Life just got a lot busier for Lauren Conrad.

The 29-year-old former reality star took to Instagram this week to reveal she'll be Fashion Week bound come September. Lauren's newest LC Lauren Conrad collection will debut at New York Fashion week on September 9th, with all items available to purchase online directly after the show.

Posting a picture of herself wearing a flowing white gown from the new line, Lauren wrote, "I am so excited to announce that I’ll be debuting a new @LCLaurenConrad collection at #NYFW on September 9! We have been hard at work for months and I am so excited to finally be able to tell everyone! #LCRunway."

The pieces on show at NYFW are all inspired by fantasy and wonderland, which is fitting considering that Lauren's previous two collections were based around Cinderella and Minnie Mouse themes.

This time around, expect lots of pastels, lace, tulle and florals. If you're keen to get a first look but can't quite make it to New York, panic not as the full show will be streamed live on LCRunway.com on the day.

It might be NYFW, but the LC line is very budget-friendly indeed, as is to be expected given that it's all designed and sold in partnership with US department store chain Kohl's. Prices for the Fashion Week collection will range from around €15 to €200… not bad for a runway look.

Lauren has been working with Kohl's since 2009, and the low-key line has been far more commercially successful than her high end range, The Lauren Conrad Collection, which flopped in 2008 after just two years.

We'll be looking out for Lauren's new husband William Tell and bestie Lo Bosworth and sitting proudly in the front row on September 9th…

It has been rumoured months ago during last season’s Fashion Week that Kendall Jenner was suffering at the hands of mean girl models who had gone as far as to stub a cigarette out in her drink.

At the time, the rumours were played down by Kendall herself, who assured fans that all was good and that she and all of the models were model besties. Or something like that.

Now it would seem two models have been caught in action being very shady indeed. Binx Walton and Lexi Boling both commented on a photo of Kendall on German Vogue's Instagram account from NYFW that other commenters had said was not a very good photo of the young model.

Though we think she looks great, many believed it was not one of Kendall’s finer photos and the models also seemed to think so, with Lexi tagging Binx and writing: “She’s never looked better” – a phrase that was clearly seen to be sarcastic when paired with the cry-laughing emoji.

Binx replied, saying: “that’s fuc*ed up.” Not very nice now, is it girls?

Thankfully, the two seem to have been put in their place with Ford modelling agency issuing a statement from Lexi that read: “I wasn’t thinking and made a silly comment. Kendall’s had a killer NYFW. A big congrats to her.”

No cry-laughing emoji on this one but we reckon it might be implied…

We know, we know, Haute Couture shows are the pinnacle of the fashion world – but that doesn't mean we'd actually want to wear half the stuff that is shown on the catwalks.

There are usually a few totally out-there looks each season, and this week's Haute Couture shows in Paris have definitely provided us with a few laughs.

Here are some of the more WTF looks from the catwalks over the last few days…

1. This sequin onesie from Dior
Pyjamas? Fancy dress? Night out? We can't imagine any situation in which this outfit would work…

2. This moral message from On Aura Tout Vu
We're all about stopping violence, but we're not sure a bejewelled corset-mask is the way to go about it.

3. This tree/dress from Viktor & Rolf
Looks like a dismantled wicker chair, but they CLAIM it's an outfit.

4. This beekeeper get-up from Jean Paul Gaultier
We'll take two, please.

5. This cape and pantsuit combo from Giambattista Valli
Pastel-loving granny meets Charlie's Angels.

6. This flower arrangement from Chanel
The flowers… they're EVERYWHERE.

The Fashion Week season is nearly over, with the last of the catwalk shows for spring/summer 2015 taking place in Paris later this week.

While it's always exciting to find out what trends will be on the high street next season, this year's catwalks were a treasure trove of incredible make-up inspiration too. Some were ones we'll definitely be re-creating at home, while others were just totally bizarre!

Here are a few of the looks we absolutely loved…

1. Blushing beauty
Make-up artists at Pamella Roland used lots of pink cream blusher as part of the collection's "gardens of Kyoto" theme, conjuring up visions of cherry-blossom trees in full bloom. This is a real English rose look which we really love.

2. Intense cat-eye
This is a look we reckon we could rock on a night out! For the Bibhu Mohapatra NYFW show, eyes were dusted with a golden bronze powder, and a black gel liner was used to create prominent flicks. The look was finished with a touch of white liner on the inner eye line. This is a great alternative to a standard smokey eye, as the golden colour really brightens things up.

3. Glitter goddess
Electric Picnic 2015 here we come! Make-up artist Pat McGrath went for a "cosmic rock and roll" theme with the Anna Sui models. Loose gold glitter was dusted above and below the eye line for this flirty look, with just a hit of black liner on the top lid. Easy!

4. Simple elegance
This is what we aspire to look like when we go "all natural" with our make-up, though it never quite goes to plan! A Marie Antionette theme at Alice + Olivia inspired this youthful toned-down look, with highlighter used instead of bronzer for contouring. We adore the pale pink lip gloss, too.

5. Bold warrior
Female samurai warriors were the inspiration for this hard-as-nails look at Hervé Leger. Thick arched brows and thick geometic liner make for a very intense result but it's one we'd be willing to try! Lips were kept totally minimal with some nude cream gloss.

6. The anti-smokey eye
We thought we'd never see baby pink eyeshadow again after age 14, but we have serious envy for this look! Make-up artist Katie-Jane Hughes went for a feminine twist for models on the Yoana Baraschi catwalk, with a bold white flick to really open up the eye. And can we talk about that topknot? Want!

September is the best month of the year for fashionistas –  it's when brands reveal their looks for the season ahead and upcoming trends are sussed out. The month begins with a week of catwalk shows in New York, followed by London, Milan, and now Paris.

Off the catwalk though, style bloggers and trendsetters are making their own stamp, with some amazing street style looks. Of course, they don't always get it right. Here's our pick of the best and worst outfits we've seen so far…

The ones who got it right…

1. Blue steel
This look is totally accessible and easily copied – we love the loose denim shirt. The cream and blue jeans are a great addition too – a good twist on the double denim look!

2. Summer sun
Just look at that bright yellow skirt! We wonder if this poor girl had to stand over that vent all day so the fabric was always casually billowing. Not sure we'd have that level of commitment, but we love the outfit!

3. Pinstripe perfect
This is a great smart-casual look, with some relaxed touches like a half-tucked shirt and a double cuff on those leather-look jeans. Simple, relaxed, elegant.

4. Monochromatic
We WANT that Comme des Garçons tee! It would look equally stunning with skinny jeans, if you're not in the mood to wear a giant leather skirt!

And the ones who got it VERY wrong…

1. Bad hair day
This look is baffling from top-to-toe. We understand that anything goes when you're a super slick fashion blogger, but was afro/mohawk combination really necessary?! As for the long gingham shirt… well… no.

2. Short shorts
Ah yes, I'll just team this bath mat/see-through jumper with my dad's swimming trunks, and there we have it… Stunning.

3. TMI
We love a good backless dress or top, but this is just a bit too much sideboob for comfort!

4. That Seventies Show
Wait… are flares a thing now? Does this mean we have to root out the pair we wore on non-uniform day in sixth class? Please god, no.

Chanel is the latest brand to find inspiration from the mundane task of grocery shopping and supermarkets.

Moschino did something similar with their fashion week collection, featuring a Tony the Tiger and Chocolate Digestive’s handbags. Was there a memo we missed out on?

Chanel turned Paris’ Grand Palais into a hypermarket for their fashion week yesterday – however the clothes didn’t reflect the inspiration, thankfully.

On another note, it would appear a certain Kendall Jenner is mixing with the big names as she walks Chanel’s catwalks.

Yes, Chanel! Can you get any bigger than that? Kendall has definitely proved she belongs on the runway at these recent fashion weeks.

We are glad her controversial family name hasn’t stopped her becoming a successful model.

Designer Giorgio Armani is not very happy with Vogue editor Anna Wintour at the moment.

Armani is upset following Wintour’s noted absence at his show at Milan Fashion Week. At a press release after the show, he said: “There are some who prefer to snub the Giorgio Armani show and got to Paris … She took an aeroplane, dumped Mr. Armani and went to Paris.”

The Armani show was the last major designer collection to be shown at the Milan Fashion Week which could be the reason for Wintour’s premature move to Paris.

Anna’s repersentative went on to explain her absence had nothing to do with her feelings for Armani or his designs saying that the new fashion calender was to blame: “with the fashion calendar now running for more than a month, there are some shows Anna is not able to attend.”

Between this and cereal handbags, we’re beginning to wonder about haute couture these days!

Moschino’s AW’14 show at Milan Fashion Week featured a collection inspired by popular culture , which contained well know brands such as McDonald’s, Spongebob Squarepants and Budweiser, to name a few.

The result was certainly an exciting, colourful and vibrant show we would have loved to have attended.

The collection was the first for creative director Jeremy Scott who made sure it would be one to remember.

That Spongebob outfit is kind of growing on us.

Last week, American designer Michael Kors officially became a billionaire. Yes, we said billionaire.

Customers of the brand may not be so surprised at this news however as his bags, purses and other accessories are a relatively accessible price in comparison to other designer brands. This accessible price does not come at the expense of quality either.

Michael Kors show at this year’s New York Fashion Week only furthered the designer’s popularity and brought in a multitude of famous faces such as Michael Douglas, Freida Pinto, Blake Lively and Rose Byrne.

The collection was described as “a blend of urban polish and laid-back Californian ease”.

The show featured lots of chunky knits and layers as well as sheer flowy blouses and billowing skirts.
