We all know working is a pain in the bum but did you know it could actually be slowly killing you – yes, we are going for the dramatics here!

It’s ruining your eyesight
If you spend a good portion of your day looking at a computer screen it could leave you with computer-vision syndrome. If you are ending your day with headaches, dry eyes and blurred vision you need to get away from the computer every hour.

It’s causing you to be stressed
Work is definitely the worst culprit for bringing stress into your life. To combat it, try not to bring work home and if your workload is getting too heavy, say something.

It’s breaking your back
You know that pain in the lower part of your back? Well, you can blame it on your job. Whether you sit all day or stand you are bound to be causing your back some damage. To beat it, make sure you have correct posture and alternate between standing and sitting.

It spreads germs
With the increase in workload, less and less people staying at home even if they are sick. This means the person sitting in the corner coughing and sneezing over everything is just spreading their germs around – you might want to bring a hand sanitizer with you tomorrow.

While his personal life may be the picture of perfection, it seems the same can’t be said for Kanye West’s career!

Kanye returned to the Bonnaroo festival for the first time in six years this weekend, after he was blacklisted from the event following an incident in which he was six hours late on-stage back in 2008.

The Tennessee festival-goers were not impressed with Kanye’s very-Kanye-like speech in which he praised his own hard work and dedication. No surprise there then!

The rapper also reportedly made a dig at singer Bruno Mars when he said during his rant: “What’s the new sh** out? What’s the news sh** out with the most commercials at the Super Bowl? Let’s just stop the music and play a Bruno Mars song right now, how about that?”

However, despite many people being annoyed by his performance, many more were blown away and Twitter was alight with the debate on Kanye’s Bonnaroo festival appearance.

One thing is for sure, he knows how to get people talking!

If you’re having a party or a barbecue this summer and you really want to impress your friends with your creative abilities, why not make your own edible flower ice cubes? They look really pretty and you friends will be really impressed!

Here’s how to do it:

  1. First thing’s first – get some edible flowers. You can find these in your local garden centre, herb shop or online.
  2. Fill an ice tray half way with water, place the flowers inside and put in the freezer
  3. Once frozen, fill the remaining space with water and freeze again.

Voila! You’ve got some ridiculously pretty ice cubes. The perfect addition to any summer party!

One Direction’s Niall Horan is said to be dating Irish model, Thalia Heffernan.

The cute couple are said to have shared a kiss when Niall was in Ireland last month, and they are now trying to find the time to see each other.

Both Niall and Thalia have demanding work schedules, but a source has said that Niall is very fond of the model: “Niall is pretty taken with her. They are still in touch and get on really well.”

Niall had previously been dating Victoria’s Secret model, Barbara Palvin and Zoe Whelan.

The 19-year-old beauty spoke about Niall previously, saying they were “mates,” but it looks as if things have gotten more serious than that since!

Despite being seen as one of the biggest models out there, Miranda Kerr has insisted that she’s not a full-time one.

Miranda entered the fashion world at the age of 14 but admitted recently that it wasn’t her primary goal.

“From my first photoshoot at 14, I never saw myself as a model. If someone asks me what I do, I say, ‘I have my own skincare line.’ I don’t define myself as a model.”

Even though she doesn’t define herself as full-time one, she admits that she does like modelling itself.

“I like being able to find different aspects of myself and expressing them through a picture. It’s fun. I might as well do it while I can. It’s not going to last forever.”

Miranda isn’t the only model to insist that she’s not a full-time model, as Karlie Kloss came out recently saying she sees herself more as an athlete rather than a model.

“I think that’s why I treat myself more as an athlete than just a model. But I’m not a professional athlete, I’m not a professional dancer, I’m not a professional anything; I have never considered modeling an actual job title. I have yet to determine what my job actually is but, yeah, modeling is a fun and funny gig.”

Well however they like to define each other, they seem like full-time models to us.

The summer has finally arrived and what better way to keep cool for the heat wave ahead, than with this delicious Piña Colada recipe.

What you’ll need:

  • 120ml pineapple juice or a whole pineapple
  • 60ml white rum
  • 60ml coconut cream
  • 1 banana
  • wedge of pineapple (optional)

What you’ll need to do:                                      

  1. Chop bananas into small pieces and if you’re using pineapple juice, skip to step three.
  2. If you’re using an actual pineapple, cut off the top, peel the skin and chop into pieces.
  3. Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour into a tall glass and if you have some leftover pineapple pieces, garnish with a wedge.

Rory McIlroy hasn’t had the best of luck in love lately, after splitting with his fiancé Caroline Wozniacki days after posting out the invitations to his wedding. However, the same can’t be said for his ex Holly Sweeney who has revealed that she is six months pregnant with her boyfriend Jeff Mason.

Holly and Rory broke up after six years together, and days later it was revealed that he had hooked up with Caroline Wozniacki.

At the time Holly was understandably upset, saying:

“I always suspected he had a thing for her. He’s always been a big fan of tennis. When he was watching the women’s games he always said he fancied her but I didn’t take it that seriously – little did I know.

“It was Rory that ran away with Caroline – not the other way around – so I guess I blame Rory, or both of them if I’m totally honest.”

It looks like her split with Rory is the last thing on her mind now though, congratulations Holly!

Famous actor, Bill Murray, became a viral hit last month when he decided to give one groom-to-be some hilarious advice on marriage.

But Bill decided to be part of another loved-up couple’s special moment, when he hilariously photobombed Ashley Donald and Erik Rogers’ engagement pictures.

The couple were posing for the special shots when the 63-year-old actor decided to pulled his shirt over his own head to expose his belly and of course made the couple laugh.

Ashley and Erik then invited Bill to pose in one of their engagement shots to which he happily obliged.

Photographer, Raheel Gaub said that they were “stunned” and “delighted” by the actor’s participation.

“He obliged and congratulated them and went on his way… leaving behind an extremely happy couple and this photo that will be forever remembered by this couple (and us!!!).”

Ashley and Erik will definitely remember this hilarious moment.

They’ve only been out of the game for two years, but Kian Egan is obviously missing his boy band days as he has revealed that he believes they will reunite – though it won’t be for a few years yet.

“I’d like to think I’ll be on stage again with Westlife but it definitely won’t be in the next five years.

“If it’s in the next 10 years I’d be shocked. I could be sitting in Ireland with another baby next year and I might not want to be in the industry any more.

“It’s a tough lifestyle – I might stay at home and just be dad.”

New research has revealed that you’re more likely to get an STD,  if you use a dating app to meet your sexual partners.

Researchers got this information from 7,000 gay men who attended a sexual health clinic in LA between 2011 and 2013.

It was found that 36% of these men chose dating apps as their preferred way of meeting lovers and as a result were more likely to have common STDs, than the men who used other methods of meeting people. They were 23% more likely to be infected with gonorrhoea and 35% more likely to have chlamydia – however, there was no difference in the likelihood of being infected with either HIV or syphilis.

One of the theories for this is that since technology is making the process of meeting someone much faster, you are more likely to engage in risky or anonymous encounters.
