Exercising can get boring, especially if you are running, walking or cycling the same route. Here are some great tips to spice it up a bit:

Make the most of steps
When you are walking or running outside make the most of any steps that you come across. Instead of running or walking for 5 kilometres do 4k and run or walk up and down the steps a few times.

Go up hill
Going up-hill is tough so make sure you add it into your route. It will require you to push yourself that bit harder and and you will have to use different muscles in your body.

Go off road
For a really exhilarating experience go off-road. Ditch the pavement and spice up your regime with a trip up the mountains, across the beach or through a forest. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

Grab a friend or two
If you normally go exercising on your own grab a friend once or twice a week to really spice things up. If your friends aren’t into it, join a group or club.

Emma Watson has hit out at the “dangerously unhealthy” image projected by the fashion industry and said the pressure to look perfect has taken its toll on her.

The 23-year-old Harry Potter actress said that while she’s able to criticism on a chin a lot more now, the need to look perfect really got her down as a younger woman in the spotlight.

“With airbrushing and digital manipulation, fashion can project an unobtainable image that’s dangerously unhealthy,” she said.

The actress, who stars opposite Douglas Booth and Russell Crowe in action movie Noah, added that she thought perfection was boring.

“I’m excited about the ageing process. I’m more interested in women who aren’t perfect,” she said. “They’re more compelling.”

After the recent New York premiere of Noah, she tweeted a photograph of an array of make-up and another of herself in a backless dress captioned, “I did NOT wake up like this.”

Having a few drinks is a massive part of our culture.

But sometimes drinking too much can have a bad effect on us, from hangovers to being general unhealthy for our bodies.

Here are some ways you can cut back on your alcohol intake without drawing lots of questions.

1. Eat a good dinner
Having a big dinner before you start drinking is key. It means you won’t be slurring your words after a glass of wine!

2. Plan
Settle on the number of drinks you will have when you are out and stick to it.

3. Hydrate
Dehydration causes hangovers. To avoid this drink water frequently throughout the night.

4. Go alcohol free
There is a massive range of alcohol free beers, mocktails and even wine out there. So you can still avoid alcohol without sacrificing taste. Perhaps you could make every second drink an alcohol free one.

5. Drink slowly
The slower you intake the drink, the longer it will last. This is healthier for your body and your purse!

It’s TOWIE – the movie!

The Essex gang are said to be moving from the small screen to the silver one in the first ever reality TV movie.

There will be a few surprise cameo appearances in store too, and the movie is said to include ten times more scandal and drama that the TV series.

It may be perfect timing for a movie as TOWIE series 11 is coming to a dramatic end tomorrow night.

Heathers writer, Daniel Waters, has revealed three alternative endings he wrote for the film.

The 1980’s cult classic, starring Winona Ryder, Christian Slater and Shannen Doherty, is #5 on Entertainment Weekly‘s “50 Best High School Movies”.

Waters revealed the different endings at the opening night of the musical version of the film.

So, here they are. How Heathers could have ended:

1. The school blows up.

2. Veronica blows up.

3. Martha stabs Veronica after she asked if they should rent a film. She calls her Heather to which Veronica screams “My name’s not Heather, bitch” as she lays dying.

Hmm, do you think he chose the right ending?

We reckon this little cutie is going to be beating the teenage girls off with a stick! Or maybe Victoria will do it for him!

15 year-old Brooklyn Beckham, the eldest son of Victoria and David, has proved he has the modelling genes too in a shoot for magazine, Man about Town.

The great shots were photographed by Alasdair McLellan, a family friend of the Beckhams.

It looks like Brooklyn inherited his mom’s brooding looks with his dad’s modelling poise – we think he’s a natural.

Zayn Malik is not dead.

A death hoax involving the 21-year-old One Direction singer took off yesterday, leading #RIPZaynMalik to trend worldwide on Twitter and upsetting millions of fans.

The rumour, which came hours before April Fools’ Day, was fuelled in part by a phony, photo-shopped ‘BBC’ story about Zayn allegedly being found dead in a hotel room.

Fans of Zayn were not impressed with one tweeting, “yes, today is april fools. But this is not a joke at all. This is not funny at all. You crossed the line. Shame on you.”

A similar fake news story in 2011 attempted to trick people into believing Lady Gaga had died.
