If you're feeling particularly villainous, then get your applications in to Disneyland Paris, because the happiest place in the world is looking for some villians to poison apples and steal candy from babies.

Hypothetically speaking, of course.

  • Cruella de Vil, height between 5’7’’and 5’9’’ (170cm-175cm)
  • Maleficent, height between 5’9’’and 6’1’’ (175cm-185cm)
  • Gaston, height between 6’0’’ and 6’3’’ (183cm-191cm)

The humble Brunch is one of Ireland's most beloved ice creams.

That delicate, crumply coating encasing smooth vanilla and strawberry ice cream is literally all we want on a hot summer day.

Now, Brunch is teaming up with Insomnia to create what could possibly be the best frankenfood invention since the rainbow bagel.

Insomnia have recreated the delicious Brunch flavour in the new Brunch Icecap, so if a Brunch flavoured frappe sounds like your thing, then go forth and seek out your local Insomnia cafe.

The new drink is topped with a sprinkling of crumbly biscuit over a smooth vanilla and strawberry blended frappe.

Insomnia is also introducing an Oreo Ice Cap and a Caramel Latte Ice Cap, both of which join the new Brunch falvour in stores today.

We're drooling just thinking about it…

Here at SHEmazing, there's little we admire more than people who make a name for themselves in the industry they're truly passionate about.

Constantly invigorated and galvanised by entrepreneurial, innovative and trailblazing women around the country, we knew we needed to honour those who have made an impact in their chosen field at the inaugural SHEmazing HP Awards this month.

And when it comes to trailblazers in this country, they don't come much bigger or brighter than director of Inglot Ireland, Jane Swarbrigg.

So, it's no real surprise that the innovative businesswoman took home our Trailblazer of the Year Award at this month's ceremony in the Mansion House which attended by some of the country's leading entreprenuers.

The Westmeath woman's contribution to the world of beauty and cosmetics cannot be overestimated, and having launched her first store alongside her mother and brother ten years ago, Jane is now director of nine stores nationwide.

Working her way up the career ladder, Jane showed determination and vision, and after completing a PR and event management course, she worked as a visual merchandiser before opening her first Inglot store in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in 2007.

"It’s been as much an incredible journey of personal growth, as well as success in business," Jane recently said when reflecting on the last decade.

And as for her big win?

"I honestly couldn’t believe it! I was up against some incredible women like Pippa O'Connor and Marissa Carter, both of whom I have always looked up to."

"While I have the chance, I want to thank all the #inglotaddicts who voted for me – the Inglot army was out in force on this one," Jane added.

Congratulations, Jane!

Veganism may seem like a bit of a fad, enjoyed by tanned travel Instagrammers who never seem to have a problem picking a raw coconut over a slice of pepperoni pizza.

There has been quite a lot of debate over the lifestyle choice, with some feeling it truly is the best way to nourish your body, and others feeling that cutting out so many aspects of the food pyramid isn't right.

Now, a new study has shown that people who eat a plant-based diet end up slimmer than those who prefer a diet heavy in meat, eggs, dairy and animal fats.

Those who consume lots of fruit and vegetables, grains, pulses, olive oil and who enjoy potatoes (in all their glorious forms) have a significantly lower chance of becoming obese in the long run, which kind of proves what we've all known for eternity, that fruits and veggies are some of the healthiest foods out there.

The study, presented at the European Congress on Obesity, examined the nutritional data of 16,181 people who were not obese at the start of the research.

The subjects were tested on their diets, and those with diets where animal by-products were consumed were more likely to become obese than those who maintained the plant-based diet over 10 years.

'Our study suggests that plant-based diets are associated with substantially lower risk of developing obesity,' said Professor Maira Bes-Rastrollo, from the University of Navarra in Spain, who presented the study.

'This supports current recommendations to shift to diets rich in plant foods, with lower intake of animal foods.'

However, the chairman of the National Obesity Forum Tam Fry did not condone removing all forms of animal by-products from the diet.

'Clearly you shouldn't cut out unprocessed food such as fresh meat, diary or fish entirely but, as the research student suggests, keep them in check.'

'Our ancestors found cabbage and cauliflower much easier to catch than cows, and thrived on the diet.'

2017 is truly the year of musical comebacks. with the likes of Atomic Kitten, B*Witched and TLC all making new music and returning to the pop culture scene.

Now, that throwback mantra has made it's way to our TV screens, as iconic 80s TV show Dynasty is making a return.

The re-boot of the show will be made by the creators of Gossip Girl and The OC, so if it's anywhere near as good as the previously mentioned shows, we'll be all over it.

The soap focuses on the dramatic lives of some seriously glam, wealthy divas.

Nearly 30 years after the prime-time soap last aired, the show will be back on our screens this autumn.

The remake is set to have a fresh new look to appeal to current audiences, but will hopefully keep the sass and shock factor of the original show.

There has also been talk of some of the original characters appearing in the soap.

The weather has been frustratingly changeable lately, and it looks like today is set to be no exception.

Met Éireann is reporting that while today will be off to a bright and blustery start, the grey clouds are set to move in through the afternoon, bringing a risk of thundery downpours with them.

'It will be generally dry with good sunshine in many parts of the country this morning.'

'However showers will gradually develop in the west and will slowly spread eastwards.'

'Some heavy thundery downpours are likely this afternoon.'

However, there is some good news on the horizon.

'The last of the showers will die away later this evening and most of the night will be dry and clear.'

So hopefully if you're heading out tonight, you won't get drenched.

Our generation can't seem to catch a break.

The current economic climate has left many of us struggling to afford basic housing and living expenses and yet we are still criticised for being too 'entitled'.

Then again we are spending huge chunks of modest incomes on brunch – so it's own own fault, apparently.

Older generations have been quick to label millennials as careless and lazy, but as it turns out, baby boomers may actually be more entitled than their kids.

According to The Independent, a study conducted by the personal finance site bankrate.com, has revealed that millenials believe they should be financially independent by the age of 22 – a full year and a half earlier than our parents generation.

What's more, 20.5 was revealed as the age most young adults think should start paying for car, while 18.5 was seen as a good age to take responsibility for your mobile phone contract.

Sarah Berger, a columnist and analyst at bankrate.com, said: “It’s refreshing to see that millennials really do have high expectations of gaining financial independence and getting off their parents’ payroll.”

Hmm. We don't reckon this information would come as  'refreshing' to an actual milllanial.

Of course we don't want to be finanically dependent, we don't want to struggle to buy homes and we most certainly don't want to live with our parents well into out late-20s, but unfortunately that is the reality for a lot of young people today.

No wonder we spend so much time going for brunch.

The aptly named Pupp, opened on Dublin’s Clanbrassil Street last year and while the eatery offers a delicious range of savoury treats, it’s the ‘Doggy Menu’ that really peaked our interest.

You can now treat your doggy friend to a ‘Doggy Tea’ and ‘Mutt Treats’ or if you're feeling adventurous a protein packed ‘Doggy Beer’ (non-alcoholic of course).

And that’s not even the best part.

Pupp is a BYOB café.

So grab a bottle of your favourite wine and treat your pooch to a night on the town.

The restaurant will open for dinner every Wednesday to Sunday from 5:30pm – 9:30pm.

Having come to prominence last summer for their anti-engagement rings, an LA-based jewellery company is enjoyed renewed interest after the online community began discussing their creations again this week.

Reminding women that the presence of a diamond on their engagement finger has nothing to do with their self worth, Fred + Far created a self-love pinky ring which seeks to celebrate women's merits and attributes whether they're in a relationship or not.

The self-love pinky ring comes with a suggestion to 'reclaim yourself' and reminds women not to dismiss their own self-worth or fall foul to the myth that you can only be fulfilled as part of a couple.

Upon purchasing the ring, the woman is presented with a 'Pinky Promise' vow where she agrees to  honour herself, choose herself, and remember herself on a daily basis.

Taking to Instagram to share their rings and promises, women have shared their perspective on their purchase.

I'm excited to announce that I got engaged!!! . …to myself! Yet isn't it crazy that making that commitment can be the hardest one of all? . "I promise to honor myself, to choose myself, to remember myself on a daily basis." …Maybe to some of you that sounds narcissistic and unnecessary. I understand, because I probably would have thought that just a few years ago. However, for those who are like me, you understand what this means. . If you've ever hated yourself; if you've ever been unable to forgive yourself; if you've ever been convinced that you're worthless; if you've ever believed that you have no value to offer others… then you understand what a radical recommitment this is and why it's so difficult. . Maybe you're like me and have had your self-confidence, self-worth, and feeling of significance stripped from you. It's an extremely slow process of rebuilding after something like that. Often it's because we allow our own value to become so wrapped up in someone or something else that we lose ourselves in the aftermath. Maybe we make a commitment to someone else without ever having committed to ourselves first. That's why I'm excited to make this official commitment today! . Why? Because I am a daughter of God and He loves me, yet for a while now I've refused to accept that. He has forgiven me right when I repented, yet I still refused to accept that forgiveness. To me, this pinky promise is as much to my Savior as anything – to remember His love every time I see that ring on my finger. . I'm staying away from romantic relationships these days…I have a lot of work to do on myself and relearning healthy boundaries. This ring also reminds me of that. This is my time to heal, rebuild, and to learn to love and appreciate what God has done in my life. . Even on those days when you don't feel like you're worth much at all…make a commitment to treat yourself the way you'd want others to treat you. Make the commitment to love yourself again. Because only when you're kind to yourself can you truly be kind to others. . Thank you @fredandfar for this incredibly beautiful reminder! #fredandfar #selflovepinkyring

"Today I choose myself. I choose to love myself, to be patient with my body during this time of healing, and to work towards improving myself every single day— as a wife, a daughter, a friend, and a future doctor. I am a lifelong work in progress," wrote another.

The jewellery brand have been keen to acknowledge their customers' pledges, responding: "Every single word you wrote touched my heart and uplifted my soul. Thank you for joining our tribe."

"Thank you for being a beacon of love and light and honesty. Thank you for choosing yourself and allowing us to witness your commitment. Thank you for YOU."

Anyone else feeling a little fragile right now?!
