TV Presenter Lorraine Keane has admitted that if she were to cheat on her husband, her first choice wouldn’t be George Clooney or Colin Farrell – it’d be Paul Rudd!

“I love him, you’d have great fun with him. I’m not a George Clooney person.”

She’d also give Leonardo Dicaprio a go, because he’s 6’4”: “Every Hollywood star is up to my shoulder and I’ve met enough of them, all the men are tiny. He’s a real man and beautiful.”

Hmm, we wonder if anyone has told her that Paul Rudd is only 5’9”? Still, his sense of humour would probably make up for what he’s lacking in stature!

These guys better be on their best behaviour if they ever run into Lorraine, as she hasn’t got any time for people with bad manners:

“Bad manners, there’s no excuse for it. People who are rude or full of themselves or think they are better than anybody else: I hate that."

“They say that often the most famous people are the most low-key… Bono is such a gentleman. He obviously has to have his stage persona and would have a big ego when he’s on stage because that’s part of the performance."

“But in real life, he actually has no ego, he’s just such a nice person. And yet you’d interview boy bands who haven’t even had a hit yet, they’ve just been formed and they’re little upstarts. You feel like saying, ‘Good luck! I hope it keeps fine for you!’ My mother always said to us, there’s always room in the world for a nice person. I believe in karma, a smile and good manners will help you through life.”

Whatever your breast size, a supportive and comfortable sports bra is essential for exercise, especially aerobics or running. When you jog or run, your boobs actually move in a figure-of-eight, not just up and down, so a regular bra just isn’t going to give you the support you need.

You don’t need to go all out on a high-tech sports bra – but you do need to put a bit of care into buying the right one for your body shape. Here are a few tips…

1. Buy the right size
Some shops only offer sports bras in basic sizes like small, medium and large. If possible, try to find one in your actual bra size, so that you’re getting a more exact fit. It’s recommended to try on more than one size however. The cups should cover each breast entirely- if there is any excess bulging, switch to the next size up.

2. Choose the best type for you
There are two main varieties of sports bra on the market: compression bras which cover both breasts together, and encapsulation bras, which have separate ‘capsules’ for each breast. Women with bigger breast sizes (C and up) should go for the latter.

3. Move around in it!
You’re not just going to be sitting around relaxing in your sports bra, so get moving in the changing room to see if it’s a comfortable fit. Jump up and down or jog on the spot to check you’re not bouncing around too much or slipping out of the bra. You shouldn’t feel any pain or pressure when moving either – if you do, the bra is not giving you enough support.

4. Look out for pesky seams
Check that there’s no seams or hooks poking into your back and sides. An irritating seam mightn’t be a problem in the shop, but you’ll be cursing your purchase when it’s chafing under your arms on a 10k run.

5. Buy more than one
Ideally, a sports bra should only be used once before being washed. We’re not all super-organised laundry queens, so if you can afford it, buy more than one and alternate them between washes. Sports bras should be washed on a cool setting or hand washed in cold water, if possible.

They say revenge is a dish best served cold – ice, ice cold if you’re going by Gwyneth Paltrow’s standards!

The star completed the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge herself, and nominated Cameron Diaz, Stella McCartney and Chris Martin to do the same.

There have been rumours that she is not one bit happy with her ex-hubby’s new love interest, Jennifer Lawrence, so perhaps she thought he could do with a cold shower!

Kesha is a crazy kid – we all know this. But was she crazy to let herself be seen without a scratch of make-up?

Nah – not at all! She looks better than ever!

The star posted her make-up free selfie yesterday, for no other reason, it seems, than to show us all that she doesn’t need to paint her face to look good. Meow, indeed.

Still – we do love Kesha’s extravagant make-up from time to time, for example, her blue lipstick was interesting:

Or the glitter all over one side of her face.

Or stripes all down her face.

Her bejeweled eyebrows looked pretty cool.

And she was quite a fan of painting a star around her eye for a while too.

Hmmm… on second thoughts, maybe she should go with the natural look more often!

Summer’s definitely coming to a close and though we might be praying for some last-minute sunshine, it’s time to embrace autumn and the great style opportunities that come with it.

The autumn/winter catwalks this year were all about more relaxed, wearable looks. Here’s some of our favourite trends for this season…

1. Mad for plaid
Tartans have come in and out of fashion time and time again, but they were all over the catwalks for this season, most notably at Tommy Hilfiger with full-on plaid dresses in heavy wool fabrics. Chloë Moretz wore this trend a little differently, rocking a Simone Rocha top with cut-out sleeves as she headed to the Jimmy Kimmell studios earlier this month:

2. Floating on air
Floaty fairytale styles are big this season – they took centre stage at Dolce & Gabanna, Alexander McQueen and Valentino, who all showcased floor length gowns in light-as-air fabrics. Go for a skirt or dress with a higher hemline for a more user-friendly take on this trend, à la Clemence Poésy. The actress wore this Chloé dress beautifully at a recent launch for the label’s new perfume:

3. High-octane metallics
Glittering metallics are a great way to work an autumn trend into your Saturday night outfit. Marc by Marc Jacobs was all over this look, and Alexa Chung showed off one of the label’s key pieces at New York Fashion Week earlier this year:

4. Whiter than white
Forget ivory or cream, stark bleached whites are where it’s at this season – if you can manage to avoid spilling red wine all over them, that is. Helmut Lang models walked the catwalk in all-white tailored trousers, fur coats and flowing sweaters. Taylor Swift had a slightly more glamourous take on the trend though, in this black and white Jonathan Simkhai dress for her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers:

5. Eye-catching embellishments
This is one trend that you can be as safe or as far-out as you like with. Wear all-over sequins or just go for some subtle panels of beading on shoulders or sleeves. Gucci models paraded down the catwalk in embellished shift dresses this season, and Keira Knightley looked every bit the glittering goddess in this Delpozo dress at an appearance in London recently:

6. Take the plunge
Low cut necklines might not be for everyone, but they are a sure way to inject some old-school glamour into your look. Donna Karan went all out with plunging necklines this season, combined with some very high hemlines, while Diane Von Furstenburg’s looks were a little more demure. Suki Waterhouse looked stunning in this Burberry Prorsum dress at Serpentine Gallery’s summer party:

Well, that was fast! Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez’ romance was nothing more than a summer fling it would appear. The couple have ended their relationship after just two months together. Some things just aren’t built to last forever!

Zac and Michelle called it quits after a huge argument in Ibiza recently, a source told Us Weekly. Apparently Zac is still smitten for Michelle but the feeling isn’t mutual. “"He's very into her… perhaps more than she's into him," said the source.

The mismatched pair got together in early July while on vacation in Italy. They were last pictured together at the beginning of August, having a little cuddle while out for a stroll on the party island. At the time, an insider said the stars had “great chemistry” and that things were “deeper than a friends with benefits situation”.

Despite her whirlwind summer, Michelle seems ready to forget about things and get back to normal. She posted a relaxed picture on Instagram earlier this week with the caption “Peace out Europe back to reality. One love.” Hmm. She doesn’t seem too heartbroken, does she?!

Wow. Rita Ora really does not want to talk about the ongoing drama between herself and ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris.

The singer, who was recently refused permission to perform her single I Will Never Let You Down at the Teen Choice Awards by Calvin himself, has shown in no uncertain terms that her relationship is not up for discussion.

An Associated Press reporter was totally blanked by Rita when he broached the subject. To be fair to Rita, she was classy and polite, but she wasted no time in getting the hell out of there.

“There’s been a lot of rumours about Calvin Harris not releasing some of your stuff,” said the interviewer, before the star made a swift exit. Watch the video below from 0:50 seconds to see the moment in all its glory:

Calvin Harris was reportedly very involved with writing and production for Rita’s new album while the couple were still together, which could explain why the album has now been pushed back to early next year.

This whole situation just keeps getting more and more awkward…

Wow. She’s the last person we’d expect to partake in something as undignified as having a bucket of ice water thrown over her head… but Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour has shocked us all.

In a gorgeous floral dress and sunnies that we assume are far too expensive to get drenched, Anna is the image of perfection… until seven buckets of water are poured on her head by various family members.

The style icon, who was originally nominated by her daughter Bee Shaffer, challenged her best buds Roger Federer and Dominic West to continue the chain. Kudos, Anna!

On a long-haul flight a couple of months ago, I was scrolling through the TV shows on offer when I came across the Holy Grail: every series of Sex and the City. Ever.

I proceeded to spend the next 12 hours in a haze of Manolo Blahniks, Cosmopolitans and never-ending brunches. It was the best flight I’ve had in a long time, even though I was seated next to someone’s cranky baby and a snoring man. I didn’t care – I had Carrie, Miranda, Samantha and Charlotte.

But even though I still laughed at the girls’ antics (and still questioned Carrie’s bizarre outfit choices), some of the plot lines just didn’t ring true for me anymore. In fact, ten years on from the show’s finale, it all seemed a little dated.

No longer is it the height of indecency to discuss sex with your friends, or to go for exactly what you want in the bedroom or at work. Many of the things that made Sex and the City so risqué are now just a part of every woman’s normal life.

HBO has since moved on to a more current viewpoint with Girls, which is certainly a more relevant show for any Millennial. There’s no high fashion, Vogue, or power suits – the Girls girl has a realistic body shape, reads Jezebel and Gawker, and drinks beer, not cocktails. It might not be a glamorous outlook on life, but it’s certainly closer to what most twenty-somethings go through every day.

Despite all of this, there is still something that draws me back to Sex and the City every time.

One thing that SATC has in spades is strong female friendships. The SATC girls were there for each other through it all – bad one-night stands, breakups, fertility problems and even cancer. Sure, there was the odd tense moment, but what female friendship doesn’t have those?

In contrast, Hannah, Marnie, Shoshanna and Jessa are always slightly detached and distant from each other, never really bothering to fight one another’s corner. I know I’d much rather subscribe to the SATC model of friendship than to say, as Hannah Hobart does, “I’m not interested in anything [my friends] have to say. That’s not the point of friendship.” Ouch.

Girls might portray life as it is lived by most 18 – 25 year olds these days, but perhaps it’s a little too close to home? I love the sharp wit and relatable role models, but when I need a pick-me-up, I’ll still turn to Carrie and co.

In a pretty mysterious move, Karen Millen have released a teaser trailer to show off the star of their autumn/winter 2014 range… but all we get to see is the back of her head.

The stunning red hair might be a clue but KM are keeping tight-lipped for now. Watch the video for yourself above – it's got some gorgeous shots of East London. Maybe you'll have better luck guessing than we did!

By sharing the video on Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #KMTHEJOURNEY between now and Friday afternoon, you could also bag yourself a piece from the label's new season collection. We've definitely got our eye on a few things!

Recently, a video of a family trying their damnedest to get a huge sofa into a tiny car went viral…if not, then here it is again!

Everyone remember that amazing episode where Ross is trying to get his new couch into his apartment but can’t seem to get it up the stairs. Rachel and Chandler come to help but Ross gets a little upset, constantly roars “PIVOT” at them. Here's a reminder of the classic moment:

Like we said, a classic.

So, what happens when you combine the two? Well, this:

Paul Rudd isn’t your typical superhero, but then we suppose ‘Ant-Man’ isn’t your typical superhero either. So it kind of fits.

When we first heard of Ant-Man, we imagined a load of ants crawling out of Paul Rudd’s sleeves and the like, but thankfully, he gets his name from his ability to make himself really, really small.

The film won’t be out until 2015, and they only began filming at the beginning of the week, but Marvel Entertainment released a photo of Paul Rudd in his role – and we have to say, he’s lookin’ well! We really like the broody stare!

Other stars that will be appearing in the film include Michael Douglas, who will play Dr. Hank Pym, and John Slattery who will reprise his role of Howard Stark from Iron Man 2.

Our favourite thing about all these comic books being made into movies is the crossover between characters! We can’t wait!
