nothing like you’ve ever seen. Kanye’s saying ‘This is a concept event based on a wedding.'”

It definitely sounds like an exciting party, but is it right for a wedding?

The source says: “He’s sometimes even forgetting to involve Kim in the meetings with the wedding planner. She feels like the whole thing might be spinning out of control.”

The couple are planning to get hitched in Paris this May and it won’t just be a family affair. According to reports, Kanye has invited a large number of designers and celebrities, including Vogue‘s Anna Wintour, who allegedly snubbed Kim in the past.

Well, this definitely won’t be a wedding we’ll forget in a hurry.

Unlike women, men aren’t particularly good when it comes to details. Whether you’ve worn a pair of shoes a thousand times or not, he just won’t notice. So if he doesn’t compliment you on your new highlights, don’t hold it against him – he’s just being a man.

Here are some of the things you shouldn’t get mad about:

Shaved/unshaved pins
Unless your legs look anything like Big Foot’s, he isn’t going to notice a bit of stubble.

New shoes
As far as he’s concerned, all shoes are the same. As are bags, jeans and coats.

Cellulite
That’s far too detailed for him or any other man. They just don’t see what we do.

A new shade of lipstick
It’s almost like all your efforts of finding that new shade has gone right out the window, right? Red is red in his books.

No make-up
Don’t look so shocked, sometimes they don’t notice you have no make-up on your face. So if you’re planning to stay the night, don’t worry about taking off your paint, it really doesn’t make a difference to him.

It seems like model Kate Upton will never have wonder what it feels like to be in outer space.

For her 2014 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue feature, the 21-year-old model had a weightless experience on a plane as she bravely defied gravity.

Not sure about you, but we think that all that floating about could result in some serious vomiting issues later or at least in a few bumps and bruises.

Major health hazard in our books, but hey, each to their own right?

Either way, Kate looks amazing as usual!

Make-up is not that tricky but many (many!) ladies still manage to get it wrong.

Rather than piling any old colour onto your face, you should use a combination of subtle tones that match your colouring and enhance your beauty.

Foundation
Neutral beige is the colour to go for. Pick up one with a rose tint if you are prone to tired skin or one with a slight yellowish tinge to hide skin blotches.

Eye make-up
When using eye shadow, stick to browns and greys. If you have blue eyes go for greyish light purple hues or if you have green eyes pick a camel-beige or a mossy green.

Lip colour
Most brunettes can carry off the red lip with no problem so go as bright as you want. However, if you’re not brave enough to go for the bright red, stick to plum colours or brownish pinks.

Blusher
Rose shades look perfect on brunettes but stay clear of peach hues which can make you look older. A light bronzer also works but use it sparingly.

Don’t worry, we’ll do tips for blondes too!

Place mats are not just for sitting under your plate – they’re actually pretty handy if you want to decorate your home on the cheap.

Most of them cost less than your bus fare and come in really funky colours and designs. You can pick some up in IKEA from just €0.85, so you can go wild.

Wall art
Pick up four place mats – you can use varying colours or stick to the same ones. All you need to do is fix them to your wall in a creative design or pop them into frames for alternative wall art. The floral one (below) from IKEA would be so pretty on your wall.

Pop of colour
If you fancy a pop of colour around your house, grab a couple of fabric mats and drape them over your sofa or use as a centre piece on your table.

Mouse pad
Add colour to your work or study life by investing in a laminated place mat for under your mouse. Amazing.

Now you have no excuse not to have a fun home, even if you don’t have a huge budget.

Fancy a Tony the Tiger handbag? Or maybe a Daz bag? A pack of digestives or rich tea dangling off your favourite satchel?

We didn’t think so. Anya Hindmarch’s AW’14 collection was presented at this season’s fashion week in London and was inspired by “finding beauty in the banal”.

While we’re all for unorthodox fashion and taking risks, we can’t help but feel we could empty out the contents of a Frosties box and just carry that around with us for a cheaper and perhaps more vintage feel.

Then again, it worked for Andy Warhol and the tin of Cambell’s soup so maybe she’s onto something.

Back in the day when mobile phones first became popular there came with it a fear that people could develop cancer due to the radiation.

However, while it didn’t stop us from using them, there was always a fear, especially when your ear turned red from speaking on it for too long.

Scientists also worried about their ability to cause cancer because they emit “emit radiofrequency energy, a form of non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation, which can be absorbed by tissues closest to where the phone is held.”

However, the good news is that, after an 11-year study, scientists have found that mobile phones don’t actually cause cancer.

According to the chairman of the Mobile Telecommunications and Health Research, Professor David Coggon: “We can now be much more confident about the safety of modern telecommunications systems.”

Well that is certainly a weight lifted off our minds – we can use our mobile guilt-free.

No one knows how to celebrate quite like Rihanna and her 26th birthday celebrations prove that nothing has changed with age!

The singer posted a series of photos to her Instgram account with a caption suggesting she plans on celebrating hard tonight: “26 you better bring it bitch!!!! 48 hrs left on my quarter century! Here’s to not remembering any of them!”

The singer is obviously planning on partying for the next two days somewhere nice as she added the hashtag #cabinlife to many of her photos.

It looks like someone needs to give Kelly Osbourne a taste of her own medicine.

The Fashion Police host shared an Instagram snap of her ‘fancy’ suite pants, which, may we add, didn’t look so fancy.

She captioned the image: “Already having a #FashionNightmare I did a high kick and split my suite pants!!!! #DragRace.”

For someone who judges others based on their fashion, the 29-year-old TV presenter isn’t really doing herself any favors here.

To make matters worse, this is the second time her zip broke in the last couple of weeks.  She also had a bit of a fashion drama with her zip at the Golden Globes this year.

Oh Kelly, being on the other side of the fence isn’t a good feeling now is it?
