If you're anything like us, you've been drooling over the Victoria's Secret fashion show snaps all morning.

The VS angels are renowned for their amazing physiques and intense, hard core pre-show diet and exercise regimens.

Made In Chelsea star and model Ashley James took to Instagram last night to remind fans that, while we'd all love a model body, it's important not to compare yourself to others.

"If you're one of the many women sat at home looking at the Victoria Secret models and hating your body, then this is for you. This is my body, unedited and unfiltered," said the DJ, who posted a snap of herself in her skivvies to go with her body positive message.

"Some of you will look at me and think I look fat, whilst others might look at me and aspire to have my body. We all have different standards, but whether you're a size 6 or a size 22 there'll be parts of your body you hate."

The star encouraged her followers not to get hung up on the things that they see as flaws.

"We all look in the mirror and wish we could change things, and whilst we can all strive to eat healthier and exercise more, I'll bet that the guy/girl we fancy would rather us have the love handles (or whatever it is you hate about yourself) and be happy, than look perfect and be miserable. Beauty is confidence, not perfection," she finished.

The model, who is pals with Irish star Vogue Williams, has previously struggled with body dysmorphia.

If you've ever been on a J1 to the States, or even heard war stories from those who have, you will be well aware of the mythical Four Loko.

For those not in the know, Four Loko is a malt liquor drink which comes in a 750ml can, and has a 12% alcohol content.

It's generally considered to be absolute rocket fuel and the term "it would blow the head off you" is no exaggeration.

This life changing (or at least Saturday night changing) news comes from a new Facebook page called @FourLokoEire, who claim that the cans will be available in Ireland in 2017.

One can of fruit-flavoured fizzy drink has the alcoholic equivalent of either one bottle of wine, four cans of beer or eight (yes eight) shots of spirits.

“WE'RE BRINGING FOUR LOKO TO IRELAND. It's the truth. Get excited,” the page claims, in a post that has garnered thousands of likes.

However, there has been no word from Four Loko about the Irish launch, so whether this is the truth, a hoax, or simply a few lads hoping to import the stuff for profit is yet to be seen.

Yay! One of our favourite Irish festivals has confirmed its comeback for 2017.

Bulmers Forbidden Fruit Festival will take place on the June bank holiday of next year – which is June 3, 4 and 5.

And if you had a blast last year and want to make sure you'll be heading along in six months time, tickets are on sale on Ticketmaster already.

Early bird prices start at €99.50 for a two day weekend ticket (Saturday and Sunday) and €145.50 for a three day ticket (Saturday to Monday).

Acts are said to be announced pretty soon, but if last year is anything to go by, we'd be snapping up those tickets straight away.

See you there?

The Adulting School has just opened in Maine in the US, and we don't even know where to start with it.

With lessons such as 'how to make dental appointments' and 'how to speak to other people', it's completely crazy that people are making money from this.

According to the school's website, we are "smart and capable" adults, but have just been left astray along the way. And it's not our fault, no, it's because our "education just didn't provide us with all the skills we need (sic)."

Apparently, us Millennials just pretend that we're grown-ups and don't actually know what we're supposed to be doing with our lives.

"We know you're sick of feeling like you're pretending to be a grown-up and that someone's going to realise you don't know the sh%#t you're supposed to know," the website explains.

The "sh%#t your supposed to know" is broken down into two categories – (1) basic skills for human survival and (2) what's required to be a functioning member of society.

no adult swim i cant i cant even tim and eric awesome show great job

But don't we just learn these things along the way? The minute you turn 18 does not mean you automatically know how to 'adult'. We just pick these things up.

And let's be honest, according to this school, we're all screw ups.

But we all have days when we just don't function, or make mistakes, or just want to crawl into a hole full of blankets, and that's OK. We don't have to have our sh*t together all the time. That's exhausting.

If you want to apply to attend the school, the website offers you a quiz to find out what your 'Adult IQ' is, and it compiles of statements such as "I know how to chop, dice, julienne or mince a veggie," and "I'm great at knowing when I NEED to buy something and when I just WANT to buy it."

The only part of the school that seems in any way knowledgeable is the lessons on fiance, but apart from that, it sounds like absolute BS.

We're never going to be perfect adults all the time, and we're cool with that.

Gossip Girl is still one of those shows that we hold dear to our hearts, and many fans of the show were also fans of Lonely Boy a.k.a. Penn Badgley.

But in his most recent appearance, the actor turned musician looks nothing like his GG days.

Instead of his usual brown curly locks, Penn rocked a new blonde do and beard while playing with his band Mothxr last night at Miami's Art Basel.

We totally love his new look, but then again, it seems like he can pull of any hairstyle.

After finishing up with GG, Penn has mainly concentrated on his band, however he recently told Huffington Post that he hasn't said goodbye to acting just yet.

We're looking forward to seeing him on our TV screens again.

Growing up as Irish teenagers, many of us covered and concealed our natural freckles with foundation layered an inch thick.

However, the tide is turning for the sun speckles, with mega-models, bloggers and superstars like Kylie Jenner embracing their natural look.

Faux freckles have been a major beauty trend this year, with hundreds of tutorials springing up online instructing the freckle-less to embellish their complexions.

Most tutorials preach dotting on the freckles one by one using an eyebrow pencil, which can be painstaking work.

One entrepreneurial brand has caught onto the trend, and launched Faux Freckles

Remember the flash tattoo trend? Well these freckles work the same way, using a water activated transfer to pepper some pigmentation across your features.

However, not everyone is impressed with the finished look.

"They look like the beads from the antibacterial hand soap…" commented one Instagrammer.

"You cannot fake freckles… if they're not meant for your face then don't bother. Looks odd," said another.

"So obvious it's fake!" added another commentator, suggesting that the plaster-like shape of the transfer didn't convey an air of authenticity.

The video of the Faux Freckles has since gone viral, racking up over 1.3 million views.

While the transfers may not be well received, any excuse to embrace our pasty, freckled complexions is good enough for us.

Alanna Masterson made her return to The Walking Dead last Sunday, and the episode was based solely on her character, Tara, and her adventures since last season.

She absolutely killed the episode, doing the fight sequences and stunts herself – and that's after having a baby!

Dear Instagram trolls, body shamers, and the men and woman who think it's ok to comment on my weight: I hope that you don't have children. And if you do, I hope you teach them about kindness and acceptance. I hope they learn that it isn't ok to make fun of people or call people names. I hope one day YOU learn what it takes to be a parent. A kind, selfless parent. A working parent. A parent that puts themselves in someone else's shoes. Maybe you can't get it through your thick fucking skull, but nursing a baby for a year (and pumping in a van between takes, in the dead of summer in Georgia) is a lot of work, determination, and scheduling. So before you decide to make a comment about my chest being "too large" or how "fat" I've become, just know that this little girl got the best start to life. I wouldn't have changed it for a second. I would've gladly continued to eat enough calories to produce milk for her little bones to grow. Also, grow the fuck up. Your mother should be ashamed for raising such a judgmental bully. I'm sure she knows how "courageous" you must be for trolling and hiding behind your Iphone and computers. P.s. I would LOVE to see any man or woman give birth to a baby, nurse the baby, and then work 17 hour days and NAIL their own stunts. P.s.s. Be kind to each other. We need it now more than ever.

On The Talking Dead, the follow-up show, Alanna revealed that while she was shooting the episode, she was also breastfeeding her baby girl in the dead heat of summer.

But that didn't stop trolls from commenting on her weight.

She was heavily shamed for her appearance, but decided that she wasn't going to put up with it, and took to Instagram to write a slamming post to the body trolls.

Bella Hadid achieved a major modelling milestone by walking in her first Victoria's Secret fashion show last night.

The catch?  Part of the job involved sashaying past her ex-boyfriend The Weekend as he performed in the show.

The Starboy singer and the super model reportedly split last week due to hectic work schedules.

However, their schedules became synchronised last night at the fashion show, which will air on December 5.

"Their schedules have been too hard to coordinate and he is focusing on finishing and promoting his album" a source told People.

“They still have a great deal of love for one another and will remain friends.”

The pair began dating back in back in April 2015 when Bella agreed to pose for the Canadian musician's album artwork for the Beauty Behind The Madness.

Snapshots of their awkward runway encounter have gone viral, and the priceless moment has spawned hundreds of memes.

The model was also spotted looking at photos of her and the Canadian singer while en route to Paris to perform in the show, leading to speculation that the model was hoping to reunite with her ex.

The image also caused some speculation among fans who feel that the break may be "promo stunt" to draw attention to the VS show, as the photo was taken on board the Victoria's Secret private plane.

However, other fans have taken to Twitter to praise the pair of former flames for their performance.

Neither Bella Hadid nor the Weekend have commented on the alleged split.

Less than two months after she split with her billionaire fiancé, it looks like Mariah Carey has moved on.

The singer has been fuelling the romance rumours when she was spotted getting cosy with back-up dancer Bryan Tanaka.

But the 46-year-old has now confirmed her new relationship by putting on a very public display of affection in Hawaii on Monday.

The pair were seen messing around on the beach together, and Bryan even pulled out a few moves to impress Mariah (and the photographers).

Bryan has been touring with Mariah for years now, so it seems this romance could have been brewing for a while.

Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper made their relationship official in May, and now the world seems to think that they are expecting their first child together.

Irina walked in the VS Fashion Show in Paris last night, and while she looked stunning on the runway, people couldn't help but notice that her stomach was covered in both of her outfits.

Her first look saw her strutting down the runway in a red underwear set, along with a beaded robe which was wrapped around her.

Her second look was composed of a grey underwear set, with black thigh high boots and a trench coat, tied around her waist.

According to E! News, multiple sources have confirmed that she's soon going to be a mum and she is "so excited" about it.

If the news is true, we're delighted for them!

With Christmas FM back on the radio and the Coca-Cola ad returned to TV, the festive season is officially under way.

But while many dread this time of year for the effects it can have on one’s waistline, an abundance of chocolate, pudding and wine may well be the least of our worries.

As part of a growing annual tradition, major coffee chains like Starbucks, Costa Coffee and Caffè Nero have updated their menus to include a range of delicious but sugar laden holiday beverages.

In nutritional terms, the most offensive of these drinks contains almost 300 calories and over 50g of sugar – that’s 15 percent of the average woman’s daily calorie allowance and twice her recommended intake of the sweet stuff.

Here’s what to look out for in Starbucks, Costa and Caffè Nero this Christmas:
