Anyone who says they don’t try to impress their guests with a fancy dinner is clearly telling a lie.

We’ve all gone through the stress of cleaning our homes inside out only to tell our guests to ‘ignore the mess’ – sounds very familiar if you ask us.

If you want to further impress your guests, provide these tasty finger foods:

1. Chicken Spring rolls

2. Sushi

3. Chocolate covered strawberries

They’re easy to buy in a supermarket, but remember, your guests will be more impressed if you make these yourself!

The date of Kim and Kanye much-anticipated wedding has finally been revealed!

According to reports, their Paris wedding will take place on May 24th, 2014.

Apparently the couple picked the date to coincide with a comet that is predicted to produce an amazing meteor shower – sounds about right.

Scheduled seven months after the rapper’s spectacular proposal,  this wedding will see guests flown into France, although Kim maintains it’s going to be a private affair.

“As we are going along, we realise we want it to be smaller and more intimate than people are imagining and thinking,” said the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star.

This clashes with reports that Kanye is turning the nuptials into a circus and that the guest list includes a range of famous designers and celebs.

We can’t wait to see how it all turns out!

Pros

  • You can satisfy your needs without any ‘relationship’ responsibilities.
  • You don’t have to commit to anyone.
  • It can be a fun and stress-free experience.

Cons

  • If you get attached easily, you could end up hurt.
  • Your ‘friend’ could be sleeping with other people as well.
  • Things could get awkward when out in public.

Ultimately, the decision to have a ‘no strings attached’ relationship lies with you. But remember, these relationships aren’t the safest.

In our quest for the perfect beach we found these five beauties that will leave you drooling and restless to book a flight:

Rabbit Beach, Lampedusa, Italy

The beach is surrounded by whie cliffs and blue water. You might even spot a turtle or dolphin.

Matira Beach, Bora Bora, Tahiti

This beach is a must for the sun worshipper. Spend the day hunting for balck pearls feeding sharks or simply lazing around.

Luskentyre Beach, Scotland

Australian designer brand Carla Zampetti have been under fire for recently regramming an image of Terri Biviano at Charlotte Dawson’s funeral with the caption: “Black, sleek & chic all over, #terrybiviano is snapped stylishly wearing the raven crepe jumpsuit #streetstyle”.

The designer apologised on behalf of the mistake saying: “This photo was innocently regrammed without us being aware of where it was taken … we regret any distress this may have caused.”

This isn’t the first faux-pas made by designers in relation to tragic circumstances of late.

Both Valentino and Ugg Australia were accused of using the funeral and wake of Philip Seymour Hoffman for PR reasons.

According to new research, eating a diet high in protein could be as dangerous to your health as smoking 20 a day.

The University of Southern California, who conducted the research, defined a high protein diet as being at least 20% of a person’s daily calories. The results showed that those under the age of 65 who consumed this amount of animal protein had an increased risk of developing cancer.

Study author Dr Valter Longo, Professor of Biogerontology at the USC Davis School of Gerontology said: “High levels of protein can be as bad for you as smoking. People should understand the distinction and be able to make the decision about what they eat.”

Red meat, milk, and cheese are reportedly the most harmful but fortunately, there was no evidence to suggest fish protein has any harmful effect.

Dr Longo added:  “Some proteins are better for you than others, for example plant-based proteins like beans. Vegans seem to do better in studies than those who eat animal based proteins. Red meat always comes out top as the worst and that’s probably due to its other components.”

Unfortunately, the results will put a shadow over the benefits of high-protein diets like the Paleo diet.

It would appear a newspaper printing a story of her sneezing was the last straw for Kelly Brook.

The model who is often featured in daily newspapers doing nothing but running errands is clearly sick of the media printing everyday photos of her.

She took to her Instagram account and uploaded the photo of her mid-sneeze with the caption: “Hold the front page … I sneezed.”

We can’t say we blame Kelly being angry at being snapped sneezing, but we have a feeling she’d have an issue if she wasn’t in any newspapers at all!
