It's a great thing when you find something you love and it ends up being your job.

It's what everybody wants – but unfortunately not everyone can achieve it, except for this female pilot.

Maria Pettersson is from Sweden and is a stunning Ryanair pilot.

It's clear that she loves her job and in a recent post on her blog, she said: "Once you have tasted flying you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards- if this is true, you know aviation and flying is for you."

And not only does her blog show off stunning scenes from the pilot's cockpit, but her Instagram account displays what the life of a pilot is like – and people can't get enough of it.

Full of shots from inside the plane, her work wardrobe and some of the stunning destinations she flies to, it's easy to see why she has more than 180,000 followers.

Anyone who owns a dog will know that they are loyal to the very last, whether that involves comforting you while you bawl your eyes out or ‘helping’ you with important chores like taking the bins out!

For all those who think the ‘man’s best friend’ phrase is just some tagline, the story of 14-year-old Juan Heriberto Trevino will change your mind.

According to The Dodo, Juan was out on a camping expedition in Mexico’s Sierra Madre Oriental mountain range with his summer camp group, when he fell down a ravine and injured himself while out alone gathering firewood.

With no way of making contact with his campmates or guide, the outlook seemed pretty bleak for Juan – until Max, a local Labrador, came to his aid.

Max, who lives close to the camp with his owners, had actually followed the group along their trail and was the only one to witness Juan’s accident.

In a truly amazing turn of events, Max followed Juan down the ravine and stayed with him in the wilderness for the next 44 hours.

The pair took shelter under a tree, with Max lying across the teen to keep him warm and even locating a puddle for them to drink from.

After close to two days spent in the mountains, lost and injured, a search-and-rescue party finally found Juan and airlifted him to safety.

Max has been hailed as a hero in the locality ever since, with a police spokesperson revealing just how big a role the Lab played in Juan’s survival.

“In that part of the mountain it is very easy to get lost. In addition, it’s very cold at night, as it is very high. The child was lucky to find the dog,” said the officer.

Raise your hand if this story makes you want to grab your dog, hold them tight and tell them again and again how much you love them!

Jimmy Kimmel shared a hilarious video with his viewers on his show on Wednesday night.

Britney Spears and five of her half-naked backup dancers pranked the TV host by breaking into his bedroom while he was fast asleep. 

The joke was masterminded by Jimmy's lovely wife, Molly McNearney, who let the pop princess and her squad into her home in the dead of night. 

When a disoriented Jimmy awoke from his slumber, he looked around the room to discover Britney and crew, who were gyrating. 

The brilliant prank was complete with stage lights and full-volume audio of Britney's new single "Make Me".

When it comes to Irish weddings, there's a tried-and-tested formula which most couples tend to stick to.

The ceremony itself is a sweet, but sedate affair generally accompanied by a church organist or soloist while the reception (and the days after) signal unbridled divilment.

Turning the notion that you must stick to a paint-by-numbers routine on its head, one groom decided to forego the standard wedding march, and chose instead to SING his wife-to-be up the aisle.

In a move that has really hit Facebook users in the feels today, Charlene Casey shared footage of her baby brother serenading her new sister-in-law as she made her way up the aisle.

"My little brother sang his beautiful new wife up the aisle yesterday with their friends Ryan on guitar & Jennifer on harmony," Charlene wrote. "It was the perfect start to a memorable day."

The upload has been flooded with comments from people who can't get enough of this couple's first step into married life, with one writing: "Fair play to him. Dunno how she held it together. I'm in floods and don't even know them!!"

Ladies, prepare yourselves for this one.

Whether it's tattooing or tinting, we are all in search of the perfect brows.

Australian beauty vlogger, Stephanie Lange, has gone to great lengths for fuller eyebrows, and it is mesmerising! 

Admitting that she over-plucked her brows when she was younger (guilty), Stephanie claims she has tried almost everything to get back the growth.

Trying something really unusual, Stephanie decides to cut off some of her hair and stick the strands to her brows using a semi permanent glue.

Sceptical? We understand why, but the results are CRAZY good! 

She uses eyelash glue to stick on tiny pieces of her hair to her bare brows.

Close-ups reveal that you can still see some of the glue, but from a distance they look absolutely amazing!

Earlier this summer Charlotte Crosby revealed to the world that she had suffered an ectopic pregnancy and while he has said relatively little on the subject prior to now, Charlotte’s ex Gary Beadle has finally shared his thoughts on the loss of their child.

In a new interview with the Daily Mail Australia, the reality star revealed that he spoke to Charlotte everyday on the phone after he heard the news but admitted he did not fly home from filming Ex On The Beach to be with her because her surgery had gone well.

He told the paper: “If she’d said I’m in the worst pain ever, I can’t move I’m dying, obviously I’d be on the next plane home.  But she was like I’m okay, don’t worry I’m fine.”

“Maybe I should have gone back.  It still hasn’t kicked in. I was like s***, if it hadn't happened I would have a kid.  Obviously I was devastated.”

“I would have loved [to have had a child with Charlotte], I can’t really say now what would have been or what would have happened.”

In the interview Gaz said he and Charlotte were not in an official relationship when he heard the news and claimed that until that point he did not know Charlotte was pregnant. 

He stated the pair had agreed to keep the news to themselves and admitted he was upset when Charlotte decided to go public with her ectopic pregnancy story.

He also confessed that at this stage there is no chance of he and Charlotte ever reuniting.

Referring to a recent interview in which Charlotte described him as worse than a murderer, Gary said: “She said I was worse than a murderer, that to me was the final straw, I don’t want to talk to her or about her.”

“It’s done, I’d never get back with Charlotte.  It's done and dusted after five years."

“She’s left Geordie Shore and I think she’s dating other people.  She needs to move on to the next chapter of her life and I want to do the same.”

The former couple met while filming the very first series of Geordie Shore back in 2011 and, while their relationship has always been tumultuous, it now seems to be in a worse state than ever before.

Stories of people unearthing winning Lottery tickets from beneath piles of laundry or from between the seats of their car aren't exactly a daily occurrence, but they have been known to happen.

With that in mind, the good folk behind the National Lottery have urged the public to double-check old tickets and have a quick gander around the gaf to make sure they're not sitting on a gold mine right now.

And what's with the rush?

Well, back on May 6th, a very fortunate member of the public bought a Euromillions ticket which went on to scoop a staggering €381,863… but they have yet to cash that bad boy in.

Whether they're already minted and can spare the cash or they've simply tossed the ticket aside unaware they could be bathing in fifties right now, the powers that be want to remind them that they have only a few HOURS left to claim the prize.

Bought in Tesco, Market Green Shopping Centre, in Middleton, Co Cork on the day of the draw, the winner's Quick Pick ticket snagged the Matching 5 + 1 Lucky Star in the draw, and they have until 5.30pm today to come forward.

We are all eagerly awaiting the Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life  revival, which is set to hit our computers in November.

And, after a very cryptic post on the Gilmore Girls official Instagram yesterday, fans are FREAKING out.

You all know the saying, 'an apple a day not only keeps the doctor away.'

Well, in Stars Hollow, an apple is also a strong indicator that Lorelai Gilmore could be with child.

In season five Lorelai, who is renowned for being gloriously unhealthy, thought she was pregnant with Luke's baby when she caught herself eating a red apple and enjoying it.

The post reads "pop-tart appetizers to hold us over 'till the pizza comes. And one apple," leading us all to wonder WHO is the apple for!

One fan commented on the post "Omgoshhhhh!!!! Does this mean Lorelai could be prego?!?!?!"

The significance of the apple is fairly unclear, but it seems strange to include the fruit in the shows marketing for no reason. 

As our imaginations run wild with all of this information, we have begun to wonder which (if any) of the Gilmore women could be preggers.

Will Rory be getting a new brother or sister? OR is Lorelai set to be a grandmother?

When Orlando Bloom decided to do a spot of naked paddle boarding while living it up on holidays with girlfriend, Katy Perry, this week, paparazzi (obviously) had an absolute field day.

Wearing just a cap, the Pirates of the Carribean star was more than happy to let it all hang out, and photographers were more than happy to capture the candid display.

Do you know who's NOT happy though? Twitter, that's who.

Disgusted that the only photos available to the public have been censored, social media have taken to Twitter in their droves to express their distress over the injustice.

Swinging between excitement that a naked Orlando Bloom could  – if the New York Daily News would only give up the snaps – be just a click away, and pure anguish over the delay, social media users did what they do best.

It may have taken him years (and years)  to finally snag that long-awaited Oscar, but there was never any doubting the mad acting skillz possessed by Leonardo DiCaprio.

No matter what role that man has lent his hand to over the last two decades, he's absolutely nailed it.

So, we're not overly surprised to learn that when he channelled his inner demented uber-fan in NYC this week, Jonah Hill believed every moment of his performance.

Commenting on the footage that hit the internet earlier this week, the Superbad actor admitted Leo had indeed managed to pull the wool over his eyes after spotting him on a busy street in the West Village.
 

Speaking at the screening of his upcoming movie, War Dogs, this week, Jonah told clamouring reporters that Leo's impromptu prank had been a success, saying: "I was scared sh**tless."

Giving props to his former co-star for the wily trick, 32-year-old Jonah added: "It was funny! I was totally taken off guard."

And in fairness, he looked it.

When RTE announced yesterday that Ireland will be getting its own version of Dancing with the Stars, people quickly began to speculate that The Voice of Ireland could be getting the chop.

And unfortunately for lovers of the popular talent show, that indeed seems to be the case.

According to The Irish Mirror, The Voice of Ireland will be scrapped after five seasons to make way for the world famous dancing competition.

Channel Controller for RTE One and RTE2 Adrian Lynch said: “After five hugely successful seasons of The Voice of Ireland now is a perfect time to refresh the Sunday evening entertainment slot with one of the world’s best-loved formats.”

“We want to thank everyone involved in The Voice of Ireland for their incredible hard work over the past five years in the making the show such a success.”

The Irish version of Dancing with the Stars will document 11 celebrities as they learn to move like professional ballroom dancers and will air on RTE in early 2017.

When it comes to the gym, Lord knows we've made a few dud moves in our time.

Squatting when asked to lunge, sitting when asked to stand – Holla at me, fellow Spinners – and leaving when asked to stay. 

"The class hasn't finished yet…"

But the moment we're free of that Godforsaken sweatbox, we generally pull ourselves together, adhere to social norms, put one foot in front of the other, and walk like a real-life human.

And while normal rules apply to us mere mortals, the same clearly can't be said for Nashville's biggest current export – Taylor Swift.

If recent footage caught by eager paps is anything to go by, poor oul Tay takes some time to adjust to the outside world after a heavy cardio session, and can't quite remember the classic left, right, left, right formula when it comes to the ol' walking.

Side to side in an approach generally favoured by crabs, Tay can be seen quickly making her way to a waiting SUV before sliding inside, and using her pincers to direct her driver.

Good woman yourself, Tay.
