We've never seen a more talented brother and sister duo than Róisín O and Danny O'Reilly.

But, we suppose with a mum like Mary Black, they have great genes in them.

The solo artist and Corona's frontman joined together – in a barber shop of all places – to perform Fleetwood Mac's The Chain.

And they sound absolutely glorious together.

Have a listen and let us know what you think.

An email scam is doing the rounds, asking teens and young women to send on photos of themselves in bikinis.

Irish agencies, Assets and 1st Option, have both taken to social media to advise their followers that they will never scout for models in this way.

1st Option warned that the scam is targeting "children, young girls and teenagers."

As well as trying to get in contact via email, there also seems to be Snapchat accounts asking young women of the same thing.

A post shared by 1st Option MMP (@1stoptionmodels) on

"The individual is also contacting parents of young girls through websites," 1st Option's social media pages read.

"If you are approached by anyone, saying they are from 1st Option, please report them immediately.

"We have never, nor will we ever, sign up or give modeling contracts via social media or third party websites, without meeting in person first.

"We will never contact parents of children, young girls and teenagers for photographs unless they have contacted us first."

Hey guys! It's been brought to our attention by another Dublin Agency that someone has been setting up fake profiles and claiming to work for them and asking people to send pictures. Where we have gone through this several times before, this issue is becoming a common thing. If you are interested in any kind of modelling, please contact an Agency directly. Do NOT send any pictures over social media! A reputable agency will not ask you to do this. Social media gives people too easy access to contact users and unfortunately this is not always for a genuine reason. If someone asks you to send pictures, please ask what agency you work for, what's the address of the agency, a contact number and then contact the agency directly. More often than not, if they are asking you to send bikini pictures, they are not who they say they are. Please be careful and if it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't! Thank you for taking the time to read x

Assests boss, Derek Daniels, told Independent.ie that anyone who has any suspicion at all should contact the agency directly.

"People can make an appointment with reputable agencies… we hold open days. We would never ask people to send pictures via Instagram or anything else," he said.

A post on the Assest's social media pages reads: "Social media has so many benefits but unfortunately some people use it for the wrong reasons.

"A person that you may think looks completely authentic may be the complete opposite."

Be safe and beware, ladies.

No matter what your line of work, you're bound to send a few (or 50) emails every day.

Work emails can be tricky. Do I sign off everything with 'kind regards'? Is it too much to send a kiss to a colleague? Can I act casual in an after-work drinks email? It's a minefield.

Who you are and where you work can all be determining factors in deciding email etiquette, however a recent study found one of the worst things you can do.

coffee, contact, email

According to the Harvard Business Review, if you keep CC'ing your boss into an email, it can have a very negative impact.

Management Studies professor, David de Cremer, carried out research on 594 working adults to determine how CC'ing your boss into emails can affect a team's dynamic.

He said that the study "indicated that when the supervisor was copied in often, employees felt less trusted, and this feeling automatically led them to infer that the organisational culture must be low in trust overall, fostering a culture of fear and low psychological safety."

advice, advise, advisor

David noted that while keeping your boss in the loop in some situations is of importance, you need to choose wisely, as to not annoy them or make it seem as though nobody is trusted.

Just something to keep in mind…

We're bracing ourselves for the next few episodes of Pretty Little Liars, because when episode ten is out – that'll be the end.

If you're like us, then you went through secondary school and college watching the series, and now as working women, we're still holding our breaths as A (or A.D.) threatens the Liars.

But, if this interview is anything to go by, we could be in for more than another series. We could be in for a movie down the line.

The Hollywood Reporter recently spoke to Shay Mitchell, Troian Bellisario, and Sasha Pieterse, and while they said it's definitely time to end the small screen drama, they're totally open to making a movie.

"Rosewood goes on, there’s always more to say," Sasha said. "Sex And The City had two movies, so you never say never, right?" Shay added.

"It would absolutely be nice to see the PLLs again in five years, but I'll be catching up with them sooner than that. ”

And as far as the story surrounding the movie, Troian thinks some time would have to pass to see where the Liars are in later life.

“Once this mystery is done, it all depends on what the story would be. Would it just be about what they’re doing in life and if that were the case, some time would have to pass and it would be very different.”

Whatever the case, we'd love to see it.

A study recently published in Food and Chemical Toxicology found that nothing bad really happens if you have 400 or more milligrams of caffeine a day.

The researchers analysed over 700 studies done between 2001 and 2015, and all of them were surveyed to assess the negative effects that could occur from consuming large amounts of drinks and foods that contain caffeine, such as coffee, tea, and energy drinks.

The researchers assessed the effects of “coffee, tea, chocolate, cola-type beverages, energy drinks, supplements, medicines, energy shots, caffeinated chewing gum, caffeinated sport gel, and caffeinated sport bars.”

The research looked in to see whether people suffered from behavioural problems or bone issues as a result of caffeine consumption, they also investigated levels of acute toxicity from caffeine.

Ultimately, the study revealed that a person can consume up to 400 milligrams of caffeine per day and you won’t see any long-term damage done to your body, or your brain.

However, if you’re pregnant, you shouldn’t have more than 300 milligrams of caffeine per day.

The study did highlight the fact that that these studies weren’t being conducted on what would happen if you were to consume well over 400 milligrams (think; 1000mg) of caffeine a day.

Happy Coffee

Just to put the daily allowance into context for you: Starbucks grandes have 310 milligrams apiece.

So, while caffeine may be good for you in small enough doses, you may not want to down 17 espresso shots – just incase.

Know your body, and if you feel like it can take more caffeine, then go for it – but if you start getting the shakes, you should probably cool off the coffee pot.

Lisa Cannon has landed her very own TV show.

The former Xpose presenter is going back to her roots of film and drama, to host a movie talk show on 3e.

She apparently dazzled 3e bosses so much on Weekend AM, that she processed a deal for her very own show.

A post shared by LISA CANNON (@lisacannon) on

The movie buff studied theatre and drama in Trinity College before working on various film sets around Ireland.

Lisa then made her way onto Nationwide as a producer, before landing her role on Xpose.

It was a shocking turn of events when Lisa got axed from the lifestyle show last year, but it looks like she made the best out of a bad situation.

A post shared by LISA CANNON (@lisacannon) on

An insider told The Irish Mail on Sunday: "Lisa did really well on Weekend AM. She showed versatility, and that she was up for any challenge.

"She will be fronting a new movie show on 3e, which will start in the coming months."

This is apparently Lisa's "dream job," and she's "absolutely thrilled" that her show has been given the green light.

We won't ever deny the fact that we really love avocados, so when we learned of a chocolate bar that has our favourite vegetable as the main ingredient – we freaked.

The gorgeous (and world-famous) chocolate makers, Compartes Chocolatier, have created a delicious avocado chocolate – and we seriously like the sound of it.

The gourmet chocolate shop collaborated with the California Avocado Commission to create this new treat, which, according to Food & Wine, means the avocados are organic and harvested from sustainable farms.

A post shared by Sportelux (@sporteluxe) on

The bars cost $10 (€9.20) each, and while some might think this avocado chocolate recipe is going too far, we're here to tell you how wrong you are.

The recipe includes rich and delicious white chocolate, combined with fresh, lovely avocados – what's not to love?

Also, if avocado chocolate isn't your thing (we have no idea why), then we suggest you take a look at the other AMAZING flavours that Compartes have on offer.

A post shared by Compartes Chocolatier (@compartes) on

Among the chocolate bars on offer are a cookies and milk flavour, a birthday cake flavour and a crisp and chocolate combination.

Compartes are also the wonderful people behind the rosé flavoured chocolate, so we have a lot to be thankful for.

Ever pass by a creche and see toddlers having nap time? Ever wish you could be one of those?

Well, now you kinda can.

A UK-based gym is offering a class where, instead of breaking a sweat, you catch up on your sleep.

The hour-long class, which is called 'Nap-ercise', starts with stretching for 15 minutes, and then a 45 minute slot for catching up on your ZZZs.

According to Hello Giggles, the gym wrote on its website: “The frantic nature of modern life means that few of us seem to get enough sleep, and if you’re a parent, a good night’s rest becomes even more of a luxury.

"So we’re created a new group class — group napping classes for exhausted mums and dads to help boost their mental and physical wellbeing.”

We NEED this.

It seems that the fashion world's obsession with all things 90s is never ending.

The latest item to be resurrected from the sartorial graveyard might surprise you, and for any 90s kids,  it will definitely remind you of your secondary school days.

Platform school shoes were a staple for 90s teens, if you could get away with them, and they matched our chunky highlights and Backstreet Boys hoodie.

While we definitely envied our peers who were allowed don those platform, clunky heeled school shoes, there is no way our mams were letting us head off to school in any shoes higher than a sensible half inch.

This is why when we saw these platforms on Gucci's website, our inner teenager begged for them immediately.

The shoes themselves are a platform adaption of the classic Gucci loafer, but they are distinctly reminiscent of the clunky school platforms we needed in our lives in 1998, but with a majorly modern update.

A post shared by Zig Metzler (@ziggy_shoots) on

Unfortunately they are slightly out of our price range at €1,100.00. Just slightly…

Vintage shops are a hot bed of the original versions of the school shoes, so we know where we will be looking if they officially make a comeback.

Now, all we need is some roll-on body glitter and our old Spice Girls C.D…
