In a recent televised interview, Lisa Kudrow revealed that she had been subjected to misogynistic remarks while filming hit sitcom Friends.

Recalling the event while appearing on Watch What Happens Next, Lisa, who played Phoebe Buffay for ten years, explained that a guest star had obviously taken exception to her decision not to wear make-up during the show's rehearsals.

Speaking to host Andy Cohen, 53-year-old Lisa said: "I rehearsed without make-up for most of the week. And then, on show night, I'm in hair and make-up and I was told, 'Oh wow, now you're – can I say it?'"

Breaking off to check with Andy whether she should reveal the true nature of the remark, Lisa continued: "'Now you're f**kable.'

While Lisa refused to reveal who was responsible for the reprehensible comment, the actress did admit that she confided in a co-star in the aftermath.

"I told Matt LeBlanc,' Lisa laughed. 'He's like a big brother.'

And yes, we're all racking our brains as to who would have said it…

Our Friday just got a whole lot better, as we spotted a delightful new event doing the rounds on Facebook.

The Latin Quarter Gin Fest is coming to one of the most beautiful cities in the west, and we're already so excited.

Hosted in Galway's bustling, cultural and iconic Latin Quarter, the experience will be all the more "gin-joyable" thanks to the idyllic cobbled streets and river Corrib rushing by.

Held March 30 to April 2, it will be well worth the road trip. After all, when is Galway not a good idea?

Master classes and tastings, gin afternoon tea, gin trails, food and gin pairings, gin cocktails and competitions, blind tastings, new gin launches, gin experientials, along with Gins & Reels music sessions will be going on over the weekend, not to mention the multiple free workshops on offer.

"Galway is renowned as the city of festivals, so adding Gin Fest to the programme of events is another fantastic celebration for locals and visitors to the city to savour," said the Latin Quarter Commitee.

"In the past year, bars across the country have seen such a surge in the popularity and demand for gin so we want to create a festival that brings people together from the master distillers to those who enjoy drinking gin."

Forget the international springtime mini-break, Galway is going to be unreal that weekend!

And if she's not? Well, more for you.

From ceramics and sundries to wood and linen, this site has us imagining the beautifully decorated home we have yet to get our hands on.

Oh, and if you do decide to gift your mum with something from Created and Found before March 20, the good folk behind the range will throw in a surprise free gift.

It's the eternal struggle, do you click checkout on your massive ASOS spree or continue to live comfortably for the rest of the month?

Two weeks of beans on toast wont be that bad when you're wearing the latest pair of embroidered biker boots, right?

Now, the exact amount of incoming cash that should be spent on new threads is officially here, and we may need to adjust our budgets somewhat.

According to financial expert Pete Dunn at WWW, there is an exact percentage to keep your shoe spending to, and it's pretty minimal.

Of your monthly take-home, only 5 per cent should be spent on clothes, shoes and accessories.

So, if you're on the average full time work salary of €25,000 per year, then you have about €1250 annually to spend new bits from Topshop

This is an average of about €105.00 a month, so not too shabby if you just need a new pair of shoes or a few Penneys bits for a weekend break away.

Maybe we could try and stick to the 5 per cent rule for Lent and see how we get on.

But then again, we did just spot the nicest new handbag in Zara

Usually, First Dates has us cringing behind our couch cushions as a series of Irish pairs try to find love on national television, but last night, something was a little different.

Last night the show set up the ultimate culchie power couple, Lisa and Jamie, and the sparks absolutely flew.

Lisa from Waterford, a self-proclaimed flirt, was hoping to find the love of her life, and we kind of thought she might have found him in Jamie.

The pair instantly hit it off, and got chatting about all things farming.

When Jamie revealed he had more than one bull on his farm, Lisa concluded that he must deal with "fussy heifers" like herself on the regular.

We were seriously rooting for these two, so when things didn't quite work out, we were less than pleased.

John and Deborah were the second couple on the night, and not everyone was impressed with John's attitude.

From his aversion to public transport and his slightly unenthusiastic reaction to Deborah's maternal status, some Twitter users thought that he needed a reality check.

Another couple got a bit deep and philosophical on their date, as a hilarious mix up ensued when Ciarán tried to pronounce the word but simply couldn't.

Luckily his date was on hand to help him out, although some Twitter users thought that they looked more like father an son than boyfriend and boyfriend.

Sligo doorman Luke and Supermacs fan Lauren got on like a house on fire at the start, but things quickly fell apart after paying the bill.

Lauren was less than impressed when Luke asked to split the bill, as she firmly believes that "the fella" should always pay.

Oh, and he also forgot her name, leaving him with a 0 per cent chance of obtaining a second date.

So there was some awkwardness after all.

Convicted drug smuggler Michaella McCollum and her accomplice Melissa Reid, dubbed the Peru Two, are reportedly in talks to star on Big Brother.

The women gained infamy in 2013 when they were caught trying to illegally smuggle almost €2,000,000 worth of cocaine out of the country in their luggage.

“Michaella has made no secret of her dream to become a reality TV star," a source told The Sun

“She’s spent the last six months trying to build up her profile and her image – and just days ago she was even snapped on the beach in a very revealing swimming costume."

“It’s all part of her bid to get her name out there in the lead up to returning to our screens – this time on an entertainment show, not BBC News."

“Big Brother producers have been chatting to her about getting her on the next series of the show, which is a pairs theme."

With the duos theme, both Michaella and Melissa would have to agree to the show.

"They think the girls will help to stir up some excitement and chatter for the new series, as well as bring some glamour and drama.”

Apparently Michaella is more up for doing the show than Melissa, but we will just have to wait and see how this one pans out.

The pair previously appeared on Channel 4 documentary Brits Behind Bars: Cocaine Smugglers, so it wont be the first time the former smugglers are on camera.

It seems that Katy Perry is just like us when it comes to break ups.

The singer took to Instagram to showcase a brand new, post-breakup haircut after her split from Orlando Bloom, and it's a pretty dramatic change.

The songstress opted for a bleach blonde, choppy pixie cut that's giving us major Miley Cyrus vibes.

A post shared by KATY PERRY (@katyperry) on

The new 'do looks drop-dead gorgeous on the star, and proves that post-breakup hair changes aren't just for us mere mortals.

Whether Katy cried over a pint of Ben & Jerry's has yet to be revealed, but it's always a possibility. We knew she was just like us!

Not content with just debuting her new look, the singer also hopped onto Twitter to make a snappy statement abut her breakup.

"No one's a victim or a villain, get a life y'all!" she said.

"You can still be friends and love your former partners," said the star, ceraly referencing that things are amicable between herself and LOTR star Orlando.

The pair were together for just over a year, but the couple have called it quits on their relationship for the time being.

“Before rumours or falsifications get out of hand, we can confirm that Orlando and Katy are taking respectful, loving space at this time," reads a statement from both celebrities' reps, acquired by People

Hopefully the two enjoy their break and then rekindle their relationship.

No surprise here, there are three more weather warnings in effect today, and it doesn't look like the rain is set to ease off over the weekend.

Met Éireann have announced a status yellow weather warning for the entire country, with a further code yellow weather advisory warning in place.

"There will periods of heavy rain, with some severe downpours at times, especially in southwestern, western and northwestern counties with spot flooding," according to the weather monitor.

There is even a possibility of some sleet and snow at times, along with hailstones and thunderstorms.

So a bit of everything, really.

In another warning, a status yellow rainfall warning was also issued for Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare and Kerry.

There will be some very heavy downpours in these areas throughout Friday with a possibility as much as 40mm will fall in places.

"Cold and very unsettled weather will continue right over the weekend."

We won't get the barbecue out quite yet, then.

Jane Fonda has opened up about her difficult past, and revealed that she was a victim of sexual assault and rape.

The 79-year-old reflected on her history of being abused as a woman, and used her personal experiences to make a powerful statement about feminism.

The fitness guru sat down with Brie Larson for an interview in The Edit, and discussed being a survivor of sexual abuse.

"To show you the extent to which a patriarchy takes a toll on females; I've been raped, I've been sexually abused as a child and I've been fired because I wouldn't sleep with my boss and I always thought it was my fault; that I didn't do or say the right thing," she told the magazine.

"I know young girls who’ve been raped and didn’t even know it was rape. They think, 'It must have been because I said ‘no’ the wrong way.'”

Her past has played a roll in her decision to become an activist, a decision which she feels has greatly helped her hone her craft.

A post shared by GOLDENE KAMERA (@goldenekamera) on

"I think my acting improved when I became an activist — I see things from a broader perspective."

The veteran actress became an activist in her 30s in opposition to the Vietnam War, and has continued to be vocal about social and political topics for almost 50 years.

The personal revelation was shared as part of a wider discussion about feminism, activism and female empowerment.

We swooned over him in 2004 and we're swooning over him now in 2017.

Remember the actor who played Smith in Sex and the City? Well, he's probably just as hot (or hotter) since the last time you saw him.

It's been a shocking 13 years since we said goodbye to SATC, and to be honest, we kinda forgot about Jason Lee Lewis who played the character.

But, thanks to Pretty 52 who unearthed Jason's Instagram account, we can now all bask in his sexiness.

You're welcome, ladies:

It looks like the lads had a bit of craic in Dublin last night.

Busted played the Olympia in the capital and then stopped off at 37 Dawson Street to have a few whiskeys.

They shared a photo on their Twitter account and seemed quite content in the corner relaxing after playing to a sold out crowd.

A source told Goss: "It was the last night of their tour and they were in having some drinks to celebrate with their entourage.

"They came in after their gig and had a few different whiskeys in the Whiskey Bar at the back.

"It's a fairly cosy atmosphere down there but they were all in great form having the craic with their entourage."

If only we knew they were there last night!

Oh, if we could have been a fly on the wall when this happened!

Ed Sheeran has admitted to accidentally hitting Justin Bieber on the face with the golf club.

Speaking to The Guardian, Ed said that they were in Japan at the time, and he got "hammered" in a dive bar. The lads then went to a golf course where the incident happened.

"We were in Japan. We'd been out to a dive bar. He just drank water and I got hammered.

"Then we went to a golf course, and he lay on the floor and put a golf ball in his mouth and told me to hit it out of his mouth. I was like, 'f*ck, I need to aim this properly,' and I swung.

"I'd cracked Justin Bieber right in the cheek with a golf club. That was one of those 'what the f*ck' moments."

What a night out that must have been.
