Lunch breaks… remember those? 

If you work in an office where eating at your desk (or while standing at the counter in the office kitchen) is pretty much standard, you will identify with this latest video from College Humor. In fact, you'll probably identify with it as you brush crumbs off your desk from that Londis roll you ate in front of your computer earlier.

The too-close-to-home video, titled "Your Desk: The Hottest New Lunch Spot," hits the nail on the head when it comes to sad desk lunches. Whether your go-to is eating a "limp salad while gazing vacantly at a HuffPo article," or a "vending machine pastry hastily scarfed in the middle of a conference call," you'll see a little bit of your 9-5 life in this video.

As for the "mayo-covered keyboard" from the "mayo-covered menu," who hasn't fallen foul of a messy sandwich while at their desk?

This is a must-see for any office workers out there. But, before watching it, we suggest you take a lunch break… an ACTUAL lunch break.

English actress Tilda Swinton has had her fair share of image overhauls in her time, but this has to be the most dramatic yet.

The pale blonde stars in Amy Schumer's new film Trainwreck, and got totally into character for her role as overbearing magazine editor Dianna. From the long, wavy highlighted locks to the perfect spray tan (not to mention the winged eyeliner), it's all there, and it's all totally un-Tilda.

Speaking about the transformation, Tilda admitted she was excited to delve into unknown territory, and that she loved the idea of having bronzed skin for once. "The first thing I thought of was that I should be a different color. That I would need this kind of tandoori tan, which I still find amusing," she told TooFab.

"I'm very sort of pathetic that way, I find it very amusing the idea of me having a tan." The actress said the main inspiration for her look came from French magazine editor Carine Roitfeld, who she said she felt Dianna wished she could be.

"I figured that she might be basing her look on another kind of very role model of a magazine editor, who would be Carine Roitfeld… She's kind of pitched herself at that because she thinks that's like the kind of alpha female magazine editor and that was it really… she's trying to look as absolutely alpha as she can."

When we saw Tilda as the elderly Madame D. in Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel, we really thought she'd pushed the boat out in terms of transformation, but this latest one might just beat that. 

Trainwreck hits cinemas here on August 14th, but for now, check out the trailer:

When you think about ‘Kim Kardashian’ and ‘Vogue in the same sentence’, the one thing that definitely does NOT spring to mind are the words, ‘no makeup’.

But that is exactly the look she has gone for on her cover shoot for Vogue Spain… and the results? She looks absolutely gorgeous.

Kim has graced the cover of the iconic magazine on a number of occasions, ranging from her wedding shoot to her ‘blonde bombshell’ cover for Vogue Brazil.

But this is a new look that we never would have imagined seeing Kim try out. And thankfully, we absolutely adore it.

The 34-year-old reality star took to Instagram to share her latest cover and inform her fans that “We did this whole shoot without make up! Can’t wait for you to see it!”

The title on the cover reveals that Kim’s interview with the magazine discusses Kanye, her new pregnancy, Caitlyn and more.

Thankfully, Vogue Spain’s Instagram page has also released a shot or two from the shoot, giving us a further glimpse into the world of Kim when she peels it all back, and the outcome is totally beautiful.

The world of modelling has just been exposed in the most hilarious way by model and Instagram queen, Tilda Lindstam. 

Tilda is a 22-year-old Swedish model who moved to New York to pursue her career as a high end fashion model, and wow is she getting places. 

But the thing we like most about her isn't her catwalk or cover shots, it's her Instagram account. 

Tilda has completely changed that conception that the world of models is a totally glamorous one with her snaps of constantly board sitting on airplanes, tiny changing areas backstage at fashion shows and looking unimpressed while people put make up on her. 

This gal really isn't your typical model..

Noel Gallagher visited Cork to play the Marquee last week, and he got a little nostalgic being back in Ireland. 

In an interview with the Irish examiner Noel let us in on a side of him that we had no clue about, he used to play Gaelic football. 

He explained: "I was in a Gaelic football team in Manchester, it was fucking great and all." and it turns out, he even scored a point in the holy grail of GAA, Croke Park. 

Noel said that there's a picture of him scoring the point floating around somewhere, he has seen it, but not in the last few years. A photo has emerged of the team he was on where he sits in front of the goalie before a match. 

The musician is best known for previously being a member of the iconic band Oasis, but could a sporting career be on the cards for him?

Dogs in any form of costume are absolutely adorable (or indeed, dogs swaddled), but this is just too much handle. These dachshund dogs are clearly huge Minions fans as they dress up and run around just like them.

Our day has been totally made by these adorable costumes and the Minion voice-overs that accompany these pups is positively the icing on the cake.

But one question that's on everyone's lips is, where the heck can we buy these costumes?!

Fans of Charlotte Crosby were left shocked this week after chat show host Lorraine Kelly overstepped the mark on live TV,and now the reality star has spoken out about the embarrassing moment.

Geordie lass Charlotte was on Lorraine to promote her new autobiography Me Me Me when one very familiar subject came up: bed wetting. Charlotte has made no secret of the fact that she often wets the bed after a night out, something she always made fun of herself for on Geordie Shore.

While Charlotte told Lorraine she thought her problem was very "normal," the chat show host clearly didn't agree. "No it's not. It really isn’t. it’s not normal," Lorraine responded. Meow.

Speaking to OK! today, Charlotte said she thought the criticism from Lorraine was "a bit sh*t," adding, "It just got a bit awkward. It was like, 'Right, well I came on here to talk about my book' and then it just became awkward… She just had her opinion, but I think she went a bit far with it."

The Geordie Shore star was quick to add that she had no other beef with Lorraine, saying, "She was dead nice, I can't really say anything bad about her." At the time of the interview, Charlotte even used the on-air gaffe to her advantage, posting a sneak peek at a page from Me Me Me with the message, "I don't think Lorraine will be buying my book in a hurry":

While Lorraine doesn't seem too approving of charlotte's "habit", her boyfriend Mitch Jenkins doesn't mind – he even posted this tweet a few months back poking fun at his girlfriend:

Before you go out and spend all of the money you don’t have on fancy sportswear you may not wear after next week, stop.

We just found the most budget friendly wardrobe hack there is. You just need one pair of underwear. Sounds simple?

More like bizarre, because there’s one catch, men’s underwear is what you actually need.

We had heard of up-cycling before but this is next level DIY. There’s no denying that new ways of saving money and staying stylish are always welcome but this is a bit out there.

We’re trying to imagine sporting dodgy pre-loved briefs in a Zumba class. We're not exactly getting a Victoria's Secret Sport type of vibe… 

You can actually turn them into a piece of clothing that’s functional and, dare we say it, kind of, sort-of, not that bad looking? One definitive positive to this unique style trend, you don’t have to sew one single stitch.

All you need is a pair of scissors and you have all the makings of a sports bra that’s perfect for low-impact activity. So more of a yoga type outfit than say, triathlon training.

One more thing, you will need to pick a pair that have a good sturdy waistband. That kind of goes without saying though, doesn’t it?

Also, wearing them over your t-shirt is completely optional, but if that’s what you want we’re not judging.

While Lily Allen isn’t usually a fan of following the latest bizarre fashion or exercise fads and trends, it seems that she has found one she just couldn’t resist.

The 30-year-old Smile singer has indulged in a ‘face gym’ which is supposedly meant to act as a natural botox.

The mum-of-two shared a photo of her undergoing the treatment, captioning it “Putting in the hours @face_gym #tiring.”

A ‘workout’ at the face gym consists of a number of intensive facial massages. These include a warm up, cardio, strength and cool down.

Well, okay then! We think we might wait and see how it works for Lily before we shell out €115 a pop for a personal face trainer.

​Nicky Hilton is currently enjoying the holiday of a lifetime with her new husband James Rothschild, but she has taken the time to make a few key updates on social media… and to make one very notable change.

The hotel heiress is ditching the world's most familiar surname in favour of her husband's name it would seem, as she has already updated her Instagram bio to read 'Nicky Rothschild'. She hasn't quite taken the full leap just yet though, as her handle on both Twitter and Instagram is still @nickyhilton. A compromise?

Nicky and James are on a luxury safari trip in Botswana, Africa at the moment, and have managed to get up close and personal with some incredible creatures so far… including this 'sneaky monkey' who apparently broke into the couple's hotel room yesterday and made off with some serious loot: sweets and an apple.

The newlywed also posted a picture of her looking relaxed in a wide-brimmed straw hat, flannel shirt, black skinny jeans and Timberland boots as she checked out an elephant just a few feet away:

Looks like an amazing trip, but we're sure Nicky and her billionaire husband wouldn't settle for anything less.

The couple tied the knot last week with a lavish ceremony at the Orangery in Kensington Palace, with Nicky donning an incredible custom-made Valentino gown for the day.

Nicky's sister Paris was of course on hand to document the celebrations – we loved their customised silk robes:

Demi Lovato has admitted that if her long-time boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, proposed to her she would say… Yes!

During an interview with ZM yesterday, Ms Lovato answered questions about the couple’s future together and about their somewhat controversial age difference.

“I am very, very in love with him,” the 22-year-old revealed. “I think we will probably wait a little bit longer, but if he asked tomorrow I would say yes,” the singer admitted.

Demi also addressed the big age gap between her and her boyfriend of four-and-a-half years, Mr Valderrama.

The Really Don’t Care singer explained how when they first started dating, “I was 18 and he was 30 so people were definitely judgmental and even my parents were kind of, ‘Why is someone his age wanting to date someone so young?’”

But, fast forward four years and their doubts seems to have faded away. Speaking about her 35-year-old That 70’s Show star boyfriend, Ms Lovato said that “after a while everyone around us started to see that what we have was real and incredible and very special, and we’ve been together ever since.”

 You heard it Wilmer! It may be nearly time to put a ring on it.
