It’s inevitable that if you’re in a long-term relationship, the two of you will one day decide to move in together.

Whether you took the leap years ago or whether it’s still years down the line, here are a few things you can rely on to happen…

1. You learn how much of a mammy’s boy he is
The Irish Mammy is a plague to girlfriends everywhere. She’s been doing his washing and cleaning his room for years without complaint – those are some pretty big shoes for you to fill. If you’re smart you’ll curb this at the start by dividing up chores between you!

2. You actually have to cook sometimes now
Gone are the days when a bowl of Frosties could pass for dinner. Now that you’re co-habiting, you feel the need to make SOME sort of effort with food for the both of you. Pasta seven days a week it is, so.

3. It’s impossible to get out of bed in the mornings these days
So. Cozy. Having another person in your bed every night really bumps up the comfiness factor, meaning you’ll feel the need to push snooze at least twice per morning, just for some extra cuddle time.

4. Farting becomes a normality
Even if you still daintily hold yours in, you’ll become intimately acquainted with the different types of farts your man can produce. And he’ll take extreme joy in wafting them towards you just to see you squirm. Eeeeew!

5. One of you will steal the other’s razor
Either you’ll rob his Mach 3 to get super- smooth legs, or he’ll sneakily use your pretty pink Venus razor when he’s run out. Either way, no blade is safe.

6. The two of you will develop your own little quirks together
If someone else heard the two of you chatting away at home, they’d probably have no idea what you were on about. In-jokes, nicknames, silly words and made-up songs – stuff gets pretty weird when you’re living in the same house

7. You’ll stop caring that he's seen you at your worst
All it takes is for one or both of you to get diarrhoea/a vomiting bug/a manky cold to realise that it’s not the worst thing in the world to get sick in front of your partner. In fact, you’re eternally grateful for the fact that he rubbed your back as you heaved into the toilet bowl and didn’t complain about cleaning up. That’s love!

8. You’ll learn that compromise is key
Maybe he has his own routine for washing the dishes (soak for four days before cleaning) or maybe you’re both bed-hoggers who enjoy sleeping diagonally across the mattress. It takes time to get used to living with someone else – but don’t worry, you’ll sort things out soon enough!

Kanye West showed his sweeter side in New Orleans this weekend when he gave a group of women on a hen night an amazing surprise.

While celebrating Siobhan DePietro’s upcoming wedding, the group of girls spotted Kanye having dinner at another table. Wanting to show that they were big fans but not wanting to intrude, the group asked the waiter to send the table a bottle of wine from them.

To their amazement, the waiter returned with champagne for the whole party, compliments of Kanye himself!

“The waiter brought it over and said the champagne was compliments of Mr. West and his party," said Jess Kingsbery, part of the hen party. "It was so crazy; we could not get over it.”

To make things even better, Kanye joined the party and chatted to the girls while posing for photographs.

Kanye even gave some advice on the upcoming wedding, telling everyone that “Married life is great!”

It was such a fun surprise," Jess said. "He was very, very nice. It was the best night of our lives."

If you've ever felt that your café experience would be greatly improved with the addition of cute and cuddly animals, well, your prayers have been answered.

Ireland is following in the footsteps of London, Vienna and Amsterdam with it's very own cat café – where guests will be able to enjoy their tea and coffee while playing with all manner of feline friends.

Crazy Cats Café launched its Facebook page last month with plans to open for real next year. Creator Georgina O'Neill is currently on the hunt for prospective sites in the Lucan area of Dublin.

Georgina says she got the idea when her brother returned from Japan with pictures of a similar café he'd seen there. She hopes to source kitties from a cat charity, which will in turn receive some of the profits from the business.

The world's first cat café opened in Taiwan in 1998 and the idea soon spread to Japan (of course). Since then, they've popped up in loads of other cities worldwide.

The Crazy Cat Café definitely won't be short-staffed anyway – Georgina's already received around 70 CV's.

You may remember Jimmy Fallon's sketch of teenage girls who think everything is gross and 'ew' from when Taylor Swift appeared in it.

Now however, it just got taken to a whole new level.

Starring Jimmy and will.i.am as gossipy teens Sara and mir.i.am, you will have to watch this rap song several times just to make sure it isn't a weird hallucination.

Ew.

In a highly dubious study conducted by Mr Kipling for National Cake Week, it was found that 16% of women (and 9% of men) would pick a slice of their favourite cake over ever having sex again.

These people either have really bad sex lives or an incredible recipe for cake.

The same study found that a quarter of people would give up wine, Facebook or Twitter for a slice of cake, and 13% would abandon their phone or their favourite TV show.

Mr Kipling also found that people use cake for nefarious purposes. One in eight of us have brought cake into the office just to get on the boss’ good side, and 11% of men have tried to win a girl's heart with cake.

If you did that survey about chocolate, it would go up to 100%.

A spokesperson for Mr Kipling said that “cake is one of the things the nation simply cannot live without, even if it’s just a little treat every now and then.”

Well they obviously have no ulterior motive in finding that cake is more important than life, so lets just take this study at face value.

There was huge excitement in the world of Harry Potter yesterday as J.K. Rowling took to Twitter with a cryptic message.

The buzz started when the author posted an update on Sunday after a brief absence from social media, mentioning that not only was she busy finishing the screenplay for the HP spin-off, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, but was also "working on a novel":

When a fan got excited about what the unnamed new book could be, the best-selling writer responded…

…And then began taking things further with an even MORE cryptic message:

Why are you teasing us?!

As no-one has solved the riddle yet, speculation is of course rife that it's a teaser for a new Harry Potter book. Avid fans have found the words "Newt Scamander," "New York" and "History" in the puzzling message, which has been re-tweeted over 7,000 times.

Much as we hope that it is indeed a sign of exciting things to come, we reckon Ms. Rowling just felt like flexing her anagramming muscles with some fun riddles! Also, Newt Scamander just so happens to be the fictional author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, so it could all just be a very complex plug for the new film. Booo!

Since finishing the Harry Potter series back in 2007, the celebrity author has branched out from fantasy writing, publishing three books for an older audience – two of which have been under the pen name of Robert Galbraith.

It was revealed last month that actress Sarah Hyland had applied for a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Matthew Prokop.

In her application she stated that he had threatened her and abused her, both physically and verbally, on a number of occasions. The couple were together for nearly five year before splitting up in late August.

Sarah's now been granted a three-year restraining order against her ex, with all the conditions she requested. Matthew must stay 100 yards away from Sarah at all times and must not approach her house or her place of work. He is also not permitted to own a gun or to threaten or attack her dog Barkley in any way.

After Matthew's recent stint in rehab, it was reported that the director of the facility suggested the possibility of a restraining order to Sarah. The actress' lawyer said in an interview that "the documents filed speak for themselves."

Sarah has been quiet about her break-up controversy on social media, with no mention of it so far. Matthew has stayed silent on both Instagram and Twitter since mid-August, though his profile picture still shows himself and Sarah together.

We hope Sarah can come out the other end of this and move on!

Kendra Wilkinson's marriage has been under scrutiny lately, with news emerging earlier this year that her husband may have cheated on her with transsexual model Ava Sabrina.

The reality star has previously spoken the pain of finding out about the rumours, which led her to flush her rings down the toilet and kick husband Hank Baskett out of their home.

Although Hank denied the allegations, it's reported that pictures were later published of his car parked outside the model's house.

Now though, Kendra may be taking Hank back. In a recent interview she said there's no evidence that her husband had an affair. "Initially, I believed everything that was said," she admitted.

"They claim that there’s a polygraph out there, they claim that there’s proof out there that my husband cheated on me. But as time went on, four months later, if you really look at it, there really is no proof."

The Girls of the Playboy Mansion star added that she acted too quickly back when she first heard the news, just weeks after giving birth to her second child with Hank. "I was going crazy. I went ballistic. I wanted to make all these rash decisions. I wanted to divorce him. I wanted to go out and be single again. I didn't know what to do. I wanted to end it fast."

Despite the rumours, Kendra feels her husband deserves another chance. "I don't want to be stupid. But I know Hank loves me. But at the end of the day, I have to take things one step at a time and really figure things out… I wouldn’t say we're 'back together'. We're still married, cause we’re not divorced. But, we're at a place where we can talk right now."
